The pre-cleaning made me feel very safe. The front desk staff were kind and helpful.

Great clean rooms, spacious rooms.

I am extremely disappointed with this “business”. Beware, if you have ANY kind of complication, this manager will blow you off repeatedly and not even give you the time of day.
We booked a room here for our wedding night and ended up cancelling because our plans for where we were sleeping that night changed. When we cancelled, we were told that we would not be charged for it. Of course, the day after our wedding I check my bank statement and see that we were in fact charged for the room we never even stayed in! I have tried contacting the manager for two weeks now, and every time I have been told that she isn’t available and I get forwarded to her voicemail and I never even get a call back. They continually told me to call back at a different time when she would be there, but then I would call at that time and I would get told something completely different. After getting Expedia (who we booked through) involved to help me even just SPEAK to this manager, we were told that they have no records of charging us. Yet I have proof in my bank statement. So basically, they have stolen $141 from us. Happy wedding day, right? I know it might not be a lot of money to some people but as a newly married couple this is way too much money for a room we were told we wouldn’t be charged for upon cancelling…

Have stayed here many times. Staff is always nice and hotel is beautiful! Kids love the pool and hot tub! The breakfast is cooked to order and is awesome! I travel a lot and this is my favorite hotel to stay at.

What a great place to stay, friendly staff, clean rooms, and a fair price. I saw that breakfast was available for purchase, and they had a bar in the lobby, but did not partake in either. The location isn't convenient for partaking in St Louis activities, but as a place to crash after a wedding, it was exactly what I needed. The noon checkout time was perfect, considering the state in which I awoke. Would definitely nurse a hangover in those comfortable beds again.

Wonderful staff, nice clean rooms and bathrooms, amazing breakfast. They really try to go above and beyond the call of duty here, and it shows. Great place to stay!

Traveled for a bridal. Shower and chose to stay there and glad we did Everything was GREAT! We used the pool as well. Everything was clean and everyone was friendly. They have an open bar and kitchen for drinks and ordering some food. Nice patio area and lobby is offered for gatherings. Breakfast is NOT included in the price but available for $9.95 a person. We did not use that service. Pop.

Lovely hotel with a friendly attentive staff. The amenities include a pool and hot tub. There is a buffet in the lobby that is reasonably priced and delicious. Rooms were spacious, beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Definitely will stay here again.

Despite these minor issues I had a great stay and each day was greeted with smiles and two bottles of water at check-in. Wanted to come back and edit this review as I've stayed here a few more times, and I just want to reiterate how great the staff is. They really pay attention to their customers and do whatever they can to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. I noticed that one of the treadmills wasn't working and let them know, by the next week when I came back it was fixed. One last update as I may not be coming back to this location for a while. I have stayed many days/nights at this hotel and I genuinely appreciated all of the staff that made my stay comfortable. I would like to shout out to one of the drivers named Steve Goodson who is an incredible human being who showed great professionalism, customer service, and was always a highlight of the day.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Nice assortment of amenities including pool areas, exercise areas and an all you can eat breakfast buffet for $9.99

Very nice. When we walked into our room the smoke detector was chirping for low battery. We told the front desk and maintenance was there in just a few minutes to change it. Very good customer service. I will be going back when in town.

Stayed at several Hilton Garden Inn locations. The rooms are very nice. Great amenities. Staff is super friendly and always make my stay like it's home away from home. Digital key is the best thing ever. I always lose my keys but, never lose my phone. Excellent selection on the breakfast. Add it to the room when making your reservation. Totally worth the extra $1 for honors member. $9.95 if you just walk in. Still a bargain at that price. Recommend staying here. Truly is like a home away from home.

Always clean, always friendly. Never seems to be noisy (I'm a business traveler and only stay during the week and usually out of the room by 7:30am). Pool and workout room. Business center if you need one. Free coffee 24/7 and cake cookie things if you need something to dip. They used to have real cookies… Not sure whose DUMB idea it was to get rid of those! Comfortable beds… Love the self adjusting mattresses. I sleep better here than any other hotel. And I stay atall levels of hotel… This is the best nights sleep I typically get. Breakfast is great, many options on the buffet. Burgers are very good and so is their pasta option. Food always tastes and looks fresh and attractive. Also, there is an excellent seafood restaurant attached to the hotel. Slightly upscale and very good food. Not much nearby… Location is somewhat secluded. Though there is an outback steakhouse, subway sandwiches, Chinese restaurant across street. Enjoy your stay!

Under renovation. Nice, clean, updates with nive furnishings. The walls are very thin though. I could hear my neighbor having a phone conversation at a normal volume. In the morning I could hear their phone alarm.

Location is alright. Not too much in the way of shopping. Rooms are clean and fairly spacious, however. Staff are very polite, and housekeeping does a good job of cleaning.

Very clean rooms. I like that they don't change the sheets daily to conserve water. The bar/grill in the lobby is convenient.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The rooms have black out curtains and a nice clothing and shoe storage space. I took away a star because the first room they gave us hadn't been cleaned. It was the last one on that floor and the manager gave us a new room immediately but it was annoying to have to switch rooms.

Where can I start? Such is my luck is that I finally find a hotel that is absolutely flawless and I only had a stay for 6 hours of sleep. From the hallway good smell to the comfiest bed/pillow this is how every hotel stay should be! I'm not staying anywhere else next time I visit this area! Every penny's worth! This is it. Compare this with a 5 star hotel. Guest services could improve a little. Other than that? A free breakfast would be over the top! Just loved loved this hotel!

Just came back from staying here and I must say the hotel is impeccable, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is one you can't miss. I would definitely stay there again!

This hotel is probably the most accommodating place we have stayed. We travel a lot with our kids club softball teams and stay many places. This weekend was the first we ever traveled with pets. We have 2 young puppies we needed to bring and the staff was very welcoming. We had a team pizza party Friday night. The employees were happy to help with plates, cups, and silverware. I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn I. O'Fallon.

Everything was great, clean. Water pressure was a bit weak though. New service where you can text the front desk is pretty sweet.

This place is super thoughtful. They know I get cold in back of the shower while the boyfriend hogs all the water so they preloaded the tub, floor, and shower walls with hair to give me that warm fuzzy feeling. It was also a delight to see they are taking the equal employment of mythical creatures bill seriously. The troll that cooked our breakfast was on great behavior though, he only grunted and never made eye contact with any guests. Although I'm not sure he is full blooded as he was quite pretty for a cave dweller. The one redeeming quality of our stay has been liz and her incredible orchestration of an entire room of breakfast patrons. She must have more than a few house elves on her staff; the tables all seemed to have 25 different items on them and she always kept up, smiling the whole time. The beds were comfy and the pool was wonderful. It was really the staff that lacked heart… All except Liz.

I am a big fan of the Hilton Garden Inn brand in general. They have nice rooms, kind staff, and a great breakfast in the morning. This particular location has recently been remodeled and the rooms have been brought up to date. It's all very nice. My double queen room had a coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, tub/shower combo, television with satellite channels including HBO, a comfortable chair, a large desk and office chair, and plenty of different lighting options. I think I paid 130 per night.

Clean hotel. Plenty of parking. Staff was helpful and friendly. The area is quiet. Not much within walking distance. I would return.

This hotel was very easy to find and from the outside appearance looked like we made a good choice. Upon going into the lobby to check in the entry way was beautiful and they had a bar and plenty of room for sitting with guests. The rooms are very clean and the service we received was excellent! Will stay here again.

This hotel provides more deluxe of a stay than required, if simply looking for a room to pass the night in. The rooms were large, clean, full of amenities, like fridge and microwave and coffee maker and large HD televisions. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Nothing to complain about regarding the quality of the stay. It's a good location for sleeping off a late night wedding in wine country, but if that's all you're looking to do, there are more affordable options nearby. Considering the higher price of the rooms, I would presume that breakfast would be included, however this is not the case; breakfast is an extra $10. I was grateful for the gratis tea and coffee in the lobby, but sought breakfast elsewhere. Not worth it for a budget traveler.

First of all the location of this Hilton is very convenient, close to 64 and 70. When you walk in the foyer everything is meticulous. The place looks and smells like it's brand new. The set up of our double queen room was very efficient but also felt decently roomy. Everything was very clean and fresh. It was really homey. The staff was very friendly as well. We are thinking of making this our go-to hotel for the St Louis area because we go through the area quite a bit! Highly recommended!

I had a great experience at the Hilton Garden Inn in O'Fallon! The staff were friendly and went above and beyond what I've experienced in most hotels to make sure my business partner and I had a comfortable stay. I ended up forgetting an expensive piece of dental gear, but the housekeeper found it and it was returned to me within 3 days of my stay. The staff here really cares about their guests. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Hotel was very clean and had great amenities! The breakfast staff for the omelet station and attendant helping with beverages and payment were less than desirable and not very personable or friendly.

Clean and quiet. A little far from St. Louis and it's entertainment and famous BBQ restaurants, otherwise a good value for business travelers. There are some decent restaurants nearby. Easy to get to from the expressway.

Third week of twelve, and the hotel is very nice. A few quirks between rooms — some have digital thermostats, some manual. Clean and well maintained. Nice amenities, nice staff.

Location is convenient to my destination as well as shopping and dining. The room is nice and clean. The service is very good. A software issue at check-in was handled very well. It was resolved quickly and professionally. I would stay here again.

Absolutely horrible beds. The website said sleep number beds. Found out that was only in king size (after arriving at 10:30 pm). Beds were smaller than a full size and impossible for two adults to share. Hard and uncomfortable. We will definitely never stay here again.
