Rating is based on the value. The service was good, and everything was clean. The furniture and carpets had seen better days, but if they had been newer, the price would have reflected that. They breakfast bar was pretty small. All cold or dry items, though you could toast a frozen waffle. There was a good MacDonald's next door.

The hotel was fine. The breakfast choices were a little disappointing. The beds were sleep number beds, but were stuck on the hardest setting. I would've just rather had normal beds.

Old, dirty and smelly. That's how I would describe my room there. It's in the middle of nowhere and the breakfast available is from 6-9 am. The spread is terrible and it's in a break room. I don't recommend but it was the only option at the time.

Staff was very nice, location good, bed fine, room huge had everything you'd want except ear plugs. All hotels should have them at the front for sale. The breakfast had Activia yogurt not some generic one, coffee was good. Only 2 things I'd suggest is make the door to the outside of the hotel at the ends where they shut, slow down so they aren't so loud. The slamming at 530 am in and out was not good. The rooms need some carpentry work, calling etc and the chairs need recovered or replaced, they were really bad. However, over all I totally would stay there again.

Nice basic hotel. Only stayed for one night and left first thing in the morning but the room was clean, ac worked well and I slept great.

Was very good and things, had a blast and rotor recommends to anyone who is looking for a cheap place to stay between como and still, would recommend and totally thing this place deserves to be a part of the team and I will be there in the morning to see if you need anything else from me please let me know if you need anyt.

I’m a foreman with Osmose Utility Services and run a full ground crew. We stay in a lot of hotels, motels & inn’s and I got say, this one was worth the stay. I recommend anyone who is needing a good nights sleep for one night or many nights like my crew and I. Trust when I say you have came to the right place. Clean rooms, some of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept on, long running hot water, free breakfast, staff that will help you out in any way they can and a General Manager, Jim Graham who is very respectful and professional. I give this (5) five stars because for the low price and the great staff, you will feel as if you are staying in a high dollar hotel. Jim knows what it takes to run a business that will help people feel safe and have a great nights sleep. I just want to say thank you Jim and staff for all you do. Keep up the good work!

Nice place to stay for a little visit. Clean but needed to be updated.

This is my third time staying at this location. The rooms are spacious with 15 foot ceilings on the first floor. Conveniently located just off the highway, which means some background noise from traffic if you have a room on the front side of the building. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Lobby is kind of homey, with a sofa and an electric fireplace. My room was clean and odor-free. I booked a single with King-size bed, non-smoking. The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. If you need conditioner or a hair dryer, or shaving kit, you'll need to ask at the front desk. The TV offers about 65 local and cable channels. The TV is not a smart TV, but it has a single USB port and two HDMI ports. The room has an easy chair and a small table at which you could do some work if needed. There is also a mini-fridge, microwave, and safe. Breakfast is "continental, " which here means Eggo waffles that you can stick in a toaster, accompanied by Activa yogurt, orange juice, thin coffee, instant oatmeal packets, Kellogg breakfast bars, and Pop Tarts. It is enough to get you going in the morning. But if you want more substantial food, the hotel is right next to a diner and a McDonald's. It is also next to a gas station/convenience store. The hotel is a good value and would stay here again.

The owner is really nice and accommodating. The room was a bit outdated. The beds were sleep number beds but the remote didn't work so we were stuck with the previous setting.

So some others have said in their reviews that the place was a little shabby. Maybe so but my sheets were clean (NO BUGS! ) and the towels were clean and fresh. Plenty of hot water to bathe. It was relatively quiet and I felt safe. Only cold items for breakfast but there is a GREAT cafe next door. Staff was polite. Housekeeping visited and tidied my room every day. I will reiterate — NO BUGS! That is always my concern these days. Two of my colleagues and I stayed there for 4 nights and we were all satisfied. Can't ask for much more for less than $75 a night.

The front desk man was definitely five stars. We shared a little history and he was incredibly personable. This updated motel/hotel was obviously nicely remodeled. 4 stars just because it wasn't done expensively, but this is a budget hotel. The rooms weren't part of the update, but it was beyond belief good for a budget offering. The continental breakfast is what tanked this places chances at 5 stars. Only cold offerings. Warm if you include a highly processed sausage biscuit. The only poorer continental breakfast available is none. Or is it better planning on food elsewhere then planning on disappointment? A fellow guest reminds me that they also had Eggos, which you can toast. We were early so it's not that things were running out. Even the worst hotel I stayed at crossing the entire country by car in the last two months had a hot and fresh waffle maker. A standard these days really.

Sheets were dirty. Room door didn't lock all the way. Bed was hard even being a sleep number. Room was cold though. Updated: Before leaving, we left a "maid service please" tag on the door and a note on the bed to make sure the blanket was switched. When returning to room our tag had been flipped over to "do not disturb" and our room was ignored. When reporting this to the front desk he argued with me stating that we probably left it on do not disturb. Word of caution for anyone staying. Make sure your sheets are clean, your door actually locks and don't waste your time reporting issues as they won't be heard and you will be told you're wrong.

The manager and desk clerk were very nice and accommodating. My room was clean and affordable. I'm a 59 year-old female traveling alone and I felt safe. That means a lot to me. Not really fancy but nice.

We had a great time. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly… and also gave us a great recommendation for supper.

Easy access from the interstate. Clean and staff was very good.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Plus if you don't have time to eat they give you a coupon for a free breakfast sandwich and coffee from McDonald's. Continental breakfast only if you stay. Nice parking.
