We came for our Grandsons graduation they didn't get the Rooms right no pool for the kids nor was the exercise room open the lady at the front desk was very short and rude about everything that I asked about then all we got for breakfast was a bottle of water a and a granola bar very disappointed then the lady at the desk tried to get me my money back when she knew there was no other hotels to go to so we had to stay so disappointed 😓😓 I booked this two rooms a week ahead of time they should have informed us that there would be no pool no exercise room and no breakfast 😓😡 cuz we would have not stayed there we would have booked a room somewhere else sad and upset.

Great rooms excellent staff at check in/ check out. This hotel is VERY covid aware and it shows.

This was by far the best hotel we've stayed at 2queen suite with a pull out couch bed with 5kids thats ple th of room our kids are small and the breakfast options are better than most pool is on the small side but was still adiquate really thats the closest to a negative I can say 5stars.

Sharon the desk clerk is courteous, friendly and very helpful. She explained where and how to get to my room, the various amenities of the motel and the shortest and easiest way to get to the restaurant next door. Rooms are spacious and very clean, also a well lit parking lot.

My 1 yr old was trying to play with this bug trap she found under air unit in room. Luckily she did not get stuck to it… or my dog that was there with us either…

It was a really nice time, the staff was wonderful, everything was clean. No one hesitate even the slightest to help me. I really took advantage of the ice machine, because I hurt my knee. It was a very satisfying experience. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker in room! The one complaint would be the outlets, there aren't any close to the bed. Overall. Perfect.

Great room. Very friendly reception. Good breakfast selections. Good public areas.

King bed was super soft with clean comfortable bedding. Breakfast was above the average. Parking was limited for large vehicles. The rooms are older but very nice for the age. A+ rating from me.

Currently the pool and spa are not working. The television in our room isn't working. The king bed is very soft. Breakfast assortment was very good. Probably wouldn't pay $103 to stay here again. It was convenient to our activities.

Nice hotel. The staff was friendly and the room clean. All four of my group agree the beds were comfortable. My kids thought the pool was nice but really small. 3.5.

Pool is small, hot tub is big enough for 2 maybe 3 comfortably, but on the other hand they arent busy, so the wife and I had it to ourselves Jacuzzi in the room was small aswell, but the breakfast was good the next morning. Comfy bed, but be aware your card will be charged twice for the stay. Still waiting for the second charge to disappear 24 hours later.

Not bad for the money. Breakfast is very good. Took a little while to get anyone to the desk… but hey there were free chocolate chip cookies and if there's nobody at the desk you can eat all the cookies right? ;-)

I always enjoy staying at the Country Inn & Suites when I am in Nevada, MO. The staff is friendly and the environment is welcoming. Freshly baked cookies greet you at the front desk and a hot breakfast is served every morning. There is a small gym, hot tub, and pool. There is a la on-site laundry available.

Wow. 1. It’s quiet on a Sat night. 2. Beds are comfortable. 3. Breakfast was like small cooked omelettes, sausage, biscuits and gravy, juice, coffee, waffles, cereal, etc. 4. Staff is friendly. 5/5 would return.

Very clean superior staff. Definate 5 star breakfast ill travel alittle farther to be feed well. Bathrooms could use alittle work.

Rented 3 rooms here AFTER doing online bedbug check. Friends in rm 209 found BEDBUGS. Im afraid to fall asleep now. DON'T STAY HERE! Doesnt deserve even 1 star but couldnt post without givinfva star rating. Nevada, MO location.

Bathroom and shower was dirty, I had to clean it before I could use it. The lady who checked us in was really nice and everything else was decent enough other than the bathroom and shower which was filthy.

Easy to get to, descent food choices in the surrounding area, rooms are descent also.

Room looks decent. It's clean! Bad smell when we first came into the room. Pool was awful… green, no pool lights. Wouldn't let my daughter swim in it. Hot tub was out of order. Breakfast was lacking… out of a some of the food, but the coffee was good!

Very nice hotel. The only reason for the missing star, is due to the key card having to be replaced three times because they wouldn't function. This is a very small (convenience) price to pay for a great hotel!

We had a very nice stay here. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the pool looked dirty. The water itself was fine, but the walls and bottom needed to be cleaned.

Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast area was well maintained and plenty of food. Would definitely stay here again with my family.

Excellent stay, after a long road trip stopped and found this gem: excellent service, clean, comfortable beds, hot tub, great breakfast with a 12:00 checkout. A home away from home!

We spent a week at this wonderful hotel. The food and service were excellent. I have stayed in 5 star hotels that did not have beds as comfortable as this small town gem. Whenever we are in Missouri we stay at this fine little hotel. Always clean, always friendly. ^-^ The internet connection was superior as well.

We have stayed at the Nevada Country Inn and Suites mutiple times while our son was attending welding school. The rooms were always clean and fresh smelling, and the staff was very helpfull and courteous with all of our requests.

We have visited this hotel and other country inns in the past with very happy results. This visit was by far the worst experience we have ever had with any hotel. I made reservations in February, for June 19 –22 for a suite with a jacuzzi; I called and confirmed the last week in May. When we checked in they did not tell us of any problems. The first thing we noticed was, no Jacuzzi. We went down to the front desk, they confirmed that we did make it for the jacuzzi room, but it was not available. I went back to the room at that time, and noticed that there was a hole in the couch with the stuffing coming out. The mattress on the pull out had a large stain; luckily we had an air mattress for my son to sleep on. The TV’s did not work the first night, and there was no internet access at all. These are things I would expect from the budget motel! The next morning we went down for breakfast what a disappointment, to find out that due to construction they did not offer their usual breakfast. The indoor pool is very small. Lobby was dirty. Exercise room was not kept up.
