Best place to stay in Nevada Missouri, good location, apple parking, recently remodeled rooms, very nice morning breakfast and very good customer service.

It's ok for the price. Would be 5 stars if they had an elevator. How you gonna have a 2nd floor and no elevator? I've stayed in 100 year old hotels with an elevator. So not handicap friendly.

A very nice young man at the front desk was helpful and respectful, a very nice place to stay! Clean rooms that smell fresh!

For an affordable hotel. It was very clean with quiet a/c. The staff was helpful and friendly. Because we got there at 11 pm they even negotiated the price. We didn't have time to stay for the breakfast buffet but I'm sure it was good. We travel a lot for work & usually stay in a Marriott. This beat the Wyndham in Overland Park hands down! We'll stay here again.

Very cozy and comfortable. Especially clean and tidy. Very good quality breakfast with good variety.

Just a quick overnight stay. Paid about $60 and I thought the room was better than what I expected for the price. The young man at the desk was polite and courteous. I did skip the breakfast as I was meeting someone for brunch. Room was clean without wierd odors. Looked like rather new carpet. Definitely not a new hotel but well maintained for the price range. Mattress was decent quality, not rock hard but not ultra plush. The hotel is very good for the price.

Booked a room on Sunday! Rooms are very clean. No odd smells. Furnished nicely. Owner and staff very Freindly and Helpful! Will stay again if ever in the area. Thanks Dash!

Very clean and friendly place, I had an pleasant stay and had the best sleep. To all the people traveling or just looking for some where to stay when nearby, I definitely recommend this to all travelers. It was also definitely worth it!

Nice check-in. Room was decent and acceptably quiet. The sheets was clean but the bed appeared uneven. Bathroom acceptable. An uninvited bug about scared me but will not walk again.

The Comfort Suite was priced under $100.00. In the past, small town motels with a jacuzzi simply had a single jacuzzi tub in a larger than normal room. This room has a small living room with tv, mini fridge, and microwave; a bedroom with a king bed and tv; jacuzzi tub room; and finally a full bath! For a getaway for the hubby and I, it was amazing! Definitely renting this room again.

Easy to get to location, around food. Owners work front desk very nice and helpful. They are doing updates so that's nice. Nice having fruit in the morning breakfast area.

Decent rooms but a little pricey.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, the hallways were calm (it felt like we were the only ones in the motel) and vacuumed nicely, the bed spreads were nice and in good taste, the breakfast was great, the pool was clean, and I'm not sure what people are referring to with the itching situation, because I didn't wake up with any itching at all. The TV had nice channels and the Internet wasn't bad quality like some hotels which is a nice plus. The owner was very respectful to me and I enjoyed conversing with him. Overall, I would say this is a great hotel to stop by if you are traveling through Nevada. I definitely look forward to staying here again the next time I'm passing by.

Great hotel to stay at, The manager is a wonderful guy, room was very nice, pool was clean, amazing breakfast. For the price of the room it was well worth it. Any time we come back to Nevada, we will most definitely stay here.

Our room was very clean and quiet. The ice machine is not working, which needs to be fixed. The room was overpriced, but rooms in the area are not plentiful. Also, more handicapped parking is needed. We had to let our person out at the door and leave them in the heat while we looked for a place to park. Rooms with outside entrances and reserved parking spaces for handicapped would be great. All in all, we would probably use the facility again if needed.

I called ahead for a price — — it was 5am, super foggy or I wouldn't have needed to stop, and the guy wanted to charge me $69.00 + tax… I was going to check out at the normal 11am. I would have gladly paid that price for a full nights stay… but seriously? I thought a deal could have been cut — — I understand that the cleaning crew would still have to clean the room and all that… but it just seemed unreasonable. I stayed elsewhere, better luck next time I suppose.
