I recommend there entertainment "New Year celebration", baffet and great staff members.

I recommend this place for as long as it is open. They are closing down, so if you want to see this place before it goes, do it. You’re running out of time. Nice rooms, nice restaurants, and friendly staff.

Love the pool in summer. Not to warm and not to cold comfy padded lounges. We don’t gamble much so enjoy pool time! Great pool for little ones, 3 1/2 feet too 4 1/2! No life guards or cocktail runners. But bar makes drinks in plastic cups if you let them know your in pool.

They have taken out the poker room. No host ever at host station. They cut the ratings on video poker. VIP Lounge is closed most of the time. Rooms was ok.

Nice place to visit. Not a fan of the casino itself.

Room was very dirty when we checked in, trash left, surfaces not wiped down, carpet needed vacuuming especially corners etc… Security was not helpful at all, they didn’t have an answer for anything except, “I don’t know”, and couldn’t (or didn’t want to) try to find out or even point us in the direction of someone to help… very displeased and will Not be back and will Not refer Anyone there!

Wonderful food and friendly staff. Wide variety of slot machines some more friendly than others. But still a great time. Even other guest were happy and Courtesy to others. One man even bought my meal. Thank you very much for a much needed getaway.

Suite was pleasantly clean and equipped with a kuerig coffee maker and jet spa/tub. Moved to a regular room the following night. Was shocked that the man who delivered a microwave that we requested, didn't wait at the door, and used his access key to enter into our room. We shouted a few times that we were coming, but he didn't hesitate since he seemed to be in a hurry. Also had dinner at the buffet the first night, and someone took our table as we went to get our first plate. He argued with the hostess for quite some time, and no one seated us elsewhere. We appeared to have been completely forgotten. But the Hash House experience was on point with plenty of good food, an excellent server and prompt service.

Smoking rooms have cigarette burns in the furniture. Room rates were fair. Buffet was not bad. Brunch was better than dinner. Hash house was good. Rooms are a little dated. Toilet didn't work properly. Coffee pouches was incompatible with coffee maker but housekeeping resolved that issue quickly.

Just checked in to the hotel and to my surprise, the room dirty! I was shocked and grossed out! In my years of traveling, I have never encountered this moment! Side note: I’m a diamond member of the Cesar’s entertainment rewards card (Total Rewards)! One would think that they would treat their VIP better! Very disappointed! I’m still in shock! I’m beside myself!

The Harrah's is still one of the older casinos in need of more renovations but what they have done is awesome! I love how big and diverse the gaming floor is The rooms are cozy and won't break the bank. I love staying at the Harrah's even honeymooned here haha. The restaurants are plentiful and all great! I really enjoy this place a lot.

Stayed two nights. No interaction with employees so nothing good, nothing bad. Used the check-in kiosk, which was user friendly. It even prints the keys for you. East Tower is the older, more dated tower. The West Tower is more updated and comes down right by the Starbucks and Hash House a Go Go, if that's important to a person. There is a Hertz car rental but they do take breaks and lunches and do not have anyone to fill in.

The check in was great, quick and easy. Room was fine but had no fridge, microwave, and you had to pay $1.50 for a cup of coffee! Never have I had to pay for coffee and in a expensive hotel. Location was great for being right down town. Probably all hotels have extra fees not included when you purchase on line but I don't know why the " resort fee" isn't listed in the beginning but only comes up when you check out. A learning experience.

1. We requested a cot in the room. We were charged for it on booking, but on arrival we were told fire regs prohibit a cot in a 2 queen bed room. Had to get an extra room.
2. No plugs by bed, bad if you use a CPAP machine.
3. Plug in bathroom would not retain plugged in devices.
4. Bed worn out on one side causing you to roll to that side.
5. No meal services open late.
6. No access to a cart for public use. Valet staff use only.
7. Staff was helpful.
8. Room was clean.
9. Price was good.

It was the worst buffet I have ever been to food was cold flavorless for $25 could have went to nice sit down restaurant to top it all off now I’m sick from it.

I was injured by a young man in the hallway on the 20th floor only 20 minutes after checking in. My Granddaughter went down and told security what had happened, but no one came up to see if I was ok. After a few hours I called down and told them I needed assistance, so they sent up security. They called an ambulance that took me to the hospital.
Now you would think they would call me or email me to see how I am. I haven't heard from them in any way. I think that stinks! I am hurt and I am afraid that I am going to have more complications.
I just don't get it!

Good location, only there for one night but plenty of nightlife at all hours. Staff is very accommodating and helpful. Rooms are nicely decorated. Toiletries are good quality. Lots of places to eat. Late night there is only one option, but the food is very good.

Not only are the rooms dated the whole hotel is dated. To me It's a step back in time. When we checked in a refrigerator was supposed to be in the room. But there wasn't. I called the desk and was transferred house keeping. I was told there's one in the room under the TV but a dresser under the TV. She said I'll find you one. We fell asleep waiting. Next morning I went to the desk and got transferred to another room. When I got into the new room that was supposed to be cleaned the trash cans were empty and coffee cup was on the table. Being fair about it the front desk was great the casino itself was pretty clean. Disappointed on how small the casino is. We saw tribute to Tina Turner show that was hands down the best I've seen in a long time.

Was NOT HAPPY with the room. It Was not clean. The floor had not been vac. There was some dirty socks by the window and paper wrappings on the floor. Room is not up dated at all. The o my outlet was in the bath room so we had to charge our pho as in the bathroom while we slept. Also bath room so small that the toilet was it is you have to sit on it side ways because it is to close to the sink vanity. We stay at the nugget the first night in Reno and it was 100% better then Harris and cheaper also we ask for non smoking room and it smell like smoke. You have very bad vent system there. May you should check with the nugget on clean and up dated rooms and vent sysyem.

So,   I  was  at  Harrah's  with  my  husband   and our dog "Reese"  and  my  husband tells  me  we  can  get the  dog  in  the  casino  and  I am  like  " No way "  a  dog  in  a  casino!   We  travel everywhere with our  dog.   But  we  have never  taken  him  inside a   casino. We  lift our  dog   (Reese)   up  on   the  chair  and  he starts  playing  the   Dean Martin Slot machine of course  and  now  he  is  gambling  !    The rooms  were  beautiful  and  our  dog   even  had his  own  bed. He also had some gluten free treats! We found this amusing because we are both are gluten free, two dog bowls that we still have today. Dinner at the Steak House was amazing. We even treated our dog to one! Everything turned out perfect!  We  would  definitely  stay  again !   The best part is our dog "Reese" was invited to play another after hours poker game with the other dogs… He heard the English bulldog had some Cubans he was gonna smoke. Told him "fine, but I'm not stakeing you in at 1k buy in again. Remember what happened in Reno!? " He couldn't say nuthin.

Best casino in Reno. Ralph the security guard is the best so very helpful, nice and knowledge. The staff at Harrah from top to bottom is outstanding. Casino host Michelle and Lauren are the best. Of you are looking for a good place to stay look no further stay at Harrah's you won't be disappointed. Love this place :)

The food was cheap, as well as tasty. In the back, there was an arcade for kids, which I thought was a good idea. The casino was very lively and fun to play in. There are about a gazillion slot machines so most people can find something to do if they don't want to gamble traditionally.

Hotel was decent, not amazing amenities but it was clean and had everything a hotel room usually has. My room had a balcony which was nice. Buffett was mediocre. Room service was disappointing, took 1 hour for my food to arrive. I called to check on it after 45 minutes and they said "we are just waiting on the bell hop to get it". Finally 15 minutes later it arrived. Not a terrible hotel but I might consider another spot if the opportunity presents itself, even if just to compare it.

Convenient location to Heavenly Gondola. The rooms are a little older & you could say that they need a slight renovation. There is a game room both here & across the street at Harvey's. So that's great for the kids! Buffett closes at 9pm, so be sure to eat early enough. If the buffet is too much, they have a few small fast food restaurants in the casino level. They apparently have a dance club there, but we didn't have a chance to see. There is some nightly entertainment near casino, too. Dealers seem nice, but lots of tables are closed : — (. Made it hard to find a seat to play… If you need laundry, there's coin machines across the street at Harvey's!

Smelly dirty scary OLD casino hotel. Hallway carpet were badly stained, furniture and fixtures were really outdated. Carpet was dirty and smelled. I stayed in the east tower… big mistake. 1 star… scary and dirty. West tower might be better but all will need to check in at east side. Homeless people were hanging around. Would not recommend.

What a s***hole. 3 days until my room was finally cleaned. Maids come late afternoon at 4pm, and walk in without knocking, failing to replace soaps. Linens feel like sandpaper. Bathtub doesn't drain. Lobby drips rainwater like a god damn waterfall being caught in spare trashcans. No roomservice. Everything sucks about this place.

Great staff attitude. This was my first stay here, the staff was very informative. The gold players reward card was given with free play and casino wide discounts. My room was outstanding, clean and what a view! I will definitely return here and recommend this Harrahs to anyone. P. S. They like locals.

Room was spacious and clean. View was great. Took in two shows while we were there and loved them both. Good selection of food on the buffet. Smoking in the casino definitely reduced the time we spent gaming. King size bed had a full sized mattress protector on it leaving you sleeping on the seams. Housekeeping “ran out” of wash clothes and we ran out of hot water briefly. Those are things under management control and were the difference between a 3 and 4 star experience.

I cannot speak to the hotel rooms as my fiance and I did not stay overnight, but in regards to the dealers, cocktail waitresses, event staff, and performers we cannot give higher marks. We drove from Sacramento to Reno just for the day with tickets to Essence. Before the show, we decided to try playing blackjack for the first time. We were wandering around the tables like deer in headlights, too shy to sit, when our first dealer Rex noticed us and made us feel welcome at his table. We were absolute newbies with just the bare minimum knowledge about the game, but we were handled with patience and quickly learned all the hand signals required to play. We originally planned to drive back home after the show but instead came back to the tables and played blackjack for another three hours because we were having so much fun! We even started to get the hang of doubling down, splitting, betting on matched suits, etc. Thanks to the patience and friendliness of the dealers. Sorry I don't remember everyone's names but you all rocked! Our waitress was a doll too and very sweet and attentive. Hell, even the managers and security staff were smiling and in good moods and that makes for a noticeably pleasant atmosphere. And as for Essence, it was a great show with talented performers and everyone right down to the girls working the ticket booth were super nice.

For starters, I would like to point out that if you have a bad stay you still can have a good experience. This was made possible by an agent named Shea. Her name tag said Rack. Something. But whatever she does she should be a supervisor unless Rack means you are higher than a Supervisor. She is far more professional and knowledgeable than the others I had to talk to. It started with my friend and I traveling to the Hotel and checking in earlier than usual. The following things: Yes, the Hotel was old. Yes, housekeeping is slow. Yes, their lines at check in are long due to the VIPs going first. However, when trying to check in my friend’s CC only had so much money. We are not rich but good enough to relax on a weekend. She swiped her CC for a hold and it declined. So I then proceeded to put down my card. Long story short, when we tried to check out we wanted to use multiple cards to split the balance and pay some in cash and some in comps. Yes I know, a little complicated but if that’s how we want to do it that’s how we want it. I explained to an agent what we wanted but she didn’t seem to understand. She then proceeded to bring out her boss Bob who only seemed to be upset from whatever was happening prior to my issue. He didn’t understand that her cc would decline for the full amount — which is why we wanted to split but still proceeded to swipe her card and have it decline. Then when asking us for cash he was quoting us the wrong prices with taxes.

Definitely an older property, so the architecture is unique and seems disjointed. Casino is on multiple levels in two buildings and it's clear February is the slow season, since they were closing sections of the casino for maintenance. Some of the areas seemed neglected, while others were more modern. Rooms were clean and spacious, but also an older style. Maintenance issues were handled promptly, and the staff was always friendly. Good selection of restaurants on property, with great quality. Would stay again.

Rooms are a bit dated but overall pretty nice, especially if you can get one with a balcony. The Steakhouse is a definite must if you are looking for an upscale restaurant to have a wonderful dining experience. Also, all of the personnel we had any interaction with were extremely friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend Harrah's Reno to anyone.

Thank goodness my rate wasn’t high because this place is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I work for a large hotel chain for 6 years and this place is seriously lacking. There were holes in the wall, the carpet was coming up in the hallway, everything felt dirty, and the food was gross and plain. I get it, it’s Reno but there was absolutely nothing I can say I enjoyed about my stay. If you’re looking to gamble, save yourself the trouble and just go to Tahoe, it’s incredible down there.

Brunch is better just about anywhere else. The last 3 times I've gone in for brunch they haven't had Eggs Benedict. How can you claim you have brunch without a staple brunch item? Bad enough when they do have it you've got less than an hour from opening to fight everyone else for the Benedict's. The gravy is probably from a can, with little flavor and pretty thin. I like their dinner buffet ave its more consistent.

Harris is nice enough. The rooms are clean, if not a little dated, but who really cares about that you're sleeping in the room. The staff is friendly and helpful. I probably have one of the better gift shops in town. They are way expensive for sodas and snacks in the gift shop, though so elsewhere for that. I like the total rewards program being able to earn points on money, I spend at the casino and the gift shops and the restaurants and things like that is nice. Getting free rooms is always nice which they always do, too.

Renovated and clean rooms. Located close to all the popular casinos. Atmosphere is a bit serious with less people than other casinos.

Excellent Buffet. Good price for locals 50% discount.

Staying at Harrah's overnight in the West tower. Room is not remodeled and pretty old. Bed and bathroom were good but TV is very small (if that matters to you) and there were very few electrical outlets. I couldn't find a good place by the bed to charge my phone. They really need to fix that! Carpets were dirty and worn out. AC was great and the curtains were very good at not letting light in, so we slept in even later than usual. The parking lot is small and you have to go around and around up several flights to find parking, even though the first three floors are mostly empty because they're reserved for valet. One of the two parking lot elevators was also out of service, so it took forever to get where you were going. Hash House is conveniently located inside the hotel and was very good. Side note, the automated check in kiosks were useless. They made you scan your drivers license, but manually key in your address. Why? It's on my driver's license? This makes the process a lot longer and it could be much more streamlined. But, it did work and spit out some room keys for me in the end.

The resort was nice … DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR WITH VALET! IF THEY BREAK OR DAMAGE YOUR CAR THEY WILL NOT DO NOTHING! the security team did there investigation. They will pass it along to some idiot who by law has to contact you and say they are not going to repair your vehicle, if your car is a older car they will blame everything on wear and tear of the vehicle. The VALET BROKE MY DOOR LOCK ON MY BMW in which I never had any problems with ever. I stayed at the hotel due to my Father being in ICU at the hospital 6 blocks from the hotel. I received a phone call stating I had to go to the ICU immediately. I run down to retrieve my car from Valet and the morning Valet says he couldn't get into my vehicle do to the door lock being broke. I had to run six blocks to the hospital the valet was a joke. The claims department Chris Hill is a complete Joke. I had my entire family staying at the resort. We have stayed there before for several nights during large events and have had no problems. There claims department is a complete JOKE.

Rooms are decent, I mean you get what you pay for. Check-in took forever because there was almost nobody working at the desk. It's extremely difficult to find parking. This is also a pet-friendly hotel which is bad, there was dog poop in the elevator that I had stepped on… indoors! When we complained at the front desk they didn't really do anything at all. There's not much to do in the hotel. The buffet is very expensive, costs more than the room. If you aren't here to gamble then you're not gonna have fun here.

The reps were very kind. Any problems I had have been remedied. The rooms were very clean and also ampliós. The girl DJ, Bianca, and Leslie were the best.

Hotel rooms were clean but outdated. Our bed was spacious and comfortable. Clean running shower with good water pressure. All other plumbing were in good shape. If you're looking for a simple and cheap hotel without all the fancy amenities, this is your place. We only stayed the one night so I cannot talk about their room/maid service. Quick check in and out with their automated kiosk!

We stopped here for breakfast on a long drive to San Francisco. They have an amazing breakfast buffet. More stuff than you can possibly eat but I suppose that's rather the point. It's been a while but I still have fond memories.

Clean and nice. Only there one night. Good food. Had fun. Only complaint is our room could have used new windows. Bit much outside noise with the air gaps. All in all real good time.

This hotel is okay at best. Kind of dinghy and dark and the 'free' Wi-Fi they put in the advertising only applies to the common area in the hotel lobby and NOT your room. But it does have it's upside. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and the food in the one restaurant (don't recall the name) was very good too. Casino is mostly slots and the electronic machines are the same card games they had 20 years ago. Perhaps the school of thought is if people keep feeding them, why update them. Since I'm not an addict, they'll need to be a little more creative if they want any more of my hard earned dollars.

I got a great room rate so I was excited to stay for my first time. The check in process was very easy and a short wait. Because I was traveling with two small dogs I was assigned to the East Tower and the fourth floor which is apparently the dog friendly area. Upon entering my room with my kids I was hit with a very strong smell of bleach which was pretty much overwhelming for all of us. There was a lot of stains on the carpet and the bottom of One of the beds had a huge tear in it in the bedskirt which was kind of disappointing I mean I understand being in a dog friendly room but it didn’t have to resemble it. There was a lot of dust and dirt around the room. The dog area in which you are to take your dogs was actually a small litter box on the side of the hotel which was interesting and OK if your dog does not mind walking in the material which was sand and gravel. Apparently Harrah’s also has discontinued room service which was another disappointment as I love my morning coffee. They do have a Kerug machine in the bathroom but it only came with one sugar and one cream packet. I am not sure if I would stay again but if I need a place to stay with dogs and don’t care about cleanliness I would chose Harrah’s.

The room was clean. We first had a room in the kitchen east tower, then got moved to the West tower. The west tower is updated more so than the east tower. The casino could of had more table games. Hash house was awesome like it usually is. Nice having a good restaurant inside your hotel.

We went to a show at Sammy's showroom, and had a good time. The theater is small and intimate, however the seating is not as optimized as a non dining theater, so viewing is not a comfortable as it could be. Overall not a bad place to see a show, but could be modernized a little to be more comfortable.

I am really disappointed in this place. I will NEVER stay here again. We moved rooms 2 times and is now in our third room. First room had a bleach stain on the wall and the toilet wobbled so bad you felt like you were going to fall off. The 2nd room was a little better until I notice no outlets next to the bed for my CPAP machine. When I call housekeeping for an extension cord, they brought up some kind of monitor cord. The staff pulled out the bed the find an outlet and it was dirty behind the bed with garbage and trash. There was a water bottle with something black in it. Supervisor moved us into another room. Did not offer an upgrade or anything. 3rd room was a double bed wasn't what we wanted but at this point was better than the last 2 rooms because of the outlet situation. Next day house keeping came to make beds but only made 1 and not the other. I am truely livid with this place. Never again.

Busy happening place during the wrong festival. Hated the way it was to park. My truck was to large and a small car would not let me back up. … dent… hate that. But people and place. Great!

Ate at the buffet, mixed bag. Some items were well made and quality, others were barely edible. Service was friendly, but the hostess made random terrible seating decisions that the wait staff had to correct. If they capitalize on their good items, cut the bad, and train their hostess, I can see giving 5 stars — but as is, 3 is appropriate.

Experience was great. Because I had to book two rooms because I later added an additional stay to my original reservation, made my reservation difficult. Staff bent over backwards to keep us in one room instead of two. Combined reservations to one. Not happy with first room. Rather small. Again, staff and manager couldn't do enough to make us happy. Moved to larger room, stayed in same room for our entire stay. Would stay here again and would recommend it.

Old, needs major updating, especially to their air filtration, smells like smoke everywhere. Stayed here one night in June before heading to Lake Tahoe. The staff were friendly though and bell hops were great. Layout is also confusing at first, since there are two towers. Not a large casino, but the table games were good enough. Location is great, and the room price was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. I had an issue after checking out when they charged my credit card to another reservation at check in. So I was charged for a strangers room, and when I called to have them fix the mistake, they were no help. Absolutely terrible customer service from Harrah's, and I'm assuming it was corporate not this specific location.

The food is very good and clean place.

Location is very convenient for downtown activities. Didn't enjoy that the table games are in another building of Harrah's across the street. Sports bar is clean with a fun arcade environment. Beds were clean. Bathroom was a bit dusty but overall ok. Would stay again.

Books a reservation for 1nite over the phone requested a non smoking and no connecting door. Well when I checked in that's exactly what I didn't get, when I go downstairs to change the room DJ one of the kiosk receptionist immediately told me that my request was just that simply a request, and that they where completely sold out. I was so amazed at her lack of desire to even tell me something I want to hear just to shut me up or make me feel like she had tried to help, she had absolutely no desire to help me instead she sent me to a line where we waited and waited and waited, no one was checking inn at the counter for regular folks just diamond members so my husband found a young man named Juan Palomino who took or request and walked over to DJ again who again told him that no they had nothing that she has already dealt with us, so Juan walked over to another lady who I regret not remembering her name short black hair, very nice immediately said she would change our room, if you see DJ at the kiosk run the other way because they can't confirm your request and so don't expect DJ to try and help because she won't unless you are a single man.

We went to Joy Luck Noodle Bar for an early dinner. After ordering, we had to wait over 45 minutes for our food. One person in our party waited over an hour. Had we known the order would take that long, we probably would have eaten elsewhere. We have been multiple times and have never experienced service like that before.

We went here to go eat at the Buffet. It is one of our favorites. The price is reasonable and there's a good selection of food. Prime rib is always cooked right and very tender. I also like the dessert section. Locals here get 50% off regular price everytime and I think that's a great deal. But the normal price itself isn't so bad at all.

The furnishings were very nice, comfy and cozy. I was a little disappointed in the rooms there though. Wallpaper, really, that's so old. Very nice place to eat and gamble though, no complaints there. Just a fresh look away from a 5 star rating from me. The staff there is very friendly, and they did try to keep the people out that are just looking for handouts. Not too sure if it's a good place for kids, but if you want good eats and have a fun night out gambling it's not a bad choice.

The room was pretty good—nice and clean. Parking was free and was easily accessible from the hotel. It was a multistorey parking structure so my car didn't have to bear the Reno sun, which was a plus. While there was no free breakfast, they gave us a buy-one-get-one-free voucher for a brunch buffet. We didn't eat there, so I don't know if the brunch is good. There was cigarette stench near the registration desk and most other common places. (I experienced the same at a different casino/hotel in Jean, NV as well… maybe all Nevada casinos normally stink. ) Even when the line was short, it took us way too long to check in and check out, which was annoying.

Though the hotel casino and resturants were nice my wife and I were extremely disapointed and disgusted in the room itself. Filthy disgusting is all I can say. Empty condom box on top of the safe, dirty kleenex balled up on the floor under the nightstands. An empty who knows how old food container under the nightstand. Complained to the manager showed him pictures yet an apology un-sincere is all that was offered. Needless to say we wont be spending any additional money at any Ceaser/Harrahs… they apparently are not concerned in who or how they offend someone. We typically visit the reno area two to three times a year and vegas once. My advice, pay little extra for better service and cleaner facilities.

Worst stay at any Casino we have ever had. The carpet was nasty, the bathroom had paint peeling, the staff would not even look at you much less speak to you. Hit will fees at check out. Buffet was not worth the cost. They could not even get the drink order right. Even the clerk at the airport said Harrah's was one of the worst in town. Had a much better time at the Eldorado. Stay there if you go to Reno we will next time.

Good location, enjoyable casino and restaurants. Staff is okay, helped out. When busy, not the greatest attitudes. Had to stay in smoking room, due to bookings… Room reaked of smoke and marijuana. Other guests were unbelievable loud. Not an enjoyable experience.

We were downtown looking for a place to eat for valentines day when we stumbled into hates sand found out way to hash house a go go. No line. No wait and supreme service with a meal I have yet to beat in Reno. I have a locals card and yet that was the first time at hash house. Definitely not the last. Highly recommend it it to all my friends local and from out of town.

I booked a room in East Tower. After I read so many negative reviews about east tower, I expected to be disappointed but the room is quite clean and looks new. They must have renovated it. Minus 1 star for allowing dog to stay in the room. I just don't feel comfortable staying in a room where dogs stayed there before.

Room was decent. Clean and comfortable, and definitely couldn't beat the weekday price! Had dinner at the Steak House, which was decent. My steak was over cooked though, which will almost always turn me off. The service was excellent though. Only played slots for an hour, but they were loose enough to make me happy.

I have stayed here a few times and the hotel gets worse every year, the last experience was awful. Had to go back and forth from the front desk to my room several time because my room key wouldn't work, seemed to me many people have this problem every year. The gaming tables are terrible, hardly any games. The escalator was broke from the east to west wing so you had to take the elevator along with 50 other people, I went back and forth outside rather than wait 20-30 minutes to ride the elevator. The front desk staff is terribly incompetent and rude. Don't stay here. I will try the El Dorado since I spent most of my time there anyway.

Went there this past weekend and had an amazing time. The front desk was able to upgrade our room from the east tower to the west tower at no additional charge. When we called the bell desk the operator addresses you with Mr and Mrs. They have awesome customer service and great food. I recommend reservations for their restaurants. We made our reservations and got right in. Some people had to wait 20 minuets to an hour. Ichiban and Hash house are amazing! Food was delicious and service was great. Thank you to everyone at Harrah's Reno for making our trip one to remember.

This place is a joke! I'm a loyal Harrahs Patron, But obviously that doesn't make a difference in this casino. When I couldn't get a drink from the bartender and said something I got treated like a complete A-hole. The Bartender called his boss And I got treated like even a bigger A-hole Michael Bays the beverage shift manager is a unprofessional twit. So If you wanna come to Harrahs and play beer pong spend no money gambling and get treated like a god this is the place to come to, but if your total rewards loyal Harrah's patron DON'T. COME HERE This place is horrible for the brand.

Great food great Service and well taken care of. I have been there a couple of times and each time the Manager Nikki and Russ have come by to see how everything was! You will not leave Hungry.

I had to extend my stay an they didnt tell the maid who took all my stuff an when I tried to get it back it was such a hassle an I finally got some things back like my shampoo but my food jewlery an some other things I didnt get back. I was suppose to get my deposite back I didnt plus they charged me a fee everyday an on top of that there are extra charges to my account that they charged me I didnt kno about an it doesn't make any since. An I am still being charged even tho im not staying there anymore. The staff was mostly nice an that was the only good thing about the stay. I am never staying there again. The toliate was broke an so was the tub it didn't drain. There was only 2 plugs one in the bathroom and the other under the merrier. I am never staying there again.

Got a room in the East Tower, paid $388-ish for 5 nights. The room wasn't worth it and I wish I stayed elsewhere. Wi-Fi is NOT free and if you want it you have to pay $11 for 24 hours. You'd think it'd be a fast internet connection since it's so expensive, but it's not. It's slow like dial-up. So, don't waste money on Wi-Fi. The room itself was okay, a bit on the small side. You get like 7 channels on t. V. Harrah's offers "complimentary" coffee, which you pay for if used, and they put it in the bathroom (ew). The view is nice but not worth almost $400. All in all, look at other hotels. Truthfully I wish I would've stayed at Sands Regency, since they offer Wi-Fi at reasonable prices and basic cable. Pros: the view was beautiful, and the employees were helpful Cons: overly priced, shitty Wi-Fi, 7 channels on the t. V. "complimentary" coffee which you pay for if used and is put in the bathroom for some reason, small room.

We drove up from Vegas for 2nts and stayed here at harrahs, our room on the 19th floor was immaculate good view of downtown Reno the casino was ok. The buffet breakfast was so good a lot better than most in Vegas we had a real good time there and I would love to go again.

Worst hotel ever! I called ahead to make sure that my medical equipment had arrived and was informed it had, got there to find it had not. Tried to get some help from the hotel to figure out the issue and they wouldn't help. Had a housekeeper messed with my oxygen equipment turning it off and down to a lower number but when my husband called the front desk to inform them this happened they didn't even apologize only called him a liar and said this wouldn't happen. Staff is extremely rude. The room very mediocre and mattress was very hard. Husband found black mold in the sink. They left coffee and water in the room as a "courtesy" to guests and in writing that could barely be seen it said that if it was consumed there would be a charge. They claimed to offer free cable TV when I called but if you want to watch anything more than analog TV (4 channels, two of which were oriental channels) you had to pay extra for cable. They charge for local calls. They charge for the Wi-Fi they claim is part of your stay. There is a charge to use the fitness room that they claim is part of your stay. Twice when asking staff for directions to another part of the hotel/casino I was told "I don't know". The swimming pool was closed for two of the 3 days we were there because a child had an "accident" in the pool and nobody ever cleaned it.
