I stayed in room 360 and upon check out left my wedding ring on the counter. I was assured by maid staff that nothing was found, but that is absurd. I know exactly where it was placed and there is no way the maid could have over looked this piece of jewelry in her cleaning detail. It's my wedding ring. Have a heart! Turn it in. I contacted hotel security and will up date if possible. Until then I no longer trust this resort.

10/10 I would recommend this place a hundred times over, it's worth the little extra $$. This place is so clean and beautiful. Also the customer service is superb, I had a hiccup when booking a reservation and Ernie helped me book my reservation correctly and was very kind and understanding. If you are going to mesquite NV stay at the Eureka. Whether it's to gamble to golf or to relax and get a massage choose the Eureka.

Great lay over for us truckers. Good place to unwind. Good chow before heading back out the next day.

I wouldn't recommend Eureka. I walked up to the cashiers cage to take out cash and the cashier was very aggressive. Her name was Jackie. The machine wasn't working properly and she was very rude about it. I actually had to tell her to chill out. I was shocked she would speak to me like that. Extremely disappointed! : (

We had an amazing stay. The room was absolutely beautiful with a huge jacuzzi tub. Every amenity was well thought out and greatly enjoyed. Your staff is OUTSTANDING, maybe it is because its employee owned but not a single staff member was anything less than kind, helpful and genuinely considered with our every need. The buffet was amazing everytime we went. Now I may be biased as my daughter works here, but it made me very pleased to see she is working for a company that truly seems to care. I cant wait to come back again!

I went to the Eureka to get dinner and gamble. My husband and I enjoyed fresh and delicious sea food at Gregory's. We then played several machines (as well as a little blackjack) over the next few hours. The staff were professional, polite and courteous. The casino and restaurant were well maintained and had a good, clean feel.

Our room was clean and and worth the price we paid. We play slots and seem to do ok we have not won enough to really brag about but we seem to play for hours on $200. Staff is always friendly and the food is great as well. I would recommend this casino to all slot players just wanting to have a good time in a clean and relaxing atmosphere. There are over 1, 000 slots to choose from! Good Luck!

Love this hotel! Clean, great beds, nice pool and friendly staff. It’s away from the casino so not Smokey or crowded. Fourth time we have stayed here. Gregory’s restaurant is awesome! We will be back!

Rooms have been updated. The cheapest rooms are huge and decorated decently. We also had the 4th floor rooms which were second on the price list. They were very nicely decorated with very comfortable pillow top beds. The staff was amazing and friendly and attentive to all our requests and needs. Casino is only a short walk through very well lit parking lot. They also have a shuttle to the casino for those who may be disabled or do not wish to make the short walk. They even provided free toothbrushes and paste because we forgot ours. We arrived 3 hours before check in and they were able to get us into a room anyway, if they hadn't they said they would be happy to give us pool access while we waited. They have 3 cabanas which are FREE to use in a first. One first serve basis. Pool is very nice but the key some guests get a little too rowdy. Only problem we had is the pillows are very hard and uncomfortable, so bring your own pillow.

The rooms at the eureka were pretty great, but I was a little disappointed that it was a separate building from the casino. When I booked, the check in said 3:00, but upon arriving the woman behind the desk informed us that it's not until 4:00. Fortunately it's pretty easy to kill time there. Traveling for night events, we have to sleep during the day. So we're assigned a room that was immediately above the pool and while lying in the super comfortable beds, all we hear during light hours is wild, screaming children jumping into the pool for hours. I'd definitely stay here again, but I'd be more aware of things next time.

Rooms doesn’t have a bath, just shower, no fridge. This is the room I paid 97$ per night. Also not fair stuff. Price with discount they offer higher then if you book from Expedia on $13. Also you can’t choose date to book a room from their website, it’s doing automatically. So you must call and they will give you completely different price and will ask you you have discount before, to make sure they tell price already with «discount ». Outside dirty. Will never back to this hotel.

I thought the buffet was pretty good, outstanding service and the food wasn't bad at all. As far as the casino goes, the slots offer little in the way of play time for your money, pretty darn tight. I almost always lose money in a casino, we all do if one is to be perfectly honest… but some places definitely give you more play time (hence more chances at actually winning some real money I suppose) but this place pretty much just sucked $20 bills out of your pocket. To be fair it wasn't as bad as the dump across the street.

The friendly staff was helpful and GREAT the living part of our room was wonderful the patio exquisite as far as the bathroom I was very disappointed. The shower area was not impressive and the paper products very poor quality. Our overall experience for my birthday was wonderful. I would recommend the Eureka to all my friends and family.

Great little casino. We stop in each time we pass through Mesquite! The dealers have always been very kind & friendly, and also more than willing to help as we’ve been learning different games. (And yes, the advice has been legitimate and ways for me to win, not screw me over! ) The last time we had our dog, and the valet noticed us run in one at a time. He suggested that we leave the car with the dog inside under the covered, shaded entry where he’d be safe and we could both play. We peaked out the door a couple times in those 20 mins and could see the valet playing with our dog. Very cool, very appreciated.

No fridge. Terrible ice makers Super noisy hotel and pool area. Great people working hard in all departments. Casino has a poker room the only one in mesquite. The steakhouse Gregory"s is super and has early dinning discount"s. Four star's and no ridiculous resort fee"s. IE Vegas. Better Golf course"s than all of Nevada. Home of the best car show in a small town.

My husband and I ate at the buffet for dinner on a Friday night with is seafood night. Not impressed in the least. The seafood is was obviously old and of questionable quality, but what can you expect at budget prices. The rest of the food was meh, nothing to write home about. It definitely was not worth the price we paid. Will definitely not visit again.

Casino is clean. Great variety of slots. Servers in general SO SLOW on the casino floor. Cocktails should not take 10 minutes. If they are that busy, hire more servers! They have awesome bingo!

Non smoking room on first floor surrounded by smoking rooms. Seemed like smokers were in my room. Other than that, the room was comfortable and clean and the staff members were very friendly and helpful.

We went to make gambling. I do not like to smoke or lose money, per behind that, the visits was great!

1st time stopping at this casino. After a gruesome work day I stopped for a little bit of gambling and drinks. They habe a great selection of games, tables and slots. 2 bars and a couple of restaurants. I really enjoyed my visit and the drinks where complemented by the bar tenders because I was gambling. Can't wait to come back.

Stayed here last August for a night. Booked a room at the front desk for 35 bucks. Great deal (the deal may only be available mon-weds) not sure. I took the non smoking building. The room was clean and nice. Two beds. Pretty quiet. Key to the ice room was great. Plenty of ice for my cooler. Overall a nice place.

We were coming home from a trip in Utah back to California and decided to go to Mesquite rather than Vegas. For a small town, the hotel was nice, clean and had a friendly staff. We ate at Gregory’s and it was very good. We got a room w/a king sz bed. The hotel is across the parking lot from the casino (about a 1 minute walk) but they do offer shuttle rides if needed. If we ever go thru Mesquite again, we would stay there.

I’ve been going to the Eureka for ten years and it is an annual trip for me. The Eureka Open is an excellent event and I plan around it every year. Ten days of poker and tournaments culminating in a Freeroll Spectacular! If you want to escape the Vegas Money Pit and go where you can experience amazing service, friendly atmosphere and all the games andsport betting you can get in Vegas without the Vegas BS please make this a regular stop. I’ll be there February 8-18, 2019 for sure for the Eureka Open 2019. Bring your sweetheart for Valentines Day and treat yourself. Great rooms and service. To highlight Sally Kearns in the poker room along with Craig Charon and all the friendly dealers and people as the best of the best is a disservice. They set the standard for providing a fun and amazing experience. Kacey on the front desk never stops smiling which makes me smile too. Don’t miss out on an amazing and worthwhile experience!

The casino is one of the better places in mesquite and they seem to pay out fairly well as winning seems to be a like my occurrence there with the lively atmosphere the food is really good especially when you order room service and there swimming pool is beautiful. The hotel was just recently remodeled and it has a very relaxing spa type new style that actually made me decide that when I vacation in mesquite this is the only hotel I would stay in. The staff was exceptional friendly and seemed to be on top of things throughout my stay. I wish they had a better breakfast that the hotel offered but they do offer Apple's and coffee and the all you can eat buffet is not all but a short walk away. Well that concludes my review of eureka casino you'll definitely see me there over Anywhere else so thank you for treating me the way you did.

We went to the cafe for dinner on a Saturday night. We were seated almost right away. There is a wide selection of items on the menu, from all over the world. My wife ordered the Nachos Supreme. I ordered chicken fried steak. We waited about 10 minutes after being seated and ordered our drinks. When the drinks were ready, they were brought to the table and we ordered our meals. We didn't see our waiter again until the food was done. The nachos were huge. There is no possible way that one person could eat the whole thing in one meal. This order was large enough to feed a family of 4 and still have leftovers for the dog. It was good, but too large and too many onions. The chicken fried steak was very good. We had to stop a bus boy to get more drinks and we only saw our waitress again after waiting 10 minutes for our bill. She wasn't very good, but I won't hold that against the cafe.

Room was $79 a night and new and very nice. It was raining and the casino is a couple hundred yards walk outside. Nice casino with lots of penny slots, really around $2.50 max bet per hand. Fun games. A few restaurants and great breakfast at buffet. Clean and welcoming.

Went to the buffet and for a dollar more the world is night and day from across the street. Not as much stuff, but the place across the street is no better than your standard all you can eat chain. The Eureka has it's prime rib down! Thin slices, but the best I have had in a long time. The salad bar could use some variety of ingredients. Didn't try dessert, I guess that is next time.

Stayed for a few nights. There rooms are kinda dark, I slept in late. The pool and hot tubs are nice. And the casino is right there across the parking lot. Good service.

For the restaurant Amazing all around. Out of the huge variety, I have never ordered the same the twice and have never been disappointed. And the meals are large enough to fill up on at a very good price.

Clean and fun atmosphere. I'm typically the youngest person at the poker tables by about 30 years, but still a good time. I'd love it if they got some hi/lo games going.

Nice hotel. Not attached to the casino or resturants is the only downside, but a short walk. I like the modern key system to access your room, no more sticking the card in the slot, just wave it in front of the lock. Beds were comfortable, spacious rooms and speedy check in. Will be back.

I started to go to Eureka Casino just recently, I live close to Salt Lake City, Ut. I have to give Eureka Casino credit in my opinion. With only 200 rooms it has to be difficult to get a room there, and this is not a complaint. Just make sure you call way ahead to reserve a reservation.
When it comes to gaming, slots to be precise Eureka Casino has always been hands down when it came to playing their slot machines. To me, the ingredients to playing slots in a casino, here is what you need to look for:
The Casino must be packed with slot players, noise from winning slot machine players, Actual real-time jackpots or wins need to be seen, the casino must have the latest in “Slot Machines. ” And when your playing the Casino is “Hot” as in Temperature. The air conditioner can only do so much.
I am not trying to discredit any other Casino in Mesquite. I am just saying it as I see it. Five stars in my book!

My husband and I went for Thanksgiving weekend. We book our room for Thanksgiving night. When we arrived to check in the lady at the front desk told us what we book for the night which she said was a non smoking room. I try to tell her it was a smoking room we booked but she just talked right over me like what I had to say did not matter. Which my husband and I felt was very rude. As a customer I have never had to deal with this. We drove six hours to get here so we just took the room which was on the 3rd floor and the lady at the desk talked so fast as if she just wanted us to leave her alone we had to go looking where our room might be. The room was nice enough. I had no idea where I could go to get coffee in the morning or where to smoke or any of the other things that your desk clerk should have been helpful with. The front desk help ruined our stay at your beautiful hotel. They were not hospitable at all.

Met my sister for lunch as it is the halfway point between us. First time ever having their buffet, it was the Sunday Brunch. For the size of it, they had a good selection, eclectic, fresh. Servers were very attentive. My chief complaint is that the buffet is hidden! Not something you readily see. We had to ask where it was, and the employee telling us said, “they keep it hidden” … which I found odd since it was an enjoyable buffet!

We went to the Mason Street Courtyard Cafe for Thanksgiving dinner, and it was top notch! Very pleasantly surprised at how well done everything was. All of the traditional Thanksgiving dishes were provided, and it was all exquisite, and a great price! 10/10 would give thanks there again!

This place is awesome clean shiny and wonderful. But if you're going to gamble I highly recommend Friday and Saturday night only. The food is pretty good too :-)

Probably the best place to gamble on Mesquite. Definitely the newest and best kept. Lots of table options and not too crowded. I will go again when I'm in the area.

We like the fact that the hotel rooms were a separate building from the casino, so you don't get the smoke and smell from the casino in your rooms. The rooms were nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

It is a very attractive place, I like the decor. However I think a buffet is needed 7 days a week. Also a $5 blackjack minimum table would be nice during the week. There was none open on a Wednesday and Thursday when we were there. Also not enough video machines in the bingo smoking area. Other than that the bingo was excellent, very well managed and a delight.

The rooms were clean, and they also accommodated my last minute request to have my two rooms right next to each other so that my husband and I could be by our kids. We loved how friendly Haley (I really love Haley! That's my girl), and Jake were from the front desk, and even Pedro that helped shuttle my family of 7. The pool was nice, clean, and refreshing. Plus, my family and I loved the little bed gazebos that they had outside the pool area. Thank you for making our little family vacation an enjoyable one.

My husband and I stayed here for our honey moon in a king suite non smoking. When we arrived the front desk the staff was wonderfully friendly, and stayed that way out entire stay. They were very helpful in giving us information on the town as well as the spa and casino Eureka provides. The pool was wonderful, the perfect temperature for the hot days in July. There was always plenty of seats and shade provided on the pool deck. Our room was very clean and tidy when we arrived and during out stay when we needed towels replaced and such, the staff did so in a timely manner. The only thing we wish the hotel provided was microwaves. They do not provide those in ANY of their suites. Our particular room did not have a fridge either. We asked, and the upgraded suites do have them, or you could rent one for a dollar amount each night (i can remember how much, maybe like $20 each night? ). Other than that our stay was fantastic!

This is my fourth or fifth stay at Eureka. The rooms are clean and quiet. The shower head doesn't work that great, though water sprays everywhere and the mattress is quite firm. But, again, it was a pleasant stay. Staff is super friendly. The food at the casino is good! Gregory's was amazing!

Hotel was pretty nice. Very large room size compared to other hotels I have stayed at. Hotel room was missing some of the items common in other hotels such as a mini fridge, microwave, and safe. At the casino the staff was not very good. Bartender was actually rude to me and my friends. I didn't end up getting any service at all. The group I was with decided to go across the street to virgin river and spend out money over there for the evening. Everything is significantly cheaper at the virgin river casino as well. Overall it was a good experience mainly due to the hotel room. The casino side would have received a much lower rating if I was reviewing that segment only.

My Family and I stayed at this Hotel for one night. 2 queen beds Garden View. It's a very Nice Place. Rooms are very spacious, Loved the comfy beds, well decorated. The Only downside for us was They don't have Room service, nor pool service and even though the hotel offers Wi-Fi. Our Cell phones did'nt work in the property.

We love the seafood Buffet Friday nights! Crab Legs! For the price the food is good and they have a good selection and is usually fresh! Did I mention Crab Legs! They even sang happy birthday!

Staff treated our group wonderfully and with much attention. Free drinks, cookies, buffet voucher and appetizers/wine meet and greet. Rooms were average but clean. Room to a while to cool down especially since it was about 110. Called front desk to send maintenance to room to check. Said everything was ok.

Great staff. If your tattooed and just chillin the bosses will start to hover near and lingers. One of the most uncomfortable casinos in town and feels like a Ceasers palace in Vegas approach. But don't deliver. They do have the better music club area. But that's all it is. Its just a area they use.

As a family traveling anywhere I would not recommend this place. The pool is extremely not family friendly. Cigarette smoke and buts all along the pool area and before. Alcohol containers every where around the pool. Only shade at pool is in the 3 cabanas and they usually occupied. The pool is three feet to five foot and small. The room was clean and had a awesome air conditioner the bathroom was small but clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the Housekeeping was prompt and courteous. If we didn't come mostly for the pool I would have given a slightly higher but not much.

Great food and drinks. A little on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. The buffet there is would say is almost the best in town.

I'm a truck driver. I ran out of driving hours so I stopped for my 10 hour rest period cause I was hungry as well. I had the breakfast buffet for 6 dollars. I highly recommend it for truckers as a stopping point. It sucks to have to pay yo park across the street but 7 dollars or so to park and 6 for the all you can eat breakfast buffet was better and worth every penny considering you can't hardly eat at McDonald's for under 12 bucks now days. I walked away full and didn't have to eat the rest of the day. Thanks Eureka Casino for your hospitality and amazing buffets for truckers. Most truck stops are fast food now days. You will definitely see me time and time again at those rates.

We ate at Mason Street on Monday night. The line was long (which I didn't expect), but we got seated fairly quickly. Ike was our waiter and did an awesome job. I had lasagna and my husband had an omelet. We also ordered Santa fe cheese sticks. The food was all delicious.

The best casino in Mesquite, Nv. The rooms are champagne taste on my beer buget, the restaurants are awsome, I like to play table top and live action poker, the management, Eric Nystrom, took excellent care of me. I will be back.

We went to Eureka for the buffet after a long day of softball. The food was okay, could have used some more variety (tomatoes and lettuce for salad, tomatoes and lettuce for sandwiches, tomatoes and lettuce for gyros, etc. ) The waitress however, was exceptional. She accommodated our large group wonderfully and was such a sweetheart. Give that woman a raise!

I stop by this Casino for the food. Great restaurant, friendly employees. And just a nice atmosphere. I will recommend Eureka Casino Resort to anyone. :)

Played Three Card Poker for probably three to four hours and had a blast. Our dealer Steve was great, he held a conversation with everyone, kept the game interesting by teasing the cards, and making fun remarks. I only came out even, but I thoroughly enjoyed playing. My only complaint was that some of the other players smoked and it gave me a headache. I wish the casino would do the clean indoor air thing I've heard about — it would have kept me there longer. It's nice that the Eureka is right across the street from the Virgin River Casino as it makes it really easy to get to from the cheap rooms that let you take your pet. And being right off the freeway is great too so you don't have to drive far to get there. The atmosphere is nice at the Eureka, they have a somewhat younger clientele that has a good energy, you often hear people shouting excitably throughout the night. Although with this in mind, the dance floor is a bit sad. The music is relatively generic, and the floor is small and tucked away preventing many people from dancing. The overall feel is a clean, comfortable, and open atmosphere. I would frequent there more often if they were more generous with comps. We tend to go to Virgin River/Casablanca as we get free rooms and food there, more.

Hotel room was clean and larger than the average two queen hotel room. The room had an actual shower rather than a bath/showers combo which was very welcome to me. The casino was also clean and the restaurant Gregory's was fantastic with excellent service. Check in and out was easy and fast. Front desk staff was excellent. My one major gripe was that the drink service was the slowest that I've ever encountered on the tables. There were multiple instances that I left a table before they brought my drink back because they took so long.

Booked a room over the phone for a soccer tournament for my son and little didifferent I know there was nothing for me when I got there. So now I over paid to stay at the virgin river. Thanks!

I am a local. I cant believe you still have not fixed the machines to give out the credits a little easier. I had 19 dollars in slot play and it took six entries to get it out. I also cant believe you cant get the mailers out in time for the first of the month. These are a few of the reasons I don't play there much anymore. I probably wont play there anymore because it seems you don't listen to us or care…

This is by far one of the better casinos. I love playing black jack with the dealers, as they make it a fun experience. What they did with their buffet. It is supurb! It is delicious and very modesty priced. The hotel is very clean and very nice. I love the fact that it's never overpriced like the las vegas area can do. Of course during Hollidays are the exception. You will not regret anything about going to this hotel! I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I pass through Mesquite once a week to do business in Las Vegas and Eureka Casino is one of my favorite stops to enjoy a game of Texas hold'em, black jack, roullete etc. With my rewards players club card I have racked up enough points to buy me awesome food and drinks from several spots at the casino. The table dealers are friendly and fun to play against. Great stop on my way home to Utah for play after a long day of business in Las Vegas.

Euerka just got rid of nearly all their double deck games replacing them with six deck shoes! Greedy moves like that is how you loose all your loyal customers. No sense going to Mesquite now, stick to Vegas!

My room is very nice. The hotel is extremely clean with a very friendly staff. They could offer a little more than just coffee and apples for the breakfast though. The casino was also nice and clean.

I booked through bookings. Com… put in 3 adults and am getting a room with only 1 bed… the opulent rooms say 1 king or 2 queens… why even bother asking how many people then… I am pissed… ohhhh… gonna give me a cot for free… ohhhhh… whoooopie. … wish there was availability somewhere in this town tonigh.

Horrible service at bar even though it was a slow Thursday night. Had to keep trying to get bartenders attention even though he only had 6 customers. No truck parking on site so have to pay to park across the street which is annoying. I goto a lot of casinos being an OTR trucker and have to say I should have just went into Vegas and parked at the WWW (at least there they are nice to the hard working truckers). Won't be back here again.

Cool of Eureka 2 have the crap table open on a weekday evening. Fun gambling experience. Hopefully will be able 2 come back.

I'm giving it 4 stars the hotel don't take comdata checks and I had to walk from the hotel to the casino to cash my check I was told over the phone and the front desk one price $80.00for class A CDL drivers and when I got back to the hotel I was told a different price 90.00 over all the room was big and clean shower was OK.

Got to the buffet at 7:10 had to wait in line for 25 min. Got seated went to the buffet 1 time, while eating "unknown to us" they called the 5min warning for closing the buffet. Getting ready to get 2nds they closed the curtain around the buffet, no more nothing not even desert! Will let you know if they adjust the bill or not.

Great place nice folks who own and run this place.

The buffet sucked I've had better food at my grandpas retirement home! terrible selection, over priced and the food was gross. The server was nice but they were way under staffed. Such a shame I used to look forward to coming here, now I will never come back.

Stayed here recently unexpectedly when Route 15 was closed due to a storm. Even though it was an emergency situation with hundreds of people looking for accommodations, they didn't raise praises to take advantage of it. Their manger worked overtime to check people in. The electricity was out for the entire town, but they provided flashlights and glow sticks. The hotel staff researched the ongoing emergency and provided custom maps with alternative driving routes to Las Vegas since the main road was completely washed out. On our night there my family spent the evening in the casino (which was open and running on generators). The drinks were reasonable. Overall, I greatly appreciated the staff's professionalism and willingness to help. 5 stars for management. By the way, as far as I could tell, this is the nicest hotel in Mesquite regardless of the circumstances.

Different. I am giving it a high rating for two reasons. The first is the poker room manager, by far one, if not the, best I have ever encountered from Vegas to Monaco. Second, the security. They know how to handle their business without getting crazy. I came to review the poker room manager, threw in the kudos to security, and the rest is history. Wait there was a very chill bartender, how could I forget him. 8:30, my buddy.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel which was very nice, although, the pillows were a bit too hard. We went to the casino buffet for breakfast and we sat in a booth. We had just finished our meal when I saw a cockroach run across the back of my wife's seat. It totally grossed us out. Too bad, a nice looking place but now it has cockroaches. Don't eat at the buffet as there probably are cockroaches running around the kitchen and in the food.

Amazing people and a great room for a great price! I was stuck on I-15 for over 10 hours in a snow/ice storm on December 7th/8th. After not being able to sleep in my car the entire night only to get turned around in the morning by the Arizona DOT, I stopped by the Eureka just to get some shut eye. The shower was great, the deluxe King was amazing and above all, the staff were incredible. Especially the front end personnel. I wish I would have taken his name, but one gentleman was especially great. The room was also very tidy and fresh. One of the best Hotel experiences I've had, at a time I needed it the most. Thank you everyone.
