My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a conference. When you first walk in what hits you is the pleasant clean smell when you first step into their elevator from the parking garage, the entire hotel, including our room was incredibly clean. I appreciated that they had hand sanitizer the moment you step in their garage elevators all though the hotel for use during covid. What sold us was the staff. I believe Marjory (the front desk agent that has been there for 16 years, I feel terrible if I got her name wrong) checked us in, and she was so friendly throughout our 6 day stay. She explained to us that she's just there to have fun. My husband, who is also a hotel General Manager, said that we all need someone like her. She is gold and so sweet and kind. You just get the feeling she loves her job and hospitality. The housekeepers were incredibly kind, talkative, and personable whenever I would ask them for something or ask for help. Youssef also stood out to us, one day I went down to heat up my sons bottle, but the microwave got moved from the lobby area, he walked at least a few floors with me, helping me try to find a microwave but decided to give me access to the 15th floor lounge so I could heat up my sons bottle. This hotel has stellar staff and you can just tell that they love their job and their hotel. Thank you for such a wonderful stay and experience!

This is a great hotel. They have 2 restaurants on site, a pool and spa. It is really nice. After check out I remember I left my notebook in the room. The gentleman at the front desk help me recover my belongings. Great customer service, nice friendly staff.

Coming in late at night was scary, the lighting was off and it had a old smell but the next day when I took a tour I was surprised. Very beautiful and even had a fresher smell in the lobby and hallway. I would definitely recommend.

This off the strip hotel has amazing views of the Wynn Golf and Country Club and most importantly an amazing Staff everywhere.

This is the first weekend this property opened up since the covid shutdown. Happy to come back and support. They have all the proper covid protocol. We felt safe. Staff is friendly and professional as always.

Enjoyed my stay there in October 2018. Very helpful staff, clean, great restaurant and bar and close to monorail to get to the casinos.

Great staff and they are very accommodating. The Ace for this hotel is the location. It is the closest hotel to the Las Vegas Convention Center. Staying here will save you time if you are here for a convention. The rooms are large and make for home away from home.
The Marriott lounge and staff are also on point. This was a nice surprise especially booking during the week.

I love this hotel because it’s a boutique, no casino smoke smell, the staff treats you like they know you. A nice relaxation hotel and good for the kids to go swimming. The drinks at the main bar are on hit too. I love the lounge beds and swings at the pool area.

Yes, I would recommend this hotel. Although a mistake was made with my room/bed reservations. The staff and manager went above and beyond to accommodate me. They were respectful, polite and ready to address any concern I had. The Room server was very cheerful when delivering our food. The food was very tasty and presented nicely. Plus the pool was open late too! Which was awesome for having to be in a work conference all day. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

Really nice hotel, especially like the pool area. Wish there was a shuttle and a better on-site mini-grocery. The employees were all great, super helpful. I came on here for a shout to Luis for being so friendly and helpful the whole stay. We were waiting for a Lyft and some men stated smoking by us so he offered to watch for the car for us so we could wait in the lobby.

We were sent to Renaissance hotel due to our flight was canceled. Oh what a great experience! Excellent service from the girl at the front desk, what a pity I was so tired I didn't ask her name. The room was spacious, clean, beautiful… thanks Renaissance hotel!

The hotel was accommodating and clean. The pool water was on the chilly side (it was not warmed) in the summer. Free beer and dessert at the grill downstairs and one way trip on the monorail. Overall experience was good. Rates were good. Checked in on Saturday of labor day weekend and it was a smooth check in and checked out via text on my phone.

Had a friend staying here and we had lunch at Cafe 55. A little pricey but well worth it. I got the steak sandwich and was very happy with the quality. Service was good, the restaurant was nice and clean. I would definitely come back.

Wonderful price and the rooms were extravagant. The moment you walk in, you feel like you've left Vegas. The smell of the hotel is delightful. Very clean, and great room service. You also get a free dessert and beer, which was very nice. There is a robot that will deliver things to your room! It was so cool! We loved it.

There is valet or self parking. I can throw a rock from the monorail. The hotel is very modern, the rooms are very clean and the views aren't too bad the hotel is located behind the Wynn it would be a trek to walk up to the strip but not impossible. The rooms are very clean and the bed is pretty firm but comfy! I would for sure stay here again! The customer service is awesome too!

Best place to stay when there is a convention in town. A very short convinient walk to the convention center. And the front desk staff were super helpful!

The hotel staff was absolutely accommodating and happy to help. The rooms were clean and was enough for 4 people to the room. The robot room service was not just a gimmick — I saw it in action, and it was pretty neat. If I find my way back in this city I'll make an effort to stay here on my own time.

Stayed for two nights. We ere 'upgraded' as a Platinum member to a room with a view but it was just the pool? Great staff and clean. The hotel is about an $8 uber away from the strip. The hotel is quiet and not near the craziness downtown if that is what you are looking for. I'd go back if I was in the area.

Good location for my work event. Decent decor. Downsides; overly hard beds, scratchy towels. Many non-refundable charges given without notice or warning. Pool too small for hotel size and completely shaded all day. Desk service is slow and prone to walking away. Bar service on the other hand is prompt and attentive. Charges for Wi-Fi that is barely adequate for email. Unless you must be within walking distance of the convention center go elsewhere.

Nice place. Kinda out of the way, which could be good or bad depending on how you look at it. Rooms are clean and quiet, no noise from other guests. The parking was good and the staff helpful and friendly. The shower needed more water pressure, but the sink had almost too much, which is kind of interesting. Overall a nice property and well maintained.

Really convenient if you are attending a convention. Parking is free. Place was Casino-free, but I think some gaming may have been added. Nice fitness center. Hotel restaurant is a steakhouse. Inside Starbucks does a whopping business.

I've been to this specific Marriott several times now and have enjoyed it every time. The staff is really helpful and kind… and I enjoy the pool and hot tub! After a long day at the Las Vegas Convention Center, getting away from the Vegas strip is nice, and being able to relax with the free Wi-Fi or in the pool/hot tub is icing on the cake. Near to the hotel is Famous Dave's BBQ and an Outback Steakhouse… all within walking distance. There is also a Thai place, but I haven't been there. All in all, good location that is away from the strip, which is good to get away and relax after a busy day.

Nice property just north of the strip. Great bar area and pool. Rooms are nice too. You can stay here and save a bit of money over what you would pay on the strip. The convention center is across the street with a train that will take you to the strip in 10 minutes. You can get a pass for a single ride, one day or multiple days, much cheaper than taxi or uber.

Stayed just one night. Nice room with view of Vegas Ferris Wheel. Comfortable bed. They took some time to enable the free Wi-Fi for us, which is why I don't give them 5 stars. Parking was included in the destination fees, and so was a free dessert and drink. We got the apple cheesecake which was delicious. The Lager though disappointed. Check out was quick. At check-in, the guy at the desk was a bit impatient, so I had to come back to give him my Marriott Rewards account number. Also, they over-charged my credit card initially, so I had to call to get it corrected. Finding their billing group to talk to was another hassle.

Very nice and quiet hotel. I didn't smell smoke inside. It was beautiful inside as well. Plenty of games for adults and kids by the pool area. Very prompt concierge desk. There's a bar & restaurant inside that is kind of pricey, but still affordable. The food was excellent though so it made up for it. I would definitely return. We didn't get the opportunity to sit in the pool or Jacuzzi, however they had both.

Very nice hotel just a few minutes off the Strip. Located directly next door to the Convention Center. Great food. Comfortable beds. Gorgeous bathrooms. They even have an automated robotic concierge service with "Priscillia"

There were some issues: 1) the chair in our room was broken 2) the ottoman and carpet were dirty with ketchup spots (at least that’s what I hope it was). We asked twice for them to clean it; never did. 3) the glasses were turned upside down onto used, worn out cardboard coasters. Gross. 4) there was a water container in the lobby, but only shot glass sized cups provided. Not an exaggeration. 5) the map looks like a short distance from the strip, but a large golf course is between us. Long walk if you don’t want to drive/taxi.

Love the refreshing fruit infused waters. Nice rooms, comfortable sleep. Food is pretty good at the restaurant. Would be nice if rooms were a bit more sound proof.

The best place to have a sundouner while watching Vegas coming alive around you… NO picture can describe the view!

I love the fact that the hotel is near the strip but not on it. I’m all for having a good time but when I’m ready to sleep I’m not interested in navigating through a overly crowded hotel and then trying to get some sleep while half drunk people are stumbling through the hallway, blasting loud music, and disturbing the two hours of sleep I’m bound to only get. No shade to people who smoke but I like my lungs as is. This hotel has a no smoking policy and you won’t have to worry about the screams of winnings or loss for that matter which stems from Casino vibes because no gambling will be found here. Decor beautiful. Hospitality amazing. Customer service excellent. Fun guaranteed. You want to have fun in Vegas then have fun but if you want to have a good time in Vegas and really enjoy yourself and the energy around you stay here.

Very great place. The lights did go out in the middle of the night due to a power outage. But if I hadn't got up to use the restroom at 4:00 am I never would have noticed. They got the power going again really quickly.

I really like this hotel when I’m in town on business. It’s off the strip and like any other hotel you’d go to anywhere for business. Which is why I like it. Easier to get Uber’s here. Easier to get out of here. You don’t have to walk a mile to get to the front of the hotel. It’s quieter. The staff are solid.

It ABSOLUTELY SUCKED! They gave our group a great rate for the room and then added an enormous amount of additional fees! Resort fee, parking fees, w a couple others that I can remember the rediculous titles they gave us! I would not recommend this location to anyone! A very disappointed customer that represents a group of 14 others that stayed there for Super Bowl weekend! Don't stay there unless you want excessive fees added to your bill!

Service was pretty good valet is and internet is included with the service fee. We received drink tokens and desert tokens which was good. There was an outdoor area with a pool jacuzzi ping pong tables and other games, one of the ping pong tables was broken though. Seems like a pretty nice quiet area. Monorail is about a 5-10 minute walk. I would stay here again but it's not that great if you want to be loud late at night.

This is the first time in my life when in room service and hotel bar in four star hotel closes several hours early for no reason during weekend. I may understand if I would be in some rural town but from hotels in Vegas I expect more. If on each booklet it advertises it's service till midnight I expect it to be open till that time. And what happened to my mini bar? Why is it empty?

This will depend on what you want when you stay. If you want a hotel that will allow you to walk from the main street to your room, this is not. If you want a hotel that will take you away a bit from the hustle, this can be.
The rooms are comfortable and with good amenities. The staff is quite attentive and in terms of follow up as well. Yes, you should consider investing in transportation or time to go to the tourist places, unless you want to walk between 40 and 45 minutes, of course there depends on the weather.

The room was spacious and the bed was nice. The bartender was very kind and remembered me after one meal. My main issues were with the iron, which leaked and soaked one of my shirts, and the shower which couldn't reach a temperature that I would call warm.

Old place. Showing signs of age. Staff not very friendly… Had to wait 15 minutes for check in when I reached hotel at 1.15am. Staff member clearly not alert and struggled to complete check in. Not value for money considering tons of better and reasonably priced options in proximity.

Our stay was great! Beds were comfortable, e during was clean, and our view was fantastic. Check-in was ready and accommodating (even with or kids), and we had no issues during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Since the gastronomic offer at the LV Convention Center is very modest, it makes sense next door to visit the Renaissance with the Grill 55. Mainly burgers and salads are offered. Nice atmosphere, friendly and fast service — quality of the food good. There is also a steakhouse in the hotel, but this does not open until 17:00.

The event I attended was hosted by the hotel. The conference room was very nice and the food was good. For parking you have to enter the main entrance on Paradise. If you want to just park yourself, you can get in on Sierra Vista.

My visit was excellent! Everything was very clean and the workers were very friendly!

I want to give this hotel a higher rating for the amazing customer service but the food and room was very disappointing. Our room was really musty smelling, the rug had stains all over it, and the sink was plugged. We ordered room service 2 nights in a row. First night ordered the Cobb salad with salmon and specifically asked for a cup of tomato soup with crackers or bread. She even repeated the order twice. 30 min later the salad came with a piece of salmon the size of a golf ball, the salad didn't have all the toppings I. E. Avocado, and no crackers or bread! Second night salad came with no Salmon! The mashed potatoes tasted like hospital food, and the mushrooms were straight from a can. My partners burger was soggy and his fries were cold. My last complaint — why doesn't the bar have martini glasses? We're in Vegas! Oh yeah, and we're Marriott Platinum members for over 10 years.

If you want to go to Vegas and enjoy a hotel without casino, this is the place. You will find one of the best Mixologas in Las Vegas, the Brazilian: Natalia, besides being an excellent mixologa is a very nice person, I prepare the best caipirosca I have taken in my life.

Great stay. Hotel was very nice. Employees were extremely friendly. Free perks we received were great (2 drink coupons for Starbucks and 2 drink coupons for the bar). Very close to the monorail. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel meets 4 star standard. Rather business — as a tourist hotel. The Strip is easily accessible by monorail.

Worst Customer Service @Renaissance Las Vegas Booked on July 2017 a room for a 2 nights stay on 14th-16th september. Submited correct credit card details upon request on August 1st. Received booking confirmation #. Received a further confirmation yesterday september 13th!
Arrived at the reception today and was told, no reservation on the system. After a research, reservation was found but sales department and booking supplier seemed to have a communication problem!? Who's pay…ing for this at the end? The guest! This is unacceptable.
I was told the hotel is sold out. The booking supplier is stating that they did everything right, which in my opinion is correct. There is no intention between them, to solve the reservation problem. The guest (me) had absolutly no fault in this situation. I would avoid this hotel, just for the fact that they don't give a s*** on their customers.

The hotel was great. The detail and decor was outstanding. I was truly impressed. The hotel staff was very professional and food was tasty. I wasn't too impressed with the parking situation, but I understand there's limited space. It was a bit cramped, but valet is always an option.

Room was not that large but was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Bedsheets extremely soft. Has conveniently located outlets. Also a refrigerator. Great service and food offered in club lounge. Only drawback was the size and cleanliness of the shower — it was a little smaller than average and I could not easily adjust the shower head, and the floor could have been cleaner. My toilet was running every few minutes which was annoying, but I never reported it.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic! No gaming and no smoking is just the beginning. The bed was extremely comfortable, the linens and down comforter were top notch! Down pillows; excellent room service! The lobby area is very aesthetic; delicious food at the steakhouse and the coffee shop is a Starbucks with a very relaxing atmosphere decorated with very tasteful old timey, Vegas icons: Elvis at his wedding; the Rat Pack and the Jackson 5. I hesitate to share this hotel for fear of it becoming a popular hidden gem; but I just can't not espouse how great it is.

This is a hidden Jewel in the heart of Las Vegas. One of the cleanest Hotels, Friendliest Staff and a wonderful atmosphere. The Food is spectacular, the pool is lovely. A favorite spots that I have been going to for at least 6 years. Congratulations for setting a High Standard.

The room and hotel itself was good. Very modern and well kept. Close to the convention center with easy access to the monorail. However, the process of making the reservation was extremely difficult. They got everything wrong from, the dates of my stay to the room configuration I needed, to the credit card authorization that was supposed to applied. I had to call back repeatedly to make sure and evem in the end. They still got it wrong. If I was not arranging this for a group business event, I would have looked elsewhere. It was clear the staff either did not want to assist customers or just did not care for their jobs.

Not impressed with their new resort fee they have added on to each rooms bill. This is by no stretch of the imagination a resort. It is a business hotel. The fact that they went got a few extras for the pool area doesn't make this a resort. Not sure what Marriott is try to do with the resort fee crap, and now their new 48 hour cancellation policy. Maybe it is time I left my Lifetime Platinum Rewards and find another hotel chain to frequent.

The sound proofing between rooms is pretty minimal. We could clearly hear everything said and done in the room next to us. They give you 2-4 free waters a day along with drink and coffee vouchers. The one valet they have is just that — one valet. It means you could be waiting a very very long time to get your car. The hotel GM needs to work on hiring more.

Was there for a two day business conference. The meeting room was nice, and always has a perfect temperature. The banquet food was very delicious and plentiful. The guest room was very nice and clean. The bar was good in the evening, and there is a Starbucks cafe open during the day. Very happy overall!

It's a nice place that is situated very nicely by the monorail. There is some small issues with the lobby internet, but nothing major. All of the employees have been nice and curteous.

I'v spent in this Hotel 2nights. Was too bad customer service.! + Bad house keeping. They are not helping us as a gests, FOR EXAMPLE I'v requested blanket THEY TOOK LIKE 1h and 30min to send it (gess what! they send me bed covers insted of blanket! ) look like I'm never gona come back to this hotel again…! seems like something wrong on this 4 Stars Hotel.

Wi-Fi was fast, breakfast was good, and the entire hotel was extremely well polished and cleaned. The cleaning staff cleaned my room multiple days and did a great job. I left valuables out, even though they provided a safe, and nothing went missing. And one of the best parts: it's not on the strip, but is a 5 minute walk to the Las Vegas monorail, which gives you access to the entire thing. Great experience.

To Make A Hotel Manageress.

Do not stay at this hotel. They advertise a hot tub, which is true, but they allow private parties to rent the space and give them exclusive access which means you cannot use the amenity. Stay away! Even worse, the supposed private party was not even using the space.

Great hotel. No smoking and no casino, so perfect for someone who wants to visit Vegas but leave the Strip behind. I will definitely stay here again. Close to convention center.

The Renaissance is a nice, affordable hotel not too far from the Strip and without a casino for those not into that scene/crowd. It includes a small pool in the middle of the hotel; free small cocktails in the afternoons (along with free water all day) ; a few nice restaurant choices like Envy and Grill 55; and a pretty close proximity to the Convention Center along with a quick hop over to the Encore. Rooms were pretty comfy too — nothing extraordinary but they were clean and comfy. The restroom had a tub/shower area and was pretty large (great water pressure too). The walls may be thin but in all seriousness, most of the hotels in Vegas seem to have the same problem. Walking over to the Encore took about 30 minutes while a taxi ride is about 5. It's also an easy walk over to the LVH.

Service was friendly and great location however the walls are thing! Some guys in the next room laughed so loud I heard everything half the night. Its right next to the strip, the rail, and convention center and golf course. Half way between downtown and the mgm grand so getting around was easy. Food prices were a bit high. I agree with others that marriott could offre more free extras like Wi-Fi and breakfast. The hotel is nice the king size room was decent and by the sounds of things big enough room for more than two to comfortably share. This is a first for me to have been at a hotel this nice and have this sound problem but I hear it happens.

When my family and I travel we always look for a Renaissance. I love the Marriott hotels and we especially love the Renaissance brand. Granted this is not hotel and casino in Las Vegas, but if you are on business or with your family this was a nice and quiet hotel. This location just reinforces my confidence in the Renaissance brand of hotels. Luis was our waiter at the steak house and we were treated as valued guest. Also the front desk was fast and efficient. I would also like to commend Yoseff at the front desk for his excellent customer service. We arrived and our room was not yet ready. He told me perhaps about 30 minutes it would be ready. I went to the bar for glass of water and returned to ask him a question about the hotel. He had keys in hand and even upgraded our room. I will be sure to return here again.
