Nice stay. Kind of felt they were pushing us out the morning we left. Housekeeping left opening our door seeing if had left. They didn't even knock. If expect that from a motel-6 but not Bally's. Also during the summer when temperatures are hitting 104 everyday they ought to open the pool at 8am instead of 9am. At 9am so many people we're waiting. It's hot, give us an extra hour. Otherwise nice place friendly customer service.

Very nice hotel and casino with great entertainment and very nice restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Also, the monorail has a stop there so it is very convenient. It's also located close to places like the pharmacy so you don't have to travel far for anything you need. It's a great place to stay when you're in Vegas.

A convenient location in the middle of the Strip. Beautiful views from the window, the room is spacious, in good condition. There is a spa and a swimming pool.

An old hotel that has been updated several times. It feels like a luxury, but it's old. But at the same time, the room is clean, comfortable and not bad view of the strip, if you are lucky.
The best value for money, location and quality.
The room has a fridge, TV and all the necessary amenities.
If you are not very attached to luxury, you can safely choose this hotel.

I only went there to visit but what I saw I like and recommend to visit it.

I've been going to Vegas for years and I always thought that Bally's looked old and tired on the outside when I walked by. But I was pleasantly surprised when we stayed there this trip. The room was very nice and comfortable and recently renovated. And the addition of the Grand Bazaar Shops outside makes shopping and dining very convenient. Would recommend!

Very impressed with the renovation. The rooms are the most spacious of any on the strip and they are very nice! Great value for the money. Pretty centrally located on the strip as well. LOVE the check in/out with the kiosk as well. Staff if great.

The event at Bally was good, Bally provide good service, food, and attention. The hotel is great and the staff is very friendly.

We tried the Sterling Buffet here. The lobsters, king crab legs, n steak are excellent. The casino itself is nice and cozy. Not too noisy. Great for family. Enjoyed the time here.

Good casino hotel in great location on the strip. Unfortunately, something has come up in the years, which one looks at both the casino and the rooms slowly but surely.

I do multiple trade shows in Las Vegas every year. Bally's is my preferred place to stay if in the Indigo Tower. The rooms are a little bigger, it's quiet and a very central location on the strip. I give the Indigo tower a 5 star. The Jubilee tower is a very different story. It's very loud. You hear music, traffic and noise from the strip until 4 am plus the entire tower smells like pot. Bring some ear plug and if you're lucky you might get a little rest. Zero stars for the Jubilee tower. Bally's also is one of the only hotels left with a deep end in there pool.

Viel Hotel de Vegas, acceptable but not halucting.

Old Place, but the paranormal show is worth it! I don't know what they miss.

Best hotel location in affordable price range… It is in the center of all attractions. Casino lobby and other places are bit of old looks. Newly renovated suites were great but the view was not that good, just the back of the hotel… But supposed to have nice resort view as per my booking details. Toiletries could be of better quality. During our stay one day 10 am to 3 pm water shutdown was there but it was not communicated while booking or checking in. Just a printed notice given.

Beautiful and huge room facing the "Eiffel Tower" of Vegas. Huge shower, hot tub, comfortable bed. On the ground floor like all the local establishments: the Casino.

I really enjoyed my stay. Close to the Strip. Recommended for the price.

I love their new building! We stayed in a suite and it was absolutely lovely. Our view of the high roller and the northern part of the strip was amazing. Nice staff. They have quite a bit of amenities inside the casino, and its nice that it is connected to Paris. My only complaint is that our suite was sooooo far from the elevator. If they could put one in on the west side of the building that would be great. But that's not enough to take away a star.

Loved it! Rooms are beautiful. Service is great. Location is close to a lot of stuff to do and see. Restaurants inside Hotel are great, View was absolutely perfect! On 15th floor, noise level was very low and tolerable. Bed was soft and comfortable. Will love to stay here again in the future.

We attended the Miss Behavin Game Show and it was a lot of fun. Don't go looking for a high end production but do expect the unusual and you will be entertained. Tiffany is a very talented and acrobatic "girl". Absolutely amazing what "she" can do. Miss Behaving is good, funny and can work and control a crowd. Small venue which works well on all accounts. Well worth the price of the tickets.

Comfortable rooms. Spectacular Sommiers. Beautiful view of the rooms and excellent location.

Gorgeous Suites! Very large! Jacuzzi tub and double entry walk in glass tiled showers. Beds were comfortable. Our view wasn't the greatest, but room was extremely comfortable! Great location on the Strip. As it is with any hotel in Vegas, it takes lots of walking to get out to the actual street. We will definitely be back again! ☺️

I went to play minigolf in Twilight Zone by Monster Mini Golf and it was fun.

The location is nice right next to a walk way across the strip and in the middle, however the rooms are old. And no frills. I complained to the front desk and they would not do anything to help me. I did a late checkout and they did not tell me they were turning the water off so I had to change rooms for the last few hours to shower and get ready for the day. They should have mentioned something when I was told it would cost extra to stay a bit longer. Also, I could hear the people above me walking and the pipes being used a lot through the walls.

On the scale of the bearable casinos in Las Vegas, the Ballys is really good. Quiet, cosy atmosphere, not touted and without the hordes of players a little vulgar that can be found elsewhere.

A large room with a huge window and not a bad view. There's a fridge.
No kettle. The air conditioning — the siter didn't work. All the old furniture is like from the 90s. And the most nightmare for me, as for NOT smokers — is the smell of tobacco in everything, in pastels, pillows, in the atmosphere — in the room for NOT SMOKING!

We went to see the master of illustration magic show. The room was smaller than we expected which is great so we could see the show closer. However the stage was not tall enough. Some views were blocked by the people in front of us. There are two screens on the top left and right sides. I wish these screens can be bigger. There were some close ups were hard to see as well. Overall I think the theater needs some updates.

The rooms were very clean and big. The casino itself seems a bit run down. And the shops in front could use sprucing up. The walk way was filthy. You could see all along she people were jumping up to leave hand prints in the dust on the lighting. You would think this is their signature entrance they would maintain it better.

We were given 2 free nights by Bally's after we'd had our wedding reception in the Skyview Ballroom last year (beautiful) and were asked to provide feedback on our experience. We suspected we would be stuck with resort fees for our "free" stay, but we were very happy to learn upon checkout that it really was free! Extremely easy check-in via kiosk (we didn't see similar machines in other Strip hotels), and their beds are comfortable and rooms quiet. We were also given $10 of food/beverage credit by declining housekeeping service. All around great experience and free second honeymoon.

This is Las Vegas 1994. High quality property that has never been updated. Set a bit off from the strip, the entrance can be reached from walking inside of Paris or walking through run down retail shops from the Strip and riding a long escalator and walkway. Why do I constantly have to dodge people asking if I want show tickets or comps if I sit through a time share presentation. If the people that work for this time share company were servers, I would never wait more than 2 seconds for a beverage. They are so aggressive. Everything at this location just looks dated. From the floors to the uniforms the staff is forced to wear. Plenty of other locations to choose from on the Strip.

It's such a great experience for me and my wife trying Bally's Hotel. The service is great and the people is very kind. The room is really hug although it has no view but I wasn't really looking for the view more than how the room is good. Everything is clean and neat. I love how it's connected to Paris so you don't need to get out the building!

Rooms in accordance with the standing and the location. Attention: Parking and Wi-Fi fee which is a pity. Parking is very close to the reception and the rooms. Few restaurants compared to other casinos. Game room very well.

This place was totally nice without being very good at all. I stayed in the same room for 15 nights, that’s right, 15 nights in lovely Bally’s. My carpet had two unknown ‘sticky spots’ that I learned to not step on and my toilet required at least two flushes to even clear itself of pee. Only 4 of the 8 elevators were functioning which caused a wait of nearly 20 minutes on several occasions. The king size bed was great and the staff was very friendly until I asked for a new room. Even with my extended stay it seemed they just didn’t have anything available with a working toilet or dark places on the carpet I dare not touch. Also they cut the water off 4 different times when I was there for repairs, I’m sure most guests with a shorter stay wouldn’t have noticed but unfortunately for me I did. It’s a nice stay for the price or if you’re looking to relive the grandeur of a Holiday Inn in the early 1990’s.

Great value for money, but nothing worth choosing, no big amusements or attractions, except the casino.

Bally Casino is one of the best. The workers are quick and friendly.

The Hotel is a little old. My room overlooked the disco at the other hotel, after 3 days not sleeping, I left and finished my stay at Aria.

The Bally Las Vegas Hotel & Casino is located at 3645 S Las Vegas Boulevard. This is a great hotel by its size and simple by its offer. It offers two types of room without a large price difference. No hotel of the Strip is not devoid of specialties, the Bally has two: its Jubilee show and its Champagne Brunch on Sunday morning.

A right hotel, but just throwing it down, no more. It shows that the business in Las Vegas is the casino and not the accommodation. If that hotel were somewhere else, where leisure was not the claim, there would be no acceptable reviews. Ye oldie Goldie and although not dirty in sight if it is aspect.

Terrible Caesar's Entertainment Property — Will Not Be Back We just returned from a Birthday trip for my daughter… we had four rooms at Bally's. The two rooms that were in the "old tower" were entirely unacceptable. They were not only old and tired but filthy and in total disrepair. One room even had a bloody hand print on the wall! Dirty linens, stained carpets, marred furniture, stained bathroom amenities, the list is long. We went to the front desk to see about changing a room and were told they were totally sold out so no other rooms available. Then, when I offered a tip, the nice young lady said, "well I can probably find one but it will be an extra $75 per night". When I told her that was ridiculous, considering they were already paying $250 per night, she kindly reduced the upgrade fee to $40 per night. How funny that she miraculously found a room! Extortion just like the old Mob days! We had our choice of two free rooms at any Caesar's property and chose Bally's only because it was less expensive for those who had to pay. We will never make that mistake again. You could not pay me to stay there again. The gambling was the worst I've experienced in my 30 years of experience. I don't expect to get rich but a simple return once in a while would have been reasonable. I didn't believe the horrible gambler reviews online about this place buy now I understand and agree. The only decent thing about this hotel is its location.

Bally's is in the middle of everything. Excellent location. The Paris area was my absolute favorite spot to be in ALL of Las Vegas. Even at 3am this place was happening and the ambiance is just SO COOL! it felt like Disneyland! Also while we were gambling we got a ton of free drinks so they are attentive as well. Excellent stay! Hotel rooms were clean and spacious and we had a great view.

I like this place because it is the perfect mix of location quality style and cost. Centre strip so an easy walk to a number of big names. It's also a traditional style inside which I like. And the rooms are good quality often on offer for a decent price. It also has a good selection of places to eat. One nice feature is the underground passageway that leads to Paris next door. In the passage there are shops, restaurants and places to drink. Whenever I go to Vegas I always consider Bally's. Been there so often it's like going home…

Great rooms, good reception and a casino where you can really miss…

The hotel with pool is good but it is quite old. Otherwise the rooms are quite large, the bathrooms too. Good value for money and good location. It just deserves to be handed over to the time of day to be perfect.

Check in line was very long but it was worthy to wait. Check out was very fast — I did it on the machine which you don't need to wait on the line. Nice hotel, nice staff. I really liked convince of this hotel. Being in middle of the strip — it was awesome. It was very easy to walk and get to anywhere — north or south, east or west. Cost of the hotel was very much worthy. I had only problem buying bottle of water. Hotel sells small sized bottle of water for $3. Which you can buy 25 bottles in next door only for $6. Hotel is overpriced with water which you need so badly especially people needs after having too many alcoholic beverages for free whole day.

Stayed here for a week with my family. Booked the economy room with the Resort park option, so some of us can enjoy the amenities of the hotel. I didn't gamble at all but my parent did. Its easy to check-in with the kiosk in front of the service desk. The only thing I didn't like was the room we stayed in was not properly maintained because some of the wallpaper edges are starting to peel off and some areas of the curtains are damaged. I didn't stay here for the room but for the city it self. I enjoyed my stay in Las Vegas for a week.

Found on offer, overnight stay. Casino choreography a bit ' older, would need a refreshed, rooms that recapture the style of the casino, is worth the same speech. Comfort and cleanliness OK in the room even if you noticed heavy stale air from closed. Good location, 2 steps and you're in full strip. Many families.

Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff.

Went to the casino to gamble with my parents, they questioned my ID because my hair is darker in the picture than it is now. My dad made a comment like "it's my daughter, I wouldn't be taking her here if she wasn't 21" very respectfully, and the man at Roulette, his name is Paul, decided to very rudely laugh at my dad and say "oh yeah, that makes a difference" extremely sarcastically, and then when the manager came over to confirm it, he mocked my dad to him openly. Making everyone feel completely belittled and as if they are better in some way. Just a little advice to the staff: Stay humble, the money we are using at your workplace is the money that is used to pay your bills. I would of understood if we were a bunch of loud drunks or something but we are on our family vacation and did nothing but question why they were questioning my ID so hard at every station. Even the manager had a sarcastic tone in his voice, like we weren't allowed to ask why they kept walking away with my ID or something. I believe everyone deserves to be respected and should be polite. You don't have to kiss my feet but I expect respect when I'm spending money somewhere. The hotel is average at best, so the arrogant staff doesn't compliment it at all.

Small price, quality of the service to the appointment, curved very spacious and very clean.

Located in the heart of the strip, it is cozy and offers all the high standards of Las Vegas at a good price.

The first floor is full of casinos, and can smoke freely, so the air is not very good. The elevator in the room is on the floor, which elevator depends on which floor you live in.

Very nice, too bad now that compared to the new hotels that have done, shows its years, especially in the upholstery.
For the rest I found the rooms clean.

Stayed here for a tradeshow last October. I extended my stay one day and the original credit card I was using expired. I used the quick checkout and didn't even know I owed any money. They turned my account over to a shady collection agency over $160 which ruined my credit. I would rather sleep in the street with the Mexican pandhandlers than stay at Bally's Las Vegas again. Thieves! Beware.

It took 1 1/2 hours to check in, large lines and hardly anyone working the counter. Cleaning lady was rude and refused to provide assistance. Toilet ran constantly and a/c was intermittent. A stack of call girl cards was in my room on the side table. Customer service was non-existent. Elevators had numerous problems, 5 down during most of the stay causing lines to get to my room. Price gouging on everything. I understand business making a profit but this was off the charts ridiculous. Worst ever vacation spot!

Beverage Department needs a real Beverage Team Marta the Beverage Manager is Tops! The rest are inexperienced, After calling the health Department former employee of well over 10 years had health and safety concerns for the customers he had loyally served for years this person wanted to remain anonymous Health Department would not address their concerns here they are. Broken glass under the glass mats cheap glasses no regular documented cleaning procedures, Ice bins not cleaned daily, Juice not dated consistently. No drain in center beer cooler at Sully"s bar not cleaned regularly sometimes moldy, tiles on floor at Sully"s bar need replaced when floor is mopped water goes under tiles. Improper mopping of Bar sometimes only dirty water is used or bleach and oven cleaner is dumped on floor chemicals should not be mixed then floor not rinsed with clean water. To many other Health Dept. Issues to list Management treats their loyal employees with the same love they look out for their valued customers with. Anywhere but Bally"s. Loyal employee of over 10 years.

Ballys & total rewards a mixed bag. First ballys has finally improved the elevators in the jubilee tower. Got the mini suite with jacuzzi tub, cost $50 as platinum member I got a discount, could of had regular room free. Room was clean, but had to have maitenance come up replace 3 burned out bulbs & tighten shower head and fix shower knob. Biggest disappointment in last 12 months is total rewards & caesars entertainment seem to get cheaper & more chinchy every year. You no longer can get resort fee waived when a platinum member, so free rooms still cost $28 in resort fees. Drinks in sports bar $7 for a beer really? Po wong, really nice guy in sports book bar, enjoyed visiting with him. Drinks at blu pool $16 for one mixed drink & $8 for a beer, reallllllly? Come on your making a killing on super tight machines you could at least sell drinks at affordable price. Also the food at restaurants is over priced, food average. $50 for 2 to eat at village buffet. For first time ever, (i go to vegas twice a year & have since 1980) the pit boss decided to change the table limit from $10 to $15 after several of us had been gambling on it for several hours, use to the new limit would effect only those new to the table, but this time we were told all of us would have to increase our wagers, this nimrod whose name was michael, had no rational for change, manager came over at my request & told me the bottom line was profit driven, his name was jeff.

Bally’s, by far, was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. A group of cousins/girlfriends and I stayed in the Bally’s Indigo tower for a 5-day getaway. We checked in with Carrie, who acted like we were bothering her. I was trying to excite her by telling her how excited we were for being in Vegas the very first time. She was not moved, very dry and her tone was negative to the point that I asked to see a manger. She went to the back and returned saying he was in a meeting and would be there for several hours. After a few moments, I had to ask her if she was mad. Her response, “No, I’m not mad are you mad! ” At this point, I just continued with the check-in process for fear of being stuck in a crappy room. She told us where our room would be located and I asked if we could get a room with a view of the strip. She told us we had to pay $50/night for an upgrade. We declined. When we stepped foot in the room (#638), I was expecting to see a room similar to the ones we saw on their website…FAR FROM IT! It smelled old, musty and like there was mildew. We had a view of teh air conditioning unit. The carpet was old and stained; furniture was dusty and worn. I saw the housekeeper in the hall and asked her to step in our room. Terry was extremely pleasant when she came in. She listened and too could notice a stench in in our room. She advised that the Jubilee Tower was updated and suggested we try to upgrade their.

Stayed here 5-12-15 for 3 nights. I was upgraded to a suite at check in doing the 20 dollar trick. It was well worth it. Rooms and casino are older and not as glamorous as others but you are connected to Paris which is nice. Very central location allows for awesome access to the strip. Would stay here again.

This place was not what I expected. "Pet friendly" but only has a tiny lawn on the opposite side of the hotel from the rooms. The pool closes very early and the staff was very rude to us. The vallet refused to park us because there was dog hair in the car. I am never going here again.

Ballys was so great! Clean room great customer service everything was great! Stayed in the jubilee tower great few of the strip.

Bally's was NOT bad at all wish there wasn't construction going on in the front during our stay but what the hay. The amazing Julie was able to upgrade us to a very nice junior suite which I LOVED! It was not in the Jubilee tower which I was a little disappointed about but then again I should have asked before hand. Besides that the view was to die for! We really enjoyed The Bally's Hotel no complaints everything was perf, room was a bit outdated so I give 4 stars.
