The room felt like an apartment. It was very comfortable. Full kitchen, spa like bathroom, washer and dryer, living room with fireplace. All of this for a very reasonable price. Very close to the strip but far enough off that it was super easy to get into. I love this place. We will definitely stay here again. The staff was super friendly as well.

This is a beautiful hotel, just off the Strip. We ALWAYS come here when in Las Vegas. The rooms are spacious and very quiet. The hotel does not have a casino, so it is a very easy to get to the elevator to get to your room. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We will be back!

This hotel is absolutely top-notch! They have nothing but excellent service, amazing staff, and a willingness to make your stay exceptional. Plus, they have went above and beyond for us today. This morning our horrible airline canceled our flight, and they were willing to give us the same price for another night. After back-and-forth with the airline and a trip to the airport for four hours, they still held up their promise eight hours later and were able to give us a great rate and got us right back into the room we were previously in. It's really great to see that customer service still does exist! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! Thank you for all of the great service.

This is my 1st wedding anniversary and this place is the best. The rooms are very spacious and it has everything that you need and more. We will be back.

I kept my room very clean but whatever I needed they brought it to me and they were instituting social distancing. Also the indoor /outdoor pool was great loved it.

Not far off the strip so much quieter. Great services, very welcoming staff always ready to assist. Dog friendly and nice outdoor area for the four legged.

Don’t go to this hotel if you expect to receive a good service. They could not care less that you are a paying customer and will rudely refuse to help you if you ask for anything. I cannot believe a hotel that treats it’s paying customers this way is still in business!

This place was GREAT! fun for kids, close to strip, C-Store right next door! The front desk was not the best. I was the only customer being helped and there were two of them. They rushed, like they were SO BUSY. Kind of irritating. No kind or sincere THANK YOU for keeping me employed. Ya know… The ones that were helpful got a nice tip!

We got married at the Platinum on Feb 18, 2018. Sandra and her team were amazing to deal with from start to finish. We also used the Marquise Suite and it was HUGE. The concierge was amazingly helpful arranging things for us, and the drivers were awesome as well.
Went back for our one year anniversary this year, and got the same level of service this time too! We plan on coming back year after year and this is the only place we’ll stay.
Do yourself a favor and check this out. Walking distance to the strip and the views are amazing.

Largest hotel room Ive ever been in. Very nice.

Stayed here from 15th thru to 19th and would highly recommend. A very serene hotel to come back to after the hustle and bustle that Vegas has to offer. We had a suite equipped with washer dryer which was fab considering we came on hand luggage for a 3city stay! Bathroom was huge, lounge. And kitchen great space too with fab fridge freezer too, ice and water dispensing.
16th floor gave us fab views of the craziness! Gita Saval, head concierge was just superb, she helped me plan my hair as we were getting married and also transport to the venue. Her recommendations all perfect. All staff were friendly, we made use of car to take us downtown too which was helpful. nothing was too much trouble would highly recommend and more than happy to answer any questions regarding this fab hotel. thanks for making our stay a memorable, fun, hassle free and awesome

Absolutely loved this hotel — the fact it’s all non-smoking and no casino makes it an oasis of calm in the maelstrom of chaos that is Las Vegas! Great rooms, pool, and free wine in the bar every afternoon for guests. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

I travel to Las Vegas typically twice a year from Sydney Australia and ALWAYS stay at Platinum Hotel Las Vegas. I would highly recommend the Hotel. Amazing Suites, Great View, Awesome Location. While you're there, you have to eat at the BBQ place at Ellis Island.

We recently had our wedding at The Platinum and it was above and beyond what my husband and I expected! The vendors were phenomenal and our wedding coordinator, Rhiannon, was helpful every step of the way. I highly recommend this hotel for weddings or just to stay at while in Vegas.

We had our wedding there 8/31/18. We cannot rave enough about how absolutely amazing, easy, stress-free, and perfect our wedding was! Everyone at the Platinum Hotel were so friendly. The vendors amazing! Doing a destination wedding can be overwhelming but it was not at all. We picked our package, vendors emailed us, we made our selections, and showed up. Sandra and the photographer were amazing, holding our son so we could eat. It was affordable and the VIEWS… the photos show that you were married in Las Vegas! We loved it so much, we have discussed having other events there in the future; birthdays, etc. The rooms were great, loved the full kitchen!

Absolutely amazing hotel, suites, views, staff, and amenities! One of the best deals in Vegas, top notch. Nothing better than a romantic room service dinner on the balcony with the one you love and stunning million dollar strip views.

I stay here every time I come to Vegas. It beats all the other hotels, in my opinion. It's about a half a mile off the strip, you get a balcony, kitchen, living room and bedroom and an amazing bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi tub. Free parking, valet only. This place is definitely for people who prefer quality over quantity. Service is always professional and awesome.

A normal hotel, away from the bustle of the city.

Very quiet and nice hotel. Love the location, is 5 minutes walking distance from the strip. Room was very clean and most importantly very big — kitchen, small living room, bedroom and huge bathroom. The room had a balcony but the view was awful, this is the only thing that we didn’t like. Pool was nice and it looks clean. Friendly staff and always smiling. We loved the valet service.

Always a great time! Look no further if you're looking to get married in Las Vegas, this is one of the most beautiful places! Everyone gets free valet. Valet staff are excellent! Door Service and much much more. Is that Platinum is definitely a trendsetter. Super clean great staff awesome Spa rooms are very spacious indoor outdoor pools restaurant & cool pools right next to each other be sure to go up to the 17th floor — rooftop amazing views great place to take pictures. Smoke-free environment especially for your wedding day. Look NO further! I've been going to the Platinum for the past 10 years the staff is amazing & stayed the same which is quite rare in Las Vegas that really has a crisp clean fun relaxing place to be! Very trendy!

Visited a friend. Valet was very obnoxious and kept saying "take care of us, we take care of you. " Long story short, came back and my car had a 1 1/2 inch deep scratch on the rear bumper. Submitted an incident report to management. They said I would be called for additional info. Nothing until now. Maybe because I wasn't checked in? All in all, bad management. Your front people should be one of your best. They are the first and last people your guests see.

The Platinum Hotel & Spa was fantastic! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were much larger than expected and very clean too. The shower was very large and I swear the bath can fit like 6 people! We were even able to do laundry during our stay here. It is slightly annoying that there is not self park option, it is only valet parking. But the service is speedy and efficient. We never got an opportunity to use the pool or other amenities during our stay, but I'd imagine they were great also. I highly recommend the The Platinum Hotel & Spa to all.

Had my wedding there. They went above and beyond with everything. It is almost all inclusive. The vendors they provide are amazing. Food was great. Dessert was amazing. Bartender and DJ were nice. The photographer they provided was super sweet and did far more than I expected. Venue was beautiful with unbeatable view. So happy.

The spa has lots of great packages and very good massage therapists. And you can use the sauna as a hotel guest. The rooms are ginormous with great views. It's really nice to be able to walk to the strip.

Well kept and clean. A good location off the Vegas strip. Only complaint are the pillows.

It is cheaper than some other hotels, but you get what you pay for. It is not glamorous. I don't know how old it is but it looks old when approaching it. I cannot speak for all the rooms but it was nice to have 900 sq ft and a full kitchen in our single king bed room. The flip side is it is older and not quite as nice/fancy/new/clean. On top of that, the A/C didn't work. It wasn't too hot outside but turning to A/C on to it's coldest setting for a full 24 hour period made no difference whatsoever, so it was a littler warmer than one would have liked. I probably should have said something, but I didn't. That's on me. We tolerated it. We did have a balcony that we opened up to let in some cooler air at night. That was met with sirens and other general noise. Could not keep it open all night as a result. Only spent a few minutes out there and was privileged enough to see a gentleman relieve himself along the back corner of the gas station immediately below us. Not the hotel's fault, but it was part of the experience given it's location a block and and change off the strip. Speaking of which, it was pretty close to things. Easy, quick walks to most of the south end of the strip was nice. The pool was nothing special, but it was never too busy either, which is probably a plus. The staff was never anything but nice to work with. They only have (complimentary) valet parking there which can be a pro or a con, and filled both roles in the two nights we stayed there.

I been a long time customer of the Platinum. I love the location, balcony views, spacious suites and relaxing hot tube. This time around I used AirBnB to host my weekend stay. I do miss the self parking from way back in the day. It's been a long time since the Platinum had a facelift. Their neighbor Ellis Island is remodeling and I believe it's time for Platinum to do the same. Over all still my favorite hotel near the strip.

Beautiful hotel to stay at and all the Comforts of home. We just had our 40th wedding celebration there on April 21 and it was great. Sandra and Steven from the Platinum were great. My wife wanted a an Elvis impersonator and he came and sung during the ceremony. The food, flowers and the cake were great.

Very nice hotel, 2 blocks away from the strip. Clean and quiet.

Great rooms, hotel location, bathroom and kitchen. Just 2 blocks away from the strip with a huge tub and separate shower. The kitchen is great with an oven, stove, dishwasher and all. Why not 5 stars? This place is probably great if you're down here to just party, but when you're down for business and weeks at a time, only 3 drawers for 2 people is not great and the TV's are a bit small. But still amazing for a great price.

This is a nice place. We stayed in an individually owned suite. Only reason I could not give 5 stars was that the front desk clerk did. It know the rules. He charged us an additional $100 deposit even though he was supposed to only charge us $250. And of course they also changed their rules after we booked our stay. We couldn't even get them to send us a skillet up to use during our stay because it was individually owned suite and not one that the hotel owned. Pool was not available. And there is something all over the side if my truck that was not there before I got to the hotel. Their only solution, it should easy off with soap and water. This would be perfect for someone flying in. But to drive in, they don't seem to care much about your vehicle.

Very nice large rooms. Clean and classy hotel. 4 stars because valet staff proved a bit rude at times. But overall good experience.

Room service was great! All staff were very friendly and the spa tub is to die for! Much needed after long strip walks.

We checked into the Platinum after having 2 nights at the Bellagio on "the strip" just 700 metres away. What a fantastic place it was and a welcome contrast to our Bellagio experience where we felt like cattle being herded along. The staff were welcoming and friendly to all guests and everything clearly explained regarding our stay and the billing process. … The receptionist apologised at the outset that 1 of the 2 TVs in the suite wasn't connected due to wiring updates and waived 2 nights resort fees.
This really wasn't an issue for us. Once in the suite, which was well over $100 cheaper than the standard room at our on strip hotel, we were amazed at the quality and size. The attention to detail was excellent and everything catered for. If you are heading to Las Vegas you can stay in this quality hotel, visit the madness of the strip, and then return to space, comfort and service you only get on the strip if your an high roller. Well done the Platinum and thanks for a great stay.

Always a pleasure to stay. Only complaint is is housekeeping. I was making breakfast and needed a additional pan and it took them 45 minutes to bring, which by that time I was already done cooking. Need to a better job at that. Overall, nice stay.

I have stayed at many hotels in my life. I am a single mother with two young kids. I stayed at the platinum hotel on Friday, Dec 29th 2017. I was staying with my two kids who are 3 and 8. I was charged $195.00 for the room prior to arriving. When I checked in Friday night, the hotel staff took my credit card and charged a $50.00 deposit. They told me the deposit would be back on my card within a couple business days after checking out. This is a pretty standard procedure. After leaving the hotel Saturday morning, I was immediately charged another $250.00 ON TOP of the $50.00 which was never refunded. So a total of $300 extra dollars. I called to figure out why I was charged this amount of money. I was told I have to wait for a manager to get there before they can talk to me about it. So I called back when the manager was available and he informed me there was a door damage on the bathroom door after staff inspected the hotel room. I was completely taken aback. There is no way me or one of my two kids could’ve damaged a door. Let’s just say hypothetically, we did damage a door, it does not cost $300. I was completely ripped off and taken advantage of. When I asked for the proof or pictures of the door damage, they would not give it to me. They said they did not have pictures available. So I am moving forward with legal action until someone sends me the proof I need or gives me my hard earned money back.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Large rooms with a full kitchen. Great view of the strip. Only a few minor complaints. The TVs are way too small for the size of the room. The towels are rough. And lastly, one of the bathroom doors in our room had a hole punched in the wall that should have been caught before we checked in. Overall, I would stay here again and recommend it.

Platinum has great suites and is amazing for families. The pool is open great hours, the gym is 24h. There's an evening happy hour with complimentary wine. The only downside was housekeeping. The failed to show up two days in a row and I had to speak to the manager to arrange it for the next day, they came and mostly did a reasonable job, except forgot to do the shower.

A great hotel, about 300 meters away from the Strip. The rooms, or should you say apartments, are very large and spacious. With a kitchen, huge bathroom and extra bedroom, the rooms are more akin to apartments. The front desk staff is very freaky. In the afternoon you should not miss the happy hour!

Located just a block off the strip. It's actually more centrally located than some hotels on the strip (especially those on either end). Rooms/suites are modern and spacious complete with a full kitchen, living area, and patio. Free wine in the afternoons is a nice bonus. Had no issues with the service while we were there.

We stayed for two nights in one of their suites on the 8th floor. Had a decent view of the strip skyline. Room was nice, had a full kitchen which included utensils, cooking equipment, soap, cups, and plates. Bathroom was spacious with two sinks, a shower, and hot tub. Only complaint would be with the service provided by the staff. The few times we did call for extra amenities only certain items would arrive. Overall however we enjoyed our stay.

The Platinum is an awesome place to stay for your Vegas vacation. The rooms are lovely and absolutely huge and surprisingly affordable. It's a short 10m walk from your room to the dead center of the strip. Staff are friendly and helpful, there's a pretty good bar/restaurant with happy hour and free wine at certain times. I didn't get to swim in the pool but it looks super nice, you can swim between indoors and outdoors. It's quiet and family friendly. Definitely check this place out when you're booking for Vegas.

We stayed at a vacation rental property. The room is great and reasonably priced. The service we have received from both owner and staff of the hotel have been outstanding. The location is fantastic. Its just off the strip but within walking distance to several places.

Huge rooms, modern decoration, polite, friendly and helpful staff. Suites come with a balcony full granite and stainless steel kitchen, in-room laundry facilities, a fireplace, and jacuzzi. Everything to make your stay in Vegas comfortable.

Nice big rooms but terrible food and even worse assistance at the front desk. I called for hours to try to get the front desk on my room phone and it was always busy. Then when I asked for a late checkout because I had medication that needed to be refrigerated they refused — even for an hour later. Disgusting. No accommodations. Say they are family friendly but not really friendly! Update: Patrick came and found me at the hotel a few hours after I posted this and extended my room for the day so I could keep my medication refrigerated. It was very kind!

Room was cool… except the ac didn't work consistently. Clean & well serviced. They sent a technician to fix the ac & he did but it went out the following day again. Courteous service & great hospitality. Solid locale on the Strip too.

This is easily a 5 star hotel for many reasons. The room size is enormous. It houses a jetted tub and a separate shower, kitchen, huge bedroom, and a living room. Staff is very friendly and very attentive. The negatives to this had to do with simple upkeep of room maintenance. One of the double sinks didn't have hot water because the faucet was broken. When we arrived the light outside our room was shattered (it was fixed promptly when reporting) and the pillows we somewhat uncomfortable. These are easy fixes that would allow the 5 star rating they deserve and will continue coming back as the room size alone makes this hotel truly exceptional. Oh! Leave early as valet had a large line.

The hotel room was far nicer than our residence. Nice view, big balcony, huge room, awesome. We were there mid August, but I'd just take a cool shower and walk to the strip, midday, I was perfectly comfortable. The staff was also very nice. Beautiful hotel.

It's a great hotel with all the amenities and more. There is no casino and no smoking on the property. Each suite has a kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, sink), balcony with a view, living room, bedroom and a spa tub. I upgraded my room to include an extra bed and surprising had a washer/dryer, fire place plus more space (1400ft). The pool had indoor/outdoor split and a hot tub. They had happy hour down in Stir where complementary wine was served daily. Just a five minute walk from the Vegas strip. Very peaceful and relaxing. Complementary valet as well. Friendly staff and above service.

Great staff, wonderful & fast service. Next time we stay in Vegas we will stay at Platinum Hotel again. My wife and I have stayed in many hotels including Caesars and we have never received the high quality of service that we received at Platinum. You can tell that customer service is on the top of Platinums list from management through all levels of employment. Special thanks to Daniel (one of the great Valets) that took the extra time to make our stay better.

Stupid nice hotel. Upper middle class luxury. Only complaint is the front desk staff needs to hold up their vow of contacting patrons when their room is ready. Was annoying that I had to call them myself when the time they said the room would be ready by rolled around, and it was ready who knows how long before then. Also I don't think they do free breakfast, but they have a restaurant inside the hotel. Bar was excellent with very nice staff. Edit: Have since tried the Kil@wat restaurant and the Well Spa. Both were excellent with very nice staff, the spa in particular. The prices seem reasonable, and you can use their relaxation area and sauna/shower room anytime during their open hours. The pool also looks fairly impressive, and is right next to the restaurant with poolside service. One of my favorite things about this hotel is the jacuzzi in the room, especially when used with a bath bomb or bubble bath.

I find some of the staff is nice, until you check out, and suddenly it becomes somehow okay for them to not be nice anymore. The reason I gave two stars is the valet and bell services have been helpful. The Marquis room 819 we stayed in was not clean when we checked in — but not to the point that I had to request another room. The location is somewhat convenient, but it requires some driving to the strip unless you don't mind walking for 10-15 minutes in the summer heat. The pool is disappointing — its floor grated the skin of our kids. We would like to thank this hotel for being mediocre, so we will never return.

Stayed for 3 nights the room was great and had a view of the last Vegas strip. There was a kitchen complete with dishes. A full sized fridge, stove, oven and a small dishwasher. Staff were all amazing and quick to take care of anything I needed. There was complimentary wine for an hour each day. My only complaints are that the bed was very uncomfortable and there wasn't a shuttle for the last Vegas strip. Great overall experience!

Absolutely amazing, wonderful people and beautiful room. Our Jacuzzi didn't work in our room, so they upgraded us to a new room for free! It was beautiful, and the view was amazing. The room was bigger than my two bedroom apartment, my husband and I fit in the Jacuzzi with room to spare. We had a fireplace in the living area and a full sized kitchen. We sat on the balcony and ate breakfast and dinner. Extremely nice, will definitely go back!

It is easily the best hotel in Vegas for the price. All suites and all class. Best location on strip to boot. Is Aria or Cosmo nicer? Not by much. However; the size of the rooms and the views can't be beat!

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. Com Booked this hotel on there and they had the cheapest rates around… To me the room was perfect. 29 odd foot of window space with automatic curtains, well spread out with plenty of space, and a large stand up shower with good pressure and very hot water was an ideal setting to relax after business meeting before hitting the casino floors. Vdara was a nice change of pace compared to the normal hustle and bustle. Want a quiet night, just hang out at the lobby bar with plenty of comfortable seating and an outdoor privacy area that, with the outdoor heaters, is perfect for those cold nights with the right amount of chill, heat, drink, and friendly conversation.

This is the place to stay in Vegas if 1. You like to avoid cigarette smoke 2. You don't need a casino in your hotel 3. You have small children 4. You like brand-new hotels This is NOT the place to stay if 1. You need your hotel to have free parking 2. You need a breakfast buffet 3. You expect your kitchenette to come stocked with dishes, cups, a coffee maker, really anything useful at all 4. You lack the self-control to stay out of the automatic mini-bar.

Not crowded unlike other hotels. There's a small area by the lobby for slot machines and whatnot. The room is great with comfortable beds and adequate room temperature. There's a television with good audio and video quality, enough channels. Bathroom is spaceous enough. Room did not come with a refrigerator. There were no free cosmetics (eg. Toothbrush). Breakfast was okay. Did not try the restaurants for other meals. Staff seem friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel. But felt basic for Vegas. Parking was good, food was not. Wi-Fi had some issues connecting and staying connected. The main exit also puts you right into traffic so I would advise exiting the car garage exit.

It's a nice place. The food from the restaurant by the entrance I can't remember the name was delicious. The Starbucks has no hot foods just desert and drinks. The conference rooms are a good size.

Five stars! All employees on the hotel/casino floor were 100% helpful! Starbucks was clean and quick service gets a thumbs up! Definitely a place I would consider staying at/recommending to others!

I had a fridge, — good view of the strip and was close to the main sites. The room was clean and the hot water was hot on demand. The bathroom had a rusty area but all in all a good stay. I stayed at New York New York hotel following my stay and the Westin and it was leaps and bounds behind the Westin. The smaller hotels are more customer focused and inviting.

Lovely hotel, quiet and cozy!

Small and hard to find. I was drive pass the hotel twice and also at the time we were there it was a big construction site in front of hotel which make traffic worsened and a lot of dust. However the hotel is good. Security was good. All the front person was nice. Amenities in the room was great and almost everythings we need we can even cook the dinner. 20 min walk from center of strip area wasn't bad but they still have shuttle bus.

Bastards turns out to be impossible to buy a late departure. They only have it until 1 o'clock. To bellagio go somewhere 1 km.

We had a great stay at the Platinum Hotel, it started on arrival with the valet parking. The gentleman who parked our car and brought up our bags was very nice and had some good tips where to go. We arrived a little earlier than planned and when we called they couldnt tell us over the phone if the room was available for early check-in but when we arrived it was no problem at all. (If it wasnt ready yet they would store our bags and car if we'd liked. ) The outside pool was simple but very nice with plenty of sunbeds (comfortable ones), umbrellas and shade. The location was good as well. A 5 minute walk to the strip, even at night it wasn't too bad to walk. Theres also a 7 — eleven really close by which is nice.

Great service! Free wine reception! Ore room was GREAT! Had a washer & drier, big balcony, REALLY comfortable bed & nice shower. Close to the strip, but relaxed and less crowded. We loved it!

I stayed in the princess suite twice now. Full kitchen, living room, balcony (with a view of strip and mountains the later in my opinion being better) an awesome tub for two or one with a lot of wiggle room. Beds are amazing, if I wasn't in Vegas I probably would have slept in a lot more. I haven't tried the food or wine tasting but it looks promising. Pool and pool parties are fun. And the short wall to the strip makes it a really convenient spot. I went to two shows on the strip, only had to walk for 5 to 7 min to get anywhere good. The reason I took a star off was because of check out time. A lot of people were checking out at 1100 so traffic was really tight in the small turn around spot. Witnessed on two occasions cars rub against each other. Recommend checking out before it gets to busy. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends if they want to go to Vegas. Have fun and gamble on the right numbers. ;)

Such a perfect place don't have enough great things to say! The spa was absolutely incredible! an experience like no other. I went for a massage and facial for my birthday and the staff honestly treated me like a queen. From the moment I checked in until I departed 5 stars. They even gave me a complimentary bottle of champagne for my birthday, great surprise will definitely go back again!

The spa was absolutely incredible! an experience like no other. I went for a massage and facial for my birthday and the staff honestly treated me like a queen. From the moment I checked in until I departed 5 stars. They even gave me a complimentary bottle of champagne for my birthday, great surprise will definitely go back again!

This place tries to be really high class but fails miserably. They forbid you from carrying your bags in or out of the room from your car, but the valet boy stole some of our things on both of those trips. They won't let you access your own car because of their mandatory valet service. Also when we were in our suite, they wouldn't provide us anything. We ordered room service, we were charged for it and never got it. I had to sleep on the pull out couch bed and and after three calls and 8 hours, the front desk still wouldn't send up any sheets or blankets even though they said they would. Also they charge more than the strip even though they aren't close.

My company got me a place here along with my other co-workers for a job in Vegas. The rooms are all awesome. I have a 15th floor balcony overlooking the Vegas strip (almost. The hotels are in the way so I can't actually LV Blvd, but I am up close). It's within 5 minutes walking distance to Caesars. The rooms me and my coworkers have are all the same: in-room laundry, kitchen, patio balcony, with 2 tvs (living room/bedroom) and a jacuzzi style tub in the bathroom with a separate shower. Amenities are nice, they give you complentary soap for dishes, pans, and even complimentary heigene items like shaving cream, razors and toothbrushes. If I were going to criticize anything, its the fact there is no casino in the hotel (not a big deal though, plenty of casinos around here! ). The location is fantastic, lots of normal shops/restaurants just blocks away down Flamingo Blvd. Everything in walking distance. Highly recommend this place for your extended stay in LV.

Very nice place. Friendly staff, spacious rooms, free valet. Beautiful balcony view! All the amenities of a modern kitchen makes cooking a breeze. Large bathroom with jet tub. Love the place!

Nothing but good things to say about this place. A short 10 minute walk from the strip with great amenities for a fantastic price. I was pleased by the room, the service and the view.

This is our experience and perception of our visit to the Platinum. This isn't some paid professional or bogus positive review. We first booked here based on the positive reviews. I dismissed the critical reviews as being exaggerated or exceptions. Unfortunately, if you believe the positive reviews (I no longer do), we too were the anomaly. We have been to Vegas several times and always stayed at the strip hotels. It's nice but it's like, been there done that. Let's save on our accommodation and spend our money on something else. Boy oh boy. Does the saying you get what you pay for apply here. In fact, you get less. You get less satisfaction and service with lots of unpleasantries. Staff and management lack credibility in our eyes. There seems to poor morale issues and their demeanor seemed almost inhumane and robotic. It's been mentioned by others too so it can't be a one off. Any way, I'm not going to get into specifics but let me say we didn't pay full rack rates and as a result got treated the same way. That's my only rational explanation on why some people's stay was without concern. If you pay full retail and not book from third party sites like Expedia you might get treated better. This seems common place but staff shouldn't be dishonest or mislead you. Regardless, I would never hire or employ any of the management or front staff who are not upfront, candid, and honest in our experience. We won't recommend this place.

It is a good hotel, with large spaces in the quarters. Clean and away just a couple of blocks from the strip. The 5th floor cafeteria is terrible although the waiters are friendly fail to compensate food poverty. Paying off the account you will surprise with a share of the hotel's 67 dlls which was not announced on arrival, which was highly annoying. The truth is that it would not be me again because you want to come to Las Vegas is being close to the fun and the environment.

The platinum hotel yet effective hotel. Once you walk right in the doors you are greeted by the staff. The elevators aren't a huge distance away from the front desk. The rooms are nice! Definitely would stay there again. Just no casino floor located at this hotel. Have to go elsewhere to gamble.

What a horny hotel for the price. If I could I was 10 Star type. Huge rooms, great FlattTV, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, double sinks, all there! Staff super friendly. Parking is free with park service (up to the tip)
