Good place for business and personal visit.

Super clean! People are very friendly and the food was good at breakfast!

Melissa at the Front desk is wonderful. From my first phone call to make arrangements to my arrival the customer service was impeccable. The food is good, my room was clean and nice!

Wonderful staff! Everyone has been really great, very helpful & friendly.

I would recommend Las Vegas Marriott for the flash check-in and help that was given to my family. The room was also clean and we liked it very much.

Nice big room. Very friendly staff. Last time I stayed at Wynn hotel view room, this time was opposite. Not a fan of TV so it slightly bothered me having two big TVs in my room, but I guess that's what most people will love to have. I wish they have real coffee cups (not paper ones) and spoons.

Great check-in experience. Very friendly, used my name and offered a small gift to our little one. We were asked how are travels and are reason for being there… Parking very easy and close to lobby. Rooms are spacious and great location. The only bad is not bellman to assist with luggage… Had to grab MY OWN bell cart and lug it back downstairs when I was done. In room dining was fantastic, great burgers, golden fries and friendly delivery… I will return and recommend, however at a full service Marriott bell service is non existent.

The location is very nice, not too far from the strip but also quiet enough that it's easy to get to. Our room was very spacious and nicely furnished. The front desk was gracious enough to allow us to check in early when we asked. I greatly appreciated the cold fruit-infused water available in the lobby, which was a lifesaver in the middle of the 100+ degree weather during our summer visit. Overall a very nice, relaxing experience.

I give my stay at this hotel 5 stars because the room I was in was much better than I expected for the price. It is a beautiful hotel, I was also taken very quickly. Only problem I can say I had, was the person who took care of me kept putting things on the counter for me to take instead of giving it to me in my had. While I continued to give him things in his hand. But over all, very beautiful hotel and worth the money.

Great stay. The room was a little dirty looking (I noticed it was just some stains, I've heard the building is old). But besides a couple small aesthetics of my room, my stay was great. Very nice being able to walk around Fremont. I heard staying at the D can be loud due to it being near the stage. I had no issues sleeping and I slept well. I asked for a room facing away and they kindly did so.

This is a well maintained, comfortable, quiet hotel with a very friendly, helpful staff. I recently stayed here for a week long business trip and found it to be the perfect place to retreat after a day of business. It is very conveniently located next to the convention center and offers an easy drive to surrounding business parks. Since this is located on the north side of the strip (near old Vegas) it is quiet, but also has the disadvantage of being further from the central part of the strip (15-20 min walk to the Wynn). If you aren't in Vegas to just gamble and stay on the strip the entire trip, I would highly recommend this hotel. The parking is simple and easy compared to many of the casino hotels and the quiet atmosphere provides a comfortable escape once you are finished with either business or a day on the strip. If you are worried about the distance from the strip, take a cab for $10 to the main part of the strip.

Great rooms and service. Starbucks with reasonable restaurant in the lobby. Would have scored higher but was kept awake by low flying helicopters all nighr. Not the hotels fault but impacted my sleep.

I am a flight attendant and the Marriott was our hotel that night. I have no complaints. Beautiful suite with a mini-fridge. Convenient location. I did not check out the pool, gym or restaurants. If I had no reason to leave the hotel, I would have been perfectly happy staying in the room.

Extremely friendly staff always willing to please. Great rooms with good views, only a 5 min walk to the strip and the monorail. The restaurant in the hotel is phenomenal and the service is superb, especially our waiter Adam. Would absolutely stay here again.

At the hotel right now. Booked the Hotel for my Birthday and am absolutely loving it! Since the moment we walked in through the door, the staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful. Carry a great conversation and all are very positive. Walked into the room a few moments later and I had a Birthday Card signed from the staff members and a present! The sweetest thing ever! Definitely has made my day =) All the employees have memorized our names and have greeted me with a kind “Happy Birthday” when we re-entered the Hotel. I feel very welcome here and would definitely come again! The lobby is beautiful and the bar is great too. The bartender is wonderful with guests as well.

Not the best location. Just of the strip near the convention center but the road doesn't seem to be in the best neighborhood. Rooms were pretty good. Not five stars (some wear in the bathrooms) but the breakfast made up for the wear. Omelette and French toast were really quite good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Multiple housekeepers would say good morning and make sure my room was alright. Kudos to the staff team!

Quiet hotel just off the strip with friendly staff. Suite type rooms provide extra space. Bed was comfortable, but sleeps hot. Breakfast (included for Gold & platinum members) is very good with lots of selections. Small gym had a chemical smell. Outdoor pool is small, nice 5 person hot tub.

Everything I would expect from a Marriott property. Front desk was very professional. Room service was delightful. The room was updated and clean. Close to the strip and the Monorail station, all and all, a great stay.

Great experience at this hotel. It is just off the strip, but this allows you to be free from the congested traffic of downtown Las Vegas, which cmq you reach with a 15 minute walk. The breakfast was very nice and the room was very noisy…

Comfortable but some rooms overlooking the back are very bruillantes.

Very comfortable modern Marriott. The bed was great and rooms were spacious! The TV was enormous and there was a mini fridge and a sink. LOVE the non-smoky room… nice smell like a non-Vegas room. Late night staff was not that friendly and still far from the strip… which is the reason for 4 stars.

The lady at the front desk when we checked in was friendly. Our room was spacious and one of the cleanest I've been in. The shower pressure was perfect, however, the hot water was funky. You had to turn the knob all the way to the hot immediately and then once it got hot, turn it down to the preferred temp. If you turn on the shower temp starting off midway, the shower wouldn't get warm, so that was slightly annoying. The mattress on the bed was my biggest complaint. My husband had no issues, but I found it to be very uncomfortable. I sleep on my side and I tossed and turned all night as my shoulders started hurting because of the overly firm mattress. The hotel is in a good location. You're not right on the strip, but a close walking distance to. The price was good. If you're looking for a decently priced hotel that's clean, this is a good option.

Friendly staff, good location. Walk across to the Westgate to catch the Monorail to the Strip! My room had a great view of the Strip and was nice and quiet at night. Comfy bed, fridge in my room; I had all I needed. Good deal and close to the Strip; highly recommend.

Everything was perfect form the start! I was able to check in via cell phone. The staff was friendly and even had gifts for the kids in which they completely enjoyed! The hotel was in great shape and clean and it also helps that the parking was always great!

Even though this is a full service Marriott, there is a boutique feel to it that makes this establishment warm and inviting. They have an event space called the "garage" and it is worthy of all types of events. Try utilizing the space and you will not be disappointed.

Amazing staff. Large rooms with refrigerator, coffee maker and spacious work areas. Excellent dining… Try the shrimp! No concierge lounge for travellers with Marriott status, but compensated for by providing free breakfast/buffet… Excellent value compared to other hotels in the area.

Large, clean rooms. Easy access to the convention center. Very nice and helpful staff. Quaint Bar and Restaurant in the lobby. Easy access to the monorail and Uber transportation.

No suites to upgrade to. They offer breakfast to Golds because of no executive lounge so thats a plus. Good location in a Marriott enclave in Vegas… about 4 Marriott properties all clustered together.

It is off strip but near the monorail. Getting a cab may take a minute. Friendly and clean. The resteraunt is nice if of a limited menu. The rooms are of a good size. Not much of a view.

Staying here for five days on business, beds are comfortable, employees are friendly, and it's easy to access from the road. Best part is there is a pool! It's nice to get my swim on after long meetings!

Location is great, right off of the strip with easy access to the casinos and dining options. The suite was very nice and comfortable. The hotel overall has a very nice, quite atmosphere compared to the usual noise of Vegas.

Our room was nice, clean, and spacious. I loved that there was no cosino in the hotel.

Meeting space was perfect. Food was so-so, but some of the catering/wait staff that was assigned to our party could have been better trained.

I was a guest at the next door Residence Suites which provides the best value in Vegas, but went to MARRIOTT NEXT DOOR TO HAVE A DRINK. next time I will stay at the marriott next door. No free breakfast or drinks, as expected…

The hotel is very close to the strip but not on it. It's very small compared to the hotels on the strip of course and the road to the hotel is extremely run down. I think they're doing construction on it at the moment. The lobby is nice looking and the service is great. Called for an engineer due to a lock problem and he came within 2 minutes. There's no problem parking at all and not crowded. Very reasonable price but of course not as fancy as the hotels in the strip. The rooms are okay. Nothing too fancy again but comfortable. Would recommend if you're on a budget and have a car.

It is less than 2 city blocks from the monorail and convention center. But there isnt anything else close by restaurant-wise or stores. I would stay here again on a budget but it is not close to the strip at all.

The rooms were clean and nice, and it felt like I wasn't in Vegas at all. Very good location that is close to many great restaurants.

Not for the gamblers, nor those party people. Nice restaurant, friendly staff, well maintained rooms. Much better than Caesar Palace in too many ways! Would stay there again if I have conference next door.

Is not too bad for the money we paid, spend about a week, clean an tidy between Christmas and new year.

Great Business Hotel. Best Hotel in Las Vegas for Businessman. One Block from the Convention Center. One block from the Strip. This is the Best location as your cloce to everything but are in a Hotel with the Business Class and not the party animals that are raising hell late at night. You get the rest you deserve. The Qualtity you want.

Best place to stay in Vegas if you are not gambling.

A completely 'normal' hotel that happens to be in Las Vegas. No gambling, slot machines, noise, smoking, drunks, or crowds. Same business-class hotel you would find anywhere but somehow made magic by its unexpected normalcy.
