Very nice place, very nice staff… Needed toilet paper and garbage bags in the room. Breakfast was good.
The room itself was clean and a very nice size. However, the front desk staff is extremely rude and makes one want to never return. The female that checked us in acted like we were more of a burden than a paying guest. We interrupted her time of sitting down in the lobby doing nothing. Never once did she even mention or thank me for being a Marriott Rewards member… I’ve been one for well over 6 years and this stay was my 15th Marriott night in just 40 days. So I am a very loyal customer. Personally I don’t have to be acknowledged as one but every other hotel has always done so! The next morning I called front desk to ask for a 1 hour late check out. Calvin at the front desk told me I would not be allowed any extra check out times because they were short handed on cleaning staff. I told him that if they were short handed then there was no way they would be getting to my room at exactly 12pm anyway. I asked to speak to a manager. He put me on hold for about 30 seconds and returned to the phone and said, I just spoke with the housekeeping manager and she said absolutely no late checkouts. I again asked to speak to a manager and he says I can speak to house keeping manager. I told him I wanted to speak to a hotel manager. He told me the only manager there was housekeeping manger. I told him I would just go online and find the 1-800 number and give them a call, because in all my years of being an elite rewards member I’ve never been treated so rudly.

Beautiful hotel and seems less than a year old. The lobby and the outdoor patio area are super nice. The people we encountered were very accommodating of our last minute reservation and needs. Would definitely stay here again!
