Great place to stay for the price and location, clean and pet friendly with great service.

My husband and I stay in a lot of hotels due to work and this is by far one of the friendliest and most helpful staffs we have ever encountered. The hotel is well maintained and clean. We did not have a single negative experience here.

Very friendly service, nice clean rooms, cool breakfast setup. The attendant Latisha made us feel welcome the second we entered.

The staff was friendly and accommodated my room preference keeping me away from toad noise. The bathtub held water and heat better than most. Only real complaints would be the firmness of the bed and the nightlight in the bathroom being permanently on.

Didn’t feel safe at this location. I arrived late at night and there were bunches of people at the parking lot. They kept looking at me non-stop. I decided to change hotel afterward. To improve this issue, the hotel management should do something about it.

Non smoking and they are always watching. Clean tho. Good food.

Rooms clean, good internet. Well priced, friendly service. The hotel has interior rooms and a great location on the service road. Many food places nearby.

Lobby was nice. Website said they had laundry service available. Even asked I was told they would do it for $10 a load. Obviously they didnt do my lsundry anf lost a guest that night.

Loved the place, great service and very friendly employees. We had a slight issue and they had NO PROBLEM solving that. Felt right at home.

The location is a bit tricky because it's right behind another hotel. The rooms are pretty okay when it comes to quality. The service was good and breakfast was okay.

Rooms were very clean and nice! Had scrambled eggs and bacon with fresh biscuit and extras!

It's shows 4 stars but honestly it's a solid 2. Our TV didn't work. The room was so humid that it had just rained and the outside felt better than inside. The room has a smell too it. It's just not what we expected since the Google rating showed 4 stars.

Was just delivering a pizza but the lobby was nice and the place was quiet.

Decent overnight stay for a 2 star hotel. Very clean and quiet. Great bed and okay pillows. Don't like the sink outside the bathroom but it's no deal breaker. Will probably stay here for our trips to and from Alabama.

We stayed here for one night. Room and breakfast were adequate. For the price it was ok enough.

Super helpful checking me in since I had to have someone else make the reservation, the room was great and huge the beds were amazing. I'll be staying there anytime I pass through.

Everything was very good, each day the room was clean and everything was restocked. The complimentary breakfast was superb. Would recommend to everyone who come to Ruston.

The room smells, there's candy wrapper on the floor, underneath the bed. Picture frames are crooked, some kind of fly swatter behind the recliner. One if the drawers knob is loose. Wifi sucks. Piece of hair on one of the beds. Bed were made as they didn't care. A/c unit is dusty. Bathroom need a total remodeled. Light not bright enough, toilet too low, water doesn't drain well.

I enjoyed my stay! Tonya and and her staff were excellent! The rooms and hotel were very clean. Breakfast was great! I would definitely stay at this location again.

Room was clean. Check in staff, polite. I reserved double bed room and they gave my room away for a bass tournament. Stating "Expedia over booked. " I had reserved my room three and half days ago and they gave it away. I guess it depends on when you check in as to if you get get what you reserve. Then I look at bill and I am over charged by $35.00. Their reasoning is to cover any unforeseen damages, theft or smoking in non smoking room. NONE of this was discussed upfront. I was told it would take 3 days for the overages to be credited and all "Josh" would say is basically, so. I WILL NEVER use Comfort Inn again.

Perfect hotel for the money. The rooms are big and clean, there are plenty of towels and pillows, and breakfast was delicious. Everything I need for a quick overnight stay.

The room was very clean. Only issue was the air conditioner not working properly.

I love this place. The cleanliness and maintenance is by far the best of all the hotel's in the monroe &Ruston area. The staff always courteous & kind. The beds & pillows are even better than the ones at pricey Marriott Suites. The location is ideal; close to restaurants, shopping areas, and beautiful Lincoln State Park.

We are non-smokers placed in a non smoking room on a smoking floor. The smell of smoke was still evident in our room we move next door to the Days Inn a non-smoking room. The Comfort Inn graciously refunded all our money. We love comfort in but this time we struck out.

Not such a great experience. Arrived after Tech football game this past Saturday. Waited a good 20 minutes before anyone came to the front desk to check us in with our reservation. Got a non-smoking room, but the comforter had cigarette burns on it and the underside of it was either stained or just a really old yellow color. The bed just felt. Unclean. The pillows are tiny (half the size of a regular pillow) and not terribly functional. My husband woke up with completely stuffed up sinuses from the smell of the comforter. Won't be returning. The sleep inn next door is better.

I stay here at least four times a year. We also use the Conference Room. You can look far and wide and not find a better place to stay. Always spotless, great breakfast and beds are very comfortable. Every member of the staff makes one feel as if you are the only person there. It is as if you were visiting in their home.

A great deal! Clean, larger than usual rooms, great breakfast and service. For the price, this is a great hotel. I gave it four stars for being above what I expected from a Comfort Inn at that price, but it shows up with five stars when I save this review.
