Very clean! The staff was very accommodating and the hotel offered nice little touches like free beer and snacks in the evening and free goody bags to take along. The breakfast was standard issue, but nice and fresh.

We had a great experience staying at Hampton Inn in Ruston! The staff was very welcoming and attentive. The location of the hotel is perfect. Near the highway for easy travel and also near many stores and restaurants. The room was modern but also cozy and very clean. The beds were super comfy and we had a great night’s rest! The breakfast is also very good and had a lot of variety. I also loved the snack store they have in the lobby so you don’t have to leave the hotel to get something small. They also have some microwave dinners and some healthy snacks which is a great alternative to vending machine snacks. We will definitely stay here again when coming through!

He was very happy with the stay and couldn't wait to let us know about how comfortable and quiet the room was (especially after a long night of performances! ) There was free parking, free breakfast, and a free pool to swim in, and a coin-op laundry to get the past few night's worth of the road off of his clothes. This is a fabulous hotel with a top-notch staff!

Room service was great. Very clean. Had a nice outside pool and little fire pit to set around. Also, had complementary dinner and drinks. Down side was no hot tub.

Anytime we host out of town bands in Ruston, we set them up at the Hampton. Between the staff's friendliness, the convenient location, and the free breakfast, this hotel does not miss. Free Wi-Fi, a coin op laundry, and a great pool area make it all the better.

Hampton Inns are generally a smart choice, this one is no different. What is different is complimentary beer and munchies at the end of the day.

Hotel Clerk let me use his personal phone charger… Above and beyond in customer service! Awesome staff.

Awesome and cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in. Employees are very nice and greet every time. They are so nice to me when I arrive.

I stay at this hotel whenever I come to Ruston which is once or twice a year. This is a very nice hotel and I have never had a problem with any aspect of my stay. During my last stay there was a miscommunication about my reservation that required the managements authorization to fix. The employees that I spoke to were professional and understanding. The management fixed the issue in a timely manner. I highly recommend staying here next time you are stopping in Ruston.

Plenty of well lit parking. Nice clean rooms. A little pricey but worth it.

Your typical Hampton Inn in a tiny city, nothing special. Yes it's clean and smells fresh and sure there will be a carb buffet breakfast in the morning. The reason I'm giving this Hampton Inn, my go to travel hotel chain, is because they refused to honor the military discount for a room! The staff person on duty explained to me that people had been "abusing" the discount privilege. I reminded him that all military and dependents have these handy little ID'S to verify if they are actually military. So he went further explaining that some people were booking the rooms for, God forbid, fun! Service members sleeping in this particular hotel for anything other than military business is frowned upon it seems. And worse! A local service member tried to book a room and expected a discount. A discount that this hotel chain claims to give. After 13 hrs of travel with an elementary school aged child I'm too tired to argue and all the other hotels are at capacity. I wasn't upset until the front desk staff explained these reasons to me as though military members are some how entitled jerks. I reminded him that these soldiers are willing to die for him and the manager who has nixed the discount.

Very comfortable and clean, and friendly helpful staff. Good variety, including fresh fruit, for breakfast. Good sized mini fridge if you need it.

Staff was very friendly; even got a courtesy call to find out when I was checking in. Pillows were better than at other Hamptons I've stayed at. The breakfast was good too with plenty of options for people of all diets. I have no complaints at all.

It was great, Wi-Fi was a little tricky, but the front desk staff helped out with any problems.

Much cheaper than staying in the Monroe Area. Clean comfortable room, regular blanket available in the closet which is great. Snacks available from a pantry near the front desk although the purchase price is really high.

Great customer service and Shakina Hemphill was exceptional. Whenever I am in Ruston again I will absolutely stay here!

I stayed a night prior to the renavations that just took place. $115 for the night, very clean room, comfortable bed and breakfast.

If you enjoy a smart azz front desk who hangs up on you while you ask about prices, this is the place for you. Did not like the idea of a customer shopping for the best fit. Very unprofessional.

We've stayed here numerous times to visit family and have been very pleased.
