There a woman at front desk with the worst customer service and attitude ever. Total witch. Also they spray a stinkey coconut freshener everywhere I the rooms. Price a little high also $325/week would be more appropriate for what you get. Otherwise would have been 4 stars.

I stay at this location often for work. My room is always clean when I arrive. This place is always busy, so they must be doing something right. I see people complaining on here all of the time and it amazes me. If you are looking for a 5 STAR hotel, then this isn't the place for you. If you are looking for a nice, clean, safe, friendly place to stay that is reasonably priced then it is perfect.

We’ve been in this room for 2 1/2 weeks and it’s been a rather crappy experience, yet the staff has been somewhat pleasant! The housekeepers only make the bed and give you clean toilet tissue — no mopping, wipe downs or sweeping. Clean towels are available upon trading them out with your soiled ones at the front desk. The ground keepers do a decent job with keeping the property trash free. BUT, this hotel is definitely ROACH INFESTED! If you do still decide to stay here, here are some tips: I would advise bringing a can of RAID with you… seriously. If you do spray, be sure to get around the trash can, front door, kitchen sink, and restroom. I don’t ever advise you to cook/eat in the rooms. Also, pleaseeeeee Take ALL of your trash out to the dumpster IMMEDIATELY! Don’t let it sit because it will attract the roaches and their little babies like magnets. Try to eat in your car or out somewhere else at the many places you’ll have to pick from. After searching for cheap hotels in the area, we came to the conclusion that this hotel was the best of the worst when compared to lower rated and cheaper places (specifically extended stays). All together it’s $480+ for the week. Once you pay you stay… There are no refunds. ****If you have the money try searching for a 3-Star hotel for $20-$35 more per night.

The first room I got to smelled of dog urine. It smelled as if the room was not cleaned thoroughly. The stove was sticky and looked dirty as well. Initially, I wanted to leave and find somewhere else to stay. The only reason I did not was because I knew I would be charged anyway. I am aware it is a pet friendly facility, however, it doesn’t mean it should not be kept up. I asked to be switched to another room and I was which was cleaner but wasn’t the end of my issues. There aren’t enough towels placed in the rooms. To only have 4 towels (2 small, 2 large) for a 4 day stay, unfortunate. I needed clean linens the next day of my stay and had to wait until 10am just to notify someone. When I asked about housekeeping bringing more linens and towels, I was told that I had to bring my old sheets down and towels and pick up a new set. Meaning, I had to fix the bed myself. At no point during my stay, is housekeeping avaliable to clean the room for you or simply empty trash, replace toilet paper, etc. When I needed to contact the front desk, at 10am on Saturday, I had to use my personal cell phone. The phone in my room did not work. It was the first thing I mentioned when I spoke to the front desk and they completely ignored it. I guess since I only had two days left in my stay, I shouldn’t have needed anything or if I did, I could use my own cell phone.

The entire hotel smells strongly of various odors. The halls like curry, elevator smokey, stairs B. O. ROOMS SMELL OF MOLD! Probably not sanitary. Pretty queit place thoughand safe. I never had a problem with any guests or locals. Should be cheaper for being so far from Westlake.

Booked online, got there, was told all occupants must be 21 and up for "insurance purposes". I'm not going to stay somewhere that's going to treat me like a criminal and I would recommend everyone else do the same.

Great place for a home away from home. Safe and clean. And the Robin is the most helpfull.

This place is great. My husband and I stay here from time to time when he's working. The bed is a bit small, Wi-Fi slow and price is high but other then this the room is big and hotel clean. Very clean! The bed and sheets are always clean. I love this place just wish it wasn't so pricey. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. I've never had an issue with loud ppl any of my time staying here. Simply awesome experience!

Barbones military style billits designed to cheap long term stay overs or quick 1 nighters if looking to stay 2-14 days look elsewhere rooms only get served once every 14days. But it's clean and pretty new otherwise.

My wife and I have been here for several months. We couldn't ask for a better place to lay our heads at night. The place is CLEAN, the staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome.

The bad thing about this place that do cleaning once by seman these asleep and you touch the door as if you are going to lie down and for the woman to tell you the garbage is put Out in a boat that is in the corner you have to take out the garbage you have to Go for bone towels The service is bad also in the room there are cockroaches I had never been to a hotel in which you have to walk doing that that was the experience we spent there my husband and I the only good thing if you sleep quiet.

This place is convenient and the rooms are up to date. I liked how it was located at the center of just about everything you need from restaurants to Wal-Mart a movie theater and Hobby Lobby. Quarter mile down the road is a trampoline attraction for kids of all ages. For the out of state workers this place is convenient in a lot of ways on site washer and dryer sheets changed everyday if you like. Stove and full kitchen refrigerator and some really good t. V.

Room has a odor. No room service. Night manager is very rude. Mattress is stained with urine or something. Very loud I called several times to report and nothing was ever done. If you don't care to get a good night rest stay here. I guess you get what you pay for. This place is horrible. Never again.

Acetone rooms staff makes you feel safe. Love it.

When me my husband and 3 kids first got there. The hallyway smelled like weed all afternoon and all night. My brother came with us. We left him there Tuesday night and he called us said the hotel just got shot at and said it was a hooker and her pimp that did it all because I guy got her off back pages from the hotel actually the room right next to ours and he didn't like the girl. The back to the first night again there was a cop looking for a guy. Then 3 more came looking for a guy. Nope won't be going back.

The rooms are nice. I love how it is an extended stay you can sleep in and dont have to worry about housekeeping coming everyday early, they only come on your scheduled days. The Wi-Fi needs to be improved, its slow, always disconnects. My only complaint.

The room was very nice. And Large. The people was very nice.

We lost our house and vehicle in Hurricane Harvey and this place is definatly a welcoming placem We have felt welcomed by the staff and everything is really clean. The only negative thing I can possibly say is the bed is a little on the hard and uncomfy side and a bit small, but when you loose everything you own, you are greatful for that hard bed to sleep in.

Great staff. They really went above and beyond anything asked. We were flooded during Hurricane Harvey. They asked daily how everything went and extended prayers. That was enough in our time of needs. This was a home away from home for my family and our two dogs. :-)

It's not welcoming. Needs to work on customer service skills. Was suppose to stay 2 nights, checked out the next morning due to the disturbance in the halls & neighbors, I didn't feel safe to stay on the premise. Felt like bed bugs in the beds. Would never recommend this place!

DIRTY BED COMFORTER & LINEN! The morning we were supposed to check in I called to make sure we were going to get a down stairs room due to a recent surgery that I had and the guy that I spoke to notified me that we would because it was a non-smoking room then when we get there to check in the girl told me they didn't have a down stairs room and that they didn't have any guys working there but then after a few minutes she remembered who he was and told me that he shouldn’t have told me that about the room so they put us on the 2nd floor. Most rooms in a hotel/Motel have an iron and an ironing board and also provide a blow dryer and at least 4 bath towels in your room but we had to ask the front desk for them and sign them out including extra bath towels because we needed them. I usually check the linen on the bed and THANK GOD I did because there were dirty brown stains on the linen and the comforter on the bed. My husband was furious so when went down to let the front desk know they moved us to another room and it happened to be down stairs. How convenient that all of a sudden they had a room down stairs but 15-20 mins prior when we checked in they didn't have one. The following day when we checked out I told the manager that we would NEVER return nor would we recommended this place to anyone.

Appears updated and modern. Our first room the fridge did not work so they moved us to another room. However this was handled poorly. Our second room had bed bugs. A few doors down someone set off the fire alarm which caused flooding. Our room flooded and we had to evacuate after the electricity went off. When we try to speak to the manager about refunding our stay she became defensive and was not very helpful.

This was the worst stay of my life. The room was absolutely disgusting. Housecleaning had not cleaned the room at all there was pet hair all over everything. The floor was nasty and when called for the manager she was not in and the lady that was taking her place so that there was nothing that they could do about it that they a manager would be calling us and we have yet to receive any kind of call nothing at all it was absolutely horrible.

The website advertised blow dryer in the room. There were none and I had to buy one. The room was much smaller than the picture represented. The air did not get cold. The staff was friendly is the only good thing I can say. I would never stay there or recommend it to anyone else.

Terrible customer service. John the manager has zero customer service. Over charged us by 2 days. Spent 19 days there and only had room service once. Do not waste your time and money here.

Stayed there a couple nights for work. It was quiet, no real complaints from me. Nice size room and bathroom. Bed could have been more comfortable, but I still slept like a baby. You have to pay for Wi-Fi and housekeeping, never seen that before. But for the price, you can't be it. I would stay there again.

Last night hotel room caught on fire the general manager was NOT there of course this doesn't make a difference. Everyone was put out of the hotel. I am in a room with my roommate he was asleep had to wake him beca use of fire. That some jack ass caused! We are not happy with our stay at all! Everytime we complain about something the Manager says he will check on it and never does but ignores everything. We think over and over how the heck does he run a hotel. The poor ladies at the front desk are nice and try everything they can do to fix things. PLEASE someone Advice this. Hotel stay is horrible here!

Everyone at the place had a smile on there face liked to have fun and laugh they were down to earth people. The building had a very pleasant smell througout it.

Had to get room keys updated every week to two weeks. Room does have an odor. Toilet barely flushes. Sink drain was broke. Bed is uncomfortable. Wifi isnt great at all. No spa no pool no breakfast no gym no nothing… just a room some stairs and an elevator. And dont bother asking the management about roudy neighbors because all they can do is talk to them and that doesnt help at all, and half the staff has a good additude but ive incountered a few that will treat you like you're an idiot. Expetially if you're white…

Good service, clean and spacious. Good value for the price away but near everything you need.

Wi-Fi is currently $10.00 weekly. If this is current while you are staying here do not waste your money your phone with 3g is better then this garbage. Room had silverfish in it. Manager looks creepy. And doesn't know how to do much from what I witnessed. It took him 30-45 minutes to make card keys for our room which wasn't done right the next day the lady at the front desk gave card keys to our rooms to new guest because whatever he was doing all that time he still didn't manage to put that the rooms where currently occupied, they showed as vacant.

My family and I stayed here for awhile and we loved it was quiet, friendly, Made us feel welcomed, staff worked with us and was there if we needed something very safe not just anyone can walk in.

We have been here for awhile and the stay has been a pleasant experience. The staff have gone above and beyond to make sure that we have a comfortable place to stay. The rooms are clean and the employees are pleasant. If we have any problems their staff handles the issue with prompt and courteous behavior. The Manager and Assistant Manager handles issues with Professionalism. I would recommend staying at this location. Thank you for your friendliness, promptness and professionalism.

This is a horrible place to stay at wenever you have problems with any thing the guy at the front desk that is suppose to be the General Manager doesnt know anything at all he is very rude he absoultey doesnt handle any situations he makes the other front desk employees handle this. All he do is sit down and eat and run away from all his problems he should not be a manager at all!

It was spur of the moment. Everything else nearby was completely booked. Never again! The service desk Is not open 24 hours. The bed was super small and the room had an odor. The toilet barely flushed and.
