We fly in and out of New Orleans a few times a year and stay at this hotel. Over the years our kids have gotten older and now we struggle with how to best accommodate traveling with teenagers and still being comfortable. We request adjoining rooms. With restrictions and new protocols it was a little more difficult. Shannon went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and comfortable. Thanks Shannon for making this a relaxing evening!

The hotel is great and food is great but the prices are crazy for a beer! Walk next door and get a beer for $3:00 compared to $14:00 come on Hilton you’re sure gouging the consumer.

Staff did not check on guests stuck at the hotel during Hurricane Zeta. The generators never kicked on so we were without power from around 5pm till checkout the next day. Water bottles were not distributed and the safety of the guests was not a priority.

Thank you opening the gym for guests to workout in! Other hotel chains need to follow your lead with the social distancing gyms! Dillon from the restaurant was fabulous. The front desk staff was great and thank you to the cleaning lady who was working hard to keep us all safe in the gym!

From a Hilton brand I expected better… but everything was sub par… From the dirty room/hotel, to no hot water in the shower, to a late shuttle to the airport — nothing was great. When calling down to the front desk about the hot water, it seemed as it was a "normal" problem and the hotel staff acted nonchalantly and did not seem to care. When also conveying that the refrigerator in the room froze my food, they shrugged it off and again did nothing about it. There are far better places to stay and the level of service was compared to that of a lower level chain. Highly disappointed!

Everything was on point yo. I couldn’t find the Natchez room and the toilets weren’t on that auto flush level like the ones at truck stops but there were enough ash trays and smiles all about. 5 out of 7 stars!

I was treated so rudely and ugly by the staff. Not one person in the front of the hotel was helpful or nice. The decor was just horrible and the food was horrendous. My first and last time to spend money in this place. I don’t suggest anyone stay here! The only person that was helpful was a woman in the cafe. Don’t stay here!

Located adjacient to the New Orleans International Airport with plenty of parking. Exceelent service and front desk. Go out of their way to make you feel at home.

We stayed here for the Miss Louisiana USA Pageant this weekend. One of the most pleasant Hilton stays that we have experienced. The staff was amazing. My only complaint is that at check-in they didn’t inform me about swiping the room key for parking. I paid with my credit card EVERYTIME I left the hotel (3 or 4 times a day! ). They did apologize and credit me the regular daily rate.

This hotel is immediately across the street from the airport and they offer free shuttle service back and forth which only takes about 4 minutes. It's about a 25 minute ride from the hotel to Bourbon Street. The rooms are clean and modern. I especially liked that there was a refrigerator in the room that got super cold unlike many other hotel fridges that never reach a good temperature. The staff was friendly. My only complaint is I did not receive my wake up call, so beware.

Nearest hotel to the airport, shuttle runs continuously. This hotel has been completely updated since my last stay with the latest amenities. The rooms have a fridge which I appreciate. I enjoyed my stay in this lovely hotel.

Very close to the airport. Although it's in viewing distance, it can only be reached by a shuttle bus which runs back an forth very often. The sports bar is very good. Gym and pool are also nice but small. Staff was friendly and rooms lacked nothing.

The a. C. Did not work and there was a bug in my bed! Ugh! Pool was dirty and the jacuzzi jets didn't work. Staff was very nice and the rooms are nice and newly redone. They have a hotel shuttle. A mini store. 2 restaurants. Parking fees apply.

Freshly remodeled and a gem hidden by a not so fresh looking exterior. Was greatly surprised when I stepped inside. Clean, neat, and relaxing. The staff is very helpful and close to the airport.

Decent hotel. The room I was in was a Little’s dated but you could tell there was an attempt to update certain things. The hotel I was in the night before didn’t even have usb chargers which is kind of standard now. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The airport shuttle was awesome. It was actually the reason I picked it. I turned in my rental at the airport the day before, and the shuttle picked me up. Next morning, shuttle took me back to the airport.

Had a wonderful stay at the airport Hilton recently. The newly added grab and go is especially nice. It was convenient to have a variety of items there for travelers, especially the mini-pharmacy as I was not feeling to well. Great selection of food in their main bar/dinner spot. What was really neat the next morning was the Starbucks machine. Very tasty coffee for being machine made. Staff and room accommodations always great! Funny thing is you hardly hear the planes from the airport. Easy transportation to and from the airport on the complimentary shuttle. Try this hotel!

Ok, I have to admit I was not excited to stay here initially, but I was pleasantly surprised! With my job, I travel a lot, and this was one of my least favorite places to stay prior to this visit. They've done a lot of updates, and it's so nice now! New carpet, new bedding, mini fridge for personal use, new amenities… the whole experience was wonderful. The staff has always been nice and friendly, and it's close to the airport, which is great for a short night in town. Definitely worth checking out!

Had to travel for work and wanted to stay near the airport. The hotel itself was very nice and the people friendly. Room service was quick.

Room was extremely to hot. AC was not working went to the desk asked them to fix it and my room was still 75 degrees. I sweated my butt off and they did nothing. Room was clean. Bed was ok. Breakfast was extremely to expensive 19.99 plus tax per person and it was not even good. Their banquet food was inconsistently cooked my husband cut into his steak with a butter knife and his plate filled with blood to where mine was almost over done. Thank God for McDonald's.

I love that Hotel! it was great times with Me and my kids. We had a great time in New Orleans. Then we stayed at the Hilton before we went back home. They have a very friendly staff, awesome rooms and very good location. Right next to the to the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful place. Went here for a Christmas party. This was very nice. Keep up the good work team at the Hilton. If you have chance to stay here. Go for it.

Excellent location right next to the airport. Newly renovated rooms that are clean and nicely decorated. Good bar too!

Refreshingly comfortable, if that makes any sense. Right across the street from the airport entrance. Shuttle runs nonstop with no real schedule. So close you could walk it if you're ambitious. Less than a block to an IHOP, so you'll never go hungry.

Staying at this hotel right now and they just remodeled it, absolutely love it, the rooms are great and functional, the colors are calming and I met the project manager over the remodeling while I was dining she's a great lady. If you're looking for a nice, clean and fresh place to stay check out this Hilton hotel.

The rooms were nice. The hotel was 30 minutes away from Bourbon. There are a bunch of Lyfts and Ubers so you do have to drive. And the Hotel service was great and there are restaurants on the lower level.

Went for a focus group presentation. It was a very comfortable experience: good seating, well-maintained temperature, and good food. Clean bathrooms. Helpful staff. Parking lot is a paid lot, but had adequate spots.

Ideal location for the airport. On demand shuttle to and from the pickup location right to the reception door and a 5 minute transfer maximum. The rooms are new or recently refurbished and very clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and I got a good nights sleep. Currently they are still refurbishing the hotel so there is a little noise around the hotel during the day, but this stops early evening.

Great to stay a night before flying out of MSY. Use the airport parking in hotel parking lot ($12/day) and shuttle pickup from lobby. Safe and convenient.

I would never go backnornrefer anyone here. It cost $200 per night for the room which was super tiny and not well appointed, you have to pay to park at the hotel you're already paying to stay in which was another $37. They had no hit water so we called and they said they'd reboot the water heater, so we didn't get a bath, yuck, room service was $60 for a burned cheeseburger and a half way attempt at shrimp and grits, I had already prepaid the room a month in advance for a seminar or I would have left. The seminar was at that hotel and I will definitely tell our organization to never book there again. No valet, no bus people to help with luggage, no continental breakfast, the not too good breakfast buffet was $20 per person, yeah, NO, not going back.

Chose this hotel for close proximity to airport… airport noise to be expected. rooms are outdated, bedding is worn out and beds have divits from extended use. staff very friendly.

We used the long term parking for the airport and it was quite easy. I had my reservation printed out and got right into the lot. We only waited 5 minutes for a bus to the airport and the driver was really helpful getting us in and out with our kids and their gear. I will use this lot again for holiday parking.

Great hotel. It was clean and quiet The bed was comfortable, the AC worked good and the ice machine was working. All the basics for a good stay. Staff were great too.

Very nice hotel and staff. Location was very convenient. I traveled elsewhere during the week, but stayed here the night before my flight the next day. Highly recommended.

Attended a convention here. The sections for the convention were clean and spacious. My only complaint is that some of the trash could have been handled sooner. As for the hotel rooms, I love how huge and fluffy the beds are.

Overall nice space. I'm here for a convention and there are plenty of spaces for small events. Halls are well lit so vendor displays look nice.

The location is conveniently located by the airport. The facility itself is very well kept and the staff is friendly. A pleasant location albeit a bit load from the planes.

Comfortable room, great AC. Bed was very comfortable too. Didn't hear the airplanes coming and going either. Staff was friendly and breakfast was delicious.

Just stayed one night. The hotel is OK but outdated. Lack of convenient power plugs, very dark rooms… My main issue is related to my bathroom. Soap and shampoo not renewed after the previous guest and toilets were not clean. Of course, it can happen so I'm not saying it's a reason to never go back there, but there are are much better options around.

This Hilton sucks! The A/C sucked! The parking sucked! The food sucked! The front desk staff was rude. F this place! Never again.

As a person who has stayed in a lot of hotels in this area, I was very disappointed. The hotel may have looked nice, but the quality of everything was terrible. Three days in a row I had to ask someone at the front desk to fix our clogged drain in our room, it finally got done halfway through the week. The beds were very noisy and squeaky. The hotel pool and hot tub were not very clean, and there were no jets in the hot tub. Every night I tried to go to the pool, there were never any towels by the pool, I had to go back inside and ask someone at the front desk to have someone bring out some towels almost every night for a week. The ice machine on our floor was broken the whole time we were there, I had to take the elevator down a floor in my PJs. I have stayed at most of the hotels in this area before and paid a lot less and had a better experience. The hotel needs some serious updating. I guess I just hoped that since this hotel was more expensive, it would be much better quality than the other cheaper ones, I was wrong. Save your money.

This Hilton is located across the street from the Airport and so it was very quiet and seemed to have very few guests even for a Tuesday. As we were leaving to catch our flight we noticed that it appears that many flight staff seem to stay here as quite a few were checking in. There is a restaurant on site with a small but modest menu, they have a lovely courtyard and many nice places to sit and relax. But ultimately, I'm not sure if there is much to this particular location. It seemed very average, but to it's credit at this particular time they are planning renovations that they expect to be completed in 2018. We did notice they had quite a few ballrooms, too.

The people were great. Desk Clerk & Security guard helped me out of a jam around 3AM! As for the hotel it is getting old. Our room had some very rough looking bathroom cabinets and there was a bit of mold around the tub. Thermostat was out of wack also. Had to set it to 65 to get the room comfortable.

In past this has always been my go to hotel when traveling to the area which was pretty frequent. My mother was rushed to the hospital over The weekend and I booked a one night stay to stop in and visit her at the hospital. Granted this was the last minute as I was informed this morning that she was having complications. She responded to the medications and I called to cancel my stay and was told I would be charged a one night stay penalty. I guess being a diamond member and a loyal Hilton Honors member since 1992 has no value these days. I had an additional reservation for next week and I told them to cancel that one as well. Thanks for nothing Hilton.

I could have swore this is a Motel 6 with the Hilton name on it. Dont forget you will pay for parking but it was so full I literally had to park behind the hotel at the service entrance and circle the entire building to get in. What exactly am I paying for parking for after I already have been raped for a sub par room?

The food was excellent at the party I attended. Staff very accomadating when we needed something. I would recommend it for wedding receptions, after rehearsal dinner etc.

Hotel grounds, interior and rooms are well kept and clean. Staff is nice, helpful and have a clean appearance. Would stay again.

Great location. No Hhonors lounge didn't recognize me as Diamond. Room had cracks in ceiling. This location is literally across the street from airport. And free shuttle. Not the greatest Hilton. Not the worst.

Very close to the airport was most definitively a plus. Lobby area Is spacious, beautiful and easy to navigate. While the rooms are a bit dated with small bathrooms the pool area and gym are just WOW!. The pool area with a hot tub are clean, full of lawn chairs for proper tanning and always stocked with towels. The gym is one of the best hotel gyms I've visited. 3 treadmills, 3 ellipticals, the regular 10-100 lbs dumbells, yoga mats, a whole cable machine, a fridge with nice cold towels!

This is the closest hotel to the airport at MSY. They just redid the lobby… super bright. The rest of the hotel is dated. Obviously it us humid here and it is taking its toll… I try not to look too closely at anything. I try not to touch anything more than I have to. The beds are always clean and comfortable. Staff is competent and friendly.

Clean and affordably priced with comfy beds. Even though it is near the airport it was very quiet. Would have liked a refrigerator in the room. The staff was friendly and professional.

Our vehicle was stolen — We stayed at the Hilton Airport Hotel and paid to leave our vehicle in long term parking while we flew to Colorado. This is a service they offer in a gated lot. Upon our return, we found that our vehicle had been stolen. The front desk attendants asked if we were sure that we'd left it at their hotel and said they couldn't see how something like this could have happened. We called the police who spoke to the security guard at the hotel. Apparently this has happened before and there are no security cameras in the area of the lot where our vehicle was parked. We have spoken directly to the employees at the Hilton as well as Hilton corporate relations. The only apology/response we've received is "there is a sign saying park at your own risk". We've not asked them to pay for the vehicle or its contents. However, since we are Hilton honor club members, a sincere apology and maybe even a reimbursement for our 1 night stay would have been a really nice public relations gesture. We will never stay here again and will make sure we spread the word concerning the safety of this hotel.

I was there with very little to do from 1:00PM until 6:00PM. I found the lobby to be reasonably comfortable. The poolside patio was very nice, with lounge chairs and side tables nicely spaced. The bar is considerably overpriced, but probably about average for a hotel loyally across the street from a major airport. The worst experience was the recent change from free parking to pay-per-day. As if paying wasn't already enough, the lot is full of dead ends. Turning even a small car around in an aisle that's full on both sides is not a trivial task.

Service is great! Quick and friendly! Willining to accomodate all our needs. However, Wi-Fi is a little slow, and there is no fan in our bathroom. Other than that, the Hilton has been a great experience!

I guess I just expected a little more. I'd been to the Crowne Plaza nearby and I usually find those hotels are badly in need of remodeling. The one near the airport though was actually not half bad. I tried the Hilton to see what it was like and it's worse than the Crowne Plaza but costs quite a bit more. I had a basic king room and it didn't even have a refrigerator.

Perfect for the night before an early flight. Easy to find and get in and out of, free parking and the staff was great. I would return. The rooms are nice and Kenner is a nice area with lots of local fare.

Our first room smelled of cigarette smoke and the air conditioning seemed nonexistent… The staff was well receptive to our complaint and gave us another room. The second room, while smelling better, still seemed void of air conditioning. The fan in both rooms blew but the air was warm'ish and humid. I stayed here a few years ago and remember feeling the same way then. May have learned my lesson now.

Over all, a great stay. One small quibble; it would be great if the bathrooms had ventilation fans. Foggy mirrors, plus the fan provides privacy.

Decent rooms, unfortunately it was very loud. Guests constantly in the halls yelling or quite loud.

A group of 12 were having a meeting at the restaurant, service was very poor. Supposedly somebody call in sick, but I was very dissatisfied with what seemed like a lack of caring.

Booked a room last second for New Year's Eve and still got a great price. Check-in was very fast and easy. The bar/restaurant was a nice bonus. Will stay here again.

During our visit to New Orleans this past weekend, I stayed at this hotel in a 2 queens From check-in to check-out, overall the experience was very well and smooth. I wanted to highlight Kendal Toles at the Front Desk for his exceptional service. He was great in addressing the questions before he was even ask great eye contact and beautiful big smiles. Extremely welcoming, he made me feel right at home. I had dinner in the Restaurant, which was incredible convenience. The red beans and rice it was very filling. I would also like to highlight some others, on your team, that extremely helpful doing stay! Keuthella Reed-FDA, she and Kendal (Team K's awesome), Mr. Carl overnight (Mr. Front desk agent, bellman and houseman all — in-one great guy!, and All of the drivers. Overall, very good experience staying at this hotel. I recommend to all please, stay at this Hilton get hotel great place to stay.

Not sure why this hotel has received so many marginal and negative reviews. I've been here many, many times in the past 10 years, twice in the last month. I find it VERY clean. It has a VERY friendly and efficient staff, has a good bar and restaurant with authentic creole food and it's across the street from the New Orleans Airport. What's not to like? I recommend it.

Really just a dirty, junky old hotel that happens to have the Hilton name and happens to be across the street from an airport. I seem to always make the mistake of staying here because of its proximity to the airport, then regret my decision upon arrival. Smelly, dingy, dirty rooms, WAY over-priced bar and restaurant serving bland food.

I am forced to stay at this so called "Hilton" due to work putting me up here twice a month, the place is a sh**hole. I've stayed here over a year now and nothing ever changes just as bad as the time before. Rooms are always dirty, stains on carpet, completely outdated furniture and bedding, bathrooms always tend to have some form of remains from the last guest, food is way over priced for what it is. I would highly recommend staying somewhere else, if your looking for convenience it is however directly across the street from the airport. Hilton has established itself as being a great hotel chain, not sure how this dump has slipped through the cracks. Fix it.

Being a road warrior for work has made me pretty tolerant of hotel living. It won't always be spic-and-span. But holy Hannah this hotel is the pits! The common areas are downright sad with tattered carpets, hallway lights turned off, stained furniture and a random fake bird dangling off a branch of a fake tree. Unfortunately, that is all better than the rooms. I had a random tear of wallpaper dangling off the wall by the side of the bed. There were stains all over the carpet and furniture. Rust lined all drains in the bathroom. And shards of paint were precariously dangling off the ceiling by the entryway where some pieces had already fallen off.

Overcharged and it literally took 9 calls and 3 voicemails to get them to respond. I am a Hilton Diamond member and I have never received a call back.

The rooms were nice and the bed was comfortable. However, internet access was pricey, and the room lacked the basic amenities found in lower priced hotel chains.

After spending the worst night of my life at The Days Inn across the street, this place is like Heaven. Clean, Quiet, Staff was super helpful, and the bed was so comfortable. I don't ask for much, but a clean room is my When you pay over $100 for a room it should be expected. Go Hilton. Days Inn is $30 cheaper for a reason. Never again. Thanks Hilton.
