Kinda shabby outside but the room was very nice. King sized bed, closet, large bathroom with big walk-in shower. Convenient to both I55 and I12. Suites are being rennovated, so construction debris in the rear. No pool nor hot tub — looks like they were filled in / demoed.

Very nice, clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows, friendly employees and great rates!

The owner is horrible, the stay there was horrific, the owners are evil, rude, disrespectful towards patrons, no room service at all, nothing but drug dealers and prostitution, it is not a comfortable stay, it is hotel hell, they was on the news several time during my stay there, it smelled really bad, people was constantly getting sick including my self, they are the most disgusting most horrific horrible set of Indians and business owners I have ever encountered, I hate them so very much, the wires in the hotel was not good, then it finally caught fire yet they say they are remodeling it, but people do not, I repeat, do not go to that place, if you do it will be the worse choice you ever made in your whole intore life, the whole building needs to come down immediately.

Was the worst ever had requested a room downstairs because my mom is handicap reserved this room two weeks ago when I get there they tell me that they have a room upstairs but the carpets were just shampooed I'm like don't you have any other room because my mom can't climb up the stairs and I don't want a room with wet carpet she says that I can get a room downstairs but they are doing some construction and doesn't even offer me a discount for the inconvenience I told them that if I had to say there because they were going to charge me to cancel that if my mom fell because of the hazards around the room I would own that place she finally released me with no charge just a horrible place have never done this before but people need to know about this place.

This place is the stereotypical flea-bag motel you see in movies; came complete with roaches and blown fuses when the A/C and TV were on at the same time. I looked it up and the place use to be a Red Roof Inn and online photos of the joint are from before it became privatly owned. Long story short, I canged rooms once and then left without staying the night. Wouldn't even bring a hooker here.

No signs. Filthy, hot. Black mold in first room, and very dirty. Second room has people in it when we walk in. Third room still stinks, no pillow cases, sheets are dirty, toilet has a ring around it. Waited four hours for a rude housekeeper who pretended not to speak English. I felt it was totally hazardous: Wires hanging loose across doorways and many missing lights. No smoke detectors, just bare wires. Doors to outside from hallway don't lock. Owner (Ken Patel) seems very rude and obviously doesn't care about anyone's health or safety. He had the audacity to refuse a refund and then brag about his Oxford business degree while his brand new Mercedes sat outside. He obviously doesn't seem to know anything about customer service or hospitality. You'll get neither of those at this cess pool, but you might die from smoke inhalation or get black mold poisoning.

TERRIBLE… tried 4 rooms! One just as bad or worse than the last. Black mold, walls knocked out. Smell terrible, bathtubs cracked a filthy, looks as though someone opened it just to take advantage of flood victims. The only other review is written by the lady that checked us in. The only good thing I can say is Rachel was nice & helpful. Shame on people and businesses that do these things! I have contacted fema with this also.

The worst disappointment ever. From entering the motel the a/c was off in lobby and man behind counter was so unprofessional. Upon entering the room the a/c was also off and the lights would not work. After turning the only light on in the bathroom there were bugs in the room and a HUGE hole in the wall. The room décor was nothing like the pictures on the web site, nothing about this motel matched the website. The sign outside was all white without any name. I asked if I was even at the right place. The gentleman said he had my reservation. I booked for redroof inn, he said it was now budget inn. He was unprofessionally dressed and blamed other people for the owners mistakes. I would not stay here if I was you.

The worst Hotel in which I was in the past. On the toilet rim shit from the previous guest was still. We were then able to the room but it was change nonetheless. Never stay there!

A/c didn't work. Shower head sprayed everywhere but on me. Carpets were slightly sticky when I walked. I can feel the springs in the bed. There's a hole in the wall and my main door to my room is messed up. I wouldn't stay here again. This place is in bad shape. My kid found a bunch of crap under the bed and ate something. I was pissed. This place sucks.

WORST place we have ever been to and we did not stay! Blood trail walking into our room was a good indication NOT TO STAY! Let me save you some time keep on going. Place says no smoking but the whole place was full of cigarette smoke. The whole building was hot! Hallways are dark. Literally every light bulb in the place was out. Even after all that we were so tired and against better judgement we were going to give it another chance so we went into another room and there was no lock whatsoever on the door. We had seen all we needed to and left. I'm not that picky of a person but trust me there will be no sleeping if you try to stay here. This place needs to be shut down it was so bad. Only gave 1 star because I had to, to leave a comment.

Rooms and the whole hotel was extremely hot. Halls were musty & so was the room when I 1st entered. The bathroom was a mess. There were black streaks all over the walls along with dirty handprints, old urine was on the toilet seats, the bathtub was extremely filthy. My children got bit by ants, the fridge smelled really bad and was very dirty, the beds are hard as heck. The housekeeper smelled like onion and with the hallway being hot it made it even worse. On top of her being musty she burst in my room while I had on nothing but underwear! I know u get what u pay for but damn, take some type of pride in your establishment. This is the only red roof inn that looks and smells like this that I've been to. I don't care what the cost is, it's a reflection of the owner! My 1st and last time staying here!

Priya and Kiribhai Patel, how are you going to write a review about the hotel when y'all are the owners? Are you mad because everybody is telling the truth about your beat down ass hotel? And both of you had the nerves to write the same exact words? How obvious is that?! What you need to do is tear that wall down where y'all painted over the mold. Matter fact, tear the whole place down. And tell your daddy, Kent Patel, he owe me a lot of money that he took out my checks. Since he want to pay illegally. Should I go on? Because I have so much to say.

The room I was in was clean, but the noise across the hall and the cigarette smoke was horrid it is now about 1:30 and I have been woke up twice and cannot get back to sleep. The young man and woman at the front desk when I came in and were very friendly and when I call downstairs about the noise across the hall which sounded like people fighting the girl said she would have it quieted down I don't know what she did but did quiet down song but there has been some banging around that woke me up since then.

The staff was very friendly. Rooms were nice and clean. We enjoys our stay. Free breakfast that was great and free parking.

Worst hotel I have ever been to. Trust me, just stay away. Stains running down walls, horrible showers that are full of dead bugs, and fire detector beeped every 2 minutes. Got a refund and left.

I had chosen this hotel based on distance to the Southeastern Louisiana University as I had to attend a graduation ceremony early in the morning. What a disappointment. I really do not mind staying in an out-dated, old place, but please, it is unacceptable that it is dirty. The hotel was filthy. I had my little daughter with me and it was very late when we arrived there, it was passed 11pm, but I almost left it and canceled my reservation. Because I was heading to my sister’s home in New Orleans next day, I brought my own sheets, blanket and pillow cover, and I used them because I could not lay down on that dirty bed of the hotel. I took pictures to email the area manager as it was despicable and someone is not doing his/her job. The toilet was dirty and clogged, the bathtub and the bathroom wall was dirty with mildew and actual soap scum. The floor had mildew and dusty in it. I give zero stars to this place. Just horrible.

I will never be staying here again. HORRIBLE management. I saw (I kid you not) SEVEN roaches in the twenty-four hours of my stay. There was mold in our tub also, which i'm highly allergic to due to a medical condition. When we asked to be moved they said they would call us back with a new room number and we never got a call. Had to go up to desk and they talked to us like we were crazy. Maybe get someone who can speak English well to talk to your customers jeez. Please stay away! There is a hotel right down the street from here.

I'm staying here now. Awful, disgusting place. Already got half my $ back and if it was warmer out I'd go sleep in my car. 1970's porn furniture and a musty, mildewy smell throughout. Cops have been here twice since I got here. Mold in the gross bathtub. Brown water from the tap. Ancient, broken microwave and fridge. I feel itchy as I'm typing this. Yikes. As soon as dawn breaks I am gone.
