The pool started looking green and poor room service checked out a day early.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Clean rooms.

We were there two days and it was an awesome experience.

This hotel has always had a great staff. They do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. The fact that it is a pet friendly hotel is an extra bonus. Don't let the looks or location fool you. You get a lot for your money. The rooms were spacious and super clean. The breakfast is what you would expect but it is still a nice spread of food to start your day.

It was a good place to stay, room and bath room were bigger than some and clean. Breakfast was super great. No complaints here.

I was impressed by the hotel for the price. Room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was good.

Very clean, breakfast was very good (waffles are amazing) the last who checked us in was very nice and helpful. Great place if you are traveling with your furbaby. Over all a great place to stay when traveling on a budget.

Excellent customer service, friendly staff, per friendly and there had great selection of breakfast from make your own waffles and fresh fruits, and lots more. The hotel was priced reasonably. We enjoyed our stay. Will be back again.

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Easy chek in. Love the hot breakfast in a morning and Easy access from the interstate. I will definitely come back when I come to Baton Rouge next time.

Never ever f@#$ing again! Apparently waking me up once wasn't enough for this worthless piece of s#@$ house keeper! Not to mention bathtub was GROSS! I don't give a good god d@#$ about saving money! I CARE ABOUT MY SLEEP! I hope this place burns to the ground!

Room was clean. AC didn't get very cold. It was good for a night, but would get something nicer for more than 1 night.

First stay was great but yesterday the guy charged me $12 too much and then lied about it when my husband asked him.

The bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

Stayed 1 night, found a few roaches upon arrival but not to bad, I did think the room was a bit warm even w ac on, but very friendly staff, nobody was bothersome, and brkfst was great, all in all loved my experience. Will stop here again if in area.

Front desk personnel was helpful and generous, hotel room was clean, smelled fresh, decor was nice, whirlpool tub was a highlight will stay again if needed.

Pretty much in the middle of no where. You can't walk anywhere for dinner, tho you could drive if you wanted to get back in your car… which we did not. Hotel isclean, but nothing special. Good for a quick stop passing thru.

Decent sized room, beds and pillows were nice, TV with cable. No exhaust fan in bathroom and breakfast left a lot to be desired. Great location, right off highway.

We asked to have beds made after we left for a wedding. Instead they just left fresh towels and left the old ones. Breakfast a int anything worth while. Internet was decent enough to stream at 720p.

It was a awsome to sleep over nigjt at the hotel. And the service was really awesome to.

Bedbugs! Lying in bed I found a bed beg with blood in its abdomin. I inspected the mattress and box spring to find that the dust ruffle had not been changed in some time as there were bed bugs and human hair covering the dust ruffle and box spring. I alerted management and he asked for proof. I then produced a bed bug in a cup at which point he offered me 'an identical room at the same rate'. House keeping changed the sheets and dust ruffle but did not treat the room and bow there is someone staying in that room.

The hotel is a bit old and you can tell but it's a perfect stay particularly for an overnight stay. Staff is not only helpful but southern hospitality is no joke. Very happy with my experience.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Smelled nice when you walked inside. The breakfast was decent.

I enjoyed my stay here. I love the hot breakfast in the morning. And I love the atrium in side. I will definitely recommend to every stay here.

No Quality here! Best advice don’t stay here! The pictures they have posted of the rooms on the web sites well your room won’t look like these pics! Lol This is a very Old hotel which has never been updated! Paint peeling on the walls and ceiling! Sink stayed clogged! Old smell! Although the staff was nice I won’t be staying here ever again and can’t recommend it to anyone! Sorry.

Reasonably quiet. Clean. Helpful staff. A pleasant experience. I recommend. Met all my expectations.

Customer service was awesome. Rooms were nice and clean. Atmosphere was calming.

Rooms are clean and as pictured. Straff is friendly. The beds here are not comfortable at all. Good location to suit my needs which is to be near family. This location does not put you close to alot of restaurants or night life.

Place is very dog friendly, stayed here over the weekend. Nice friendly staff. In a great area by the movies, restaurants, etc. If you stay here, Don's Seafood, the next exit down has great food. Only complaint, they need an air fan/vent in the restroom to circulate the hot shower air.

It was average. The staff was helpful and responsive. Breakfast was adequate. The room was clean except for a long black hair in the shower on the wall. The beds were comfortable. Not exceptional, but definitely not bad. What I expected. I would stay there again. It was quiet even though it was right next to the interstate.

Rooms were large and service was good. Hotel is pet friendly but I asked for and received a pet — free clean room. Breakfast included waffles, warm eggs, sausage, plus the regular continental fare. Location was nothing to write home about but no safety issues.

We came as a surprise to my family whom was visiting my uncle here in Baton Rouge but when we saw how packed his house was already we didn't want to be much of a burden so we decided to look for a hotel nearby to stay just for the night. This Quality inn and suites was 3 blocks away from his house so that was perfect for us. We walked in with no reservation and I was surprised with the low rate, so we decided to take it. Breakfast was included and no parking fees added (like other hotels would charge). We had a standard king room and the room looked pretty nice and clean. In the room you had all the toiletries you need for a quick trip plus coffee and tea and a mini-fridge for your own perishable items. The mattress was very comfortable and the pillows were extremely soft. I slept like a baby! In the morning the breakfast is more of a quick start-up meal, so they offer eggs and sausage, cereal, bread, yogurt, juice and coffee… plus the have a make your own mini-waffles machine. It's not 5-star food but at least they provide something to eat before you hit the road. The breakfast attendant was extremely nice and pleasant. Both upon check — in and check-out we met very nice guys that just wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I cannot complain! We spent just one night here but I left well rested and happy!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful it has amazing staff and a amazing lobby to sit and relax. The rooms are very clean and I admire the whole staff for all there had work at this Quality Suites one of the best hotel I have stayed at in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Easy to find, room was very nice, service was fine. Bed was a bit too firm for my preference, would have liked if 4 towels had been supplied instead of just 3; 5 weird small square pillows on the king bed — would have rather had 4 standard pillows. Woke up hot a couple of times, even though A/C thermostat was set on 60°F.

Fairly basic hotel. The room I visited was on the first floor, it was fine nothing special. The location was a bit difficult to get to however as it is tucked back behind a parking lot for a hobby lobby.

We were on the road to Houston, and made a last minute reservation over here to stay overnight. Sure the room felt a little moldy and humid, but I didn't really care that much. The hotel looks pretty old and outdated. The staff here however is great. They were always nice and friendly, and helped get you around where you wanted to go. For most cheap hotels I stay at, the staff weren't that nice. The breakfast in the morning is okay. Yes they do serve hot breakfast. For hot they have eggs, sausage patties, and a waffle machine. I was hoping that they'd have more options, but I guess I get what I pay for. Overall, the hotel served its need and got me my night's rest. If you don't like cheap hotels, then find a Sheraton, Marriott, or Hyatt hotel. If you don't mind the moldiness and just want a place for the night, then this the place to go. The only problem I had is that the layout looked like some prison from a movie.

Nothing special,
They never have enough towels, and the night front desk people are rude.
But the beds are comfortable and the food lady was very nice.
The glass elevator is cool but the pool is tiny, They really should put the pool in the center of the hotel, looks like there once was one there anyway.
Welcomes dogs which is AWESOME.
