Nice and safe area. Spacious and well kept.

My wife and I were paying to stay in this RV park $500 every 30 days, this storm came and our RV was flips but not destroyed, they owner of the RV park took it on his own to destroy our RV if you look at pictures you can clearly see, then he tells me I need to get my RV and get the F… out of there we paid $500 on the 23rd I should have had my 30 days to do what I needed to do after this storm but because this man wants to rent out a RV spot that he has already been paid for again he destroyed own RV.! My wife and I will never go back to the RV park, store, gas station anywhere this guy owns! He even tried to lie to the cops saying he paid to have my RV flipped back over.! Sorry no he didn’t.! This place gave us zero help at our time of need would not even let us stay in a room in the hotel for one night we had to stay in our car.! And all this just days after paying $500 for 30 more days of stay.! And refused to give any money back even after telling me he has rented everything to Energy now.!

If you're ever near this place, use it. Drive in, find a nice location, nice level concrete pads, check in at Best Western.

Very nice cabins and the pricing is very affordable. Casino's great food and great place to just relax.

Nice and private even if close to I-10. Well lit and comfy.

If you like the sound of extremely loud tejano music all night long, this is the place. Management didn’t really help out when notified about it.

Love it here. It's beautiful and very well kept. Someone recommended this place to me and I will recommend to anyone I know.

Nice concrete sites. But the well water is not great! Has a nice walking track, dog area, basketball courts and other amenities. Onsite laundry.

Nice cement area. Pool is always dirty, manager is unwilling to help, washers stay broken, takes two rounds in the dryer before they are even close to dry, they turn off the water at least once a week with no warning, NO refunds or partial refunds, Wi-Fi is a joke, cable isn’t any better, smells like sewer most of the time. Over priced but convenient having a few stores in the perking lot. They are over priced as well.

Love, love this RV park staff is helpful, polite and courteous. Gives you access to a small pool in hotel location. A small gym, laundry mat, picnic areas throughout the park and a trail around a pond. Would highly recommend.

Very nice place to stay! Staff is very friendly and helpful! Everything is nice and clean!

Great place to stay. Love that not only do they have a laundry facility and bathrooms but they also have a fitness center, rec center, and access to a pool. Me and my kids enjoyed staying here and will stay again in the future.

Was lucky enough to get a spot out in this rv area and I couldn't be happier. The spots om concrete and where it's not cement/concrete between each spot there is rock which sure beats the mud I have dealt with at other places. And laundry and dog park are great for me and our fur baby. And with the lounge, cable and high speed Wi-Fi there is always something to do to stay busy.

Staying long term or just passing through this location is convenient right off I10 but also still hidden away in the back of the property. They offer numerous amenities to accommodate jusy about any need. Laundry facilities fitness room and lounge were big perks.

If yiu like the sound of cars and trucks all day and night its a great place but to me its ok other than that.

Very well organized. Properly functioning amenities. Love that it includes a dog park and rec room! Wonderful staff available 24/7. Overall wonderful experience.

Wi-Fi doesn't really work but it makes up in the cleanliness of the park. I would recommend it.

Rates have gone up a couple of times due to "upgrades to the Wi-Fi". Wi-Fi still sucks. No improves that we can tell. Not a good selection of TV channels either. Love everything else. People are friendly.

If it wasn't for the flooding or the prices going up every three months it would be good. Wifi doesn't work most of the time, people's dogs are not on a leash most of the time either.
