Review of Studio 6-Sulphur, LA 2*

It was absolutely dirty when coming in. It was owned by Indians who seemed to not care at all about you. You immediately get that vibe where they talk like as if you're some criminal and seem to have experienced difficult customers in the past and so they are use to just talking aggressive. All I wanted was my key to my room cause I was check-in late that night. Initially coming in they werent even at their lobby and so was waiting for a good 15 mins even ringing their bell for assistance. NO Joke waited a good 15 mins for someone to finally be at the lobby. Didnt stay at the motel only for sleeping mostly went to gamble and eat. The worst part is when checking out and within that night my girlfriend and friends started noticing bites. THey were frikkin bed bug bites. I am writing this 2 weeks after the incident. I went on 05/22/15 right now is 06/05/15 and she is still infected with the bites and other bites have popped up from her foot and legs. Found out that bed bug bites usually appear after a couple days. I am currently trying to work for a refund and tried disputing the charges. My bank denied the dispute charge because I apparently received the service, but I am going to call again to say that the service I received included bed bugs and dirty conditions. Called their corporate office for Studio 6 and they said it takes 30 days for them to investigate this situation but if I were to dispute the charge its up to me. I called them today and they told me that the independent chain sent out a letter with the decision. Most likely they wont issue the refund. They probably cleaned that room up and now are stating that there was no bed bug bites.
