Awful. Waited five hours after asking upon checking for new sheets and pillows… here’s why. They were covered in yellow stains, blood stains on pillow cover and on the pillow. We were told we had to make our beds bc of this request being that there was no staff. The manager on duty in the morning upon 7:25 checkout was no help and did not apologize. The photos on third-party websites should be removed! Thanks a lot, SnapTravel. Com.

This hotel is disgusting and unsanitary. We booked a king deluxe room more than a month in advance and arrived to have a room with two twin beds. When we asked the front desk staff what happened to the room we booked she said “ the vote is overbooked so this is all they have”. When I questioned a discount since I paid for. Kind deluxe room I was told that “ it’s all the same price” which it is not. The room has stains on the sheets and the walls were so dirty and dusty. The floors were sticky and the bathroom had sewer backing up into the tub. We left and are in the process of requesting a refund. This was a horrible experience Nd the photos on their website look nothing like the room we got. Do not come here unless you plan on really “ roughing it”

Very comfortable hotel. Never had any issues. Clean, quiet. Very close to a lot of things like restaurants, fast food, even the daiquiri shop. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The only hotel I use in Houma.

Great room sizes, comfortable, free daily breakfast complementary cookies baked fresh as well as popped popcorn… Its a really wonderful hotel… Only reason im rating so low is due to the front desk worker that was working mid-morning shift on September 1 2018 … She was really rude. And she put herself in someone elses business meaning, she stopped this man and threw in his face how hes getting help from someone to pay for a room there and basically that he couldnt have visitors bcus of that!

Friendly staff and comfy rooms. They need a fresh pressure wash cleaning to the building but that doesnt effect the inside at all.

Business stay. Rooms are always clean with plenty of pillows if you like that. Area is a good part of town so you don’t have to worry about your vehicle. Staff is always friendly.

Comfortable hotel on the Bayou. Close to a good Seafood place and the best Barbecue I've had. Nightlife at the Daiquiri shop. If you like driving through tunnels there's one close by. Fresh peaches and fresh shrimp as far as the eyes can see.

Not a bad hotel at all, except for the mattress. Needed updated. Breakfast is nothing to brag about, but for the price its not bad at all.

I have avoided writing this but now I will. 2 years ago my grandmother was diagnosed with terminal cancer. We drove in from Wisconsin for a family gathering to spend time with her before she was to pass away. We stayed here during that time. We left on a Monday morning, about two hours into our drive one of the maids called my phone letting me know my daughters iPod had been left I our room. She took my information and told me she was going to send it. Mind you we used this iPod to take pictures there. (Pictures that can not be replaced as my grandmother passed away that same winter). Weeks went by call after call to the hotel no iPod arrived. My mother flew down there to take care of her mom, went in and asked them if they had it the lady who stole it was very rude and kept saying no. I was told the manger was out of town after 3 months she finally had came back and was not aware of the situation. To make a long story short the front desk worker had stole the iPhone. How did I find out? She sold it to a pawn shop and when they connected to the internet I located it and got in touch with them. The new manger got in touch with me, and to her credit, did everything she could to make it right. Sent us the a gift card for a new iPod. Also she told me anytime I was back in town to stay for free with them. I thanked her. So you may ask why am I writing this review now? It’s been 2 years. Well I will tell you. My cousin unexpectedly passed away this week.

Workers are well educated and helpful about the inn itself and the surrounding area and surrounding buisnesses. For fun communications among. The Workers themselves and head manager I have not notice any they look sad but nice the reasons behind this I do not know but I no this know this the head manager should set the moods for the Workers. Exmp. Manager report to work JOLLY! Her workers become JOLLY RIGHT? RIGHT! Has for your manager she is rusty with managers skills for example in her communication skills surveying skills ordering skills, financial skills overall her production skills and to master her supervision skills she need to continue to edcuate her self by going to seminars and different managements classes noticeing my reviews and my comments this inn would be the number one inn in Houma La Thank you a concern customer Judy Dorsey.

Horrible place to stay from all the stains on the walls to all the stains on the carpets and chairs. Bathroom door would not shut shower curtain rod was broken the bath tub did not drain. So when I took my shower my feet were bathing in 6" of water of God knows what. Not to mention the usual traffic of riff raff There seems to be never a dull moment This facility needs new management. Doors shutting and people stomping all night And as if that wasn't the worst part of it the back side of the hotel, I had to step over a used prophylactic. I personally brought my own sheets and blankets. They do provide breakfast with fresh fruit hard to get that wrong.

Great price! Very courteous desk clerk! Clean room, except, carpet appeared clean but noticed under our feet was BLACK from walking on the carpet with no shoes! Needs cleaning or replacing.

Wonderful hotel. Extremely pleased with the price. Very clean, very courteous staff. The front desk had a bin of toys and let my young children pick a toy from it. My kids were so excited. They go above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Love this place! Service is outstanding. The continental breakfast is wonderful! No one bothers you it's very peaceful!

Good rates. Let us check in before usual time without charging us. Clean, but could use updates. Our main concern was that the door to the room had to be picked up on on order to close and lock it. Which we were not told about in advance. There was also no safe in the room.

Pretty much an average standard hotel room, just what you'd expect. Nothing more, nothing less. It was clean and relatively comfortable, but that in — room AC unit kept kicking on every few minutes and was excessively loud. Only dealt with one staff member, courteous and quiet. The place was mostly empty which was nice, first floor room with easy access to parking, so no awkward squeezing through hallways or elevators with a bunch of strangers and their luggage. Not a bad place, I'd be comfortable staying again, but nothing really exceptional either. You probably won't find anything better in the area as its a pretty small town with not enough traffic to justify a bigger fancy chain hotel moving in. Average is the keyword here.

It was nice and clean. We checked in late and checked out early. Breakfast was available even though it was very early.

I stay hear often for work, it is a good hotel with friendly staff and a comfortable bed. Nancy's restraunt next door is a good spot if you're looking for seafood.

I was just there Jan 29-31 2016 and everything was awesome except a few things, 1 we found a roach in the hallway but that could have came from outside this is louisiana and they get in my house too, there wasn't any in our rooms, then housekeeping only replaced big towels no little wash clothes we was without wash cloths for a shower, then the bath tub was filling up as we showered so we were taking a bath and shower at the same time, then the worse thing was mt daughter with a rare kidney disease and her husband had the sofa bed because we had room 224 the king suite and for 4 people they had no choice but to sleep on the sofa bed and the springs were sticking out and she could not wait to get back home she was hurting so bad, the bed was seriously awful, I would only go back with 2 people because the other bed was fine, I am a smoker and it is an 100% nonsmoking hotel and I liked that because I don't even smoke in my own house, it makes it stink and changes the walls colors! other than that it was great!

I have NEVER had a bad experience staying in this hotel. I have stayed here off and on for the past 4 years. When I come to Houma this is the ONLY place I will stay. The front desk, management and housekeeping are all professional, and I have to say "FABULOUS"! Keep up the great job that you all do and I WILL continue to stay here. Thank you.
