The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Aside from it being clean and having everything I needed, the staff made all the difference in the time I stayed there. They were the most helpful, kind, loving people. I will go out of my way to stay here when I’m in the area, which is regularly for travel ball, from now on. I adore them and was so thankful for them and their sweet hearts during our hurricane evacuation and extended stay thereafter.

We always enjoy Holiday Inn Express. Usually the staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping personnel are courteous and do a fine job of keeping the rooms clean.

Nice place but they were working on the highway and they were loud. It would have been nice to get a Pom on the back side of the hotel and at the other end. Hey weren’t that busy.

Clean, pet-friendly, inviting, Southern Hospitality at its best. When I-10 traffic is at a stand still and you can’t go anymore, this location is the stop you will be looking for! They offered all of their discounts and with IHG rewards the pet fee was waived. Breakfast hostess Ms. Mary Ann is a true gem. She was as nice as could be, kept up with the breakfast and hot coffee, with a smile! I shared the same experience as many of the other reviews on Google and Yelp.

I was concerned in the beginning. The area did not look pleasant or welcoming at first. Huge mess of a construction, things not labeled right. Parking lot not in the best condition in some areas. Also, looked smaller than any other IHE I've stayed in before. And then BAM! Amazingly friendly staff and cookies. The front desk person Tracey Miller made us feel right at home. Welcomed us, gave us all the directions and information we asked for, helped us get supplies that we forgot to pack and just made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again, thanks Tracey.

Awesome place to stay. Had reservations at another hotel in Lafayette and spoke with that hotel twice before check in. Never once told me the handicapped accessible room we needed was not available. That place was a joke. Look for review from me on the Wyndham garden hotel in Lafayette. Anyways Miss Tracy took such good care of us when we made a late reservation and check in. Loved it so much stayed an extra day. No problems with out service animals or my toddler running around. Pool was the best plus they had pool floaties for the kiddos. When we pass thru again we will stay there every time.

My wife and I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Henderson Louisiana. We have never felt more welcome at a hotel than we did at this Holiday inn. I would highly recommend staying at the Holiday inn in Henderson Louisiana if your ever in the area. We were especially impressed with Tracey and Laura they both went way out of their way to help us. Tracey the night shift check in host helped us navigate our way around town with a detailed map of how to get around town. The next morning we had to leave a day earlier than we had planed we explained to the new check in host whose name was laura she handled everything and had it took care of in no time and we just wanted to let Tracey and Laura know that when ever we are near Henderson Louisiana the Holiday inn is the only place we will be staying and we will be bringing our pet with us next time they are a very pet friendly hotel. I know this is a long review but this Holiday inn is doing it right. We have stayed at other Holiday inns they were good but Henderson Holiday inn has set the bar very high. Great place to stay. The first person to visit us was Momma (the hotel cat, wife and daughter loved it — pet friendly hotel it is) and from there all the staff encountered were friendly and helpful. Good hotel conveniently located on I-10. The wife got on my case and said I should give it 5 stars, but I am sticking with the 4 stars because I dont love the friendly pet hotel idea.

My family stayed at the one on Orange Beach Alabama and we were so disappointed. We give it one star and that's only because it was on the beach. We stayed 3 days and it was ridiculous we caught the maid using my daughter's phone charger. On the phone! The sheets were dirty. She came in one time and changed them, had to call several times for towels. The pool was ridiculous. Lights around pool were never working, pool lights in pool finally were turned on the lastnight we were there. MY husband was told they had a pool bar. Haha NO! It was more like a concession stand. With cheap liqueur charging top shelve. We will never ever stay again…

The first room they put me in smelled like urine. This is a very pet friendly hotel and you can smell it. There was no warning in their literature. If you have allegries avoid it! The riom decor is very old but in decent shape. This is not on par with most Holiday Inn Express hotels.

This is a great place to stop. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and well kept, and they provide a bottle of water with each room. Staying here made my road trip a little easier.

Clean place, great beds and pillows, good breakfast, nice workers, and Mama the cat was such a nice touch.

I work on the road all week every week. This is hands down the worst holiday inn I've stayed in.

We had a wonderful stay very recently.
Our room was immaculately clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Especially Momma Cat.
She owns the place. We came to shop and see Momma Cat.

Breakfast is served by the most wonderful woman. She is a joy to meet.
Yes this is located near I10 and at times we heard traffic noise though not enough to disturb our sleep.

I normally don't stay at Holiday Inn because of the way they treat their CLC customers. This one was totally different, they didn't ask me to put up a deposit. They actually asked me for my IHG account and gave me points.

Room was very clean! The chocolates and water were a nice touch. There was no microwave downstairs as we had already checked out and realized that we needed something heated. Bed smelled fresh, but the blanket was worn and could have been softer. I could also hear another guest's baby cry through the wall. Overall it was clean, safe and comfortable.

Pleasant, if a little dated. Liked the resident lobby cat (Momma). Breakfast was par for HIE, which isn't bad. Tiny gym. Watch out if dark upon arrival: their only entrance is through the Landry's parking lot; Google may try to direct you down the interstate's on-ramp (bad! ).

I booked the room after reading reviews about Momma C. The cat who lives at the hotel. I commend the hotel for taking in Momma C. And giving her a home, that is fantastic and Momma C. Is a great ambassador for the hotel. The hotel and rooms are average at best and the breakfast was far below par.

We LOVE this place. The staff is ALWAYS welcoming, helpful and friendly… smiles from all the staff from housekeeping to the front desk. The rooms are kept spotless… no problem there. We are very particular about cleanliness and have never had a problem. Housekeeping has always accommodated our requests to have our room cleaned by a certain time… with smiles. Their breakfast is good with a wonderful staff. We stay here every 4-6 weeks while visiting family.

Friendly staff! Everyone was very nice. Also whenever I tagged myself on Facebook staying at the Holiday Inn Express Beaux Bridge this weekend, the Facebook page commented on my status telling me to enjoy my stay. It was very nice and thoughful.

Quite and peaceful. Clean rooms and nice staff. Only complaint was the lack of variety at the breakfast bar.

Very clean and the staff was amazing! My daughter wasn't feeling well and the staff smiled and did all they could to ease the stress. Would definitely stay here again. They also do wonderful w breakfast! Thank you!

First off it was almost midnight when my air conditioner in my home went out and needed to find a place for me and my 2 kids to stay when I called they only had 3 rooms left and I was able to get a room with no problems and was allowed to pay when I got there everywhere else was full or they needed payment up front so just wanted to say thanks for everything and everyone was so inviting and felt like I was at home there, really had a great night there and I will be back.

Clean, personable service, many amenities. Not cheap by any means but worth the extra few bucks to be comfortable and feel secure. It's a bit off the beaten path behind a few other hotels. This location has an indoor heated pool, fitness center, restaurant and bar. We got a room with a whirlpool tub right in it. Fun, relaxing, romantic.

Great property, very nice staff. Located next to a couple of really good restaurants. Always a very clean room. Have been a customer at this particular location for about 13 years.

Our car was flooded taking the exit in front of the holiday Inn last night. Luckily if we had to experience a flood it was right next to this holiday inn. We walked in soaked and wet from the rain the staff immediately gave us fresh towels to dry off. They got us a room for the night. In the morning my husband went out to look at our vehicle and the staff was super helpful making accommodations to help us while we were trying to get the car situation. Handled. Before we left the staff Brought lunch in and extended a offer for us to join them. The staff was hands down, down to earth caring people. Thank you for your hospitality. The rooms were clean and plenty of amenities to help us feel comfortable.

Made reservation, had emergency and went by there to cancel, they wouldn't credit my account with either night, would not give me points on IHG either, their web sight says no booking fees and no cancellation fees, stayed at many Holiday Inns, their Expresses, NO MORE! Never been talked to that way before. Wife maid reservation and would not talk to her either. Cancel my card Holiday Inn.

Driven across the country 5 times in the past year. Absolutely cannot stress how amazing the staff was at this Holiday Inn. They have a Cat wearing an employee tag that greets you when you enter. I have never had such a memorable and pleasant stay. Every single employee went above and beyond to be kind and polite. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Your kindness has forever stayed with me.

Same complaint as the other reviewer. Tried to check in at 1:30AM and they would not honor the military/government rate of $83 without official orders. This is the first time we have ever have ever heard of that. It's too bad Miss Cathy (supervisor) wouldn't budge. Oh well, it looked like a nice hotel.

On our trip to Florida I stayed twice. Each time, the rooms were nice and fresh, breakfast was the best kept with such a wonderful lady, and the service was extremely helpful. On my second stay going back home, I had forgotten my earrings. I called to notify them with no hope of actually getting them back. The amazing service I received was quite unexpected. Not only did the front desk check right away, they also shipped them to my house without any problem. Having stayed at different levels of hotels, I would highly recommend this one. You definitely get your moneys worth.

You have to be kidding, My husband and I stayed here July 25th, 2011. The entrance is nice, but as soon as you get in the elevator and walk the hall ways The hotel stinks, they have not vacuum the carpets in a while, the bed sheets and the pillows stunk, I have to ask for clean bed sheets and pillow cases, and change them myself. My husband got sick, extremely sick from the stinking room and bed. We pay $108.00 the night and was a total waist of money. The only good food in the breakfast bar were the bananas. The coffee was awful. A week before we stayed in the Microtel in, payed $63. Oo per night and it was wonderful, extremely clean and pleasant.

Very enjoyable visit. Room was nice, everything was clean, and the vending machines even had great prices. When I noticed there wasnt any gum in the the vending machine, I asked at the front desk to see if they had any for their goodie bags and the clerk gave me a piece out of her purse. Now thats service.

Outstanding room, front desk staff, and free breakfast. Costs $25 for a pet, but we stayed on reward points so that is all we paid. Rooms are huge, new, and clean. Would recommend.

Everyone here has been amazing. We lost our house in a hurricane and are having to call this great place home. The staff is wonderful and are the best "neighbors" I have ever had. The people here understand what we are going through and have met and exceeded every need we have had.
