Dirty room, the rug are dirty, bathroom dirty.

We stayed one night over the weekend and will never be back. They claim to having strict cleaning on everything well that’s a lie. We showed up and the floors of the lobby were filthy and then as we get on the elevator it was disgusting with hand prints and the floor was very dirty, needed sweeper and moped but in 24hours of our stay it wasn’t at all. Our bathroom had bugs, hair and dirt in every corner and the toilet was leaking a rusty color and sweating on the seat/lid I mentioned it and all they did was come in and wipe the toilet. It of course came back in 5 minutes time. The carpets are in serious need of a good cleaning. It was not busy at all so why would the entire hotel look so dirty then. The worst Comfort Inn we have ever been too.

Very comfy bed. Make you just want to stay on it and relax.

Buffy helped me get all set up in a room for the night. My husband and I had been on the road for two days and her kindness when we got there made all the difference. We will come back again!

Comfortable, mostly clean room. Slept through breakfast. Woman at the front desk, I think Lana, was hella nice. There were beard trimmings all over the side of the bathtub. Did not tell anyone about the beard trimmings in the shower because we were under the impression that the place was fully booked for the night and honestly we were too tired to care.

I work for the railroad and this is the hotel we stay at when we're away from home. Most times, I'm here every other day. I can't think of a single complaint about this place. It's in a fantastic location, the rooms are very nice, with plenty of room and extremely comfortable beds. Staff is always extremely helpful, and of course, the free breakfast is decent enough. Would definitely stay here on my own dime, if visiting.

This place has so much potential — great room layout, friendly staff, great public spaces. The pool area is beautiful and the fitness area has two elliptical machines, a treadmill and a weight machine. However, the carpets are stained and in need of replacement, and the weight machine and one elliptical are broken. The carpet in my room needed a good vacuuming — bits of paper, fingernails, hairballs, etc. This place would get 5 stars if it were cleaned up.

Hotel was clean, comfortable. Breakfast was hot and delicious. We had a large group with children staying there in two rooms and it worked out perfectly for our stay. Highly recommend.

Stayed all week very nice, great location in liberty mo. Close to everything, eating entertainment, shopping, will stay there again.

This is a nice hotel in a great location. Restaurants, shopping, and Walmart all almost within walking distance.

They take your money if u dont check in tell you that you agree to a contract that u never signed. The management is very rude and disrespectful I will never recommend anybody to ever stay here.

Room was ok but pool was not… Had lots of hair in it and salt water… Messed with my vertigo really bad… Other than that it was great…

Great hotel in a good area. Lots of restaurants and shopping within blocks of the hotel. Rooms are all big and suites. Breakfast was tasty.

The general manager was so very rude when the electricity went out during our stay. Deboraja Scott explained several times that it was not her fault that the electricity went out and showed no empathy for our poor experience. I would not recommend Comfort Suites as they provide NO comfort when you are away from home. We requested a crib (which they had an option for online) crib but they had NO cribs available. I can't believe Choice Hotels is allowing this type of customer service. Absolutely awful!

This is a great place. Everything is clean and smells clean. Not a bunch of dust anywhere or trash hidden in the small places. The beds were heavy feeling and I received a good night sleep. I recommend to others.

Continental breakfast was good, both hot and cold food. Staff was courteous on night shift but not so much on day shift. Room was clean but in need of repairs… peeling paint, cigarette burns on tub, hole in the wall. Mattress was well past need of replacement on both beds. Work out room had 4 pieces of equipment but only 2 worked correctly. Pool was clean but area around pool needed cleaning and the ceiling was peeling above it.

Nice, clean place. I would rate this place higher, but when I go there to relax I like to know what I'm watching. But if you want to watch tv, bring your own TV guide. Oh wait, do they make those anymore? There isn't a channel guide built in. The remote guide doesn't give any info as to what your watching. Very frustrating to the channel surfer.

Great place to stay. Clean and chic. So friendly staff. I like it.

The staff was extremely helpful, I was needing a later check out and they were very accommodating. We loved that the hotel was near so many stores and eating establishments.

Modifying my previous review. I received a detailed follow up from the property manager and the issue will be resolved. Very much appreciated! I look forward to my next trip down to stay with you.

Clean and spacious room. Lots of breakfast options. Quiet despite being fully booked (we were here for the solar eclipse). Friendly and helpful front desk attendant.

The front desk person was outside smoking while we arrived and brought in the smoke smell while greeting us at the desk. The carpet to our room was ripped and very stained. Our room was very DIRTY. The corners of the room filled with dust and dirt. Under the bathroom sink there was a thick amount of black grime between the tiles. The couch fold out bed was slanted down, so you would slide off the bed while sleeping. The fold out couch mattress was very thin and you felt the springs. The worst part of the stay is BED BUGS! My husband's arm's and hand's have BED BUG bites on them. The most gross hotel stay EVER. STAY Away from Comfort Suites.

I usually avoid "low rent" hotels as I am a rather avid Hilton Hotels snob, but I made an exception after four consecutive disappointments with Hilton Hotels. Found the Comfort Suites to be slightly above what I had experienced during my previous four Hilton stays. The pool needs way less shock; the chlorine smell is way to potent. The staff could care less about certain aspects of things, but they're friendly and quick to fix something when it's even slightly wrong. All-in-all; a winning experience. I would book this hotel again — if there are not Embassy Suites available.

They let us check in early and check out late! Everything was clean felt secure. My kids loved the pool but we were diappointed to see the footprint of where a hot tub once was.

Stayed in a jacuzzi suite and enjoyed the time spent there. Front desk was extremely friendly, as was the rest of the staff, and room was clean and comfortable. I will stay again when I have the chance.

The gentleman at the front desk greeted us smoking by front door. We had a pullout couch you have to go downstairs to get blankets. Came back down he told me the were out of pillows (what a joke). Went to shower towels were dirty, I would not stay here again for free I checked out early paid double to get out of this hell hole. I don't even want to give them a star they owe me.

ZERO flexibility… I made a reservation online. Immediately afterward when I got the confirmation email I noticed that the dates were incorrect. I contacted them and asked about correcting the dates. They indicated that because the rate was non-refundable, I was out of luck. I selected the non-refundable rate, so this is partly my fault. However, they wouldn't budge on a simple date correction and then had the gall to then ask if I wanted another reservation for the correct dates! I told them to go pound sand. Never again will I be staying at a Comfort Suites, especially the one in Kansas City-Liberty at 8200 N Church Rd!

This place doesn't even deserve a star! Called last night 4/20 to make a reservation! The guy on the phone said there was 4 rooms available but they are having trouble with their reservation web site and couldn't book at the time. Took my name told me to call back in the morning and they will GUARANTEE me a room. Needless to say I call back first thing this morning after 8am like the guy said to do. The lady on the phone was EXTREMLY rude. Said ummmmmm that was last night nothing avaliable today. SERIOUSLY! Thanks alot!

Older hotel. Clean. Pool was really cold. No hot tub. Beds weren't the most comfortable. Breakfast was really good and had lots of choices. Staff were nice.

Comfortable bed, nice indoor pool, free, breakfast included, and the room had fridge/microwave/tv. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Booked a room last minute and was very happy with my choice. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and they let me push back check out till 12. Breakfast was typical but very good. Only negative was that calling to book the room took about 10 minutes on hold which about made me change to another hotel.

Great location and very nice accommodations! The rooms are very big and the pull out sofas are good for the kids. Location is right off I35 and close to many restaurants and shopping. Wal-mart and many food place within walking distance.

I stayed in a King Suite with a Jacuzzi tub and it was amazing. The room was very cozy and comfortable, and the tub was the most relaxing thing I have done in months. I would recommend staying here to anyone who asked.

We stayed with our 3 kids ages 10, 14 and 19 for 4 nights at the hotel. We had a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout couch. The room was spacious enough and clean. There was a musty smell so we had to keep the AC and fan running to get it out. The hotel staff are more friendly and helpful than anywhere we have stayed. The breakfast was nice, consisting of eggs, breakfast meats, cereal, waffles, etc. Each day. The pool was small but the kids still enjoyed it. The hotel is right across the street from Walmart, Cracker Barrel, and about couple blocks from many restaurants and a shopping center with Kohls and other stores. A very nice location and good price.

We have just seen the LDS sites in the area. We needed a place for our large family. We were able to get two rooms with two king size beds and a pullout in each room. The hot breakfast was amazing. Thank You for a great stay.

Pros: Conveniently located in the suburb of Liberty, good selection of free breakfast items, clean room, friendly staff, fridge in room, microwave in room, free parking, free Wi-Fi, close to several restaurants and shopping. Cons: Ants in room, no Jacuzzi or hot tub, worn out bed, and loud heating/cooling system in room.

Great Location and good value! I always stay at this hotel in Kansas City because the rooms are extra large and the staff is wonderful. The location is also very good with lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. If you want to be in North Kansas City this is a great hotel.

Price was $20 cheaper than any other high rated hotel in liberty. Room was big, nice and very clean. Heater worked very well and hallways were even warm. Breakfast was good and staff was extremely friendly. I won't be staying in any other hotel in liberty. This ones the bees knees.

Stayed here in Sept 2013, 4 adults in one room for 5 nights. This place is not too new, but pretty clean! We are picky when it comes to clean and this hotel passed:) Very good breakfast with lots of choices! The beds are comfy with a nice down comforter and rooms are big, they sleep six! The only problems I had was the pool is only 41/2 feet deep, breakfast closes a little too eary, and a strong chlorine smell fr the pool but that didn't bother us much. Otherwise we liked it. Oh and the staff was nice, especially the guy who was on the night shift a lot, named Brad. Friendly, helpful fella:).

Nice, clean rooms. Great value for the price. Best we have stayed in on our quest for a economical hotel near Worlds of Fun. Rooms sleep six! Huge plus for our family. Comfortable, clean. Would recommend to family and friends and we WILL be staying there again.
