If Marcella and Liz are working together during your stay, you can expect an amazing, thorough, efficient, professional, friendly welcome and check in! There are so many awesome staff members at this location, that you are sure to leave with a new friend! They don't have room service for food and drinks, but they do keep several snack options and drinks (both alcoholic and non) on hand for purchase at the front desk. If you happen to be long term (travel for work), this is the place to be! Great parking (even for semi and trailers), an outdoor patio, shopping within walking distance, and the staff will point you to good places to eat. Definitely recommend!

Every Hampton we have stayed in has always been clean, comfortable and the nicest Employees! Only thing I would like to see change is to leave the pool open later for Adults!

Nice hotel but the pool has been down for two days now. Wish we would of known before check in would of checked other places out as we brought three kids with us.

We stayed here with our extended family for a wedding we were attending over Labor Day weekend and I couldn't have been more pleased with our stay! The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast offerings were above and beyond what I expected! In our rush to check out, we left our electric toothbrushes in our room and thanks to Betty, they were sent back to us without any problems! Despite a crazy football team running through the halls and crashing our fun at the pool, it was a very pleasant stay with top notch service all around. We would definitely stay here again!

Staying two nights so this review will be strictly of first night. Parking was excellent and outside of hotel was well taken care of. Imediatly greeted by the staff behind the reception counter. They were positive, smiled, and genuinely gave the impression they cared about our stay. Our room appeared clean but had the smell of wet socks (not the most pleading smell but bareable). Room was clean but the beds were a bit small for two adults to share. Pool facility was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay no one in our party was overly thrilled with it but nobody complained.

Great staff! Clean, wonderful breakfast (French toast, sausage and biscuits, Lamar's donuts, waffle maker, yogurt, fruit, coffee, other standard breakfast bits). Room was perfectly clean. No funky smells anywhere. Pool and fitness room were lovely. Housekeeping is on their game and the front desk staff are on it. Breakfast buffet people kept the goods food coming and, favorite thing in a hotel, kept it clean!

Great stay! Staff is friendly and accommodating (upgraded our room when we arrived, quickly fixed our toilet when it broke, emptied my trash and changed out my towels when I saw the cleaning gal in the hallway). Workout room is nice, quiet, tho. Pool gets busy in the evenings but the hottub is nice to refresh after work. Nice patio out back for sitting (smoking is allowed in this area). Laundry room in common area. Free coffee all day with bananas and apples. Quiet rooms. Close to shopping (walking distance since you are in a shopping plaza).

Very clean and professional staff. Will definitely come back our next visit. Only 10 min drive to Worlds of Fun.

Great location off of hwy and next to a lot of shops and food. Not a lot of parking at front entrance. Int very clean with nice lobby and pool area. Rooms furnished and layed out well. Bed and pillow could be more comfortable. Overall a great experience and place to stay.

The staff was amazing! Helpful, happy and kind. The rooms were spacious and clean. The food was delicious and the morning buffet never ran dry. They also announced a reminder to get more food before they closed down the buffet. Will definately use again when back in the area.

Loved these people. They were wonderful. I always stay at Hampton. They're my home away from home. I have never had a bad experience at a Hampton. We never plan ahead so when evening comes I just look up the Hampton near by and we have always found a clean place to stay. Love them!

Within 30 min of leaving I called about items left in my room and that I was on my way back. I showed up an hour after the call to walk in on the maid dumping my stuff in the trash. Understandable if I hadn't already called about my belongings. Not impressed with staff. Edited from a one star to a four. Management contacted me 4 days later and offered great ways to make my next stay great. Thank you Matt the Manager.

Older hotel but newly remodeled. Hampton's in general seem to be coasting, never really had a bad experience but there are lots of other places doing the same thing, but doing it better.

Hampton is on a short list of hotels that we go out of our way to find. The breakfast is good and we've always had a good room experience as well.

Room was nice, but could have done with some coat hooks. Also draught comes in under the wall heater. Place is great, though and the staff very friendly and helpful.

We have stayed here several times and would recommend. They're nearly done with a remodel so it's even nicer now!

My husband and I stayed at the Hampton Inn Kansas City-Liberty, Missouri. We were only there one night, so we didn't need a big room. The room was really nice and clean. The bed was really comfortable. The hotel was under construction, so for our "inconvenience" we got a certificate for a free night stay at their hotel. We will be going back through Liberty this Friday and will be staying there again. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great. Plenty of restaurants and shopping. We didn't get to do much, just being there over night, but we'll be there through this next weekend. So I'll be able to make up for that!

Stayed a couple of nights before Thanksgiving 2017. While our stay started rocky with a savagely early wakeup due to a scheduling mixup with some ongoing renovations, the night manager, Squire, was incredibly accommodating. He and the entire staff are outstanding in the customer service area! Will definitely stay with them again when visiting the Northland area.

Hampton Inn Liberty is our preferred destination when working in the area. Always clean. Great staff and easy access to the freeway.

This is my favorite place stay every year! We host an adult Girl Scout conference at a local church but when we stay overnight this is the place stay. Friendly staff greet you, comfortable bed, clean room, and yes breakfast-looking forward to making my Belgium waffle. Forgot great price, lots of restaurants and stores located near by. Try it out!

Overall clean hotel. For the cost I would have expected something nicer. The breakfast was not the greatest.

Got a jacuzzi suite for 2 nights, the staff was friendly, they had fresh hot coffee and fruit infused water in the main lobby. Our room exceeded our expectations and was very comfortable and very clean. Free continental breakfast in the morning and the location is convenient. I would stay here again in the future.

It was a clean room. Overall hotel was very clean-we always like that. Breakfast was good;wish they had bacon. Price @ $380 for two nights was a little pricy. AC was a little noisy. Location was nice; easy place to get in & out from.

This is a nice, clean hotel. We stayed on the 4th floor by the elevators and I was concerned about the noise but it was quiet. The breakfast was decent with eggs both mornings but no other proteins. The hotel is right off the highway and within walking distance to multiple places to eat. I would stay here again.

This place is clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff is as courteous as they come, and go out of their way to make sure your stay is as pleasant as it can possibly be. The bed was super comfortable. I slept like a baby. Breakfast was one of the better ones I've had at a hotel. You can tell they pay close attention to detail and take a lot of pride in their work. Definitely one of the best hotels in the Kansas City area.

Felt like 5 Star! This hotel was exactly what I expected from the Hampton line and more! Large clean comfortable rooms … we had 2 rooms. Super friendly polite staff, also located by every possible place to eat and shop that you could imagine! Minutes from Worlds of Fun too. The pool and hottub where clean stocked with fresh towels. We were treated like VIP'S! When I booked the rooms I asked Ben at the front desk if they had a complimentary drink station. He said they didn't but he said they'd hook us up when we arrived. Upon arrival he more than hooked us up with drinks and snacks for my family! The desk then called later in the evening to make sure we were comfortable and to ask if we needed anything else WOW now that's service! Breakfast was hot and wonderful and they didn't blink an eye when we asked for late check out. This place is seriously family friendly and when ever we stay in Kansas City in the future this will be the ONLY place we will stay. One thing they need though is microwaves in the rooms. Thank you Hampton KC for such a great stay!

Great hotel and friendly staff! Amazing pillows that I legit would have purchased if I could. Only problem I had was there was a fridge with no microwave and that bathtub was super tiny. The shower head wasn't powerful enough but it got the job done. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed the hotel.

This is a great location with excellent service. Maybe it's just in my head, but they seem to change up the breakfast options a little more than other Hamptons. My room was clean, and modern enough. I'll be back!

Had a breakfast with customers. It was good food and coffee. Location was close to airport. Overall pleased. Didn't stay overnight.

Great Hotel! Very nice pool and hot tub area. Clean comfortable rooms with awesome pillows. Delicious free large breakfast with something new everyday. I just ran into the manager and he was extremely nice and very classy. All the staff goes out of their way to help. I would highly suggest staying here and I will be back :)

I was an overnight guest at Hampton Inn Kansas City — Liberty. The room that I had was extremely comfortable. The king size bed was soft and wonderful. My room also had a whirlpool tub in it. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Clean room and they assist when I need. Only complaint is the small pillows. Personally I hate them. I am not a small infant. I need a normal sized pillow. Not something half the size and double softness. Doesn't cut it. But it isn't expensive so can't complain there.

Traveling to Kansas City from ATL. I have always have stayed at Hampton Inn. It is a great place to stay. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms were clean. Beds were clean. Service was great. Staff was very friendly, courteous, professional and most of all customer service driven. They took care of our needs. Breakfast was great. The GM, Ms. Wanda (kitchen personnel) and the front staff were very attentive to our stay. Will be back in January 2016 on business. Will be staying here for sure!

Wonderful stay in KC. The staff went above and beyond. A great room and great bed. Clean and easy to access from the highway. It was a perfect stop after a book signing in Kansas City and heading to Illinois the next day. If you are traveling east, stay here! Logistically, time wise and travel wise, this puts you in the best spot possible.

Arrived in the midst of a snowstorm, extremely late at night and the staff were helpful, the rooms super comfortable and the breakfast next morning really good. Much nicer than expected.

I've stayed at this hotel for about 4 months, and it is one of my favorites. The staff is tremendous, and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The hotel is very clean and kept up well. I highly recommend it.
