Great for the money. Clean and friendly. No microwave or fridge in the room. Large comfortable room. Quiet wooded setting. Next door to a nice restaurant. Wi-Fi works.

My friend and I had a nice and quiet visit. Considering full occupancy. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I had gotten a couple cups of coffee from lobby and she opened and held the door for me before I even got to the door. You definitely can't find that kind of hospitality hardly anywhere.

Sue was not lying when she said breakfast was half her name I literally have been thinking about this breakfast casserole she’s made for me and my daughter we stayed in the captains quarters and loved every second of it we are frequent visitors of the Ozarks and this place is definitely one that we will come back to when it gets warmer as well the Jacuzzi outside it was awesome it was nice to look up at the stars very peaceful and private and Sue went out of her way to make sure everything was

Excellent! Words can't describe what an amazing experience we had here. It was peaceful, calm and good for the soul. Sue is wonderful with accommodations and such a great cook. We can't wait to go back and are sad we didn't know about the Inn sooner.

Had a 5 day stay at this hotel with my wife and we are pleased with our service. We were treated well by the staff. Our room was kept clean and neat while we were away from the room. If you like nice hotels that offer good amenities for a good value this is for you. Another plus about this hotel was that the pool was open 24 hours, also the hotel isnt a big name that attracts too many people and overpopulates the hotel. Very quiet location and perfect for a family or a getaway for a couple.

The location is nice. Maybe a different sign for you can really only see it one way due to the closed building next to it. Clean rooms friendly service and 24 hour indoor pool and hot tub.

Lovely one bedroom suite with a comfy king bed. Amazing views and well appointed kitchen and bath. Perfect!

Free breakfast, nice Jacuzzi in bedroom, king size bed with plenty of space in room including area with Jacuzzi. Nice older couples with family in swimming area. None smoking…

Location is perfect, right next to the outlet mall. Rooms are dated but, clan and comfortable. The rooms do not have mini refrigerators, so be sure to bring a cooler.

The rooms were spacious, it was nice having a table, and couch in the room. Maid service could have been better. The room we stayed in was pet friendly so we were able to have my dog. The gentlemen who I believe was maintenance, was very nice and informative. Even after the people in front of me were awfully rude. Id stay again!

The hotel staff are nice, but the pool is usually closed for repairs every year I come here. The two times it's been open, it's been a nice experience even though there is no life hard on Deck. It is clean and cool. So, the rooms are we clean, and I would recommend someone else staying here.

Stayed over labor day weekend… Friday thru Sunday morning. Rented. Was very nice inside and location can't be beat. Fresh furniture and paint. Got to listen to live band from bar accross the water… pool was nice. Only complaint is the lighting from the parking spot to the room didn't seem to be working… so was a little sketchy navigating the steps unless u had a flashlight. Other then that, great. For a 2 br with a kitchen price can't be beat. Will be staying here again:)

We have stayed at Suset Beach Resort 2 years in a row and we have the best time! Everyone we spoke with at the resort is always so friendly. We especially love the location of the resort. There is a restaurant across the water and we loved watching all the boats come and go and listening to the live music. We were able to rent a pontoon as well which was so much fun. The rooms we stayed in were spacious, clean, and well maintained. Great for families. Hope to keep coming back!

Love this place! My third year as a customer and I’m always happy to be here each year. The views from my balcony are to die for! Clean and comfortable and so close to gas stations, restaurants and shopping. Owners are wonderful!

Kay Linn was very accommodating to my wife and I, I fished the tournament and we needed to stay a little longer. Very helpful people. Very clean, roomy. We will come back and stay again, thank you again.

Good room for the price. Had the king suite. Lots of space! Pool was open late but was not open until 10 in the am. We had a little one we wanted to take to the pool but were unable in the morning.

Loved it! Indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Hot breakfast, fruit, waffles, yogurt, etc. Filtered water. Staff nice. Great price! Worth it.

Margaritaville, it is a great place to meet up with family and enjoy the facility! From the indoor waterpark, to bowling and choice of restaurants. Really enjoyed the getaway with All of my family!

What is there not to say about this Amazing place.! came down for the weekend for my daughter's birthday and the very lovely Mercedes from the Arcade went above and beyond for my daughter! how is she not a manager yet is mind blowing… I highly recommend this place.

My son has been trying to get his deposit returned after 23 days after his stay he still hasn't gotten it. The man we called kept talking over us, & would not listen. I had to yell at him to get him to stop talking & listen, then he thought that was rude & I was cussing at him, no sir you talking over us is rude, you saying the bank should call you is ridiculous, the bank will not call you over someone's account because it's a security risk.
