Room was decent but I was VERY disappointed that within a couple hours of staying there my wife found something crawling on her and it was a BEDBUG! I took a water cup and trapped it and took it to the front desk. The frond desk person didn't seem surprised. I told him that we couldn't stay and that we needed some quarters ($3.00) for the dryer to sterilize our bags/clothes so that we don't end up taking them home. He handed me the quarters and then asked me for the dollar bills. I said, "You're seriously going to charge me $3 to delouse my clothes. " The front desk guy just said, "Yeah, they will take it out of my pay if I don't collect it. " Feeling for the guy, I said I'd be happy to talk directly to the management to make sure that doesn't happen to which he promptly changed his tune and said it would be fine. I waited 24 hours to see if we would get some sort of call from management expecting maybe an apology and/or description of corrective action they might be taking at the hotel. Nothing… so I figured I'd just warn folks in the review. Honestly, I wouldn't have even bothered with this review if they had acted the slightest interested.
