I got here June 24 and have had a blast! In could not ask for a better place to stay. Everything has been perfect. I will be heading back home July1, little sad but I guess thats life, cant have fun for ever… Anyways thanks for everything and I highly recommend this to others…

Parking is horrendously bad and subpar.

Has everything you need plus close to a lot of shopping restaurants and fun places.

Good location on lake, near Bagnall dam and outlet malls. No dining or other entertainment on location. Nice swim area with dock. Decent condos. Our individual one was nice and clean, but overall condominiums need external up keep.

Beautiful views, great pool over looking the lake, nice indoor pool, and great management! We love staying here!

It is a great place to unwind. It has the best of both worlds. Great venues near by to party, fish, play or just chill with a glass of wine. Thats my kink of place.

We have stayed at this condo twice and plan to keep coming back. The grounds are well kept, the pool is clean and scenic. It's the perfect price point for our family that loves the lake.

Beautiful place. Only complaint is that the pool was very crowded. I loved the area roped off to swim in the lake. I can't wait to come back!

Wonderful swim dock area and pool. Very family friendly and right next to La Fattas gas station which has everything you need.

Just bought a condo their and it's a really nice and quite area.

Rented a two bedroom and two bath for the weekend. Great convenience of wet slips but no place to park trailer, closest place is Carl’s hardware store that charges you $10/day. Apartment was clean but facilities do look old and not well taken care of, but are you there for the lake or the resort?

Great place for families, but some jerks threw glass bottles in the pool last night so the pool was closed (it's Memorial day weekend).

The complex is very clean, well kept. Inviting. A little confusing to find units the way they are numbered.

These condos were very nice for our anniversary getaway. We enjoyed it greatly. There are several amenities that would be great for kids, adults and seniors. As with everything in the Ozarks, the whole complex is built on a rather steep hill. With the indoor pool and hot tub at the top. The outdoor pool is located at the bottom overlooking the water, though it wasn't open when we visited. The stairs to the upper condos are rather steep but sturdy. The condo we stayed in was not overly roomy but was laid out well and when you include the outdoor balcony it was great. Though there are much more swanky places in Osage Beach, this was a nice stay. VERY close to the four seasons with spa shiki!

This was the worst experience of my life! Husband and I drove from Kansas City to the lake to purchase a boat. Had to drive another couple hours to purchase a trailer. Spent 12 hours in our truck and we were completely exhausted as we arrived at the condo after dark. It was March 2. Not lake season. Parking lots were empty. We did not see any signs as to no boat and trailer parking. We decided to park the boat up on the hill and made sure we were not any anyone’s way. We were leaving first thing in the morning. Just needed a place to sleep. Get up at 6 am to check on the truck and boat and it was ALL GONE! A 3/4 ton GMC truck and a 27 foot Mariah on a brand new trailer! I call the police so upset I can barely speak. My worst nightmare! The management of the condos had it all towed in the middle of the night! Unhitched our boat and used 2 tow trucks! We had no way to get to our property and no help from the management! They didn’t even try to find the owners to ask us to move! $417 tow bill! Thanks Southwood Shores I will Make sure all of Kansas City knows this story!

My wife and I stayed in one of the condos and we had a blast! The location is beautiful, overlooking the lake. The deck is nice and spacious. There are many restaurants only 10-20 mins away and there is an outlet shopping mall close by that my wife loved. Needless to say, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Small condos right next to the lake. The place is quite and there’s a gas station and a grocery store within walking distance.

The accommodations were excellent. The room was very comfortable and had plenty of hot water.

Me and my wife stayed there for a weekend. The resorts wete priced well and we had no problems during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Good location, nice pool, no beach and units and not new. We got a decent deal though so were happy enough.

When planning a trip to the lake of the ozarks, this place may seem to be a good option, but please go anywhere but here. The parking is terrible, the facilities are highly outdated and there is limited phone service, as well as the fact that they only offer Wi-Fi for guests in their main building, particularly a small room that cannot be accessed if you have to get work done wirelessly and it is later than, really, anytime after noon.

It was a nice place and priced well.

Loved living in the condos. The views are nice, fishing is great, and the amenities are awesome.

I came around the 4th of July and, I sat outside. The fireworks were amazing. I loved it.

My family owns a condo in Southwood Shores, it's a fantastic complex with great amenities and everyone there was very friendly.

Units were nice, the outside was a little bit shabby. It was also hard to access the level 1 and level 2 rooms due to all the stairs and walking around HVAC systems.

Great facilities and quiet neighbors.

Great place. Great location. Great pools.
