I went to a business travel, but when I saw the room, I told my wife that it was the perfect room to be with our kids, because it has a lot of space to share. Sincerely, one of the best hotels I stayed in the past year. Two thumbs up.

The worst hotel experience ever! It’s dirty, smells of stale smoke, outdated and needs to be shut down. Why would you even rent out a room where the bed is sinking in? My entire body ached from sleeping on springs for two nights. When reported to the manager her reply was “we’ll get someone to replace it. ” She didn’t offer another room or anything. Next up they deactivated the room key and I was late for a meeting trying to get into the room. Did the manager apologize for the error, ABSOLUTELY NOT!

Great service food loved everything about this place.

Give everyone in the party a breakfast. We have 5 in my family and they only let 2 of us eat for free. I had to pay 15 dollars a person for mediocre food. They shut the pool down early (7:30p) on a Friday and 8p on Saturday. When asked about it the staff just chuckled and said that how we do things. Bad costumer service all around. We do not recommend it and will never be back. We have had 1 and 2 star hotels that were a lot better.

Nice inside, just don't eat at the restaurant. Ran out of food (chicken tenders… really) Not enough staff so our waitress was in a bad mood.

After we checked into out room the tub out of nowhere starter to back up with black crud from the drain. The bed platform/frame squeaked with every move that was made. The bed was super uncomfortable and cause me and my wife back pain. The person at the desk in the morning didn't even try to get us to stay our second night. We are so not impressed with this hotel stay.

The room was nice but had to ask for towels and bedding for the third person. Come on it was in the reservation and I called on the phone. I don’t often complain, but I’m putting together a list on this one.

I felt the staff was rude.

In my reservation breakfast was included, paid ever higher rate for that and they charged me for that. I noticed that in my invoice. First they admitted and promised reimburse the money to my account. Nothing happend. Then I went to ask whats going on, where is my money? Then they told that it was not included and they need charge me rate for breakfast. I went to ask one more time, what is the explanation this time. Third lady told me that I will get money back. Still waiting my $13 back. Meanwhile I have used hotel next door and spend more than $1500 to that one. Hopefully four points have enjoyed of the stolen 13 bucks. I carry my money elsewhere.

I was in a fix when another hotel had a problem with my booking and was in a foreign place and it was record cold temperatures when I called this place from the airport. They sent someone to pick me up and helped me get everything solved. I stayed there four days and they were the friendliest staff ever! They also have a great 24 hour gym and breakfast!

Rooms and staff are amazing. The bar doesn’t have much for drink choices but the bartender was nice.

The staff was extremely friendly. Our room was in a great location close to the parking lot. They even advised us that we could leave our car there overnight since we were leaving to Las Vegas for a few days. They only charge $5 per day which saved us quite a bit compared to the airport pricing.

The first room we were given smelled horrible. We were given a second room that was much better. Without any trouble at all. We went to the lobby bar, where the bar food was great. I highly recommend the stuffed tater tots. However, be very careful with your drinks. My drink had something put in it that resulted in me blacking out. One small lemon drop will not do that to anyone.

Nice room. Provided freezer and fridge. Microwaves are available on every floor. Rooms were clean. The staff was very accommodating. The hotel shuttle did take a little while to pick up from the airport though.

Very helpful staff and a nice bar/restaurant for guests. Great park and go with shuttle service for the airport. Loses one star because my wife thought the bed was to soft and she didn't sleep well. I slept like a rock. Will definitely stay again when we fly.

Ive always enjoyed this hotel over all the others. Free drink upon checking in, professional and curteous staff is the first thing that comes to mind. However having a large pool, quiet rooms which are also a decent size you cant go wrong. My wife and I always visit here at least once a year usually in July for our Honey Moon. It is the best bang for your buck. The rooms are always clean and the hotel is always in tip top shape. We will be back again next year and probably for years to come.

The room was nice and the staff was very nice and helpful but the housekeeping definitely does not do their job. Old food was in the refrigerator, (which front desk took care of) some kind of squishy something left on the table next to the TV, and top to a razor left on the soap dish along with their left over hair in the tub to greet us. Not sure how housekeeping missed that one.

Great place to stay, beds were so comfortable, plenty of pillows, clean, front desk was by far the friendliest I've come across in a coons age. Shuttle drivers coming and going were great as well. Really good staff. Ate in the restaraunt there, wasn't impressed with it at all or the service.

Very clean, modern, and well equipped. The staff was great to deal with. The room I was in looked very nice and was nice and comfortable too. The hotel has a bar/restaurant aswell and they have great food. I would recommend staying here if you're in the area and need a hotel.

Our stay at Four Points was Great! Beds were comfortable and the rooms and bath were very clean! All accommodation were exceptional! The staff was so friendly! We were greeted at the front desk by Chelsea! She went above and beyond for us! It's because of her personality and friendly service I will recommend it to all my friends and family! Service is Everthing! Thanks again Chelsea!

Liked the hotel. The staff was very nice. But they charged my card for damages which they said would not charge me. So now I have to figure that out. The lady bar tender was to slow for me. But it was nice.

You need to visit this place beautifully built. Amazing restaurant inside with full bar most of all lots of promotions, free beer and food on Wednesday's. Very clean safe friendly place for a single guest or the entire family. They just refilled the pool. Very nice experience to be had.

Great place for a weekend outting. Friendly staff. Excellent food choices in restaurant. Fast efficient servers. Great bartenders. Outdoor pool is fantastic. They even have a fire pit to warm up by. Highly recommend. Hotel is affordable.

Front desk staff made excuse about not being able to accommodate our request for beds because it was booked through southwest airlines. Clean but out dated. It was conveniently located near airport access.

Clean and quiet. Got exactly what I requested. Awesome place to stay. This was my second stay and I'll be staying again!

The location is very close to KMCI. The staff is very helpful. The restaurant has great food. The elevator is from the movie The Sixth Sense. Its about 30 colder that the lobby. I expected to "see dead people". But I expected to see dead people because its freeeeeeeezing in the elevator.

Conveniently close to the airport. I wasn't sure about the area when I pulled up (it was night) but inside was ok. The person that checked me in wasn't rude but didn't give that warm friendly greeting either. There is a restaurant in the hotel that was fairly busy and the patrons seemed to be enjoying themselves. My room was clean and comfortable. I stayed only one night.

Stayed one night because of flight cancelation. Enjoyed the food at the in-house restaurant. Service at restaurant was a bit slow as they were overwhelmed with guests from the airport on a Tuesday night. Front desk was super friendly & professional.

The room was very nice and the hotel dtsff were very helpful. The shuttle service to the airport was very helpful. The only thing was that it seemed old/dated.

Close to airport but didn't hear noise from planes. Had room on 5th floor. Very nice room. Comfortable king bed. Very friendly welcome from Lucas at the front desk at check in.

Grateful for great customer service from David at 2am when I was in a travel/airport mess and also grateful for Angela who helped me further upon checkout. Nice hotel… great people!

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Really close to the airport which is very convenient. Good value for the price of $86 out the door.

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend. The rate was great. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was superb! Lukas was especially helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel.

The staff was the best part about this hotel. They really wanted to help at the front desk the assistant manager was great and also the little bartender. The negative Parts was the cleanliness of the elevators were unacceptable and never fixed and some of the carpet also was dirty.

It was A pretty decent hotel. The food in the resteraunt/bar was decent. Although I don't drink there is A bar for those that like to have A few. Not much night life here and it's kind of slow and boring but altogether it's worth the $

Only there for a NYE get together but the rooms were very clean and accommodating. The beds were comfortable when sitting on them. Everything was clean and well taken care of.

The hotel was good and they have a great price, however when we arrived, my husband was parking the car, and they didn't attend me… they only talked to my husband. I felt ignored.

No parking and shuttle attendant was very rude. Check to make sure your room is clean. While packing up the room found a USED CONDOM and a pill under the bed (pic below), called staff and they put us in a new room. Overall my experience not good.

The room was very nice, and great for the price. When we arrived, my wife was ignored by the lobby attendant while I parked the car. I hope that isn't a normal occurence.

Amazing Deal! Stayed two days before Christmas Day. Best deal I have ever received out of hundreds of Hotel Stays over the years. They also host a Park-and-Ride to the Airport so Parking at busy times may be a minor concern if you go out and back a lot. Rooms are clean, safe and detailed clean! Staff is highly competent. Mattresses are top quality… I may research and buy the brand and model mattress they use… 5+ Stars! A+++++ :-)

Nice comforter but the bed felt like two fulls side by side. Dim hallways and hard to find light switches in room. Great price though. Nice TV and full restaurant and bar downstairs.

Hotel is good with the basics, haven't had any issues but I haven't been wowed. Everything is pretty basic, and little things like crooked mirrors, odd lightning choices and such is okay but a little bit of an annoyance. Food can be a hit but lacks in service. Slow wait times and little to no attention turns me off after eating there 5 times.

The room was very nice and comfortable to be in! The food was great but the service was not great at all. It took way to long for the food to be made and I felt like the server hardly ever came over to our table to see how we were doing.

Everything was very nice. Bed comfortable pillows a little too soft but there were plenty of them. My only negative was the ice is only found on the 1st floor a bit inconvenient. I extended my stay an additional night.

Rooms on the ground floor are a bit noisy due to high volume of traffic in the hallway. Rooms are small but comfortable. Nice amenities. Very good housekeeping. Excellent sports bar restaurant with good menu selections.

Older hotel, but maintained. Great LG TVs. The internet is fast, and they have a free bottled water in the car. Nice and courteous front desk help. Nice location by airport. Shuttle back and forth to airport. Happy with my stay.

Four Points are not the high end Sheraton. They are definitely more budget oriented, but they do not lack in comfort or style. In the bathroom, you will find your typical individually wrapped hand soap and a bottle of lotion. But instead of individual bottles of shampoo and conditioner, you will find wall mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers. It, unfortunately, has a bit of a gym shower feel. But that is it for the bad. Bed was comfortable, even if the pillows were on the soft side. I did not get to try the restaurant this time. But from a previous visit, the food is tasty. Oh, another bad: if you have a room that joins to another, be prepared to hear everything. I was able to hear every moment and sound of something that should have been private. Not cool.

With an early morning flight, the park and stay is the way to go. Nice hotel and restaurant. Great way to start a get away.

I reserved the king bed room and the room was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel for dinner and the food good. Even though they were busy our waitress made sure to revisit our table often. The breakfast was a little over priced so we ended up eating at the waffle house a few miles away. The only issue I encountered was the room walls were very thin and we were able to hear the people in the next room up talking late throughout the night. We could also hear people in the halls throughout the night. Having the air condition on was efficient enough to drown out the minute noise and we sleep well. Last but not least the body wash in the bathroom was empty when we arrived and needed to be refilled. For the price, I would still recommend unless you are able to find a wonderful airbnb for a better price. I love airbnb!

Great location by airport. Nice clean room. And didn't have any problems with service.

Our bank account was overcharged 423.96 and when contacting the hotel no one was able to help me. I was then told to have my bank call and we could get it reversed and when my bank called the staff said they couldn't do anything because the finance office is closed. Needless to say or weekend was cut short because we will not be able to get refunded until a manager takes care of it. Our bank said that it's not scheduled to be dropped till August 1st! Our room was mostly nice except for the half drank bottle of water on the shelf were the complimentary bottled water goes. The staff however was unprofessional and had no desire to resolve this issue.

It was okay, decent room with a soft bed and couch. Okay views. Quiet room. Nice big tub and if you push the handle far enough past the stop you can get hot enough water. The pool is outdoor. Exercise room is decent. Front desk are nice but the one shuttle van driver guy is a jerk. Bar staff and waitresses are good. Food is okay at best, same with the house beer. I wish the room had a bettee view from the toilet.

The location of the hotel is great and easily accessible. Our first room was having air-conditioning issues so we needed to be moved to a different room. This was no big deal as we were moved to an identical room a small treck down the hall. The rooms are on the smaller side especially if traveling with children but the beds are great, the showers are nice, and the hotel staff is friendly.

They gave us a handicap accessible room which was awkward. Followed by bloody sheets that had to be changed at 11p. M. The room had a foul odor which was very strong in the bathroom. I would not return to this location or recommend it.

Room was nice, and clean. Bed comfy. Restaurant at hotel was awful. 1 waitress for entire dining room and room service. Shrimp plate priced $15.99 and it was microwave popcorn shrimp! For $80 the meal was terrible, overpriced and service under par.

The staff is always kind and professional. For the price you can't find a better deal. We love it here and stay a lot. We would definitely recommend giving them a try.

The room was nice. They gave us a room on the top floor for being an spg member. The location is good if you are needing to get to the airport. It is a little far away from Kansas City, but the drive is simple. I enjoyed the stay. Would stay there again.

Best hotel in the area. Decent food, but you have options nearby. Pool and fitness center. Club room is very good — staff is fantastic.

Overall experience was excellent. Check in was quick and painless. The room was comfy with all the necessary amenities. The bed itself was out of this world. I slept within minutes of laying down. Breakfast was not complimentary but for the price I didn't expect it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

No hot water since 5 pm. It is now 10 pm. Front desk us giving us same excuse too many guests. Finally front desk admitted a boiler is broken. Sure would of liked to know this when we checked in. Don't feel like a Starwood preferred guest tonighr.

Very good service with clean, well-organized rooms. The design and decor is nice, as well, and the restaurant was also good.

Always comfortable beds and pillows with the big comforters. Good fitness center with cardio, one multi-use machine and free weights up to 50 lbs. Front desk workers always seem indiferent. Not much at all within walking distance from the hotel.

Clean, modern room, friendly staff. The Boulevard restaurant has all of their beers on tap.

The location leaves a little to be desired as there isn't anything around in the immediate area. The hotel however isn't bad at all. The rooms are clean and comfortable. My only gripe was with the restaurant, which seemed to be overwhelmed. The wait staff and food were both good, but the tremendous wait times for service diminished the experience.

The hotel is OK, but the bar and restaurant are not that good. Service is really slow, and the guy behind the bar is terrible. I've stayed there 4 times in the last 2 years because it is close to the airport, but I'm going to look for a different place to stay from now on.

The beds are comfortable. Who in the world would have a weight room open all night long. If you do why in the world would you have a bedroom adjoining the same wall. Cleàrly they do not care about their clients sleep. I reported to the front desk and they did not care.

Clean… very friendly. Most compfortable clean beds… strong Wi-Fi. Great continental brkfst — not a free hospitality brkfst like most all others but great quality brkfst.

Shower was flooded and was also making the toilet flooded. The maintenance worker had to bring us new cards to a new hotel room. The food I ordered at night was cold and not good. My girlfriend ended throwing up after waking up in the middle of the night. Never staying at a sheraton hotel. Don't stay at this one specifically. The pool is closed and the entire building can use some maintenance.

Nice and clean room and FREE strong Wi-Fi connection in room. And not to forget the front personals are very helpful.

Very nice rooms and great restaurant. I would give it a 5, but we had some very rude noisy neighbors that decided to yell and slam doors at 2 am. They did offer a free breakfast, but we left too early to give it a try. We parked for free while traveling, and the shuttle was fast in picking us up on return.

The hotel staff made my stay enjoyable. They are very accommodating. They go above and beyond. I loved the van service to Zona Rosa Mall. Kent drove me there, a very friendly guy. The hotel has a nice restaurant, bar and fitness center.

You are fool if you don't stay here. It is super clean. Quiet. Has a nice bar. Cheap stay and park if you are flying out. I highly recommend it, if at least for the parking.

Employees very tacky and rudely scripted. Manager next morning wasnt any better. Came out wearing a hoody and didn't fix any of the issues. Rooms outdated on every level.

Had a great stay here. Originally booked 2 nights, but extended for 4. Something about the room was just nice and cozy. Location of hotel is excellent for the airport and I-29. Bed is super comfortable. The hotel smelled great, they had some kind of nice fall fragrance going on. Desk staff were polite. It's not much to look at from the outside, but the inside was nice. Recommend.
