Friendly staff and a comfortable bed were a nice site tonight. My home got struck by lightning and Christy the manager found me the discounts so the room was in my budget to help deal with this unexpected vacation. Thankyou!

Room was very clean. Front desk was available and very helpful. Good night sleep. Simple but fresh breakfast items. Very happy with it all.

Friendly staff and has a pool that my kids loved! Clean rooms and served continental breakfast! Had. A decent size TV too.

Dirty stained pillows. Cigarette burned furniture and bedding, dirty/stained shower curtains. Non smoking room that had obviously been smoked in many times, room and hallways stank. It is better than sleeping in your car. If your car is on fire.

Based on other reviews, it would seem my not so fun stay was the norm; rather than the exception. OMG — how can they remain in business when they are so lacking in basic services? We checked in on Friday afternoon (5/11). Upon arriving at our assigned room, we found neither key card would work. Okay — I get that, mistakes happen; steps in a process get overlooked. Saturday morning, we had planned to grab a simple breakfast, and a cup of coffee. Many other patrons were also hoping to get coffee from a nearly empty pot — oh and by the way, they only offer regular coffee, no decaf. Don't be fooled by their advertising hot breakfast — they offered gravy in a small crock pot with cold biscuits, or hot water so you can make instant oatmeal. Oh, and there is also a toaster, so you can toast a bagel. After a full day of activities, we returned to our room Saturday evening to find that our key cards didn't work again! Went to the front desk, got new ones; entered our room to discover housekeeping had not been in our room. We called the front desk to tell them, and to ask if they could bring us some fresh towels. The desk clerk advised that we could come get towels, and we stated we had just been there, and again asked if they could bring them to our room; the desk clerk hung up on us. I went to the front desk and asked for towels; I followed the desk clerk to the laundry room, only to find there were no clean/fresh towels.

It was alright the room was clean. Shower was nice. But the TV wasn th worth a heck.

Servicable motel. Did not expect much. For 100.00, should be a bit nicer. Staff very friendly!

It used to be a favorite little hotel of ours when we would come every year to Columbia for the state chess tournament with our kids. It has a pool and a hot tub and it's real reasonably priced and the staff was always nice. Sadly in the last couple of years it has gone seriously downhill. On two occasions it took over 15 minutes to find anyone working at the hotel front desk or otherwise to help with any issues. They don't usually staff the front desk at all. Saturday morning when we woke up and came down at 7 for breakfast nothing was set up at the breakfast buffet. Coffee wasn't made there weren't biscuits out no cream cheese, etc. Later the same night we had more issues trying to find staff if we had a question or a problem. I also witnessed other guests trying to find someone at the front desk. The hot tub is either broken or shut down and it just doesn't seem that the hotel is being maintained. When you find someone they're more than willing to help but the problem is they don't stay at the front desk at all. I'm hoping things make a turn for the better and that the management is just inexperienced, but in the meantime I don't plan on returning. Just a few simple things could change this review from at 2 to a 4 — just staff your front desk, be available by phone if someone needs to call you make sure the breakfast is set up in the morning, a few very simple staples for running a hotel.

Arrived at front desk with confirmation and receipt of payment from Priceline in hand. The clerk told us he had no reservation for us and our confirmation number didn’t matter. He wanted us to pay again. Got that resolved, then the next day, our keys don’t work — twice. At 4:30 I called to ask when the maid was coming by — they have NO HOUDEKEEPING on the weekends! Never heard of a hotel with no basic services during the busiest days of the week?!?!? Lousy service, lousy attitudes, lousy stay. We will never be back.

Nice staff. Beds are not very comfortable and pool room was cold and heaters didn't work too warm the room up. Pool was supposed to be heated but was chilly.

Claims to be a “smoke free” facility but smelled very strongly of smoke. The scent was unbearable in the hallways. Walls and floors were very thin: upstairs neighbors were heard walking around all night long. Cigarette holes were found in the comforters in several rooms. Carpet was old and seemed like it had been ruined by water damage. One room didn’t open for half an hour and another was completely trashed when we arrived. Keycard scanner on the door to the building was out of order, making it so anyone could walk in. Staff was helpful, but the overall experience was terrible. Please don’t stay at this hotel.

All but one outside door security locks didn't work, therefore anyone can walk in. Was told by an employee that they have a problem with homeless people breaking into rooms and sleeping there. There is no one at the front desk. There is a sign saying if you want front desk service to use the phone behind you to call a clerk. With no clerk at front desk and most outside doors left unlocked security is not good. Anyone can walk in.

Hotel was rather dirty, we had toenail clippings and cigarette butts on our room floor. The towels, bed sheets, and pillow cases were all stained. I put my Tshirt over my pillow and wore long sleeves and pants so I didn't have to touch the bed. Our toilet lifted off the floor. Ain't much for a "free Breakfast" and the coffee tasted like ashes. We had 3 rooms here, me and my sister were in room 220 and one of the other rooms we had the door did not lock properly. Yes it's an older hotel which would be fine if you actually spent time and cleaned it right, vacuum properly, put some bleach in with the towels and bed stuff, and maybe get some new bed spreads. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless it cleaned up.

I have had such an amazing experience staying here. All of the staff has been so incredible a special shout out to Rebecka your kindness and compassion made this my best stay I have ever had in any hotel! Thank you!

Decent room. Housekeeping could do a better job with towels. (Hand towels had dried food) The front desk people were really friendly. Overall a good hotel.

This is a big clean, modern rooms with all amenities of a suite. Proper rooms. You can sign in at any time of the day or night and find a room. Excellent service staff. Excellent reception. Super secure and super safe location. You don't have to worry about your things going missing. Well monitored. Easy access from the highway. Comfortable. Has a pool. And also a continental breakfast, where if you ask for a little bit more a little bit more will be out the next morning. I would definitely try it if you need to be in Fulton for anything. Whether it be Court, real business, or just off roading with some good old boys… It's well worth the money. Bargain prices, big beds and no bugs. Good spot, seriously easy access and delivers spot on. Try it.

The rooms themselves were not terrible, but there were a few things that made the experience less than great. The beds did not have fitted sheets, it was simply a basic sheet tucked into the bed that was easily disturbed and undone. The pool has a sign that was alarming and said if you had long they suggested you use a cap when swimming. Our key cards would quit working every morning and we had to go get them reinstated. The staff was very friendly and pleasant, especially the woman at the front desk. But during breakfast one morning, they had run out of utensils. There was also an issue where the people next door to us shoved towels under their door, tucked in their curtains, yelled at each other, and it smelt like marijuana from their room.

This place is terrible. Tub was nasty, shower curtain too. Pool was murky, hot tub broken, no towels at pool, breakfast was gone by 9 AM, supposed to be open till 10, key to room wouldn't work next morning. Don't stay here it is awful.

Reserved for a room with a king bed, got there and theu did not have one. (Apparently 4 other guests had the same problem). Then gave us room card and changed before we left lobby. Then we get to the room and some was in it. Then was given another. Now… NO towels. Outlet by the sink for hair dryer didn't work. NO smoke detector. Breakfast… nothing grand but that's ok but what they did have was bread for toast but no butter or jelly. Cereal no milk. The sad thing is this is a nice hotel. EASILY correctable issues with a little bit of attention by owners AND employees.

This is a very reasonably priced, clean and comfortable place to stay on a trip to Fulton Missouri. The amenities are excellent from the indoor heated pool, exercise room, and the free Wi-Fi to the 32 inch flat screen televisions. The staff was very friendly and tried to accomodate when able. The experience and the price can't be beat. Thanks for the pleasant stay.

It's a good place for a night. But there was a wolf spider on the bed that had crawled close too me. But other than that I would recommend.

The air conditioning was mediocre at best. The first room they gave us it didn't work at all, the second room it worked but didn't get the room below about 75 degrees. It was cheap so I wasn't expecting much.

It was a nice hotel, especially for the price. Obviously not a 5 star hotel, but we got a room with modern TV, a clean room and a comfortable bed.

The staff is very friendly and helping. Fast and friendly service. Excellent breakfast bar. Nice clean beautiful rooms. The view was wonderful and easy access to many things in town and located right off highway. The pool area was clan and awesome for kids… very creative housekeeping staff on there placements of items in rooms. Will stay here again and bonus is perfect price for people on a budget!

The facility was dated, but clean. Unfortunately, the front desk help was rude, condescending, and demeaning. The advertised breakfast included cold gravy, which the manager argued was warm and refused to make it right. Under new management, this facility would be competitively priced and a pleasant oasis.

Friendly staff, quiet location. Very simple breakfast, but also not expecting something extravagant considering the price. If you need a place to stay for just a night and don't want to pay a ton, it is worth it. No external room access, which is always a plus to my family.

Rooms are nice and clean. Also the staff is great. The pool is relaxing and the rooms have quick Wi-Fi. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Clean and quiet. This is most important to me so I mention it first. I would give the amenities 2 stars if I could. The hot tub needs a lot of work and the " fitness center" needs to be gutted and rebuilt entirely (mostly they just need to get machines that are operational). Pool is not bad and the internet works well.
