Annabeth, the night concierge was very helpful and fantastic. She was helpful in getting us extra blankets for the sofa bed. She was also helpful to others in helping starting the fire pit. She is definitely a great reason to stay here. Thanks for helping our stay! The Con is that the air conditioning is indeed loud but if you modify the thermostat by a few degrees, it will not go on as much.
Holy moly where do I start?
1. Our room smelled awful, there was blood on the door and wall. In a pandemic where things need to be extra clean, that should NOT be happening.
2. Every time I asked the girl at the front desk a question (who was there every day) she said I don’t know. She had no idea about anything.
3. Upon check in, I was not informed there was no breakfast at all being served. I was also not told which room I was in, she just handed me the keys.
4. Our next room was more up to par but I went to do dishes and the dishwasher fell over and a screw fell out.
5. The hallway smelled like cigarettes and marijuana all the time. (I’m currently sitting up at 3 AM because my room reeks of weed and no one did a thing when I called)
6. The pool is very poorly designed. Slippery tiles and a slope as soon as you get out. Anyone with kids be careful.
7. We had to change keys about 20 times in 3 days because they just wouldn’t work. (No they were not near phones or credit cards)
All around, a really bad experience and won’t come back again when we visit our family. Wes, the manager on duty was helpful and the head house cleaner cleaned our new room well.

This hotel is disgusting. Do not stay here. Here are just a few pics from my room that I paid $250/night for. Clogged bathtub, ripped towels, paper thin blanket for the pull out bed (we had to go down and ask and this is what he handed us), did I mention that it’s FILTHY!? And come on, change the freaking lightbulb. This won’t let me include the pool area video that had shredded pool noodles (and before you think that maybe it just happened, it was like that the night before), no towels in there, trash and dirt everywhere, unkept table/chairs. Absolutely unacceptable.
