When I checked In I noticed a real funny smell in the front lobby. Not pleasant. I got my room keys and then went to eat with my family. Came back afterwards and as we walked back into the building heading towards our room the hallway also smelled unpleasant. Got to our room and it didn't let up. My boyfriend thought maybe it was mold so we decided to leave. I handed my keys back to the front lobby and expected my refund. She told me the manager handles all of that and to call back tomorrow. I called back the next day and the manager was still not in and was told again to call the next day. So I call back on Monday and the front desk lady didn't let me to talk to the manager. She said he will cal me. All day went by and no phone call. So I called again this morning asking for the manager, and supposedly he wasn't in yet. And she told me over the phone that I don't get a refund. I told her the issue and she still fought with me about it. I'm still not done fighting for my money back. I'm getting hold of corporate.

Very nice hotel. There were cigarette stains on the bedspreads, but other than that, it was very nice.

The staff seems confused more often than not. I have stayed here several times and would not stay here again unless it's a last resort.

I will not Recommend. Rooms smells musky. Dirty inside. I got charge $74.99 for one night. My son woke up with bumps on his legs. For that price conform inn is down the road.

This Super 8 is definitely run down, but our stay was clean and quiet. A variety of smells, scuffs and marks on the walls, old carpet, etc — but definitely a comfortable bed and a satisfactory stay for the price. Friendly staff.

I have been staying here for business purposes for the better part of 3 weeks now. Owners are extremely kind, Breakfast was always great. And I could leave all of my belongings out, Even the expensive stuff. And when id return from work the room was cleaned up, beds made, fresh towels and none of my personal belongings even touched. Great place to stay here in Chillicothe. Oh and to the reviews saying the outlets wont charge the phones, there’s a light switch in every room that seemingly does nothing, that switch turns on the outlets. Weird but it works lol.

Fast friendly check in clean rooms. Quick start very good fresh hot food clean eating area and well keep.

Just needed a place to sleep for a few hours, not bad.

Room had numerous bugs/bedbugs. It appeared the sheets had not been changed. Do not recommend. Front desk claimed the owner would call us in a couple of hours to make it right. Still waiting for call.

Very nice and motel will stay again.

Terrible customer service! We made a reservation and our car broke down 1.5 hrs away from the hotel. We notified the hotel immediately that we won't be able to make it and they still charged us for the night. The reservation was reserved and cancelled in less than 4 hrs and they still charged us! We even stayed in another Super 8. We travel this route all the time and will never stay at this hotel!

This motel is clean the lady that works here is so sweet.

Not the Ritz not not the price of it either. Room is nice enough. Seems clean. No pool tgat would have been nice at 95 degrees when I got here. Still $70.00 but not the 110 they wanted 1/2 mile away.

All the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

This is the second time I've been here staff is always friendly and very helpful rooms are nice and a place is relatively cheap. A little bit out of the way but very cozy and very quiet.

Room was clean, comfortable. However, none of the outlets charged our phones, the shower head did not spray any water, and the vending machines didn't work. The place needs major maintenance, but otherwise was nice as far as staff and cleanliness go.

This is a nice place people are very nice and helpful. We stay in hotel every night and this one was a great price and clean one of the best we stayed in.

Mold in all the bathrooms, multiple different rooms multiple problems. It's very quiet. The Wi-Fi is extremely slow. There's still tape on the wall from then fixing drywall and areas where it needs fixing.

Is hotels, back off by itself a little bit so don't got a lot of business with the owner and the people that work there go out of their way to keep your business is a very nice place to stay.

Owner was very nice and accommodating. Not very clean and needed lots of updating. Would not stay there again unless last choice.

I usually don't write reviews but I want other consumers to know my experience. The night manager was absolutely unprofessional. I've never been called by a hotel 3 different times before I arrived to see if I was coming. Then called my room at 2am the next morning to tell me I owed more money. I booked online and paid what was due. If I did owe more couldn't have waited until I checked out? Not many choices in Chillicothe but I would avoid this one at all cost. On a positive note the maid staff was very helpful.

Driving from Indiana KS late at night, almost midnight Indiana time. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and accommodating. The room was very clean and overall fantastic room for the price. I felt very safe and still had money left in my wallet. Some other accommodations were either double the price or just not what I would call a place that I would feel safe staying alone.
