This motel is probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed at. I've stayed in "4 & 5 star" motel and hotels that don't match the cleanliness. Second, the management goes out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. From the beds to the little extras. This is the second time I've stayed here on business and will continue to do so in the future.

Enjoyed my stay here. Clean, comfortable. Love the salt water indoor pool & hot tub. Nice amenities. GREAT staff. Breakfast selections are really good. Personally, the bed was too soft for my preference, but is that really a bad thing?

Check in was quick and friendly. They had some nice refreshments in the lobby too. Free water, coffee, trail mix, cookies and fruit! The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for the two of us. The bed was big and comfy. We could have used another blanket, as the bedding was a bit thin. The bath was spacious and the shower excellent. All the basic toiletries were provided. Breakfast was eggs and sausage, etc… nice! Our big knock was the service of the room. We stayed two nights and they DIDN'T CLEAN OUR ROOM! We were out and about by 11 am and our room was not serviced? I don't think they clean rooms on Saturdays… pretty disappointing… When you pay $100+ a night for a room, you should get some fresh towels and your bed made. That's not asking too much is it?

Great place to stay, smells great, easy on the eyes, social on Monday and Wednesday. Pool and Hot tub. Hasn't been overly crowded!

Loved the open feeling walking into lobby. Apples, oranges, m&Ms, lemoned ice water were offered and fresh cookies. Delightful. Hostesses were helpful and friendly.

Everything was excellent. Pillows, bathroom, showerhead, all we're great. Breakfast was good with actual.

Clean rooms. Nice, friendly staff. The included Continental breakfast was as good as any with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage patties, potatoes, gravy biscuits, pastries and waffle maker. The indoor saltwater pool and hot tub are nice but the room that they are in is very loud and echoey.

The one side of the hotel is impossible to sleep on. The freeway is almost up against the hotel and the truck Jake brakes, and general traffic noise, even at 3am, makes it impossible to sleep. We asked to be moved and the staff was quite unhelpful and very rude in one of those sweet condescending "nothing I can do for you" manners. When we threatened to move out they moved us the next day. My husband requested that his brother also be moved to the non-traffic side and the day desk staff woman was very helpful and said, "no problem". When his brother checked in that night the same unhelpful red-headed woman was there from the night before, and she put his brother on the traffic side and said she had no record of such a change.

Best hotel in Chillicothe. We always stay here unless it is booked, then we stay at the Marriott next door which is owned by the same people. The breakfast is good and they always have coffee 24 hrs a day. The only complaint I had was that they closed the indoor pool during a thunderstorm which makes no sense to me. They really should research this and see that there has never been a case of anyone being hurt by lightning in an indoor pool.

I was a stranded traveller today. I was just trying to get back home to Michigan from Topeka. My car decided it didn't want to travel that far so I'm stuck in Chillicothe, MO. The tow truck driver dropped me off at this hotel because he said it was the best. Who am I to argue with the local tow truck guy?! I go in and talk with Felicia at the front desk. Not only does she give me a deal on a room she hooks me up with some food from the breakfast area (it just closed 5 min ago) and then she gave me some home baked cookies. AND she told me all about this little town. This hotel is nice but not as nice as Felicia. I'd marry her if she'd let me. Give that lady a raise! Oh, this place has a pool and fitness center too if you care about that kinda thing.

This is an excellent inn. They have great food, good service and clean rooms. Slept well and it was quiet.

I have been staying here for years. It is very clean and well appointed. There are amenities such as a pool, whirlpool and exercise equipment and perks such as free breakfast, free snacks anytime and free wine on Wednesdays. The day and evening staff are extremely helpful, friendly and caring. The overnight staff is adequate. There are two restaurants across the parking lot. Tip: even-numbered rooms are insulated from highway noise.

This place is so close to the highway that you can hear every vehicle going by. First room I got was in the side of the building exposed to the highway. It waa unbearably loud. Moved to different room not next to highway. Was much quieter, but could still hear every car. Why did they build this here? Update: There is a $2 per night fee for the room safe that they don't tell you about, and that they slip in on a form with small print. Shady.

We had an amazing time here. The help at the hotel was so nice and very helpful. We had a group of basketball girls staying and they were very accommodating. The showers were amazing and beds were very comfy. Made all of us feel so welcome. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you so much to the staff.

Fantastic place to stay. It would even make a good family weekend destination, if you are from this area. Like new, even though it is 8 years old. Don't forget to bring your bathing suit.

One of the nicest hotels of our entire trip. The free breakfast buffet was amazing. Only 25 minutes to Missouri Star Quilt Co.

Fantastic hotel! The beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept on in a hotel, the breakfast is fabulous, the room was super clean, and the entire place is pristine. It has all the things you'd expect out of a nice hotel, such as a swimming pool, hot tub, etc. Plus a large parking lot which is great if you're pulling a trailer. I usually have a complaint or two about other hotels I visit, but none here. I'd heartily recommend sleeping here if you're passing through! ⭐ x 10

They have customer service that goes above and beyond, and when I go back this is the place I will stay. My kids and I loved it. It is extremely clean, the pool and hot tub were wonderful after a 12+ hour drive, the hotel is beautifully decorated, and the breakfast is wonderful. Thank you for being there for my little family and going gaga over my kids. I have no complaints on the quality of stay here. The only thing I would recommend is putting tape over your peephole. I looked through mine from outside my door and could see my child perfectly sitting at the table. The only reason I saw this is because I examine rooms we stay at inside and out to ensure privacy.

Great place a little on the pricey side but very nice.

One of the cleanest and best decorated hotels we have stayed at. The staff were very nice. The hotel breakfast was more like dining out. All in all our stay was restful and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and the cute little towel elephant was a bonus. Thanks Comfort Inn!

Very clean, great service and information, outdoorsy feeling in the lobby was awesome. Breakfast wasn't amazing but good enough to fill my stomach. Dumb that the pool closed at 10 but you have to have some sort of rules.

With all the other hotels in the area I prefer the Comfort Inn & Suites it is just as it says Comfort, comfortable the breakfast is tasty hot, Pleasant atmosphere I just prefer Comfort Inn and Suites and I'm sure anyone else would also. Unfortunately this time I left my phone in the hotel room I was call promptly by the hotel staff they told me I would receive my phone in the mail within two days and today I received it exactly two days as they said thank you so much Comfort Inn.

This a nice hotel, I say here for work fairly often. The staff are always polite and the rooms are very clean. If you can get an even numbered room; they're on the opposite side of the hotel from the highway. The breakfast is pretty good, you know, for a hotel. That said, the internet here is terribly, comically slow. It's like their routers are haunted by the Ghosts-of-Wifi-from-ten-years-Ago. I can barely stream YouTube on low resolution. It's maddening.

I was very happy and surprised at the overall quality of the accommodations during our stay. Everything exceeeded my expectations. The day before we stayed at a Courtyard Marriott in Kansas City, KS and our room here at the Comfort Inn was larger, nicer, newer, and less expensive in comparison. Everything was comfortable and there was a multitude of snacks in the lobby.

Do not pass up the Comfort Inn if you are in Chillicothe. The accommodations and staff were top notch! Very quaint. I would have given this place more stars if I could have. You wont be disappointed. Staff: A plus Room cleanliness: A plus Pool area: A Plus Breakfast: A Loved the wildlife theme!

We come here when visiting my family in Jamesport. The hotel is amazing for the price. The decor is newer and like being in a lodge. My recent stay came right after I stayed in club level at a 5 star hotel in Phoenix and the breakfast was on par. And the little things like makeup remover and shower caps in the rooms. I highly recommend it!

Nice hotel. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Had Direct TV so we were able to watch movies. Pool and hot tub was nice, there was a great assortment of food for breakfast. Also maintenance man was very friendly.

A comfortable stay (get it? ). Warm bed, spacious room, clean bathroom. But still overpriced for what you get.

This hotel is a fairly nice home away from home. They go the extra mile with little extras, for example they always have a basket of fruit and an automatic M&M dispenser in the lobby, and they provide dinners twice a week (as well as breakfast everyday). The fitness center is always clean, and a waterbottle and towel are placed neatly on the machines so you can come right in and get to work. The staff is very friendly and the housekeepers do a great job of keeping the hotel rooms tidy and clean. My only suggestion is to request a room on the side of the hotel opposite the freeway or the noise from the cars and trucks driving by might drive you mad.

Fort Madison Iowa. Hotel had a musty smell to it on entering. Everything seemed to be run down and very dated. The room (two queen beds) was the same. The comforters were stained, the ice bucket was covered in black mold and smelled horrible. The bathroom was not any better. Several spots on the ceiling had black mold as well as the shower curtain. Breakfast the next morning kept pace with everything else. All the juices were not mixed well. Seemed like the machine needed to be calibrated. Half the fruit was old and bruised. The cereal and donuts were the only thing that tasted OK.

Without a doubt your best option in Chillicothe. I wouldn't look anywhere else, trust me, we did and ended up at the Comfort Inn anyways.

Comfort Inn and Suites is a comfortable last resort when you have no where to stay. They you extra for having a safe that they don't responsibility for the well-being of the items inside. I'm a little salty, but the Comfort Inn and Suites has beds to sleep in and showers to shower in, so it works.

Room was clean and staff was nice. Pool tasted salty and hot tub was pretty toasty.

I travel to Chillicothe on business at least once a month. This is the only place I will stay. The staff is friendly. The accommodations are excellent. Couldn't ask for more!

It was comfortable, but the side of the hotel I was on and it's proximity to the interstate, it was rather loud.

Beautiful facility and nice rooms but don't get a room on the highway side… Very noisy. Not the best value if you're looking for a quiet room.

We stay here multiple nights during our annual trip to MO. We love this hotel. Breakfast is good. Staff is in experienced but are both nice and accommodating. Grounds are meticulous. Hotel is updated and CLEAN. Beds are the absolute BEST with plenty of pillows. Spacious parking with an Applebee's adjoining. Hotel is always full (I recommend reservations) … and yet we have never experienced noise issues. Great sleep for a great price.
