We were in need of a hotel during bad weather conditions and were turned down by several hotels due to availability and exceeding maximum guest limitations for one room. Thankfully, a wonderful woman named Donna got us a room last minute. She went out of her way to help us. The room was clean and spacious. 5/5 would make a reservation at this hotel.

We called searching for a room. I had 2 adults 4 kids. Every hotel around said max limit 4. Well im not splitting up kids and adults kids are 15, 10, 2, newborn. They were able to accommodate us last minute and was very friendly.

Great continental breakfast. Their needs to be a shuttle bus for big concerts at the Amphitheater though. It was a great place to get ready for the show and crash afterwards.

Great big rooms clean, and Spanish. Large TV plenty of space for 4 people.

We absolutely LOVE ❤️ this place! The front desk clerk was so POLITE, and HELPFUL! Even gave us a discount on our room because we are here for my brother — in-law’s funeral. The room is beautiful! SO NICEEE, and CLEAN! Smelled SO GOOD! The beds are VERY COMFORTABLE. The Bathroom is SPOTLESS! The towels are so nice and WHITE! My son LOVED the swimming pool. Ohh, and the exercise room is very nice! Got up for the continental breakfast, and WOW! It was off the chain! Waffles, oatmeal, different kinds of yogurt, toast, bagels, eggs, and sausage. All different kinds of cereal, apple cinnamon muffins, and yellow glazed lemon cake slices to die for! Coffee, orange juice, and apple juice. I give this hotel a TRIPLE A+ I DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND IT to everyone I know!

We will def be back. Great comfy place to call your home for the night.

Not impressed with customer service. The front of the hotel for loading and unloading was full of empty Corvettes with no one in them when we checked out. As I am handicapped and it was raining we told the manager who was a black lady if she could ask one of them to move so we could pull up there since it was raining. She just turned around and walked back into her office and ignored us. The people for the corvettes were standing on the sidewalk and had been there for more than 20 minutes. My party and myself got extremely wet while trying to get to our car to leave. Not happy with this place at all!

This location is amazing. Alexa at the front desk went above and beyond for us. She was wonderful on go many levels. When I arrived, she we just happy and had such a warm welcome. The room was great. We had a room with 2 queen beds. I love that the room just have a large shower instead of a tub/shower combo. I don't know if this is in all the rooms but the 2 times we have stayed here we have only had showers. There is also a sitting area that I found worked great for our family as I could go to bed and my parents could stay up and watch TV. There is also a fridge and microwave in a bar type area that came in handy too. The breakfast here was great both mornings we were able to enjoy it. Also it was a little different as well. I think that is great so if you are staying multiple days you are not stuck with the same breakfast each day! The first day was a Sunday Morning and there was waffles, hot oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, eggs, a great variety of cereals, yogurts and pastries. On Monday Morning there was still hot oatmeal with a nice variety of toppings including dried fruit, honey and even chocolate chips! There was also fresh fruit, ham and cheese, Eggs and turkey Canadian bacon. There was also the variety of Cereals, yogurts and pastries but the pastries were different then what they were the day before! There is also a indoor pool. It only goes from 3 to 5 foot so you can dive or anything but it is still alot of fun.

I don't write these things often but I think the stay I had this weekend warranted a review. This was one of the best hotels I've stayed in! I travel often with my S/O and we were highly impressed with the rooms (the showers and bed were AWESOME). The price was very reasonable for last minute check in, and the staff were beyond courteous and helpful. Hopefully this chain is available in other cities. :)

Ok. Clean, very nice front desk people. I think it is alittle over priced but not by a lot. Plenty of parking. No restaurant on premises. Good breakfast. Eggs and sausage hot. Coffee fresh and hot.

Great staff, nice pool and gym, great morning breakfast, beautiful rooms with living room, kitchen, desk, vanity and super comfortable beds. Great location. Love it here.
