It was nice. They let me have a late check-out to wait for my ride.

Pretty dirty rooms. Real noisy breakfast is nasty and the forks are in trays to where everyone’s does the end going in your mouth.

Accommodations well worth it, staff very friendly.

A little dirty but otherwise it's not bad microwave and fridge which is a plus beds are firm decent.

I didn’t even stay at this place and I am not a fan. I called to block off some rooms for my wedding guests and they would not let me do this without my credit card information and this is unusual and have done this in the past without giving my credit card. I really don’t feel comfortable with that because the guests will be paying on their own. They were very rude and told me to call back 3 different times. I was patient the first time but it became ridiculous. Every time I called they said I had to speak to someone else and they didn’t come in until so and so time. I ended up picking a different hotel.

Me, my husband, brother & mother stayed for 3 nights. The rooms and staff were very nice. Kenny, the man who takes care of the breakfast area, served my 88 year old mother as if she were his own mother. I highly recommend this motel room anyone.

Great service! Located right off the highway and close to many stores and restaurants. Fairly clean and good continental breakfast.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Annita at the front desk was the rudest person I’ve ever came across. She has the foulest mouth I’ve ever heard. Told them I got ate alive by bedbugs and did not receive a refund. They checked the sheets and immediately took them away and told me they didn’t see any. Would not recommend. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Try to get the managers number but was given the wrong number and nothing but excuses.

Found a bug in the bed when we got up. Their is mold around the bath tub shoe. No ADA handle in the shower. The sink retains water and is slow draining. (White stains on the floor next to the bed/wall). Their is no ADA toilet. The head board is greasy. Water temperature Exceeds scold temperate; due to no mixing valve on the water heater most likely. My wife found Someone else’s hair on the counter. You get what you pay for, this place is gross.

Just checked in. Room was filthy. Coffee all over bathroom sink area. Had been spilled and not cleaned up. Trash in all the trash cans. The tub hasn't been cleaned in a while… there are rings where someone's shampoo was and the soap was open and used by the sink. It's the only room within miles so I have to stay but had to clean it before I could go to bed. Geoss! I payed 140 for a room that wasn't even wiped up! Ridiculous!

Rooms are are decorated as a standard budget hotel. I would say this place is a little over priced verses rooms amenities. There is a good bar/restaurant in walking distance and other places to eat is short driving distance.

Very friendly and helpful people, nice clean rooms, fantastic continental breakfast, we had a very nice staying there!

Had a carpet cleaner in our room while we were in room. Hotel manager demanded we allow him in our room. Requested receipt at check out, hotel manager said she only had hotel copy. We insisted on a copy so we could sign. We had given more than a 24 hour early check out notice, which the attending desk clerk approved for a non penalty check out. At check out hotel charged a $40 penalty. The breakfast had expired dairy products. Cereal tasted old. Not a good experience for us.

Flew in from Houston to help my brother move. After a long day of airports, uhaul, loading 2 storage units, dumping trash and finally getting a hot meal, the labor of the day had finally taken its toll. We ate at Ihop and after dinner, I was ready for bed. My brother said I could stay wherever I wanted, an I said across the street. The room was $100, but that may have been because it was on a weekend. Let me tell you… That bed was as comfortable as my $3000 bed at home! I'm not going to nit-pic this place for everything I didn't use… But for a $100, and a nice, quiet place to sleep… It was worth it. The only thing I can think of that is a negative is the water pressure… It was kinda low. They do offer breakfast in the morning, which consists of eggs, sausage, toast and various other breads, cereal and coffee and orange juice… You name it. So, if I'm EVER back in Kansas city (which I doubt) I absolutely know where I going to stay. That damn bed was just so inviting once you laid down on it! Oh, and I travel with a UV black light, so I checked for bed bugs and generally unclean bedsheets. It passes the UV light test. You travelers should really get a UV light just to be sure.

The rooms were clean. However, the lady working the front desk accused me of not checking out on time and copped an attitude. Only after getting testy did she think to double check who she was accusing. In short, it was a different room that didn't check out. She did offer a short apology, but still was an unpleasant situation. Continental breakfast was large.

The front desk agent (younger blonde gal) was absolutely wonderful and did what she could to right the situation. However, the motel is in horrible condition and the two rooms we were offered were not cleaned nor properly maintained. The bathroom fan did not work, the outlets were missing covers, the dresser was badly damaged, the bedding was stained, and there were several dead bugs on the wall. We got a refund after seeing that the second room was in a very similar condition and went elsewhere for nearly the same price.

Hotel rooms are acceptable. Really close by restaurants and gas stations and liquor store especially after working a 12 hr shift. Over all pleased.

Reviews of this hotel were horrible and I was nervous about staying here but budget forced me too. I have to say it was an excellent stay!. It was no Hilton or Hyatt or whatever high end you can think of but I feel it was a great value and the employees were the best at customer service. We never had any issues and stayed for 4 nights. I am so glad I didn't pay attention to the negative comments. I am allergic to smoke and I never could smell anything like it. The room was quiet, clean, and the bathtub even had jets in it for a good relaxing bath. I highly recommend staying here. Even if budget isn't an issue. When I come back, I will.

I made this reservation 31/2 months in advance. Was made to wait 4 hours before we got our key. Due to family obligations, (mothers funeral) we did not get into our room until late. Was excited to see a jetted tub until I actually looked at tub, the jets were literately dripping with black mold, the toilet had feces in it and the sink had hair and junk in it, the floor had not been mopped in weeks at least, the crisper tray in the fridge had dirty soapy water in it. The whole room smelled like mold and wetness. The next morning they changed us to a different room. The new room was cleaner but the sheets had not been changed. Again due to my husbands mother's funeral we could not wait for the bed to be changed, had them give me sheets and I changed them when we got back. On monday when the manager finally showed up and hour late, her name was tannis and she was rude and didn't want to see the pictures I took of the room. Refused to give us our money back for the whole stay. The cops were called to the hotel 4 times while we were there and monday morning we were woke up to the sounds of their cleaning staff locked in a room fighting. The only people there that were professional and nice were the night clerks, sabrina and justice. This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I used to be head of housekeeping of a hotel back in the 80's and this would never have happened on my watch!

Last time we stayed here they never cleaned the bathroom. It was disgusting from the previous people. I asked several times but they never came back to clean it. After a bad review last year, they apologized and said they hoped put next visit would be better. A year later, this time it was worse. I had to buy rubber gloves and bunch of bathroom cleaners. I cleaned the puke off the toilet and the floor, scrubbed the black ring out of the bathtub, and the toilet. We were there six nights, and they never changed the sheets!

Unfortunately, we did not have a good stay there. I had reserved online a King room, but there were none available when I got there. Then, when we went to bed, we started hearing loud constant drip-drip-drip noises from the A/C unit that kept me awake. Then we hadn't even realized we had an adjoining door to another room until the occupants came in to their room at 1am, laughing loudly and the light shining from their room, under the door, to our room. I got up and put towels along the base of the door to block the light and sound, which did not work. Finally at 3:00am, my husband went to complain to the night manager, along with a guest from upstairs who said this was the 2nd night in a row he couldn't sleep b/c of the ruckus in the room below him/beside us. The occupants of that room stuck their heads out and told my husband he was being "whiney" about the noise… at 3:00AM in the morning!? We tried to sleep, but the noise did not stop so my husband went to complain again to the night manager, who decided to get irritated at my husband for being irritated… Really!?! After that I heard the phone ring next door, and finally it was quiet. I think we got about 3 hours of sleep… maybe… We were offered a $5 discount … On the flip-side, my husband brought breakfast to the room the next morning, and he said it was pretty good food selection in the lobby.

A good hotel for a low budget price. I've stayed here twice, a year apart. I think they have remodeled some. Beds were nice, bathrooms okay. Breakfast is free. The sausage is okay. Biscuits and gravy is better, waffles are pretty good. Stay away from the eggs, both scrambled and boiled. They are inedible. Staff is friendly. The noise from the bar and grill next door gets loud some nights. Most of the hotel guests seem to be men who travel for working jobs. If you need a basic room at a budget price, stay here. Don't expect frills. Don't eat the eggs.

Great rooms, surrounding area looks a little rundown but the area was actually quite safe and conveniently located near some decent stores and restaurants. The only thing holding this place is 1 incredibly rude front desk lady. You'll know her when you see her and EVERY SINGLE request or question is greeted with an exaggerated sigh. She seriously treated me like I ruined her day by checking into a room already paid for and reserved by my boss. Aside from her I enjoyed my stay here quite much ha ha.

The air worked and the staff are friendly. The bathtub was dirty and the closet doors didn't close. Other than that we was satisfied.

They have a problem with the hotels booking software. Someone was actually in my first room. My second room wouldn't unlock/open. Third room… finally a place to rest. Bathroom was pretty dirty. Hairs all over the place and orange stuff caked in the sink. Mirror covered in splashes from previous guest. White smears on the faucet/sink (gross). Definitely not worth $100, especially not on a slow Monday night! Maybe $59… but not $100!

A great little, quaint hotel, run very professionally! Staff is so friendly and accommodating, rooms and bathroom were very clean, no bugs or dirt. Pool was very well maintained and the water was kept very, very clean to swim in. It was a wonderful experience. I had been there more than once and I will keep going back to this hotel of choice as long as they keep providing this level of service!

Clean, comfortable room. Good for overnight travel. Outdoor pool needed to be cleaned, was way too dirty.

Great comfy king sized bed. Pool was closed. I was not impressed with the Free continental breakfast. Wi fi sucked. My Wi-Fi on my phone was alot faster. Constantly timed out on their Wi-Fi.

There was a mass exodus of employees, leaving one person to work 24 hour shifts. While she was great, she was obviously stressed and short. Facilities were otherwise good.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Beds were nice. The free breakfast was exceptional.

It was good enough for a night. The room was falling apart practically and the window was cracked but it got the job done.

Comfortable place to stay. Great rates and great service.

A busy weekend, they have rooms but refuse to honor Corporate lodging rates,, why? Because they are greedy. Now I am sleeping in my car because of them. And yes they had a contract but are not holding up their end.

Room was clean and quiet (even though it was next to a hallway and door to the back parking lot), bed comfortable, staff friendly. Breakfast had variety of hot items, including waffles. Rate was reasonable for area.
