BEWARE THE FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS! Staff not helpful at all. Bathrooms are old, not so clean. Used toiletries in bathroom. Cold breakfast. Train blasts its horn and wakes you throughout the night. (there's a basket with earplugs by the front desk) The positive reviews are phony. You'll see the same wording on many of them and on trip advisor. What kind of place needs to rely on posting fake reviews? STAY AWAY!

I stayed here for a day reunion. The service was terrible. They're suppose to replace towels and make the beds. They took the dirty towels and didn't leave any new towels. I had to go get my own from the front desk. They also didn't make the bed. The next day I saw the cleaning lady. I thought to myself great, today they'll at least make the bed and replace some things. Not only did they make the beds, they put ALL of my belongings OUTSIDE the door. They saw someone with our same family reunion shirts on and told them to take our bags. I had the room booked for 3 nights and they put my things out and gave them to someone they thought we knew. Luckily, I did know them. When we got back that night I had to go without my bags because the person we knew didn't come back until THE NEXT DAY. I told the woman and the front desk and she saw I had the room booked for one more night. She couldn't understand why they put our bags out. When I finally received my things a noticed something was missing. Whomever packed my things and sat them outside stole my phone charger. I was without my phone because I couldn't charge it that night and I had to choose between making a 10 hour trip back home without my phone or buy a new phone charger. This is by far the worst service I've received at a hotel and I will not be back. I will also tell anyone I know never to stay here. You're better off going to the next town than to stay at this place. I wish I could give it a — 5 star review. Pathetic.

Do not stay here. My family and I were forced to leave at 3am due to BED BUGS. They tried to give us another room but the only room available was for smoking and right down the hall from the room with the BED BUGS. When they tried to refund our money, we were told it wouldn’t be available until Monday due to a hold from our bank. We eventually ended up having to pack up our things and our Month old son and 19 month old daughter to stay at another hotel across town complimentary of the front desk clerk. The hotel is dirty and smells bad. The general manager was unavailable so that was our only choice.

Registration was easy and quick. They were friendly, helpful, the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

We stayed here for about a week and it was overall a very good stay. The rooms are large and comfortable, the pool is a good size and clean, but both umbrellas are broken so there's no shade. Everyone was very friendly, and my boys absolutely loved the housekeeper Ms. T, the front desk agent Corey, and our extremely helpful maintenance man Jermaine. It is right next to a Walmart and servery restaurants, and there is a small Two screen theater right up the road that is just so quaint, old timey, and awesome! We loved it here! Breakfast was Huge and delicious!

Located conveniently next to a Wal-mart. Pool was clean with 3 ft, 4 ft, and 5 ft sections. Breakfast was above average. Rooms were adequate and clean.

A nice place to stay when you in yazoo on vacation.

We checked in late. Shaun was so awesome! She made our experience awesome! She was so friendly and welcoming and made me want to stay at more Hamptons! Thank you Shaun!

This is a good location that's close to the highway. All the staff has been super nice. Only had problems with the internet going in and out and sticky tile in the breakfast area (although this could be because people may have spilt syrup).

Rooms were clean, staff were very helpful, and breakfast was great!

So nice to have a Hampton Inn in Yazoo City, Mississippi. The area is growing and the hotel's reputation is going to grow as well. It was clean, well kept, and had a good presentation as you enter. It is close to a Walmart, and several drive-in restaurants. Perfect for a traveler off the main road. Glad that it is there.

Worse customer service ever! Reserved my room two days ago and put me in wrong room. Put me in a single with myself and four kids! Had to go all the way back downstairs! Hate this place, I wouldn’t come here if there was another close by!

Staff was very friendly and very hospitable; however, Rooms not the cleanest. First room bathroom was horrible even though it smelled of bleach… toilets & shower absolutely disgusting. They moved me to a new room which appeared cleaner but the stains on the curtains, walls and ceilings gave me the itches.

My room is TIRED! The bedding is dragging the floor as if its for a king bed instead of a queen. The window coverings look as if they came out of the dryer and someone thought they were wrinkle free… The furniture looks as if a puppy has been scratching all over the legs and fronts. At some point you need to just put the old oyt and replace it. I wish I could attach pictures. This is not a pleasure trip. I need to be comfortable whether its pleasure or not! Please check your room here before you bring your things in. Ijs.

A good Hampton Inn. Nothing super spectacular but that's a good thing. Fitness center has enough for a good workout if you need it. Breakfast is free. Right by the local Walmart. I would put 4 stars but that can be off putting for some people in looking for hotels. Don't overlook this one if you're just looking for a place to stay.

The employees are toooooo Sweet! And very hospitable.

Not quite as nice or updated as most Hampton Inns, but it's certainly not bad. No hassles, clean, nice staff.

The service was great the room was very clean.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. We stayed here and there were roaches, mattresses and furniture where out in the hallways, the landscaping was unkept and we were constantly having plumping issues in the bathroom. We had an issue at the pool where unsupervised kids were jumping and playing rowndy around smaller children's and the manager on duty was unable to control the situation so she just shut the pool down. 8/26/17 was the night of our stay and it will definitely be the last.

Everyone was very friendly it was spotless and the best sleep ever.

If you like spiders and loud trains, this is the hotel for you! I found not 1, but 2 very large spiders in my room during my stay. Also, the hotel is near railroad tracks, so when the train comes through it's quite loud. The staff was very polite and friendly, but I couldn't shake the feeling of bugs once I saw those spiders.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Only thing I saw that needed attention was shower door track had what looked like beginning of mold that needs to be cleaned.

I was on my way to Florida for vacation and tried to stop here with my family and my daughters service dog for her epilepsy and they would not allow us to stay with our service dog. Obviously they discriminate against people with disabilities and I plan in reporting this to corporate. I have never been turn away at a hotel for having a service dog but the front desk said we could not stay there with him. I will not ever be staying at a Hilton hotel again!

Attractive, well kept hotel. Maybe just a little to close to the railroad… The staff took care of a problem quickly and courteously. Very comfortable stay.

Clean room good hospitality. Suggestion for those staying — request room on back of hotel to avoid train whistles in the middle of the night disturbing your rest.

Bad breakfast, very bad! At 11 sharp was beating on my door told them would be a few and then tried to force their way in. Thank good I had the little safety lock.

The standards of this hotel is deplorable. Dirty rooms, walls are in bad shape, pool is very cloudy and a guest complained of bed bugs while I was complaining about my dirty room. I will never stay again.

Great hotel and the front desk ladies that work at night are very very nice and helpful.

I love this place! C The quilts are nice enough ya want em at home. Breakfast is AWESOME.
