It is a very quiet and clean motel. It looks new. One downside is there are no USB plugs anywhere in the room.

Air condition not working well. I called the front desk. I’m waiting on someone to come from maintenance. It’s been a while and I can’t sleep. Wish I would of been given the option to switch rooms.

You stated on website pet friendly and when I checked said no pets allowed. I am glad they let me stay and allow my pet to be with me. Need to fix the website.

Terrific staff from the check-in process, the cleanliness of the facility, the morning likable bistro service person, and the pleasant check-out person when an issue arose.

Everything the customer service was awesome I will be staying again.

Love the Starbucks and the staff was exceptionally helpful and extremely polite especially the bartender, Dawn Burns.

Great location near the Battlefield. Carl gave us a great restaurant recommendation… 10 South Rooftop. He also helped out with some minor things to make our stay great.

Typical courtyard, and that's not a bad thing. Friendly at check in and check out, this location has the bistro concept. Our room was clean, closer to "recently remodeled" than "time for a remodel" but ac was pretty musty and most of the art was missing from the walls. Its in a good location cluster with other hotels and very close to an outlet mall.

Beds were comfy. Room was large. TV was small. Bathroom floor was dirty. Booked this hotel because I wanted to use the hot tub for my sore muscles but the pool area was disgusting and looked nothing like the online picture. The hottub was green and filmy. The front desk had no idea whether or not it was suppose to be green. I didnt chance it.

My family and I enjoyed our stayed at Courtyard. From the time I reserved our room via phone to the time we checked out, we had a great experience. Carl James answered my call for reservations, and He was extremely helpful, patient, and kind. I appreciate good customer. He exceeded my expectations of customer service! When we finally got to the hotel, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The staff at Bistro were just as amazing. The hotel room was nicely cleaned and comfortable. Thumbs up Courtyard for giving my family and I a great experience away from home.

Hotel was nice… about what I've come to expect from a Marriott. The staff was really great. I noticed they have a in house bistro you can order some food and drinks from… this hotel had one drawback… its pool and spa were both really nasty. The water smelled like a stagnant lake. The Grands and their parents were going to swim, but after getting in the way water were soon back out of it. Also… they have the bistro, so unlike other hotels in the chain, they don't provide free breakfast… not good if you're travelling with a crowd of Grandkids in tow.

Was very disappointed. Stopped here after travelling all day. Was thankful the hotel had availability. However it looked as if the room hadn't been cleaned. Blood on the pillowcase and even on the pillow. The beds were not tucked, looked like bits of grass between the sheets, large yellow stain on the blanket, bathroom floor dirty. Front desk staff was nice and and came and mopped the floor and brought fresh sheets. Also offered a discounted breakfast, but after driving all day we slept in and did not eat breakfast. Truly expected more from a Courtyard Marriott.

Very nice hotel with indoor pool. Newly remodeled roomy rooms. Definitely will return.

Excellent staff, location is great for accessing attractions and dining. Calvin made this stay wonderful. Their bistro staff could use retraining in soft skills and listening.

Was put in one room and moved due to bed bugs or what appear to be tiny beetles to a second room and woke up in new room with large beetle crawling around by my head!

The hotel is under construction but was still really nice. Calvin at the front desk made the whole experience enjoyable! That man needs a raise and a bonus! He was super sweet, beyond accommodating and lets us know some amazing places to check out in town. We are now well rested and ready to head back to Texas. Thanks again Calvin!

Room was dirty when I checked in, not filthy but their were cheetos under the bed. It was overall a good hotel, I was their on business so expectations weren't that high.

Very comfy beds, Netflix on TV, I'd come back for sure.

The absolute BEST Hotel in Vicksburg! Rack here if you are ever in the area. Marriott's brand is hard to beat. Especially their upscale Courtyards, and their Towneplace Suites hotels. L love Marriott!

The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Food and drinks at the bar were adequate and convenient. Hotel staff were attentive and courteous. Renovations were ongoing, but did not deter from the quality of the hotel experience. Will stay here again.

Room was nice and clean. We stay here when passing through from Texas to South Carolina. Staff was eager to help even though we normally check in after midnight quite often.

Great stay, rooms were nice and updated. The only thing that would have bumped it over the edge to 5 stars is if there would have been a free breakfast, but I know Courtyard is getting away from that, which is a shame. Overall, a great few nights away from home.

Excellent facilities! This establishment is clean, sleek, and modern. The courtyard was especially comfortable and accommodating. The staff was polite and ready to help. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Vicksburg.

I liked the amenities, but some weirdos hanging out around all 3 doors 1st night we came in, and in the parking lot. Also there is some confusing charges they'll put on your credit card in case you buy stuff at the food cafe and bar area. Also rooms could be cleaner. We stayed 2 nights and they took used towels and didn't replace them. I am not sure if we'll stay here next time.

Very nice! We booked this hotel while in route back to Dallas. It is so hard to know if you are picking a nice place so we depend on the reviews. The other reviews were right… It is a nice place, friendly, clean, with nice decor. I would stay here again!

The hotel itself is small but nice. The room was clean and comfortable and even had a balcony overlooking a great outdoor seating area and yard (yes a hotel with a backyard) that was green and well kept. All the staff were super nice and helpful, especially the ladies at The Bistro. Speaking of The Bistro (the restaurant in the lobby), the food was delicious (I got the French dip). The booth seating is very interesting they have a rounded bench and a stool that can roll around, and each one has it's own little TV (and you have the remote). I highly recommend this hotel.

Location is close to the Vicksburg Outlet Mall and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. Loved the ledge in the shower. We enjoyed being able to watch YouTube on the TV in our room. You can even watch Netflix using your subscription information. Service was great — front desk called to make sure we were satisfied with the room after checking in. The only negative was that there was no breakfast provided at the hotel, but thankfully there is a waffle house and donut place nearby to choose from.

The stay was a 4 star experience! It was a great stay. Hotel is clean, staff is very friendly, lobby is amazing to hangout. Fireplace in the courtyard was great to sit by at the end of the night. However, I have needed an itemized receipt from them and I have had no luck. I was told that they couldnt do it, then speaking with another member, their manager would have to look into it… another phone call and 2 emails later, still no luck.

Internet hard to connect to and very hard to stay connected. No comp breakfast, great wine and beer with cheese, nuts, wings at 5:30 pm.

Nice hotel. Decent internet connection, which is hard to find in hotels these days. The refrigerators in the rooms are very small. Some of the staff were very nice, while others acted bothered if you asked for something.

I'm staying for over a month in your hotel so my wife and kids come down on the weekends to see me. Well my youngest daughter was sick this past weekend and vomit all over the bed. It was around 3 in the morning when it happened and Mrs. Blanche that works there quickly came to the room and helped with cleaning up the mess, changing the sheets, rotating the mattress and making sure me and my family were taken care of. She also took her time to help me pick out things she may need from the market such as crackers, Gatorade, and medicine. She was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist me and my family needs. Now when I walk in the hotel lobby she makes me feel like home away from home when she asks about my wife and kids, especially my youngest daughter who she has nicknamed "bug". I could not have asked for better help and southern hospitality!

It's a good location, easy to get to anything in Vicksburg. Not much different from other places I've stayed.

I called the hotel to make a reservation and after selecting the room type and date I would be staying the clerk gave me a rate. When I asked for the military rate she said that rate was not available for that reservation. If the room is available for the desired dates why would they not honor their military rate for our service men and women? The clerk could not give me an answer to that question.

My family and I were traveling late one night. Our flight had been cancelled in Dallas and could not retrieve our bags and were forced to travel with nothing but the clothes on our back. It was 3:30am and we were very tired but were unsuccessful finding a room at any stop until I arrived in Vicksburg. Not only did the Night attendant welcome us but when they heard we had nothing they gave us bags of items that we would need to tiddy up with. Blanch at the front desk was very friendly the next morning and the folks at this Marriott were the first friendly faces we had seen in a while. Our rooms were very comfortable and very thankful for that warm southern hospitality!

Front Desk Clerk had poor communication skills and lack of follow-up in our contact with this Courtyard in order to assist us in traveling to this destination. Upon arrival, Front Desk Clerk and Hotel Manager were impossible to deal with. They refused to take care of the customer and treat with proper respect in the way most hotels would. If we had to do it over again, we would have stopped and stayed in Jackson, MS at the Courtyard there. Also, this Courtyard did not offer a complimentary breakfast as most Courtyard's do. We would not stay here again. Beware.

The only concern for this hotel is that a place this nice is should have better noise buffering.

Reserved for 2 qn on first floor but when we arrived they said none available — found out later there are NO qn rooms on first floor-should have told me. Very loud — doors slamming all night! Room was over a/c units — loud! Beds comfortable but too much noise to get much sleep.

Rooms were new, clean, well-furnished, well-decorated and exceeded my expectations for a Courtyard Marriott. Staff was very friendly. Wireless and wired internet were free and faster than most hotels. Hotel accepted the government per diem rate. Hard to think of any complaints.

Clean and Modern deco room. Large and Spacious rooms. Would definitely stay here again.
