Coop is the bar on the 4th floor and a must! Michael, the bartender, went out his way to bring excellent service. I asked if he had blue cheese stiffed olives for martinis and he said no but he would go to the kitchen and stuff me some. Not only did he make a great martini, but made sure I had three hand stuffed blue cheese olives in each!
The front desk staff was very warm and friendly. Hope offered to take our picture and moved some signage around so we would have the cute bicycle background.
We can’t wait to return! You have amazing staff at The Graduate, they really bring the hotel to a higher level!

Attended a lobby event for Tiki Tailgate recently. The band they got to play way low key but incredibly great, I would attend another event at the Graduate just to hear them play again. Additionally the drinks they had for sale at the bar were great (though, to be warned, they were a little pricey! ). The lobby itself is super clean, well decorated, and very warm and friendly. The staff were nice and professional, and both of the staff members helped me when I needed it. Wonderful experience overall!

This hotel is consistently clean and reasonably comfortable (although I personally don't care for the preppy theme). The staff is normally friendly and professional… not so much this time. To be fair, it appeared that an attendant was being trained at the front desk that could have been the reason for this. My main problem with this hotel is parking. The parking lot is very nice, with charging accommodations for electric vehicles. However, it is not managed well, and guests often have to park off site as the lot is open to non-guests who use it to engage in night life on and off premises. As a result, guests staying during business hours run the risk of being towed if they are forced to park elsewhere. Doesn't seem too much to ask for parking passes to be issued and the lot routinely patrolled for the convenience and safety of the hotel's guests. UPDATE: The hotel now provides parking passes for guests.

We chose The Graduate to host a weekly meeting for our BNI professional group. It has been a privilege over the last 52 weeks to meet at this venue. The Graduate staff is welcoming and accommodating, starting with the front desk, the catering staff to the room preparation, they have been excellent. It is a hotel and meetings place with unique qualities. I have personally booked many rooms on different occasions for friends and family to stay at this hotel. Location, Location, Location. It’s location is awesome, in downtown Oxford it is only 100 feet from the Square. One fact that I did not know, that has impressed me is that The Graduate is a pet friendly hotel.

The hotel is awesome. The rooms are great. Very well decorated and follows the theme well. The beds were comfy and I had an excellent time on my weekend stay there. They should have this hotel where I live. It was a wonderful experience.

Really cool hotel with nice rooms. The bed was comfortable, and the restaurant/bar on the fourth floor had good food and a decent beer selection. The trash in my room hadn't been emptied from the previous guest, but other than that it was great!

Checking in was smooth, the clerk was very professional. The rooms are idea size, great mattress and the amenities are good.

Unique. Lot of students in lobby using Wi-Fi. Room not huge but adequate size. Good room service. Great bar but no restaurant. Staff very accommodating. Hope to return one day.

I did the hair and make up at the graduate for a bride and her mother. It was okay, however the event coordinator was not on site, the room rented for the ceremony was not cleaned thoroughly (once mentioned the staff took the time to clean) and none of the staff at the coop (to be rented out for reception) knew there was a wedding party for the evening. I think it was slightly unorganized but at the end of the day it was a great wedding.

This place has a great atmosphere, and the prices are pretty reasonable. Everyone’s food came in much greater quantities than expected, so that was a pleasant surprise. The downside is that the service was very slow. Overall, I think everything else made the experience a positive one, but be prepared to wait a bit, especially if you are in a group.

Nice place but it was packed due to it being commencement weekend. Stopped by to check out the view from the top floor restaurant/bar but couldn't get near the edge because there were so many people there.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Graduate in Oxford, MS. The hotel was charming and the city of Oxford impressed. The staff could have been a bit warmer and friendlier. They did not engage us in any conversation or even smile.

Clean and fun atmosphere. Rooms are spacious with great decor. The hotel bar is crafty and they have a near coffee shop.

Upscale place on top of a hotel. The patio is the best part about this place because the view is amazing. The Moscow mules are great and they have more than enough copper mugs. The bartenders are very nice and great conversationalists.

Was there doing a job on a construction site! Looks like a nice place though. A very courteous and we'll maintained staff. Seen a LOT of staff helping a LOT of people in a LOT of different ways!

I have only stayed here once with my family, but this boutique hotel is absolutely adorable. The location is great, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Bathroom cramped, decor not matching at all, ceiling is concrete. Not overly impressed with the hotel. : (

This is a very, not quite eclectic, but funkily decorated hotel. Carpets in the two rooms that I have been in have red/orange baseball sized circles on a dark background. The wood floors throughout are pink. The forth floor bar/restaurant is definitely reminiscent of a family chicken farm. Very fun. All staff members that I met we're very nice. The rooms and bedding were nice. The only complaint that I can think of is that you have to get your ice buckets filled at the bar/registration desk. So if you want ice at odd hours, you may feel compelled to get dressed rather than go in your pajamas to the normally positioned ice machine on each floor. Lots of college kids using the free Wi-Fi in the lobby. I will definitely stay there again. Also, it is only a block from the Oxford square.

I've had to stay at this Hotel a few times for work travel. I've enjoyed my time there and have had no complaints towards the room quality, hotel employees, or service. Breakfast in the hotel cafe is far from complimentary. But the food there is tasty and worth the $$. Overall I've enjoyed my time spent at the graduate and would recommend it to anyone who finds themselves traveling to Oxford Mississippi.

This is an awesome and very hip hotel in Oxford, MS. We had my brother's rehearsal dinner here the night before he married his girlfriend. It is pretty pricy that they are willing to talk. Not sure about the conditions and cleanliness of rooms, but guests who stayed there for the wedding seemed to enjoy it! Grit catered both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding reception. The food was wonderful!

What a great place to stay! A step back in time, so refreshing and beautifully unique, but also so conveniently located to everything on the Square. I can think of no better place to make a home away from home for a few days.

An interesting and unusual theme hotel. Not for the business traveler though. The overpriced chic bar being the only source of cooked food for evenings is poor, geared towards the student experience. The community first floor, encompassing the cafe and main desk, is themed after a Starbucks rather than a hotel, and this promotes the lack of available guest parking spaces. Rooms are clean and functional, bathroom is nicely set out (shower no bath) was generally clean though minor defects we're left unfixed, and obviously not checked. Main room is clean and comfortable, though the attempt in creating a student retro decor is mixed resulting in a somewhat loss if identity all round. The kuerig is a nice touch, as long as consumables are kept stocked (this was not maintained for my whole stay). The hotel location is perfect for going out on the town due to it's proximity to the historic sqaure and amenities. Overall, three stars, not designed for the business traveler unless an Ole Miss alumni, though that is just my opinion.

The Coop bar at The Graduate was a very pleasant experience. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was comfortable and laid back. I highly recommend it.

Love this hotel! The hospitality staff was beyond perfection. Everyone was always smiling and very helpful and friendly. The rooms were beautiful and clean, the bed was so comfortable. See y'all in November for the Rebels vs Aggies wknd.

The cafe is mixed with modern and classical style. It's a nice place for girls to get together and talk also it is a comfortable place for those who want to get the paper done at the quiet place where our mind can focus on the reading or studying.

Our son's wedding weekend was in Oxford on Feb 3 & 4th! The rehearsal dinner was held at The Graduate and it was fabulous! From the event planners to the staff, everything was perfect! I highly recommend the Graduate! The perfect place to stay, have a party and enjoy Oxford! Thank you to everyone at The Graduate! Job well done

The bar is great, beautiful view of the Square. Drinks are very good, well-priced, and good variety. Service is good to great. The food did not meet my expectations, especially for the price. The sliders were decent, the fried green tomatoes were not good, and the devilled eggs were quite bland, which was surprising, considering they are so popular here in the south. Overall, it's a great place for drinks — easily becoming one of my favorite spots around the square, which says a lot. I don't think I'll buy food again, though.

Previously I had written a glowing review about this hotel. After trying to get a room, in January for a game in September I have to revisit my opinion. Apparently, you are told everyone has a fair shot at getting rooms, that there are no pre-sells, and that is just not the case. The rooms were gone, reservations only by phone and of course when the flood of calls came, the phones were ill equipped to handle the volume and became inoperable. So, unbeknownst to any of us out of state folks, management decided to allow walk ins. And funny, all the rooms sold out, for the entire season, in less than an hour. Who knows how hard it will be to get rooms for graduation. This is a fun place, provided nothing is going on the weekend you want to visit.

Awesome hotel clean up to date and perfect location went to visit my daughter at school (Ole Miss) this was the perfect location right on the square in downtown Oxford. We have stayed at other hotels on campus and in town this is by far the nicest. They have AAA and AARP rate you need to call for pricing I could not find way to input on website. I asked for room with a view was able to see the square and old capital building super nice Also visit the bar/restaurant on the 4th floor same view and nice outdoor bar. Will stay here ever time.

Besides the bathrooms never getting cleaned, the housekeeper barging in on us asking us for our drinks in the fridge and if we were going to leave her a tip or not, and the front desk/housekeeping constantly bothering us about when we were going to leave (checkout is at 12, however, we were bothered relentlessly starting at 8am) it was an ok place to stay. I expected a little more class being that it's located on the Square. Don't judge a classless book by its cover.

Loved it! Not one complaint. Ate at both restaurants and the food was great in both. The room was awesome and the staff was super helpful. I highly recommend it and we will be back.

I did not stay as a guest of the Graduate Hotel, but I did stop by for dinner. The downstairs restaurant and bar were both excellent. The food was surprisingly very good and very reasonably priced. The staff was also excellent. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience.

Easily the best hotel in Oxford by a stretch. The decor is great and unique and the staff was always friendly. If they aren't very busy, the front desk staff will take the time to personally show you all the suites. I've stayed 4 times now and the rooms are exceptionally clean and decorated wonderfully. The TV's are big and have great picture quality. Most of the suites have 2 while the Willie Morris suite has 4. Both of the restaurants, Cabin 82 and The Coop offer great food that is contemporary and classic. Delicious. Great experience that will bring me back for years to come.

Rooms are great restaurant was fun service was not so great. Had to wait 45 minutes just to pay. But other than that had a great time.

This place is awesome! I joined friends for a birthday dinner on the balcony outside and the atmosphere was phenomenal. The service was top-notch and everyone was friendly. The food was so tasty! I recommend any one of the sliders offered on the menu as you cannot go wrong. Everything was great! One has to realize that it's a new hotel/bar/grill and that there will be many kinks to work out when opening. I never had one problem with the bartenders or servers. They did their job very well. It's sad that there will always be haters like "Lauren Black" who gave it one star. She probably was along for the ride for a football weekend and wanted to act like she was someone important and complain about every little detail. This is typical in the hotel/restaurant business. She's probably one of those who complains about not getting a bottle of water in an Embassy Suites or Doubletree. Go get a life, lady. I love The Graduate Hotel and the rooftop bar/grill called The Coop and I hope they continue to have many more good days. I will be back and look forward to more good times. The staff at the Coop Roof Top bar were flippant, rude, and completely unprofessional. I had made multiple attempts to order drinks at the bar and in return I was treated with disrespect and rudeness. I was also subject to blatant transaction errors that included my card being given to a complete stranger as part of their closed tab receipt (we had to track the other customer down to get the card back) when the bartender was informed of this mistake she seemed like she couldn't care less and made no attempt to check on or rectify any accidental transactions. After speaking with other customers at the bar it was clear that this disrespectful behavior and attitude from the bar-tending staff had been experienced by most. It is really unfortunate because the food and table wait staff were excellent. All members of my group were neither drunk nor rude to the staff to begin with. In the first two interactions with the staff we tipped them appropriately and we politely waited our turn to be served on this busy game day. This entire experience with The Coop was infuriating and we will not be back until management addresses their personnel issues.
