This used to be such an amazing atmosphere, now since everyone has worked there and they are so tired of their jobs, it really shows. The management is in need of some serious work. For one there no laundry unit in the hotel, have to go else where to do your laundry. Hot water heater has failed not once but twice, having cold showers is not fun at all. Internet is constantly going down, and you have to wait hours to be able to check in. Some of the coworkers you can tell are on drugs. One still works there after falling asleep at the front desk when there is a line full of waiting guests. Taking 30 minutes just to get the guests keys to their rooms. Just to find out the room is already occupied and you walk into someone else’s room. Smh used to love this place. I would recommend every other Hilton resort just sadly not this one.

Great staff and service. I inadvertently left a coat in the closet. With no problem at all they put it in a box and shipped it to my home.

Enjoyed my 1 night stay. Front desk personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and breakfast area. The room was very clean. There was construction/remodeling going on and the first thing I found when I got out of my car was a nail on the pavement. I was really scared I'd pick up a nail in my tire but I didn't. The lady at the front desk assured me that they scoured the area for nails every day. I suppose they did miss one. Happens. All in all it was a really nice stay so 5 stars it is!

Friendly staff and Brittany was the best when she greeted me at the front desk. Val in the kitchen was beyond awesome and my family and I recognized it. Nicole was also nice. The renovations are nice also.

The rooms were nice. The breakfast was only decent. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel is close (walking distance) to several fast food restaurants. Also in short driving distance to good dining. I would stay here again.

Love this hotel, the room is very modern and the breakfast was outstanding. The lady in the breakfast area went above and beyond to make us feel so welcomed. My daughter asked for rainbow cereal and she went in the back to get fruit loops from the back. Would definitely stay again.

Great group of friendly, helpful employees. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Alisa is very helpful, outgoing & friendly! She went above & beyond her job to help us and give us information about Ocean Springs & the surrounding areas. She made our stay very enjoyable.

Great stay, very friendly staff, good atmosphere even while they have upgrades going on, my only complaint is that they do not have a laundry on site.

This might be my second posting, but it is asking for another input. Friendly service, convenient location to main road into Ocean Springs and Biloxi, and very close to historic downtown Ocean Springs for nice restaurant and bars. The rooms are clean, large refrigerators, microwave, and very comfortable bed. They have a delicious hot breakfast, a workout area, and a pool.

Classic Hampton Inn. Close to I-10 but far enough to be quiet. Slept like a baby. Even though they had me sign a form acknowledging they have remodeling going on and we slept in til 8:00 I did not know it. Would definitely recommend, and it was only $89 plus tax for the night. Hope the breakfast is as good as the rest of this experience.

NO LAUNDRY! That is my biggest complaint about this hotel. EVERY other Hampton, Hilton, BW had self serve laundry available and this one does not. The room itself was in good shape, but the hot water didn’t work very well. Additionally, they were renovating the property and I specifically asked for a room away from the work because we were staying 8 days. They put us right above the renovations. When I told them we were checking out because we were placed above the renovations and there was no laundry, they became very apathetic towards us. They could care less if we were there or not. The staff does not even say good morning or hello in the elevator. They just go eat from the buffet and sit on couch and play with their phones. You would think being next to I-10 they would do more to cater to the traveler, but they don’t. You all do what you want, but I wont stay here again. We checked out after one night.

The room was noisy but staff happily found me another room. They fumbled but recovered very well. I'll go back.

Most of the front desk staff is unpleasant and unfriendly. The woman who checked me in (and I’m assuming the manager on shift) had some not so great things to say about customers in the back area where I could clearly hear them. They were friendly, however, when they realised I wasn’t staying there alone.

Very friendly front desk staff and room was great! The bed was so comfortable! Only complaint was their TV stations did not have the Weather Channel.

Great customer service, breakfast, but unfortunately the room needed a little maintenance. The sink faucet didn't have hot water, the shower faucet and cover was rusty, and the refrigerator makes noise. Better presentation compared to other Hamtons we have stayed before.

Very nice hotel that looks and feels very modern. We assume it was recently renovated. Only issue we had was that the bed was very uncomfortable and made noise with every movement. Also, why oh why do hotels put coffee makers in the bathroom? I’m not drinking anything that comes out of a device that is stored in the bathroom.

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The price was reasonable. The only downside of this hotel was that internet access sucked. Really sucked.

A great place to stay and not too far for the Biloxi casinos. Would recommend.

If I could give this hotel 6 stars I would, DeeDee the General Manager and Lauren at the front desk are absolutely wonderful. I was here on an extended stay and they made each day amazing. The room was spacious and very clean. Overall a great stay and would HIGHLY recommend, by far the best customer service i've ever experienced and I travel A LOT!

Great stay! From the description it seemed like it was on the beach but really the beach was 10 mins away. Breakfast could have been better but good variety. Room was standard, no extra space. Small, nice, non-heated outdoor pool.

This was our second stay at the Oceans Springs location. The first time we were there was very nice or we wouldn't have returned. This time the carpet in the room was filthy and our feet were black as a result of walking barefooted. I told the manager when we checked out. She apologized and said they'd shampoo the rug. I was unable to do a survey because it expired before I returned home from vacation.

I would've liked a hot tub but everything else was good.

We went on vacation to Biloxi and stayed for four days. We stayed at the Hard Rock Resort and Casino on the first and second nights. Although the room there was decent, the service there was highly disappointing. We then stayed here on days three and four of our vacation and could not have been more pleased! The front desk staff are super friendly and very helpful. There are fresh, hot, chocolate chip cookies awaiting us in the afternoon, and the continental breakfast was very impressive! The rooms were immaculately clean and the beds were very comfortable. Great location too! We were very pleased with our stay here and will choose to stay here again if we are ever able to visit that area again.

The management or owners of the hotel group don't really care about the housekeepers. This is a nice hotel and an expensive one as well. It's well kept by underpaid and underappreciated housekeeping staff. If you stay at this hotel please be sure and thank your housekeeper.

Located just off I-10, the hotel was very convenient and provided easy access to the neighboring McDonald's/Chevron. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and very accommodating, providing a room away from the elevators with 2 double beds for my family. Even when it seemed like the whole hotel was trying to get breakfast at there same time, the staff worked as a team to keep up with demand and did it all while still being kind and courteous to ask the guests. This Hapton Inn represents everything I've come to love about the brand.
