First, We miss the ship terribly. They have utilized space at the hotel for casino gaming taking away all the atmosphere they had. This was the most iconic casino on the coast. Now it is just a room with games. Downstairs is jammed very close together. They do have some old games and some very new ones. A good selection of table games. Like always their staff is wonderful and we love them all. They remember you and are very attentive and they want to ensure your happy times with them. The gift shop is very pretty. They have one of the most beautifulist blown glass chandeliers in the world.

Great Breakfast and dinner buffet, they also have crab and seafood days. They have great games I won 498$ on a 20×1 bet playing O' O' It's Magic machine. The staff seam nice and helpful too. Drinks are free, but I usually tip 1$ for service. All I drink is usually Tomato Juice in Ice with Olives. I try to stay away from Hard Liquor, because I find it takes away from my energy at the Machine.

We had the crab leg buffet that was as always fantastic! Food was great. Then we gambled a bit. Our dealer, Ken Martin was the friendliest dealer there! He made playing a new game, easy! Overall, nice casino can’t wait for the expansions. We will return!

Nice place to stay. The rooms were clean, carpet was clean. We had a balcony room facing the pool, which was a great view. Speaking of the pool it was very nice. The pool area was very clean and just nice to look at. My only complaint, was that we had trouble figuring out how to get towels. Went to front desk and they said we need ID, so back up to room for ID (we had key card already) then next front desk person said no, you need to get them outside from staff at bar, but bar didn't open till 11a and it was 9a. I would have loved a sign, or some printed directions in the room, even verbal directions at check in would have been nice. I couldn't even find pool hours anywhere. Just a minor thing really. So I know that this is a casino hotel, and they allow smoking, but it was really bad. Worse than any other casino hotel we have stayed in. It was thick in the 2 restaurants (den and buffet) we went in to even though no smoking allowed in them. In the lobby very thick as well. No smoking allowed in rooms or elevators but it kinda comes with you. ALL the employees were very nice the bellman out front was so helpful and quick. The only exception was check in, not only were they rude, but they really couldn't care less if I was there or not. It wasn't a very good first impression. I don't think we will be back only because of the smoke.

The Hotel is very nice, Spacious… The room service is Excellent. Staff Always smiling. Big Casino Floors. I loved the pool, Especially the way it light's up At night. Reasonable Rates as well. Thank you Treasure Bay for your hospitality. This has been A Fabulous birthday vacation, I will be staying again.

Little rundown and not a lot of gaming options. Food is pretty decent, especially at the grill downstairs. Hotel is pretty decent. Has an infinity pool that is really nice. The suites are really nice if looking for something along those lines. They are in the beginning phases of a remodel so hopefully that will improve the overall atmosphere.

Buffet was very good. Great selection of food. Everyone was very nice. The casino it's self is yuk. It's to dark and it smells. They have mostly old machines. My friend was staying in the hotel. The room was ok but there was mold on some of the ceiling tiles.

This place has the best crab legs. They had 2 different type of crab legs and the lowest price I have ever seen for a all you can eat crab legs. These are big crab legs too not the small kind that take a lot of work and get no meat. Highly recommend this place.

Enjoyed my stay at this casino. Only down side was a non smoking room. If you smoke ask for a room with a balcony as you can smoke on these, otherwise you have to go to the casino floor. Check in and out was easy. Valet service good.

Wife and I had a good time staying at the casino hotel. We didn't win anything but change here and there but they have a lot of rewards you can earn. Pool was nice. View from the room was good even if the roof was In the way. The staff was very friendly!

The seafood at Treasure Bay is so fresh and Good! I've been to several so called "all you can eat crab" buffets but Treasure Bay has been the best for me! Their fried catfish is just as good as the crabs. The staff is always friendly as well and it is clean! This is my favorite spot when I visit Biloxi.

A star is required, but should be NO STAR instead of ONE STAR. I am speaking entirely of my experience with Treasure Bay. After several complaints of roaches in the room. I understand the outsides rooms of the casino are old, I hope the owners and management team of Treasure Bay understands it's time to completely renovate those rooms. If the General Manager would spend one night in those rooms then I would be happy to spend the weekend in any room on the outside. Those rooms are from the old hotel that was there when Hurricane Katrina flipped the Gulf Coast in 2005. Apparently, they sold out to the Treasure Bay Casino. The Treasure Bay Casino originally was across the street of where it is now. Thirteen years later, it is time to renovate the outside rooms completely. Get rid of the old carpet in the rooms and the old beds that are particularly sitting on the dirty, old, rough carpet. To get good reviews provide good service plus a decent place to sleep. I always ignored the overwhelming smell of smoke but I refuse to overlook the sight of the roaches. To renovate the roach infested rooms and DEPT.

Snow crab legs and Dungeness crab everyday is the main draw to Treasure Bay. No one else does it better on the coast day in and day out for fresh seafood. It is priced a little bit higher then most Casino buffets but it's well worth it if the above is to your liking. Always plenty of parking and it doesn't seem to be overcrowded at any given point. The amenities are lacking somewhat based on some of the other casinos in the area but you can't go wrong as far as the dining experience goes if Seafood is truly your thing!

The crab on the buffet is great! They have dungeness and snow and it's served hot and fresh. Unfortunately, the rest of the buffet isn't that great and there aren't many fun games. It's very smoky in the casino areas and the place looks like it could use some sprucing up, but the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and that was very awesome!

About average as others. Machines tight today! Great improvement in food. Buffet good. Den is awesome! Small casino but very relaxing atmosphere!

I have been coming to play at Treasure Bay for years, I love the buffet and enjoy playing several of ur machines however, your point system has to be the worst of any casino on the coast and they machines are terrible. The free play is terrible too. I have been loyal to Treasure Bay and would hate to stop coming but I can’t continue to bring my money and get nothing in return.

Gave 5 stars because of video poker selection. Otherwise would be 4. If in area it's worth visit. New players club members get up to $100 in losses back in the form of free play. Decent points for video poker, which is becoming rare. Enjoy… Update, when I first visited I joined players club. Since then I have been getting great comp offers. Best I have ever received. Was in casino business for almost 20 years and am very familiar with how comps work, and believe me, I don't deserve what I have been getting. I want to ask host, but am afraid they'll look into it, and find some kind of error! So if you do go here, join players club.

Was nice place. But was dissatisfied with the supper buffet the night we did it when you spend $50.00 for 2 people you want everything well stocked and fresh. Also couldn't use either of the 2 pools due to screaming kids. Maybe they should make 1 of them adult only. We paid for a gulf view room had equipment on the roof right outside our balcony. Not sure we will go back there.

The wait to get in is the worst part. Love everything else. Great fresh food each time I've gone. Fun atmosphere, try the banana boat for dessert!

Treasure Bay Casino is not the best looking casino in Biloxi MS but they make up for it with the great complimentary weekend stays, free drink and free meal tickets to players. They have two casino floors. Table games on second floor and slots on both. There is a mixture of older slots and newer slots. Tournament was this weekend had a great time trying to win some of that 20, 000 in free play. Staff are friendly in fun. My weekend stays is booked for next weekend so then I will have photos of the rooms.

I went to Treasure Bay when they were a pirate ship casino, loved it then. I still frequently go there. They have great machines and table games. The service is good but the buffet is a little small, but fairly good.

The overall experience was decent, we went to eat at the buffet. It was quite pricey. When we entered in, because the restaurant is on the second floor, my sister had to be escorted the whole time, because anyone under 21 can't go pretty much anywhere without being escorted. We heard the Buffet was supposed to be amazing, but it was decent. If anything, it cost more than it was worth, but they did let me have beer as my drink (having to pay for every drink of course) Soft drinks and tea were the only free refills at this expensive buffet. The shrimp and crawfish are served on ice, the crab legs and a couple other items were good, but not $30 worth. All-in-All the service was good, but not the buffet.

This casino and hotel are very very nice! The beach front hotel rooms are the best! You'll have a nice view of the beach and you can look down on the city. You can see for miles both east and west. The sun rise and sun sets is beautiful coming up over the Gulf of Mexico. The sun a sets going down over the Gulf of Mexico is gorgeous! The food is also pretty good! They have a buffet with all you can eat boiled snow grab! It's amazingly good! The people here are friendly. This place is full of what I call southern hospitality! They aim to please there guest at any cost! I love that! The only thing I didn't care for was the slot machines didn't pay out like I would've excepted. But that goes with every casino you visit! On a scale of 1 to 10… 1 being horrible 10 being amazingly awesome. I rate Treasure Bay a 7…!

I went to Treasure Bay for some lunch. I really enjoy the Den downstairs. At times can be a little slow, but still prefer to go there. It has a good selection at a good price.

This is an ok casino. Slots are actually not too tight. Nice. I prefer upstairs over the seedy downstairs. The Den restaurant has slipped in quality. My husband had a horrifically bad cheese sandwich. Take it off the menu. And those table dealers, a very loud bunch. Never seen this in any casino. Weird.

Nicely decorated two storey casino with tables on the open plan upper floor. Attached hotel with gulf views where the offshore barrier islands can be seen. Ample parking with valet service available. Whilst smaller than some other properties along the coast it maintains its individuality with excellent guest service from a friendly staff. A two level swimming pool is available until 10pm along with an outside bar that serves brick oven pizza. Go see it and experience the local hospitality that is Treasure Bay Casino Resort.

Fantastic from the first minute you step inside. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food is super and hotel rooms are the best. Need more parking space. Fantastic view of beach across the hwy.

Don't eat here. We wanted a good casino buffet but this wasn't it. The hotel was lack luster with a broken shower, holes in floor and algae buildup on the balcony. We had the breakfast and dinner buffet. The breakfast had cold food other than the ready to order omelette station and the dinner was all cold food which appeared to be leftover from days prior. Other than the endless crab legs this buffet isn't worth recommending to anyone. Do yourselves a favor and skip this casino buffet. I will say however that the breakfast wait staff were SUPER pleasant and nice. Thanks Judy for your service.

Smokey due to smaller play area and with no non-smoking area, but the best slot odds in the area! Restaurants are adequate. The people are nice. It is the most down-home, no frills casino on the coast, and thus the better slot odds. I frequent this place as of late. I have yet to stay in the hotel b/c I live locally now, but am told the rooms are nice.

Great atmosphere, wonderful helpful friendly employees. Good food. Great Bartenders. Not too big not too Small. Just right in size. Great variety of slot machines. Service to guests is a top priority here.

I recently visited treasure bay casino. First we had the buffet which was amazing! Not only the food hut also the staff. After our meal we proceeded to the slots. They have a sizeable selection of machines. Almost immediately after choosing a machine, we were offered free drinks! 5 star all the way!

Friendly atmosphere, lots of slots to play. But if you like table games they have a variety of the carnival card games as well as some blackjack. I believe they have the lowest buy in on the coast… with some carnival games as low as $2 to play. They place is kind of small for the gaming side. I did not eat or stay at the hotel.

I typically stay 1 week about every 8 weeks. Used to be really nice but lately has went down hill. Some NOT all but some of the employees are rude. Security kicked my 15 year old off property because I went to the bathroom and he sat in the lobby to wait, we were overnight guests and had just got done eating at the restaurant. This morning and last night there were 3-5yo running around in the hallway with adults. Feels like they are on the buddy system if they know you, you can do whatever. But if you drive 600 miles the rules are different. Used to be the best, now could possibly be the worst or not far from it.

. Not kid friendly. Only thing for kids is swimming. Maids never cleaned our room. We took our trash and towels to them. Then let them know we were going. Out while across the hall from our room and could vacuum and make beds. The rest of the staff were friendly especially our room service. Our food on the first go round was awful. They replaced with out issue. Patrick was asked for each time because he was so great.

Lost my free play because I don't like to play when I am tracked using my players card. Win better without card! Most Employees at cashier windows, except for Joshua, are flipping rude as hell. They are annoyed to work?! I did not know taking my money would anger these rude employees. TB management take notice of these awful cashiers and "FIRE" them! They are not irreplaceable! They affect customers' experience! If they are not personable and friendly, I will spend my money at a different casino that has pleasant cashiers!

The rooms were pretty decent for the price we paid. The bathrooms were a good size too. However, I was less than satisfied with the customer service upon check-in and check-out. We were talked to rudely and given almost no real information. I booked the rooms months ago and called two weeks in advance to make sure both rooms were adjoining or at least side by side. I was assured they would be yet upon checking in we were separated and when we tried to inquire about it we were told very rudely that was the best they could do.

Casino is great, the Infinity buffet was bad service on the bar the strawberries had fruit flies and when the lady working that section was asked to replace and told why she stated I just put those out! Bugs lady need to be handled. After speaking with the male on floor manager he apologized then proceeded to come back to our table after speaking with his staff and said snotty "For your information the strawberries have been replaced and so many people come here it's hard to tell who brought them in". He walked off our guest and my husband were shocked. Smart mouth manager fruit flies and not wanting to fix it is LOUSY service and food, sure you won't miss our money!

We love coming to gamble and eat crab! Everything is always so good, we absolutely love coming here! Staff is always nice and quick! Food is excellent! The only problem that we had was my daughter is 20 years old and would be 21 in March and we did not know that she could not even walk around with us at the casino, ALSO she has to be escorted to the Buffett. That was all fine but we came to the casino ready to spend some money! Well we were unable to because of them not letting her in. Maybe somehow Treasure Bay Casino could come up with a way to allow at least legal guest, age 19 and older in, but not gamble, so needless to say all 10 of us ate our delicious crab and had to go home. : — (Very disappointed that we didn't get to spend our somewhat large amount of money at your casino. Like I said, we did thoroughly enjoy our dinner. We drove over an hour and a half to get to your casino! And I would rate this experience a 4 1/2, with the age problem being the ONLY downfall!

My family and I went down and stayed three nights in mid June. We requested a gulf view and were suprised it even had a balcony. It was breathtaking. My daughter had a ball feeding the seagulls off the balcony. The room was very basic and nothing to brag about besides the balcony. For some reason I was thinking our room came with a mini fridge or microwave as most do nowadays, that was not the case. There was also no dresser to unpack clothes into, which I found a bit odd. There was a night stand and an armoire along with a safe and a couple hangers. Definitely not enough room for four people's clothes. We took our PlayStation in hopes of hooking it up for movies n Netflix but were unable to get it to connect. We were able to get our phones n tablets hooked up, just not the PlayStation. Also, if you wanted to use their pool you had to get special towels from the front desk and bracelets which required an ID and signature stating you will be charged 10/each towel not returned. This was necessary for every pool trip made, which got very annoying. Also there was no complimentary breakfast, which I always look forward to. Instead there was a breakfast buffet in the casino which was very basic and cost 11/person. Not worth it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people, but I would also give them the details. Overall we had a great time in Biloxi and spent very little time actually in the room.

The reason why I like this place is because, the cocktail ladies keep you refresh. Plus I like to play roulette and the dealer I had kept hitting zero. Which I love because If you have a dealer that's consistent you can win some big money. I haven't stayed in the rooms yet, but I am looking forward to it.

Very nice rooms but no mini fridge to strict on pool have to get new wrist bands everyday to enter and no children under 18 that's ridiculous also like every corner I turned there was security guards not that that bothered me but the fact every single one made me go digging in purse to find my I'd… won't bring you room service and allow to pay cash upon delivery no light on balconys place is clean and nice tho casino area not impressive at all but always fun needs more quick hits.

The view is good the food is great and we all have a very good time. The pool is perfect.

Hotel room smelled like stale cigarette smoke bad. It is in the carpets. Mean old woman at front desk issued my wife and I room way in the back and had two full size beds (that the mattresses were totally worn out and should have been thrown out years ago) instead of a queen or king. Bathroom was small, the toilet was literally inches from the tub. No microwave. No mini-fridge. You got a bench to put your bags on. The casino part is also bad. No ventilation to get all that smoke out the casino. Machines are tight and I never saw anyone win anything. I will never stay here again. That's a fact jack.

The check in line was extremely long. Our ac didn't work after maintenance guys came and "fixed it. " They also left debree all over our bathroom floor when they left. Staff was extremely rude every time I talked to them. The list goes on and on. I will never spend a dime in this hotel again.

We had a great stay! The staff were very friendly, and the costs of food and room are very reasonable. We liked it so much that we're going back in two weeks.

This place is so un-kid friendly. I can't even walk through the casino spot to the restaurant without being yelled at! Though the food was great I can't step on the casino ground without getting in trouble, chill out fam.

We came out to biloxi about a year ago and booked a room for two nights, the room was clean, quiet and enjoyable. The staff were wonderful and kind. We talked with two roulette dealers while playing and they were fabulous I believe their names were Taylor and Jessica. Both very professional, courteous and made our playing time even more fun. The Den was clean, which isn't always easy to find anymore. The food was delicious and the staff very nice. We're hoping to get our monthly mailer soon as we're hoping to possibly come celebrate Christmas with y'all. Thank you for always making our stays with you memorable.

This Casino gives all of the other gulf coast casinos a bad reputation. The upper management-is the stuff of film-"Mississippi Burning. " One fellow reminds me of the yokel slot boss related to a local politician — in the film Casino-starring — Robert DeNero. On one occasion I was winning large at the Blackjack table and a couple of young local toughs threatened to wait and rob me outside the Casino. One of the pit bosses was standing there and did nothing. Sure enough-the two hillbillies were waiting outside for me. I maced one of them and they backed off. The cops came after I alerted security — (inside) and let them go. They were locals — I was a Yankee. Instead of offering apologies-one of the shift managers (Dutch) came to my table to stare and intimidate me for complaining about the incident. This might seem like a bizarre response by management-but this is a unique Casino culture in the deep south. I guess this is what they mean when they say that they have their own way of doing things in Mississippi. I wouldn't recomend this local for out of staters.

This place is a joke… A grown man aka me was cut off from the alcohol beverages after I was served only 2 drinks… It seemed as if when I started winning a little money then they hit me with… NO MORE DRINKS. All I had done was clap between spins and they cut me off… Go to the golden nugget and have some real fun because this place don't allow you to have more than a few drinks. How embarrassing!

My husband booked a package to celebrate our 1 year anniversary which included a two night stay, buffet, and transportation to and from ship island along with the stay at ship island. The first day when we checked in we were told to be at the lobby at 8am as we will be picked up to be taken to the ship. Between 2 and 4am we were awaken by housekeeping polish who decided to polish the floors right by our bedroom. I called the front desk who said they will take care of it. And then at 5:45am the polishing of floors resumed I couldn't believe it. We hardly slept. We woke up tired to be at the lobby at 8am and no one showed up to pick us up when I spoke to the supervisor she didn't know what was going on and was more dazed and confused at her job than anything else. We ended up taking our car to drive to the ship only to have missed it. This was supposed to be a romantic weekend that was payed for in a month in advance. The supervisor apologized and we asked for a refund and left right away. We were promised a phone call from the head manager to apologize and perhaps offer a stay in the future. I guess there was another lack of communication as we have yet to receive a call. Terrible service, only good thing was the bed we slept in.

This place was literally falling about before my eyes. Its outdated, carpet was coming up in our room, cracks in the walls, loud air conditioning, odor in room and bed wasn't comfortable at all. I did not feel safe on the side our room was located at. I cannot think of any reason I would ever go back here to this hotel. Its horrible and looks trashy. The only thing this place had going for it was the swimming pool. Not to mention they take a deposit of $100 USD off your card and hold it for 2 weeks. Guess they want you to beg for your deposit back.

I was staying at Treasure Bay Casino one weekend and was eating in their dinning area. Three of their employees were sitting in a booth just behind me and where talking ugly about their guess. They were talking disgusting things about Gay people. I was trying to eat when I overhead their talk. The food was cold on top of it all. I called and reported it to the Manger on Monday and he could careless what happen to me. After I reported it they held it against me and stopped taking anymore hotel reservations from me. I hope that the CEO reads this review. If this is how to treat their guess I will go somewhere else.

I have been going to treasure bay once or twice a week for years, on April 14, 2015, I had the best buffet ever. I often eat the buffet because it is part of my treat to myself, I have always thought that the food was being cooked for octogenarians with no teeth. No taste buds, colon disease, and peptic ulcers, needless to say, the food was tasteless with no. Spice at all. On April 14, 2015 at approximately 5:30 p. M. My taste buds were dancing with delight, the bread pudding was warm, the sugar in the pecan sauce that goes on it was actually melted, not crunchy. The brisket was cooked to perfection with spice and if you took time to noticed, was stuffed with the occasional roasted pepper, the au jus was a pleasure, and the roasted garlic was not swimming in some kind of fat? The Dungeness crab was spicy and its accompanying butter sauced was real actual clarified butter, you could see through it. I was so. Impressed I just had to tell someone, after security, front desk, and gift shop staff, I finally spoke with Carl, he was wonderful and suggested this site. I just want everyone in the kitchen to know that whatever changed to make the food so. Good keep it up, if it was a change in staff, in the chain of command in the kitchen, I suggest to management that you give that person a raise and NEVER let them have a day off or leave the casino grounds, because someone else will snap them up. Fun, casual and upbeat. Very courteous and attentive employees, great service. The catfish acadiana is great, blackened and served with a cream and crawfish sauce. Served in the den on the first floor. The nightly seafood buffet is the best on the coast with crabs, crawfish, and shrimp. We had a great time, casino is big enough to have fun but small enough to be comfortable. To me it is just the right size.

Pulled up to the front of the building by the fountain and a Cadillac pulled up next to me and it's about 10 PM and the guy gets out of his car and takes a piss right in front of me he turned and looked right at me and then finished his business and went into the casino! I backed out of the space and pulled around to the side and went inside and told security and then I walked around till I found him and told security where he was! and then I left and will never go back.

This place is a joke. I travel for business all over the US and I've stayed at motel 6's better than this The staff were hateful toward my kids. The rooms stink. We paid $145 to stay in a motel style room in the back of the hotel where construction was going on. Jackhammers, sledgehammers etc. The casino staff were rude. The pictures on their site are of the only good room they have. Everyone here I've met feels the same way as I do, ripped off and upset. Came here to relax and got treated like dirt. We were playing roulette and they switch the ball out to a larger ball because we were winning. Smh absolutely terrible place to stay. Dont waste your money here.

Stayed the night here for free with my boyfriend while visiting my little sister for her graduation! Was very nice, great food! Free drinks while ur gaming! Nice 2 level pool! My favorite park was our awesome bathroom shower and our view from the balcony of the beach and water.

Friendly Dealers about the only thing going for this casino. Players club staff not friendly. Fewest casino games. No poker room. Machines don't pay out. Its likely they had a much better venue before Katrina hit. The Pirate ship was the big draw but since they can't build it back not much left to do at this Casino. With the right investor, renovations and a theme change perhaps they can once again be a draw.

Will not go back there you loose too much less win. They have made the Machines NOT YO PAY AT ALL. Why visit when the you can not win. I fid not like the hotel room thry are not clean.

Looked for a short vacation, and everyone recommended Treasure bay Casino. Made reservations for Thursday — Sunday. Arrived on Thursday, as the doors opened to the lobby, it was like walking into a cigarette. The smell was unbearable to deal with as a non smoker and it stunk. At the check, the room was great and had a great view. Went to The Den for super, ordered a catfish platter. When the plate arrived, the fish was pink, still raw. So that was the start of wasting money. While spending several hours in the casino, at no time during all these hours were we asked if we wanted a soft drink, water, or alcoholic beverage. Being handicapped, and having several spots available, it took over 30 minutes to find a regular spot as half of the handicapped spots were taken up by non handicapped people. And no one would even help after the staff was notified. For 3 days spend TRYING to eat the crab buffet, we could not get in due to over crowding and had to leave as it closed at 10:00 and did not make the cashier to get in. Would I at anytime recommend a family member stay at this hotel (HELL NO).
