This place is nasty. They have roaches and bed bugs. Then employees and managers are both very rude. It’s sad when you call and trying to stay mindful that’s it’s not there fault but as soon as you get smart with me and than hang up on me yeah all that goes out the window. 5 business days for a refund when I didn’t even stay at this motel. As soon as I got off the elevator on the 2nd floor roaches. It’s covid season ain’t no way your motel should be nasty like that, and the lies online about the hotel. No it’s a motel and with horrible customer service and nasty rooms.

We have had excellent service so far. My only complaint is that we booked a room with 2 queen beds and once we got to the room it had 2 full beds. They did move us to a room with a king bed but it doesnt have a microwave or a mini fridge.

Multiple TV remotes didn't work and was unable to watch it at all. The wood floor was sticky. AC unit made dripping noise all night long. Bathroom floor tiles were loose and needed replacing. Bathroom molding was peeling off the wall. One lamp didn't work due to a cut wire. The staff was super nice and we were refunded some money. The hot water was super hot which is a rare find in a hotel! I'd stay again if there wasn't another available hotel around.

Rooms are clean. The front desk clerk was nice and helpful with getting us a room as we didn't have a reservation. No breakfast, but for the price it's hard to complain. There's a convenient store and waffle house within walking distance.

Booked here because they’re pet friendly and dogs get to stay for free! Anyhow, we were also able to check in really early for only $20. The front desk associate was nice and friendly. The room is very basic, no fridge, no microwave and limited channels but you get what you pay for. The downside is that other workers are a a bit sketchy. They didn’t know my husband was with me and they tried to sneak in our room after they saw me leave. Of course they were greeted by my dogs and scrammed out of there. I’m pretty sure it’s one of the workers as they had the key to our room. Scary. Esp for other solo female travelers. So please beware and take care of your belongings. Not sure what that individual wanted but I'm glad to not have to know.

Even though we had no fridge or microwave, the rooms were comfortable. The front desk girls were all friendly and helpful. We like to stay at Red Roof Inns so we can travel with our dog, Max. They have an awesome pet policy. Our dog is about 70 lbs, and we even saw another guest with a Great Dane. It's so nice that one of the moderately priced motel brands was smart enough to realize that most people who care enough to want to travel with their beloved pooches, probably are attentive to their needs. Thank you, Red Roof!

Rooms were clean, but we didn't sleep good. Dogs barking in the hallway and doors shutting all night.

Apparently booking online sometimes overbooks the regular rooms. We were one of those people that got overbooked and they upgraded us for free! :) We stayed here a total of 3 nights. Staff was great with every question and need. Room was decent. If you're a light sleeper, just a pre-warning, you can hear everything outside the room. Although I felt safe while in the room with the locks, 2 out of the 3 nights there had been 2 separate room break-in's by the homeless. For somewhere to sleep. First one had the cops called and they were talking to the man outside. The second one we heard the maintenance man talking through the door to the person inside across the hall from us about being in the room without paying.

Last Red Roof for us. My husband had to clean the air conditioner filters to get it to work. The noise it made was so loud. The security was bad, since they propped the outside back door open at night. The same entrance has continuous water dripping from the air conditioning above this entrance, so you can't get through without getting dripped on. The bath towels were paper thin, the cheapest we've ever seen, and were pretty worthless after a shower. The phone in the room did not work, either. Way over priced at $68.

I had a great time there really nice rooms and staff was friendly updated rooms and great for the price anissa at the front helped out thanks you.

The place itself is usually not very crowded. Its set up extremely nice for the price. Its nice on the inside and the cost is cheap. The parking is easy to pass if you are coming from the interstate.

It is necessary to paint the fence. It will attract additional customers. The view from the window leaves much to be desired. Painted fence will look much better. It need to be light and bright colors. And one more problem — very much mown grass. Do not mow it too much and often. I want to see fully green grass from the window. But now it is only 15-20%.

Very nice and clean hotel. Shout out to Gabby for being sooooo sweet, cool, down to earth, and professional all at the same time! I thought the pocket tissues with the hotel logos was very cute. Only downside is the variety of TV channels SUCKS.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We had a wonderful time in Mississippi and I would stay again at Red Roof in Ocean Springs.

Great service on Dec — 28 — 2017 house keeping was excellent had issue with TV in room nice lady helped me right away. Very clean rooms updated hotel location was near casinos enjoyed my stay will be back.

I wouldnt even give one star this place is horrible, we booked this room for the entire weekend but ended up leaving the second night that afternoon. We were greeted at the door by a ton of baby roaches which completely grossed us out and that was the last straw we checked out immediately and the manager only wanted to give us one night free, the previous night we had to change rooms due to stained sheets, tubs, etc. I will never book at this location again its horrible! the cheap prices are not worth it! do not book here reconsider! even housekeeping is horrible!

No breakfast, TV didn't work, no phone in the room, dresser was missing a cabinet door. This place could use a serious make over. Cracked tiles, old mismatched furniture. The staff, on the other hand was excellent. Helpful and polite.

Newly renovated and very clean. Was expecting the opposite for the price. Easy check in and check out with friendly front desk service.

Had a great stay. Everyone was very helpful. Had some hot water trouble but it was fixed before we could even report it. Clean neat and great house keeping.

Didn't realize that it was pet friendly until a couple of days before reservation and wasn't able to find another hotel with the number of rooms I needed. A roach was crawling on the door. The air in the hallway didn't work. The elevator didn't work. You only have 5-7 channels that don't work all the time. I had to listen to the constant dripping of water from the air conditioner. The entertainment center was raggedy and missing knows. The couch smelled like urine. It looked like dog hair on the floor. No breakfast for as much as it cost.

This place is horrible! It cost $155 and the floor (looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped), bathroom (floor not swept or mopped, tub stained, walls stained with feces &/or vomit), and tables were dirty. The air conditioner was falling apart. Our room had a funny smell (like moth balls). The cabinets and drawers did not have any knobs so you couldnt even store anything. The phone didn't work and we had a view of the side of the building and this was supposed to be a suite! When I called and told the front desk and asked if we could switch rooms they said they were booked up and that we could get our money back and leave. They didn't even offer to clean the room. They finally came up and wiped the bathroom down and the cleaning girl was nice. I'll give it a 1 star for that. It is horrible!

This place doesn't even deserve the star it has. We stayed in room 303 on 7-3-17 to 7-4-17. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life! The worst thing Was that we found bed bugs in the bed where our children were sleeping along with roaches in the shower! On the 3rd floor it was so hot you could barely breathe, then when you are walking down the hall there is trash and dirt all over the floor which has been there since we checked​in on 7/3/17 @3pm. In our room the floor was nasty, we had to ask for a remote which took 30 min because the front desk didn't have batteries and the front desk also told us I hope this works cause if not there is nothing I can do about it, and there was no tissue paper. Also the guy at the front desk was horrible in customer service he was never at the desk and was always outside smoking. No lie there is probably two packs of cigarette butts at the front door of hotel. On a better note I would like to thank the young lady Denise at the front desk the following morning for her help with getting us a refund!

If I can give it a negative star review I would. Somebody went into my room and stole $600 worth of my merchandise. I had to call the police and everything, the staff and management did not even care. It was the worst experience of my life everyone was VERY unprofessional. And I would recommend nobody stay there.

We were highly disappointed here. The non smoking room was smoky and had cigarette burns all over the carpet. The shower tub had a huge crack in the bottom, and that must be why there were puddles of water on the floor. The torn shower curtain and rusty shower bar completed the bathroom. The hair dryer was broken. There was old food in the fridge and food crumbs on the bathroom floor. The internet worked poorly. Breakfast consisted solely of juice, two types of cereal, and plain bread to make toast, but the worst was finding ants in the cereal. This was not a pleasant experience for our family.

Noisy. Smelly hallways because of the smoking rooms. Sheets were smoke stained and it was non smoking room. Beds weren't bad but Wi-Fi was and breakfast was a joke. Front desk couldn't do anything, had someone on the phone with her telling her what to do at every step. She didn't know when breakfast was our anything. Maybe not her fault but poor, poor management.

Good price, but don't expect much.

I hated it. The room was nasty. There was writing on the walls in the room. There was nut stains in the bathroom. The carpet was horrible. The beds was all worn down. The elevators was a mess. It was the worst hotel I had ever stayed at.

Very friendly, clean and quick access to the interstate.
