The hotel was clean but the room was humid. I had to get up in the middle of the night to turn the A/C down. The satellite went out so we couldn't watch TV at night. Good hotel for the price though.

I visit the hotel July 20-23 in room 210. I was a guest there with my friend EJB. The staff was very friendly. But the hotel was awful. Room smelled like mildew. I dropped an earring behind television and was scare to pick up with my hand. Filthy. The sofa bed was terrible. The breakfast was lacking. I had to find an Ihop the next morning. I never give bad reviews but I've stayed at $100 motels better than this.

Absolute filth! Have stayed here in the past and never had a problem. Now it has become and absolutely disgusting place that no one should ever stay on. This place reeks of mold, filthy bathroom, leftover towels left in the bathroom, broken curtain, and even worse night time manager. Chose to drive home in the middle of the night rather than stay there. For $149 per night, I don't expect the Four Seasons but I most certainly don't expect a Super 8.

This place was exactly what we needed it to be, a safe, clean comfortable nice rest! The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was hott and more than just a bagel or muffin. The room was clean and I slept like a baby on the mattress. One staff member went above and beyond. There was a lady, cleaning rooms as we left for check out — earlier that day my youngest daughter had run out of the room while I was in the shower, she was looking for me and got locked out of the room And scared she could not find me. The nice woman, recognized her, knew which room we we're staying in, and walked my 3 year old back down the hall to her correct room. By the time we left my kids were giving her hugs goodbye. Thank you for the rest! Would recommend and return.

We had a king suite with a pull out couch, so our room was pretty cozy. The staff was so nice and helpful. They showed my curious 3 yr old the "staff only" rooms and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

Very nice, clean facility, including nice size outdoor pool with safety latch gate. Very good breakfast and very friendly staff.

I have a reservation coming up and I hope my room, bed, bathroom, tub, and jacuzzi is clean, have a comfortable stay, good friendly service, and a good breakfast. I will be staying there for 5 days… "Make me proud guys"… I will come back with an update after my stay, so until then I will give them 5 stars for the friendly and great customer service I have received so far. :-)

THE GOOD… Greeted with a smile at checking, room was clean, lobby was very presentable. They have a pool that I did not use. Breakfast consisted of cereal, oatmeal, waffles, boiled eggs, biscuit n gravy, pastries, chicken patties, juice, coffee, milk and etc. GREAT BREAKFAST! THE BAD… My room was near the rear entry, every time the door closed it was loud and shook the wall. It was tolerable early evening but as it got into 1am and 2am it awoke me with every use. The bed… clean and well made but hard a a rock. The hair drying was damaged on the back with hair and lint still stuck the the screen. Soda vending machine was empty.

The staff, particularly at check-in, were very welcoming and helpful. Location was ideal for me and the room was comfortable.

This room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly, and we enjoyed our stay. I was tempted to give a 4 star review bc the toilet seat is in really bad shape (peeling and uncomfortable, probably from age), but everything else was nice enough to deserve a top knotch rating.

My boyfriend booked a room here and once we Showed up the sheets were dirty and stained. The bed was hard as a brick. You just get a nasty feeling in the room overall. We Immediately relocated. Hampton Inn down the road is awesome!

The pool has way too much chlorine in it. Burned my child's skin. The staff is really nice.

The room we had seemed clean, but there was several hairs in the bathroom and there was a stain on the sheet that looked like make up. We both work in hotels as desk clerks so we try not to complain too much. The room was sort of run down, the desk clerk that checked us in said they were slowly starting renovations. My husband used points to book the room and in my opinion and his it was not worth 28, 000 points. The desk clerk did not ask us how our stay was so that's why we didn't voice any of these issues. Also there were no garbage bags in the trash cans.

I wouldn't recommend working here or staying here. One of the housekeepers is violent. She assaulted my young sister while she was at work. Stay away from here! Plus they lay out mattress that have been pissed on to dry in the sun. You're welcome.

Only reason I'm giving this 5 is so people can see this! This place has the rudest people at the front desk. After traveling many miles after finding a "pet friendly" place as seen on the website and on Google, they didn't think twice to inform us before we got there that they are intact not a pet friendly hotel! And when I asked for a refund due to misinformation and commercialing the best they could tell me was to call my bank on Tuesday 5 days from now. Unbelievable.

Welcoming staff! I like this hotel in many ways. Housekeeping was excellent Front desk staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Room was very spacious with all the amenities. Hotel is near to shops I recommend this hotel to everyone and will stay here again.

Better than expected! In need of a weekend away, I booked a night at Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Bilox for me and my fiancée. I hoped the suite would be nice with all of the standard features a room should have. Once checked in (hours early — thank you Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Bilox) we found that the layout of the room was absolutely wonderful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The parking was convenient and simple. The getaway was a success in large part to the fact that this hotel had a very comfortable feel. My search for the perfect fit is found — this will be our place of choice from here on out.

Our room was very clean. I thought it was a great value, considering we paid 175 the night before for a lesser quality hotel. If we come back through the area we will stay here again.

The hotel was better than I expected. I got the room for Valentine's Day and got a room that included a "romance package ". It included a room with a whirlpool, champagne and even fresh flowers daily. I couldn't have had a better stay. The hotel is also in a very convenient location.

Well the hotel is located right up the road from me and we go there sometimes just to get away for a night or two. It's really nice and really relaxing and I would recommend that any body stay there who's looking to enjoy just getting out of the house for a couple of days. I give it 5 stars.

What better way to really get to know what a hotel is like than to stay there for three weeks? Located near my auditing job, this Country Inn & Suites offered not only a very comfortable bed, but the cleanest rooms, lobby and dining area as well. Daily, hot breakfast with biscuits, sausage, gravy, scrambled eggs and waffles varied the menu. Of course, there was always fresh fruit, cereal and danish. Coffee was plentiful, as one would expect, but it was really the warm welcome extended by the staff that exceeded my expectations. Quickly they learned my name, greeting me each time I passed through the doors, but over time, they inquired about my progress, my well-being and, as you would expect, how my accommodations were living up. The only problems I had were extremely minimal, a forgotten wash cloth one day and a change of sheets another. But, Carrie, Kimberly and Ray run a tight ship! The words barely left my mouth before the correction was in place. Honestly, I don't say this lightly, but, I can't imagine staying anywhere else in the area ever. Believe me when I say, "I'm a snob, very demanding and expectant. " This hotel certainly surpassed all my requirements! Thank you all for such a pleasant part of a challenging job!

Air conditioner didn't work well. When I told mgmt about it the lady at the front desk acted like it was my fault. Won't be back.

I've been to 5 star world class hotels, (so I know service) From the first minute that I parked the car — an employee greated me and was very courteous and professional (Travis). Hotel room was clean and odor free. I like staying at County Inns because they always take great care of me. For the money — — you can't beat it. I recommend.

The room was nice, clean and breakfast was good. I expected a little larger hotel.

Worse Service Ever! We stayed in Feb. Of 2013 and there was no hot water! We had to take ice cold showers in FEB! They refused to let us switch rooms! They refused to give us any discount! We declined it on our DISCOVER card and they disputed it and Discover sided with them. There reason for the dispute was they apologized and the husband accepted our apology its the wife that has refused the apology. They claim to treat their customers like "family". We will not stay at a country inn and suites again until this is resolved! On top of all of this the manager was EXTREMELY RUDE.

To begin, the staff is fabulous! Marlene greets us every morning by name and with a warm smile. So refreshing to see people care about their guests! The rooms are newly remodeled and the beds are very comfortable:) on that note, housekeeping does a great job of keeping the toiletries and coffee restocked everyday as well as maintaining a clean comfortable room, again very refreshing! Great hotel all and all! :).
