Overall we had a wonderful stay. Could use another set of elevators, for the guest of the hotel only. Also, sharing an elevator, dressed for a nice dinner, with wet people from the pool is a challenge. Having a balcony is awesome. Even if you have a view of the hotel next door, you can still view the Gulf of Mexico and Mississippi Sound. We also had a great time, in the arcade. 2 adults had fun in the arcade, without the kids. The pool was great. Especially the pool bar, great Margarita's. You would hope so, with Margaritaville, as the name of the hotel. The Valet service was top notch, from arrival to departure, any time of late night return to leaving mid day.

My overall review of the resort is good. My kids enjoyed the pool and slides. I enjoyed the convenience of having plenty of options on site. There aren’t enough elevators for a hotel of this size and wait times can be lengthy. The resteraunt in the arcade area is not good and needs a complete overhaul of the menu. The rooms were beautiful, bed was comfortable, bedding was nice and room was very clean. Whoever helped me at check in was not very friendly or cheery. However, all other staff we encountered, were superb. The food place located by the pool was good and I would eat there again. I do wish there were more healthy options available and possibly some vegetarian options, as well.

I spent the night here during a business trip so I didn't check out any of the things to do. It seems to be heavily family oriented though. What I can comment on is the room. It was excellent. I had the best night sleep there on my entire trip. The furniture in the room was awesome! In fact, I am researching where I can buy some like it. The room was clean and fresh. I'll stay here again the next time through.

We were very much looking forward to our visit again this summer after having such a great time last summer in 2017. This year, we were a little disappointed. There were very few tubes for the slides and lazy river and it didn't seem to be more crowded. Also, the shower pressure was weird. While we were in the middle of showering, the pressure would get extremely low and no longer spray outward. It happened during all three of our showers both early evening and in the morning. Our boys still had fun, but our 9 year old did notice both disappointments. He is the main reason we went to Margaritaville. He loved the water park and arcade so much last year and wanted to return this year. I believe we will go again next summer but if things haven't improved or they get worse, I don't think we will continue to make it a summer event. One improvement that was made that I truly appreciated was the volume of music in the arcade was at a good level. It was loud enough to be heard and enjoy in the background but not overpowering. I had expected to use earplugs for myself and 2 year old, but it was more enjoyable this time.

Brought three kids and shared a king sized room. Rooms and check in were great everything was clean and worked well. The customer service was somewhat lax from trouble getting an extra blanket to long wait times for service at the bar. It took way to long to get a simple beer. Other than that we had a blast at the pool and the game room.

Margaritaville has been open under this business format for two years now. Employees should be more organized and know the routine. More elevators need to be installed to service rooms. Restaurant prices were so exorbitant that we drove to Ocean Springs for breakfast. We enjoyed the pool, but my daughter and I stood in line for the rock wall so long that I used my phone to look up myself that she was 2 inches too short to do it in the first place. Had we stayed in line over an hour of our time would have been wasted and led to a very disappointed child. While we stood in line the Volcano Song came on. We watched while one of the bored employees climbed the wall himself without any gear. He was so high up that his feet were well over our heads, and he just let go to drop — very dangerous. And oh my goodness at the hassle we had to go through for the ropes course! My daughter and I went at least half a dozen times: first they weren't open for another half hour, then nobody was there, then we couldn't do the big course because she was a tad too short, then while other kids were doing the big course, she had to get out so they could fix a tile in the ceiling?!?!? Daughter was almost in tears, and I was ready to holler at somebody.

We had an amazing stay during the Blues over Biloxi event. I was so glad we were on top of the roof with a birds eye view and a pool to keep us cool. It was very crowded which was to be expected. With a little patience this did not deter my experience.

Everything was amazing. The kids had a great time. The water playground was the best! My 4 year old loved that he could touch almost everywhere in the water. I loved that I could drink margaritas while they played. We didn’t need to leave the resort for anything. This was a perfect place for a family vacation.

I took my kids to the game room. I felt like I should have already known how everything worked. I had to seek out an employee to figure out the card system. The arcade games are not bad. The "roller coaster" was fun. We wanted to do the ropes course, but could never hit the line without a long wait.

Everything was clean and comfortable and very nicely decorated. Great first impression. As with most “resorts” everything was terribly overpriced so we spent way more than we wanted to. One of the main reasons we went was for the arcade. We visited on a Wednesday for the 50% discount. We were informed that it did not apply to the claw machines which are my daughters favorite. She spent 400 credits on one claw machine and didn’t get anything. Also at least a third of the arcade games were “temporarily unavailable “ which was extremely disappointing. Everyone working there seemed very nice and friendly and I would love to go back except that I won’t be able to afford it again anytime soon.

Check in is to late in day would prefer earlier check in 4 pm is really late and then room was not ready for an additional 20 to 25 minutes. One of the restaurants we ate supper at sat us waited 15 minutes for server had to go find one to take care of us but after that no issues. (Don't remember the name was attached to game room) Food was excellent. Did order the fish and chips but they were out that was a disappointment to me, but over all it was real good. Room was spacious and clean, not ready on time though after 4pm.

If you are like me and have very little vacation time, stay somewhere else. I really wanted to like Margaritaville, but I will not be back. The pool was too crowded and packed with unsupervised children running wild. There are only four very slow elevators for the entire hotel. You will spend much of your time waiting on them. In fact, they broke down while we were there and the fire department had to be called to help get them running again. The staff blamed it on another unsupervised child pushing buttons. The hotel is pet friendly, so a dog may bark at you. If it were not for the Golden Nugget Hotel pool next door, our trip would have been a bust. If you have the time and money to stay somewhere else, save yourself the trouble and keep driving.

First the positives, I went with my brother, Mom & friends for his bday. The lazy river, water slides pool area was great, the arcade was a lot of fun. The check in staff very friendly & any other hotel staff we encountered. "Land shark" was pricey & wouldn't let the kids order from kids menu. The biggest issue was we asked the maids for extra towels for our room at around 11am & to make up room, we left at 1pm came back at 5pm even thou they came in room when we left. The door was still open they had only started at 5pm, she was making beds, came back when they finished & ONLY the beds were made, no clean towels (even thou we asked for them at 11am) The trash cans not emptied, dirty towels from night before still on bathroom floor & the worst thing was all the cigarette butts on our balcony! None of us smoke! It was one adult & 4 kids! Complained when we checked out, as I didn't want them to think we did it & get charged a cleaning fee! They gave us a $30 discount on room, while nice, is pretty pathetic, considering I do not recall there being cigarette butts all over the balcony when we checked in. It was a disappointing end to a great time we had at the hotel. It was pricey for this sort of service, I hope it will improve. Also whoever designed the elevator system, should have to explain what they were thinking. It is like an obstacle course! Carol Pierce.

Took the family last night, we had a lot of fun. Being in my 50's, I appreciated the spacious feeling. Snacks were good, games were like nothing I have ever seen. Top notch!

We decided to stop here and eat on our way out from Jurassic Quest and I'm so glad we did! The service was superb. Our server was the best! Kudos to Bri! Not only did she do a great job with our service but she was great with my grands, they just loved her.
