Truck was broken into but Hilton doesn’t require cameras in parking lot. Upsets me very much! It would have helped tremendously if they would at least have them for police to look at to stop crimes. Or help find the ppl who did them.

The Home2 Suites in Hattiesburg, Mississippi was by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in. The hotel was very nice and the service was magnificent. The manager come out every morning at breakfast and greeted everyone with a smile. She even hugged a few of her employees. She really made us at MAP, Inc feel welcome and apart of her family. All of the employees wore a smile the whole entire time. The hotel rooms were clean and they had a lot of space. The lobby area was always clean and welcoming. It will be hard for any other hotel to top the service at Home2 Suites in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. On behalf of the staff at MAP, Inc, we thank the staff at Home2 Suites in Hattiesburg from the bottom of our hearts!

The bed sheet and pillows we're to die for! Very soft. Slept like a baby.

This was my first visit at a Home2 Suites. It was roomy, and the staff were friendly. All of the pillows have down though. Also, they encourage guests to bring dogs, so you might end up next to a room that won't stop barking (like I did).

I love this hotel and it’s where I stay when I’m in town. It’s recently built so everything is new and nice. The fact that it’s connected with the Hampton gives you two choices for breakfast, which helps with my picky eaters. Home2 allows pets so it’s nice to bring my dog with us when we travel.

Clean, well laid out rooms. The front desk service is very nice, and the breakfast options are pretty good.

We’ve stayed there several times, rooms are nice & clean, staff is very welcoming, property is well kept and attractive and outside patio and pool area is well appointed! We will be back!

Rooms are new and modern. Breakfast is a little limited but healthy for the most part. It is my favorite hotel when traveling.

This brand is really consistent in quality and service from city to city. It is my go-to when given the option.

The rooms are nice, the staff is nice, but the room didn't have a shower curtain. Hopefully they've fixed that. Also, lots of finger prints on the bathroom door. The bed sleeps great!

Room was FABULOUS! Staff very professional. Shower! We love having a shower! Didn't have to help mom into tub.

Rooms were great, room service was excellent, front desk helpful. Extremely clean, and a delicious, diverse breakfast. 10/10 would recommend.

This place is amazing. Me and my wife are enjoying ourselves here. It has everything a kitchen offers minus the stove. It even has a garbage disposer. It is ranked as a 2star hotel but it really should be rated as a 4star hotel.

Very nice hotel. The room we received was surprisingly large and the beds were more comfortable than that of a typical hotel.

Everything is thoughtfully planned for a very comfortable, relaxed, environmentally-friendly atmosphere. A surprisingly low price for the suite including a kitchen! Friendly service, brown-bag breakfast if you can’t make it during the breakfast hours, modern yet cozy shared lobby areas, etc. I felt so at home right away that when I went to get ice I didn’t even realize I was in my pjs until I was half-way there — hah!

Very cozy. Rooms smelled very good n cleaned. My kids enjoyed the pool n workouts lol.

I've stayed here several times since they have bn open, I must say this has been the WORST experience ever, our room had an odor of a wet dog, the hotel was over booked so we didn't have any other options to move room, housekeeping stay waa notified so hopefully it will not have that horrible odor, to top it off I was over charged for my room stay, they say give it a few days to refund my money so in the meantime if my bills come out are they gonna pay the overcharges, hmmmm I think NOT! I'm really gonna have to think about our future stay at this hotel again.

For some reason I thought the room would have a stove as well. I don't understand the point in requiring people re register for Wi-Fi everyday, in fact it's quite annoying bc it only works for me about 1/2 the time.
Otherwise this hotel is great as everything is brand new. I really like their attempt at healthier breakfast options. The staff is very friendly. I love their black out shades and can say I feel safe staying here. I would stay here again but hope they change their internet 24 hr lease.

Convenient,, clean. Only issue sometimes is finding a front desk worker.

The check in process was very efficient and the GSA was friendly. The rooms are beautiful, but the bathroom door is very confusing. I loved the shower and the huge tv, though. Breakfast was also nice. The bagel sandwiches get soggy when you put them in the microwave, though. Maybe the process should be a little more involved like "pick a bagel, and add these to it (packages of meats, egg, cheeses, etc) " so you only have to put the innards in the microwave, not the bread. It's awesome that you can walk over to the Hampton breakfast, as well, though.

Pretty nice as far as the room goes, but still new, give it some time, due to the attitude of manager, Kammie, it won't be long before it turns into an overpriced Motel 6. Constant problems with billing, that management could not or would not resolve, the morning I checked out, the hotel tried to authorize my card for almost $780, for only 3 nights! Diamond status meant little, they wanted me to check out by noon, should have been given 2 p. M. Checkout. Would not recommend for more than a week, for 31 consecutive nights, other hotels offer tax exempt after. Washer and dryer on property, but front desk told us they didn't provide quarters? I was set to stay for about 3 mos. But the way I was called out in public, for a less than stellar review, by Kammie, the GM, and the condescending attitude shown me, caused me to cut my stay short. Breakfast is usually better at Hilton propertied, but these were terrible. I used the one working grill, there are two, a few times, but always had to clean it. My wife asked for bed linens one time, and was handed a rolled up pile, and was asked if she wanted them to make the bed, or if she would. The second day there I let staff know that the shower leaked onto the floor, the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, and the dishwasher had an issue with the top sprayer — shower never sealed, paper holder took a month to get fixed, washer never fixed. Hilton are great properties, but this one needs help!

The Home2 Suites in Hattiesburg is a new hotel. I get that, but it created a lot of problems that the staff were unable to solve and I am still struggling to correct. I was unable to locate the hotel on any website other than the Hilton website. Once I figured out how to call the hotel, I had to request a manager's assistance (Felicia) to be provided with the military rate. She took my reservation and assured me she would check to make sure I got the correct rate, even if I initially received a reservation confirmation for the full rate. When calling into the hotel, calls are directed to the Hampton Inn reception desk. Well and good, except they are unable to tell you anything or help you with ANYTHING related to the Home2 Suites. The sounded like a bunch of bumbling clowns trying to make up answers and excuses before transferring me to the other reception desk. This happened multiple times during the check-in process and has happened while I am working to receive the correct receipt for my stay. When checking in, I was provided with a key to the room I had identified on the Hilton Honors app. I made it all the way to my room and into the bathroom before there was a rapid, panicked knocking on my room door. Turns out that the room-cleaning crew had not cleared the room to be used and I had to move rooms. The building itself is nice and new and the whole building still smells vaguely of paint and carpet glue.
