Booked a hotel room at Hampton Inn & suites Columbus for a pens game, but the gov of Ohio has cancelled all indoor large events due to the Corona virus. Called the front desk to cancel my reservation and they wanted to charge a $227.00 dollar fee. Glad to see Hampton inn values profit over customer service and people's health. I would stay far away from all Hamptons Inns moving forward. Congrats on being the worst hotel out there.

Great accommodations with fantastic management and customer service. They went above and beyond to meet all the needs of the 100 guests I had staying. The continental breakfast was phenomenal.

Stayed on the second floor, very quiet from the highway, very clean room. Water didn't leave a greasy residue feel after a shower. Could hardly hear the guests in the other rooms. Easy to access to hotel from either direction of traffic. Water pressure was okay. The curtains block out most of the light.

I love staying at Hampton Inns. The rooms are very cozy and clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They guarantee a great stay or your money back.

Stayed here with a large group for 4 nights. Origianny planned to move after one night since I normally use Marriott properties, but I slept well and the hotel was nice enough so I stayed. Staff was great, breakfast was ok (couldn't keep up on coffee), bed was great. Internet was irritating. I hate getting kicked off every 24 hours. Logging all of my devices back in every day is a pain. Also would have been nice to have some USB power ports.

Very nice and clean. The eminites are great and the staff was awesome! I would recommend it to friends and family!

Nice as usual. One ding for setting the temp in my room to 65 every day I was there.

The room was nice and always done, towels came fresh ready everyday if we needed it and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I loved my stay, everyone is friendly, beds are comfortable. Just real dusty. They need to clean top and under refrigerator better and coffee pot and what it sits on. My refrigerator didn't work but they replaced it for me.

Very pleasant. New, modern facilities. The staff were friendly. My mother asked for an extra towel and they brought a whole new set! My daughter would have stayed in the pool all night. Thanks for everything.

Guy at the front desk was super nice and really great with the grandkids. We were there for graduation (crazy schedule, with 2 little ones, late nights, early mornings could have been a total disaster) but our stay was very pleasant. I would go back.

Great hotel! Very friendly staff! Attentive to my needs. Loved my room! Can not comment on breakfast as I did not eat there. Would definitely stay here again if I were ever in the area!

Very good hotel clean and nice room. Hampton signature breakfast is pretty good and price is fantastic. Miss the fifth star because other hamptons offer apples and cookies in the afternoon. I did not see that here. Other than that is great option in Colombus.

Nice beds, good breakfast, staff friendly. Room was small and no hot tube.

Can't fairly post a comment as to this date I have not lodged here. Should that change in the future and I seek their lodgings, I shall. I can say relevantly new hotel and very pleasant from outside.

This is a very nice hotel. I enjoyed my stay here & I won't look anywhere else around Columbus. This is my hotel!

Super clean and super nice. Room was nicely decorated with updates and very convenient amenities. Even had ample electric vehicle charging connections! A welcome plus for our hybrid Volvo SUV! Another consistently excellent experience where Hampton delivers yet again. We found a Hampton Inn by accident years ago and now prefer their properties over all others!

This is a great place to stay. The breakfast was good and the room comfortable.

Very nice clean and friendly very close to restaurants which is great since I will be there all week.

Desk with chair and cat5 connection should have been placed at foot of bed against wall instead of directly as you walk in door at side of bed. Not enough room for someone to sit in chair and have person pass by to go to bathroom. Large chair in room could have been a smaller simply straight chair. Also mirror should be placed on closet door with ceiling light above in order to be able to get close to shave and comb hair. Bathroom mirror to far away to see well!

Nice new hotel, I've stayed here twice for a week each over the last 2 months and the staff has been great both times. Food close by easy to find from the airport.
