Spent many nights here visiting family in Wausau. Never been disappointed.

Great place, wonderful staff.

Here for a funeral so not a happy time but the front desk staff are amazing. Friendly, courteous and recommend a place to very close which was great.

Very clean. Nice pool area & hot tub. Open late for adults only until mid nite. Great for late arrivals. Recommend!

Nice hotel. Hotel is in a quiet area. Great staff.

Wonderful location!
The swim area was phenomenal we loved that they had a child friendly pool/ zero depth area.
Breakfast was great, biscuits and gravy, eggs, Cinnabon and the pancake machine was pretty awesome (my seven year old thought it was neat) in addition to the huge variety of fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels really couldn’t ask for more!
Room was very clean, modern we loved the lighted mirror in the bathroom and the beds were soo comfortable in my seven year olds words “I slept like a bug snug in a rug”.
Definitely will stay again in the future!

While in the midst of renovations we found our room clean. Pool/hot tub/ sauna were everybody else was also clean :-) pool area very large with extra kiddie pool very nice. :-) our party is been on the road several days and stayed in many other establishments. It was one problem with one of our rooms which was resolved quickly. We will be back :-) thank you Kimberly and her stand have a great stay.

Was here for work and stayed in a king bed size room, which came with a lot of space and probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept on. Hotel itself is very nice, with a nice pool and complementary drinks in the evening in the lobby. Area around the hotel has plenty of places to eat and a target within 10 minutes of driving.

Don't often stay at the Holiday lnn Express even though they are in the midst of major remodel the staff was very pleasant and very accommodating If my travels bring me back this way again I will say again.

Very attentive and polite staff. The room was nice and clean. The pool is great. They have a kids area, a nice big pool, nice big hottub that is actually nice and hot, and a sauna! The pool deck is pretty slippery by the kids area though, so be careful. Our son slipped and hit his head and we saw a few other kids fall the next morning. The staff was so helpful when our son fell. Thank you!

The accommodations are modern and clean, and in a great location. It's a short drive from some beautiful locations like Rib Mountain State Park. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Newly Renovated… rooms are excellent .! I stay here for 3 week rotations… no issues — friendly staff, decent breakfast and good pool/hottub.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, after my husband went into the hot tub, he came out with a rash. When I called the front desk to let them know that they may need to clean the hot tub. Kim told me that they do clean it and hung up. We will not be going back since we are not trusting of the pool facilities and the uncaringness of the staff about the issue.

The breakfast options were surprisingly diverse and not to mention healthy! I mean, who creates an egg white & pepper omlet for a substitute, what a great place. My only gripe is that I'm apparently too weak to pull the sheets off the corners of the bed I was in. Also, the pool area is very nice.

Stayed in the suite and friend stayed in normal room. Both rooms very clean and modern. The staff was exceptionally nice. I really liked the location close to everything. Walking distance from mall Culvers and other things. Had a TV in suite bathroom which I thought was cool. Came here for working during hunting season.

Would love to give a 5 star review because the hotel is very nice an clean. However their customer service is not good. I had a question for the front desk and Jen was extremely rude and confrontational. I was taken off guard by her reaction so I was speechless and she continued on with more annoyance until I just walked away but not before asking her name. I travel a lot and am extremely surprised at how I was treated.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Right now there is free beer and cheese Monday through Thursday from 5 to 7 p. M. Every day. The restaurant across the road is amazing and I'm walking distance. Staff is knowledgeable about local fare.

Stay here whenever I'm in the area. Clean hotel with friendly staff. Fitness room has more than one treadmill and one elliptical. Large pool and hot tub with a kiddie pool too.

Beware! there are thieves in housekeeping. The housing manager is reluctant to help customers retrieve their items, or is unethically covering for deviant employee (s) Still want my Bose speaker back.

Great service and clean rooms. Front desk was always very helpful. I love that if you forget anything small on your trip, like a toothbrush, or toothpaste, they will give you a complimentary one.

Was ok for one night. Pretty loud. Could use a deep clean of the hallway carpets.

The room was very clean. The price was reasonable. The location of the hotel is easily accessible from the highway and is within minutes of downtown.

First time in Weston, WI … The staff went above & beyond to provide an exceptional customer experience. Great prices & friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting.

The staff is lovely, the location is good, the cleaning average or less.

One think I will comment on will be the pillows. I should have brought my own along. The pillows are the foam type, which raises your head to an awkward position that raises your head way too much. I own My Pillow, and I miss that one! The mattress is ok, but use your own pillows. Have not tried breakfast yet. I am typing this way too early for breakfast time.
Breakfast was great! I loved the Turkey patties, pancakes, scrambled eggs, coffee. Many more choices available!

Love the little snack bar, just had some popcorn with my movie. Room is clean and there is a random TV in the bathroom just incase you couldnt miss a second of what youre watching. Waht youd expect out of a holiday inn though.

Ive stayed here twice now. I have never had a problem. I do appreciate the fridge in the room though.

Comfortable King bed. Nice indoor door pool and whirlpool. Friendly staff.

Good standard HIE. Staff are always friendly. Great breakfast and clean rooms. Only complaint is that the Wi-Fi is always terrible. If you have anything you need done with a signal, forget it. Have stayed here multiple times and it's never gotten better.

Great service and breakfast. Major complaint: they have the thermostat set at a very high temperature and do not allow guests to adjust it, I'm guessing they do this to save money on air conditioning. This meant that our room was super stuffy and hot with stagnant air. Very uncomfortable.

Rooms are nicely decorated with up to date furnishings. Staff is pleasant. They have managers socials Monday's to Thursday's with free drinks.

Well kept hotel with a very friendly and fast to respond staff. The managers special is a definite plus.

Nice clean room. Bathroom was very large and had an Lcd TV in it. Shower head was garbage. Free breakfast was a nice touch. AC uniy in the room was inadequate in my opinion.

Great staff, great rooms, manager's reception. All in all fantastic experience.

Booked a 2 bedroom suite. Only one bathroom. At minimum sink should be separate from toilet and tub. Housekeeping staff was rude. Housekeeping carts stored in front of ice and vending machines making them inaccesible. Pool needs to be monitored. Pool rules ignored by other guests with toddlers in the whirlpool when minimum age rule was clearly posted less than 6 feet from whirl pool entrance. Recommend having a time cut off. Kids out at a specific time to allow non parents to enjoy the facilities without being splashed or getting beach balls to the face. Windows need to be updated as they leak. Disappointed. Front desk employees were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with many hot and cold options. Rooms are clean and mostly comfortable. Would come back but expectations would be lower.

This Holiday Inn is clean but has very poor Wi-Fi. As a business traveler my needs are simple. I need Wi-Fi and power outlets and this place is lacking both. The staff was nice and the hotel is clean. It's located in a safe location.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. However, we were very tired and expected a good night sleep. There was a motor running and it sounded like a hot tub. The noise would go off and on in one to two minute intervals. We called the front desk at 4 am and she could not fix it. Morning staff was not too concerned about the situation. They did do a minimal price adjustment for a sleepless night.
