Great place to stay… Good location. Very close to the zoo.

The rooms are okay and clean, but did not have a fridge. The furniture could probably be updated one of these days. Shuttle to the ball game was very convenient and appreciated. The hostess at breakfast was not very friendly but a waitress named Denise was incredible and made up for it. Housekeeping was very friendly. Overall hotel was nice. I would like to see a few improvements but we would stay again.

Checked in on a Saturday at 3 pm. It was a little hectic and busy with two weddings and the Milwaukee Brewers playing at 6 but Jazz was professional and able to get us checked in quickly. The rooms are very clean and the pillows and beds very comfortable. There wasn’t a fridge or microwave though. We didn’t need it though. The only problem we ran into was our breakfast form was not picked up for the next morning. However when I went to the front desk Susan quickly took care of it and we had our breakfast delivered to our room within 20 mins. I would most definitely stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful and well appointed, in a great location. However, they have problems with water in front of the elevators probably from people dripping wet from the pool, or spilled drinks. The floor is white marble. I have stayed there more than once and this seems to be a reoccurring issue. This last visit I fell and twisted my ankle, and when I notified the front desk, no one took the time to clean it up, a simple towel would have worked. I lost a day of work because of it, and when I called to ask that my room be reimbursed, all they offered was a $50 credit on my next stay. I asked to be contacted by corporate, and I am still waiting for a response. Not pleased with how the staff has handled this. Particularly when the manager on staff refused to come to the phone when I called, making a staff member do relay while I waited extensively on hold for answers to come back.

Very nice facility. Friendly staff. The curticy breakfast looked really good but didn't have time. The restaurant had already closed but we where there for military send off, They let us come in and order. The server was very nice. Rooms cleaned very nice with supplies stocked. I would stay there again.

Stayed several days here on a pleasure trip. It is about 10-15 minutes to almost anywhere in Milwaukee. We were attending an event at the Wisconsin State Fair grounds and it was only a short distance away. We also visited the downtown area and it was also convenient. My only complaint is that the restaurant in the hotel was not very good so we went out to eat at other places. The room and service were above average. I would stay there again.

The hotel was nice. Suites were clean and spacious. Bar and restaurant staff were nice and food reasonably priced. Front desk staff were friendly as well. Only 4 stars because the bedding was like sandpaper! That also made the loud so every movement was painfully noted.

The location was perfect for our planned activities. The best part was the shuttle that was available to take us around. The restaurant was also good.

Nice stay overall. They have a great staff here providing top notch service. The location has good access to get around town.

I like this place a lot. It’s been here a while but they keep it up we’ll. Good staff who treats us well.

Haven't been inside the rooms but from what I've seen it's a very nice hotel. Nice bar with a great looking menu. Staff is pleasant.

Great place. Very convenient for the game. Shuttle service was very nice. Hotel was very accommodating to both Cubs and Brewers fans.

Descent rates nice resteraunt king beds are great. But as most hotels bring your own pillows you will be happy you did.

Was at the Crowne Plaza today for a dental seminar. Just wanted to say that the food service did a great job. Loved Karen❤️She totally made my day! Made sure we had everything we needed. Also, I Loved that she addressed people by there names (since we were wearing name tags). Above and beyond.

We stayed here recently for two nights. The property is well maintained and the rooms were quite nice. Our only issue was with the beds — they were very uncomfortable!

Very spacious, comfortable. Nice bathroom products. Can't say much as to the price because company payed for it. Overall a positive experience.

Great accommodations and good price. Hotel bar can be a fun place to hangout if there's a decent crowd.

Hotel was very nice and hotel staff were friendly but the restaurant staff were very rude. Arrived at 10 am for breakfast which goes til 1030, but waitress told us brunch was starting now so the price jumped from $13 per person to $20 person. We left and went to Denny’s and ate breakfast for $9 and it was great! To top it off, as our hotel group which was 7 people, was leaving the waitress was seating two men and giving them the breakfast menu options.

The room was very comfortable and the staff was friendly! For a quick stay just outside Milwaukee it worked out great!

I come here monthly for a work event. The wait staff is so pleasant and friendly. The facility is always clean and cozy. No matter how busy it is, parking is always available.

I was there for a professional event. The hotel lobby is nice an updated. The front staff was friendly and helped direct me to where I was going. The sounds speaker in the conference room were perfect, which is very important for a conference. The food was delicious!

This was my first time at this place with my church family for our Christmas party and it was fantastic the food was excellent, we had a lot of fun even though it was freezing cold it never stop us from going, it was a lot of us the place was very nice and spacious I liked it and I would definitely go there again. Not to mention your great staff. Thank you crown plaza for intertaining Bethe tabernacle worship Center you guys rock!

The Crowne Plaza was a great place to stay. They were beyond accommodating with all of our needs, from extra towels to the forgotten toothbrush. I would recommend the Crowne Plaza for your stay.

Spacious rooms. Courtesy shuttle was great. Breakfast far better than usual complimentary breakfast. Had a minor issue with my room key not working — — was told that the staff didn't 'fully' check me in. Issue resolved quickly.

Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was outstanding, very friendly and helpful. We especially liked their shuttle service which will take you anywhere within a 5 mile radius, including Miller Park and Milwaukee County Zoo. Greatly place to stay!

Good location.

We were staying at the Crowne Plaza Milwaukee West after our wedding. The bartender was happy and helpful as well as the shuttle and the front desk! Every worker that we encountered throughout our weekend was very nice, helpful, and respectful! We had a very good time!

No complaints. Everything was excellent. Highly recommended. I look forward to my next stay.

Was there six year ago when got married. We come back once month for bunch. My bend there last six mother day. Love change you many keep up good work.

Service was great. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Hallways didn't have a strange odor. Overall really enjoyed the stay.

Stayed here for a recent work trip. The staff were very friendly, especially PJ who was our shuttle driver for dinner. He made the short 1.5 mile drive fun for us all. The beds and pillows were comfy, room was clean and the shower had excellent water pressure. I definitely recommend this hotel for an affordable option. There's also a nice nature path walk behind the hotel if you need to stretch your legs after a long travel/work day!

Very nice upgrade to this hotel — low key and very accommodating! If you are a runner trails behind the hotel are pretty good — wish they had bikes to rent too. Rooms are bit small and TV had to be rebooted a few times to work. Bigger TV would have been nice too but overall not bad for an overnight stay or 2.

After checking out 9 other Milwaukee area venues, we decided on the Crowne Plaza. Exceptional service for our daughter's wedding. We spent 5 days at the hotel and the entire staff made the event perfect and stress free. 200 guests, special menus due to allergies, special desserts and alcohol because of traditions were all seamlessly woven into the event. We had props for both the service and the reception, a video message and PowerPoint show for the reception… and we were from Missouri so most of our correspondence was via emails. This venue is well worth the money! Special thanks to Veronica, our coordinator and to Teri, our catering manager for a job well done from one very happy mother of the bride!

The staff was friendly and helpful, even at the busiest of times. They all knew the hotel well as well as the community. Everyone: cleaners, bell-staff, hosts, wait-staff, everyone, were wonderful to us. The hotel was full and busy but we never felt rushed or like we were not important. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and the staff was friendly and helpful but I have to say I wasn't too impressed by the food and pool/whirlpool. I ordered a salad and I found sand at the bottom of my plate, like the salad wasn't rinsed and I found a hair in it. Breakfast was good, no complaints. The pool/whirlpool was way too salty and way too much chlorine added. It burned my eyes right when u walk into the pool room. The pillows could be larger. If there's a next time, we will bring our own pillows and eat somewhere else. I won't consider swimming either.

If you have deep pockets or a solid travel budget, this is a great hotel in a great location. I'm not a fan of the ambience, but the service is so over the top that I can get over the floral wall paper.

3 because of no laundry room Overpriced restaurant … a hamburger is $14. Sorry, (Its not THAT good). They also need to realize kids are noisy… and they shouldn't put them in rooms next to people without kids. Families belong on a different floor. Otherwise, the workout room and pool area was nice. Staff was awesome. I did hear a guy complain that someone opened his mail though. He must've been there for awhile.

Not worth. Am disappointed. Breakfast was not included and breakfast buffet was mediocre. Food was not not even hot. Room was nice but they shud put mini fridge and water bottle in the room.

When you look closer beneath the veneer of fanciness you'll find some disappointment. Our room didn't get all the channels advertised. The room was a bit dirty. The breakfast buffet was mediocre at best.

We just had a great weekend at the Crowne Plaza. Each person we met was nicer than the last. All were extremely helpful and friendly. Great pool for kids. Would recommend it — highly! Jacob was also the bomb manager!

I went to an event for my work and the hotel employees are always friendly and help the visitors.

I attended a meeting there. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The food was excellent.

Located close to major hospital. Reasonable price. Nice room & amenities. Restaurant pretty good. Friendly service & staff.

The only place to stay in the area. Convenient location, wonderful staff, clean and well-appointed rooms. Accessible rooms are very functional and comfortable. The Crowne is our home away from home when visiting the area. Lots of little extras and pleasant amenities.

Excellent business class rooms, very clean, fresh linens daily, energetic staff, excellent gym with a variety of work out equipment. The pool looked clean, but did not bring a suit. Dinning was only drawback, two of three nights, they served my main meal medium to Luke warm, due to having the salad bar. I believe that it was cooked and done well before I finished my salad. Other than that I have 2 more nights of stay.
