Nicely remodeled place. I was upgraded to a king bed. Nice hardwood floors. WI-FI (even the paid high speed) is terrible. If you need to download anything do it before you go!

Not clean, old food in the sink that was rotten. Smelled horrible. Had to switch rooms due to the fridge not working. Next room was just as dirty and we ended up having to leave at 1 in the morning due to BED BUGS crawling on us. When we told the front desk they said in the past 6months they have had 5+ cases of BED BUGS.

Didn't like the staff… we stayed three nights and didn't get room service. There was a worker on the main floor who gave us attitude. We had just arrived after driving 9 hours and wanted to just get a room and sleep. We sat in the lobby to wait on the rooms but a worker gave us attitude. We didn't even get breakfast in the morning. If we ever visit the city again, we will avoid this hotel at all cost.

Great price. The staff was all friendly. It would have been nice if there was a listing of local delivery/stores in the room. The room was clean besides under the bed. There also wasn't an ice bucket in the room. Not many channels on the TV.

Hotel was def no frills but unlike other reviewers I thought it was clean enough. The kitchenette (or that area of the room) makes a lot of noises and I was afraid they would wake me up but I slept fine. You have to ask the front desk for cups and plates and such which I actually appreciated because I always wonder about kitchenettes that come pre-stocked. I didn't actually use the kitchenett to prepare food in but it seemed cheaply made. I don't remember seeing a coffee pot. Check-in and check out were fast and easy. The "Breakfast" isn't really worth mentioning. Some granola bars and coffee with only sweetened creamer options. I also didn't explore but the only community "lounge" area seemed to consist of a few chairs by the elevator.

Needs better signage for people unfamiliar with location. Once you find it, excellent experience.

It's a perfect place to save money if you only intend to stay for a short period of time. It is generally clean. Although it doesn't smell as nice as some nicer hotels.

This place is awesome. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean and maintained. Only reason it is not 5 stars is that it was hard to find. It is secluded on top of a hill behind a Dennys.

Stay is good but w. R. T. Breakfast the hotel does not offer much other than coffee and oat granular bar. I have seen other hotels of low value offering fruits, milk, yogurt, bread butter and lots of different muffins.

Simple but yet luxurious. Quiet and relaxing, especially in the winter with the snow coming down heavy. Never been so relaxed in a long time.

Room amenities were a little outdated but very clean. There is currently constructing in the parking lot but there's still adequate parking available. Bathroom was very decent, the shower was clean and had consistent water pressure and temperature. The breakfast cart had coffee, hot water, oatmeal, and granola bars. There coffee when we checked in at 4:00pm but I don't think it was particularly fresh. The location was very convenient to the interstate.

What you would expect from extended Stay. Breakfast is just cereal bars and coffee. The rooms are average. TV is a 19 inch. Refrigerator and microwave and cooktop. Only clean your room once a week.

If youre looking to take a hot shower. Don't come here. Stayed for two days and never got a drop of hot water out of the shower. Also no pool here, or in the holiday inn located right next to it.

Rooms are adequate. I was placed in a room next to a room with a pet and the barking/whining was easy to hear and woke me up multiple times in the morning. I loved that the room had a full size fridge and microwave. The room could use some upgrades. Old, loud buzzing lamps and lack of easily accessible outlets for plugging in phones were missing. The mattress was comfortable but the pillows were not. Overall, I had an okay stay — decided to stay here mostly for the pricing deal I got.

Good one. You have all facility like kitchen, utensils, microwave, fridge etc. Clothes can be given for washing which they charge a little. Room and bathroom cleanliness are very good.

A bit hard to find. Decent rooms, decent staff, grab and go breakfast is good enough for a snack.

Stayed here for 2 weeks as part of a business visit, pretty nice ambience, good rooms with clean sheets, fresh towels and clean bathrooms. Breakfast options are not great, just coffee and muffins so don't have high expectations on the complementary breakfast.

We booked it for five nights and only stayed for one. The staff was very nice and polite however the condition of the hotel and room was disappointing and below what we would expect for an extended stay hotel. We transferred to the Brookfield location and were very happy with the accommodations at this location.

There are better hotels in the world, go stay at one. Mattress liners had multiple large stains in the first room. Requested to be moved and the staff was quite helpful. Second room liner still had scattered stains but was acceptable. Sheets are basically burlap with the blanket you use to cover the couch from pet hair on it. Clean but low quality. Rooms seemed recently renovated but still had excessive wear and tear. Had to stay here for work.

Good service, it is good to stay longer here. It is really like an apartment, with kitchen big refrigerator not like in other hotels. Breakfast oatmeal, hot chocolate or/and coffee and cup cakes.

Not a good place to stay with family. As this is an extended stay, you will get housekeeping once in a week. Also if you have given credit card as mode of payment, they can charge anytime without your knowledge which happened with me. I got to know when I got notification from my bank. It's right next to I 41 FREEWAY, and since it is very cheap, you will get not so good population in the hotel.

Front desk staff were extremely friendly, and the room was spacious. I loved having a full sized fridge!

The rooms are nice and clean and it's great that they allow for pets but the pet fee is ridiculous. They charge 25+tax each day up to 150. Most places charge one fee per stay. If you have a pet maybe find a place with cheaper pet fees.

Gross! My son had an accident in the bed. I asked if they could be sure to change all the bedding on the one bed we left unmade because, our son had an accident. The employee said they only service rooms once every seven days. I explained this was a special situation… with reluctance she agreed. When we returned 12-hrs later the room was not serviced but the bed was half way made that we requested to have the linen exchanged. Since they said they only service rooms once every seven days, we purchased a waterproof bed liner prepared to wash the linens ourselves if he had an accident again. I pulled the sheets back to lay the waterproof Berliner and discovered they did not change the mattress cover and it was covered with old LARGE piss stains. Horrible extended stay facility. Should be embarrassed. Hyatt House got the concept right… Extended Stay America is by far the worst extended stay facility we have ever experienced.

Here are two reviews taken from Innflux. Extended Stays provider of choice. One day, the stupid management will realize they are losing A LOT of business and money for not providing enough internet for an EXTENDED stay. I complained to my hotel about the internet. Amazingly they told me to contact their service provider (innflux) They confirmed what I already knew, that it was not a connection issue but a provider issue. Innflux is providing Extended Stay America guests with 100 KB/s of internet speed! This allows Extended Stay America to advertise free Wi-Fi without being nailed for false advertising and Innflux to make money off "upgrading". If you check into an Extended Stay America hotel you can forget about Facetiming, Skyping, Snapchating or any type of video message to your loved ones while you are away on your EXTENDED stay. 100KB/s is actually WORSE than 1997 dial up speeds. You cannot even update your OS because the connection usually fails OR it will take at least three hours. I'm willing to bet you cannot even BUY this speed in the rest of the developed world… but America has a free market. I really wish the FCC would put something in place to stop these criminals These are the people behind Innflux. Innflux is the reason that the "free internet" in your hotel room runs like you are in North Korea… Unless you pay, of course (yes, pay for the "free internet"), then you get variable speeds ranging from "somewhat acceptable" to "barely usable".

The best out of many Extended stay hotels that I have visited. My room was clean. No complaints.

Well laid out ample parking easy to find.

Crappy internet! Only thing that's good about the hotel is it has kitchenette. No pool; no fitness center. There is "free Wi-Fi" which will ask you to upgrade to faster Internet by paying extra money. After a night's stay, I was open to doing that but it won't even the load the page for me to upgrade the internet. It was that slow. No excuse to provide crappy Internet service in hotels in 2015.

Okay for the price… experienced few issues though during my stay.

My experience in this hotel: 1. The room heater blows cold air into the room. Multiple complaints have no effect. If you like to sleep in the open, in Antarctica, in mid winter, this is the place. 2. Internet is perhaps slower than it is in 3rd world countries. Shockingly slow. 3. The hotel decor in the hotel feels like you are in a dark dungeon. Poor choice of dark colors and smelly, dirty corridors. 4. If you are in 2nd floor, you will not be able to sleep if the room above you has some one who is fond of running around the room at odd times with massive thud noises. Multiple calls to front desk meet with the same callous response, "We will check it out". Nothing will be resolved. 5. The cleaning of the room once a week has these highlights. The owen was not cleaned despite multiple reminders, soaps were not replaced at times, the tables and lamps are covered in fine dust near the edges. The rooms are not cleaned properly. 6. Some of the staff are unfriendly, not courteous. This will be more obvious when you call them over the phone. 7. After 7 pm, if you need to call front desk, you will realize that the phone calls from the room may not get answered at times. The standard answer will be the phone did not ring. 8. There is grab and go breakfast which is helpful. But suddenly, they run out of coffee cups, sugar. 9. You will need quarters to use the washing machines. The front desk may or may not have the change.

I enjoyed my stay tremendously, only due to the front desk attendant Matt. I travel frequently for business and he was more helpful then anyone I've ever met at other hotels. I will stay here again however I will want to make sure that Matt is still an employee.

It's a little stinky in here and dingy enough where it feels dirty. I've had much worse and it's a place to crash for the night, but I can't imagine staying here long-term. This just seems like an older hotel that could use some updates. And a better maintenance crew. I heard everyone in the hallway, so I wasn't very well-rested. To be called a 'full kitchen' is minimally exceptional. There's no oven' unless you include the microwave/convection oven an oven. Which is like calling an Easy-Bake Oven a Professional Grade Oven.

Went in expecting something closer to whats posted online. They messed up our billing to the point they locked us out of our rooms. No cleaning or fresh towels. Very poor internet service. No oven in a full kitchen? Previous customers have been smoking in room. The worst thing is that the local railroad uses this hotel and they are loud and up all night. We stayed on the second floor and the railroad guys have a breakroom on the third floor where they stay up all night drinking and carrying on. Took 5 angry calls to the front desk to resolve the problem. Last but not least the beds suck! There are other places to stay in the area, all should be better than this place.

The worst thing about the place is you have to pay extra for internet, which is ridiculously slow. The advertised "full" kitchen doesn't have an oven, which wouldn't be a big deal if they didn't claim I was a full kitchen. You have to pay if you want them to clean your room more than once a week, and unlike most hotels there's no free breakfast. Also, the rooms are not particularly clean, and are smaller than a room at Motel 6. The rooms are badly insulated, and finally, whoever cleaned my room smoked in the bathroom while they were there, and the smell was still in there when I left 2 days later. Avoid this hotel if at all possible.
