I think it would be a good idea if the three bears redirect some of their budget from expansion and excessive booking of families like their sardines, into upkeep and maintenance instead, they have so many people booked all the time that everything looks like it gets wiped down quick but never actually cleaned. Especially in the pool area, which feels like they compensate by using 3 times the normal amount of pool chemicals that other pools use, many in my group got rashes an…d sore throats and some of us were only in the pool a few hours (deciding not to get back in after the experience). And speaking of excessive booking, we had reserved a specific villa in advance, and it was confirmed ours, but I think the management at the three bears might need a dictionary to look up what confirmed means because when we arrived, they said they were moving us to a different villa because they sold the first one.
Sold it. Not even rented it to another family, sold it to someone else to own. Why are you taking rental reservations on villas that are for sale? Also they could stand to take some sand paper to the bottom of their pool, I went with a group of 14 people and almost every one of us had bandaid covered feet after just one day in what I call "the sharpest lazy river in Wisconsin". I understand having things grippy but there is no reason for it to be able to cut people and shred a toe like a cheese grater. Otherwise fine tho. I would talk about any of the positive things that happened but I've been reading how the resort responds to criticism on these reviews and if I say 9 bad things happen and just one good thing they'll reply with.
"gee, sorry something bad happened, but we're so glad that 1 good thing happened! See you next year! "
So I'm not going to give that opening. You all need to actually improve your resort and not just placate the people who don't give it 5 stars.
