Fun place to visit for family. If you want to be away from the summer crowd of Wisconsin dell then you must visit this resort. Great amenities. The waterpark is big and clean. Nice size of outdoor pool is a plus. Unfortunately they need to improve the housekeeping service otherwise I would give 5 stars.

Stayed here in an emergency during recent flooding (could not reach home), so we didn't experience the resort much. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The rooms were fine. The rest of the resort looks fun, but we had to get back on the road before we could explore to far.

Very family oriented. Nice place to bring your kids without the stress of a big water park adventure. Staff is pleasant and very accommodating to our needs. For sure will be back again at least till the kids get older. This is for sure a great place for families with kids that may have some Special Needs and need some extra assistance. Life guards I have to mention have be wonderful. Best I've seen in a lot of my travels. Very helpful and never hesitant when there has been a worry being that it is out first water park experience.

Awesome! First time booking three bears lodge. The facility is great! Pool was perfect for my kids. The pizza was delicious and comes out within 10mins great for kids lol, The food in the restaurant was great. Rooms were clean and up to date. We will be back for sure!

To say this place is Awesome would be to fall short in descriptions. There is truly something for everyone. It's a hidden gem close to the dells without the hustle and bustle or the price tag. The facility is well cleaned and maintained. Our family is looking forward to our next visit which couldn't be soon enough!

This is our third year here. We absolutely love it! Great place for kids of all ages, and I mean that since mine are very young and there's lots to do, but I can picture us coming here for another 18+ years! My only gripe is all of the fire pits have built-in grills that have all been driven over and mangled through the years so this year I brought a tripod hanging grill and now we're living like kings! Awesome place with too much to do, or at least list in this review. 11/10

Great place for a family vacation. Not crowd, which I love. Staff was friendly and professional. Rooms were comfortable for my family of six but the didn't like that they have Direct TV. It was a storm and all internet and TV was unavailable my only complaint.

Three Bears Resort was amazing! We called and booked using a deal on the web site for a very reasonable rate. The indoor and outdoor waterparks were the perfect fit for our three kids (aged 5, 6 and 8). We spent two days enjoying the various water slides, the lazy river and small wave pool. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. We stayed in the Queen suite which included an additional seating area and TV. We will be back and recommend Three Bears for sure.

It was okay. Wouldn’t recommend it for older kids. Our kids were 10, 10, and 4. They were entertained. Food was reasonably priced. Lifeguard staff isn’t overly attentive. Place could use some updating. Kiddie pool was shut down and the big dump bucket didn’t work. It was okay… probably won’t be back.

I think it would be a good idea if the three bears redirect some of their budget from expansion and excessive booking of families like their sardines, into upkeep and maintenance instead, they have so many people booked all the time that everything looks like it gets wiped down quick but never actually cleaned. Especially in the pool area, which feels like they compensate by using 3 times the normal amount of pool chemicals that other pools use, many in my group got rashes an…d sore throats and some of us were only in the pool a few hours (deciding not to get back in after the experience). And speaking of excessive booking, we had reserved a specific villa in advance, and it was confirmed ours, but I think the management at the three bears might need a dictionary to look up what confirmed means because when we arrived, they said they were moving us to a different villa because they sold the first one.
Sold it. Not even rented it to another family, sold it to someone else to own. Why are you taking rental reservations on villas that are for sale? Also they could stand to take some sand paper to the bottom of their pool, I went with a group of 14 people and almost every one of us had bandaid covered feet after just one day in what I call "the sharpest lazy river in Wisconsin". I understand having things grippy but there is no reason for it to be able to cut people and shred a toe like a cheese grater. Otherwise fine tho.

We had such a great three days here. My children are 1, 4 and 8. They all had such a blast at the water parks. Every lifeguard and staff member that I talked to were extremely nice and helpful. It was not overly crowded so felt comfortable with my kids running around and playing. We definitely plan on returning in the future.

We rented a cabin here no longer owned by the resort itself, so we only went swimming at the actual resort. It was on the smaller side, and the outdoor part was closed. It was cloudy and sprinkled a little but it would have been fun anyway outdoors. Price for swimming admission was expensive! Paid $42.20 for total of two people. Overall it was okay.

It's pretty nice and the water areas are ok. It looks huge on the website but it's not, pretty small actually. All the swimming areas are well cleaned and taken care of, 4 slides inside and 2 outside. Nothing truly amazing by any stretch of the mind but nothing awful either. The rentals around the property look awesome but we stayed in the main hotel. It's also nice and the family suits are great… only issue I have is irresponsible f'en parents that let their kids stomp and run on upper floors at 6am. Not the resorts fault, just the normal oblivious idiots that herd in the population with the rest of us.

Had a great time with our family at Three Bears. The staff was very nice, lobby was spacious and welcoming. The waterpark was a blast for our boys 16, 8 and 3 something for all. No crazy waits and they have both a indoor and outdoor facility. We really really spent alot of time at the indoor so much fun! The newer mini golf was very nice 18 hole course and we got some comp tokens at check-in so that's a bonus. The kids enjoyed the Lazer Maze attraction which also was "free" due to the challenges completed at the resort. Daily activities which we're fun. The younger ones really enjoyed the Bear visit and the bear paw stamps they got. Recommend the breakfast package… good food and changed it up a little each day. Good pricing all around the resort nothing was jacked up like many do. Recommend doing the happy hour to get good deals on appetizers. 1st time visitors but we will be back!

Had a lot of fun at Three Bears. The rooms were clean and the whole experience was a great value. The mini golf was a lot of fun. Could use some updating in certain areas.

The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful throughout our entire stay. Our room was average, I noted some drainflies, normal for the season but gross nonetheless. My only complaint with the accommodations was with a housekeeper that took her smoking break in the neighboring hotel room. She stood at the sliding door but with the room door wide open so the cigerette smell just drafted down the hall. The indoor and outdoor water parks were small but fun and their new mini golf course was fun for the one free game we were granted. However, their life guards are obviously bored, often sitting, and at times the boys are just flirting or showboating and not attentive to their duties. I think we may come back to Three Bears, but hopefully some changes are made to make this a spectacular stay.

We stayed for a night and it was great. Easy to get to, with lots of different water activities. The only downside was no Continental breakfast and the cafe where you could buy breakfast items was not open.

When's here for a field trip, with middle school age children. We were the only ones there, so that made it a lot of fun. The water slides are cute, but not for older kids. There is a restaurant inside that serves pizza and nachos, the pizza is very expensive and gross. There were signs everywhere saying you could not carry in your own food, so you are stuck with that stuff. The outdoor area was not opened up, because there was not enough lifeguards.

The resort was very clean and well kept up. The indoor water park was very kid friendly But outside pool closed, they had No activities going for the kids, Mini golf was closed most days and most if not all restaurants where closed or had very limited hours. Not anything like website told us. In late June was very surprising to us.

We just left Three Bears Resort and cannot stop talking about how awesome it is! We live near the Dells and will definitely choose Three Bears again even over the big parks in the Dells. Super friendly staff and great family atmosphere. The customer service was amazing, and Cody at the front desk went above and beyond for us on multiple occasions. The water park and arcade has something for everyone and you can get there in one minute from the room, so it was very convenient to bring our 8 month old back to the room when he got tired! Thank you Three Bears!

This place is me and my kids second home! We love coming here and spending our time in the water park and enjoying our time with no phones or electrical devices. The staff is super friendly and I appreciate that the staff are friendly, nice and enjoy doing there job. I will always come back!

How would you like a weekend getaway to feel right at home complete with dirty linens, leftovers in the kitchen, and last week’s garbage waiting (indefinitely) to be taken out? Oh and did I mention wildlife right inside your room? Then look no further than Three Bears Lodge in Warrens, WI. This place may be booming with tourists in the summer, but rest assured they staff the resort with the F squad in the winter. Upon arrival to our “villa” we were immediately met with a sidewalk that was completely iced over and garbage that had clearly been there for more than a few days as it was frozen solid to the ground and had to be removed with a shovel. For those who don’t know — there is no reasonable excuse that taking out the garbage should ever require a shovel. To be fair, I can’t fault the people who threw their garbage outside freely (not in a garbage bag) because we were given only one garbage bag for 2 nights with 10 people. I’m no math expert but that doesn’t add up. Next we opened the former “entertainment center” which has clearly now been used to house the last guests dirty linens. Literally just stuffed in there… couldn’t even pass as clean linens… thank God. But wait… the villa gets better… depending on your appetite. There was a half eaten bag of chips in the kitchen cabinet. Perhaps if you had the munchies this would be a delightful surprise, but to the common family renting a villa, this wreaked of a lack of attention to detail.

Three Bears Resort was an amazing destination for myself and the group I was with. They offered the perfect set up for a large group, with large connected cabins so no one was left out. The water park was a fun escape with a wave pool, lazy river, water slides, an indoor/outdoor hot tub and more! Perfect for a February weekend when we are all tired of the cold. If you are looking for a fun, relaxing, get away with family or friends this is the perfect place!

First of all it's a nice place with lots of log work all around the outside and inside the front entrance. The beds are ok. But not that comfortable. Their eatery inside is kinda expensive for a family of 4 to eat breakfast. Only the buffet is open for breakfast and we spent $40 for 4 people. The pub was good for an evening to hangout. Got a decent selection of wines and beers. Had a brat burger with a side of fried cheese curds and that was good. The water slides are so much fun for the kids. The big ones for the tubes are the best ones to go on. Overall good place for a family to hangout on a weekend.

I've applied several times, had several interview. No matter how many owners it goes threw don't seem like they need much help. Even though they post ads saying in need of help and help wanted.

I loved going to three bears resort. There were some things I thought was a little of like at the restaurant downstairs delicious but there service is interesting some seats are open to the front entrance. The arcade up stairs is neat and I like the way the return-tickets-for-prizes is it was just hard for me to choose. It was such a great experience.

I stayed in one of the larger villas for an extended family getaway. The villa was clean, fairly roomy, had all of the cooking utensils and appliances we needed but was pretty basic. Not luxurious by any means. The water park was nice with lots of areas for smaller kids which was perfect for our families. Bar staff at the cranbrew pub we're super flippant about everything and didn't want to actually make a cocktail (just pour beer) which was annoying. If you go there expecting a quiet, mediocre Wisconsin resort (which honestly we we're) for an affordable family getaway, you won't be disappointed.

A great place to escape for the weekend, away from even the resort chaos of the Wisconsin Dells. Three Bears Lodge offers both a resort style hotel or cabins which can be rented out for large family gatherings, as mine did. The cabin rooms were spacious and accommodated the separate families within the larger cabin. With all of us sharing the spaces, we ended up with quite the deal, especially for a resort. The water park was a great way to kick back, although it is definitely geared towards young kids. This was my second stay at Three Bears and probably not my last!

Nice resort to get away to. Didn't try out the water park but the room was very nice (king sized suit w/Whirlpool). They also have a couple of restaurants on site. The fish at the brewery pub was cooked fast and quite tasty. There were definitely kids running up and down the hallway but the quiet hours were respected so it wasn't a big deal. Would definitely recommend.
