This is a very nice hotel an excellent view and be like rich.

Had a good extended stay this weekend. The rooms were average and the 10:30 default checkout left something to be desired but the bar and restaurant were great! Jose, Mary, and the rest of the staff took good care of us. Great people who know what they’re doing!

My husband and I stayed over the weekend. While the location is great and our room had a beautiful view, this is a lightly refurbished hotel (lobby looks great, but rooms were sort of old and dingy, horrible bathroom. ) And when we checked in at 9pm we went to our room and they had given us a room that was already occupied. I’m glad no one was in the room when we entered so we didn’t scare anyone, but in the age of COVID plus safety concerns, I have to say it made me uneasy for the rest of our stay. When they gave us a different room the key didn’t work. Best part of our room was the view.

The service was friendly, food was scrumptious, and the view was breathtaking. Totally a place to not miss in the Dells!

My first time here and will definitely be my new go to in the Dells. Room is super clean and comfortable. Everyone is super sweet. I do not know why it is not letting me give them 5 stars. I highly recommend here.

Very unimpressed. The service was terrible. Our waitress took our drink order. Then disappeared for a while and eventually came back to take our food order. When our food came, she never returned to us, at all. Now I understand that Covid had an impact on staffing, but this was not the reason. We watched her go to other tables. If we wanted more drinks we had to go to the bar and order them ourselves. Our bartender was a hit or miss because she would disappear. And when she was there, she was incredible rude and very unprofessional. If the poor service and MIA bartender wasn't enough, the food was not good at all. Not worth it at all. Didn't even want to take it home. Never going back.

Best Mediterranean Fish I have ever had. Great views and wonderful friendly staff.

The food was delicious, best calamari I have tasted. A little pricey, but worth the value. The server never filled our water or came around to ask for refills. Nice place.

View was good the bar tender was crabby.

I love this hotel! it is clean. Has amazing rooms, lovely pool sauna and hottub. Beautiful views and food on site is incredible!

This is advertised as a boutique hotel. We stayed here because we liked the restaurant (the RESTAURANT staff is amazing too). The room photos are so misleading. We paid for a nicer room facing the water and we’re stuck in the basement, next to the washing machine facing a chain link fence in anything BUT a boutique hotel room. The carpet is disgusting and the headboards are four 1x8s poorly fashioned to the wall. We asked to move to a different floor so we didn’t have an exterior ground level door and a conjoining room door on top of our main door and were denied. After dealing with our extremely loud neighbors and paper thin walls, along with people apparently doing laundry at 11:30PM, we asked again to be moved or for something to be done. Nothing. We were kept awake until easily 3AM. We originally stayed here in hopes of getting a boutique hotel experience (as advertised) and instead were met with an overpriced, low-rent, poorly lit, and hardly updated cramped room with unsafe entry points. As soon as we exited the lobby it was like we were transported by the elevator to a bad motel.

This is a true hidden gem. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The dinner and bar was nice. I'll be back during the summer with the family.

Beautifully decorated room. Wonderful view of the water. Our first visit to the Vue and they made a very positive impression. Dinner downstairs in the restaurant was so good. Austin our server was friendly and prompt. Thank you to him and the staff for making our stay a memorable one.

The hotel was beautiful! Design and decor was beautiful. The front desk was great. The bartender was very nice as well. The location is beautiful and the perfect walk to downtown. The only major thing was… the beds were to be queen and they were doubles. Also, we got NO SLEEP DUE TO BEDS AND PILLOWS BEING THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE BEDS EVER! We travel a lot and never had beds that uncomfortable. The pillows flattened to a pancake and the sheets were not soft at all.

The view of the upper fells is amazing. Spend the money. And get a River view room with a balcony.

We stayed here for a little getaway last month and was blown away by the facilities and the staff. The associate at the front desk was very engaging, pleasant, and offered us a late check out so we could spend some time swimming in the morning. The rooms were luxurious and very spacious. The pool area had a large pool and hot tub and offered a lot of seating. I can’t wait to go back!

Comfortable and clean rooms. A beautiful riverside view. A great, caring staff. Close enough to downtown Dells to walk. Can't wait until we visit again.

A beautiful view, walking distance to many attractions, very good value and wonderful staff. The view from the pool area was spectacular last fall!

I had a lovely time, very scenic and peaceful.

The most friendliest staff at a hotel that I have ever encountered. Every staff member that we encountered smiled and treated us with respect, dignity, and friendship. Our party asked if while we were waiting for our rooms to be ready as we arrived early if there was someplace that we could sit and talk and play cards/Yahtzee etc and they said sure and set us up. After supper that night, which was extremely delicious my mother who has traveled all over the world told the chef who came to our table to see if we had enjoyed our meal, that the scallops she had were the best she had ever tasted, we were asked if we wanted to play more cards etc before returning to our room. The next morning when we got there Sal asked us if we would like our larger table so that after breakfast we could just visit with each other before my mother and I returned to MN and the couple we were with returned to their home near Milwaukee. I wont remember all the staff we met but everyone was amazing and top notch.

Rooms are very clean and staff is excellent. Mind the room you are booking. I read a lot of reviews of people angry that they didn’t get the room they wanted. There is a difference in price. Not enough to deter me but I’ll mention that fact. I booked, and was given the exact room I preferred. River view and stunning views / photos. The lobby was immaculate. Always smelled like lemon pledge and this can’t be a easy accomplishment. There are lots of people going to / coming from water parks, or the hotel pool either on site or across the street. Staff always greeted us coming or going, and the restaurant is great. Checking out tomorrow after a few nights and already planning to check back in in 6 weeks. Walking distance from many attractions and restaurants, very short drive to water parks. (Only parking fee needed there is a water park and wildlife attraction included on stays! ) my boyfriend and I have had a beautiful time here and in “the Dells” vicinity. Just again people… make sure you book the room you want. Slowing down and reading is the key I believe. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

Our hotel room was comfortable and large, great for our 6. Beds were very nice and the kids loved the indoor pool. Took everyone to the lounge and you can tell they recently remodeled the space. Warm and inviting with a great view of the river. Wished we lived closer so we could visit more often!

What a cute place. Nice bar. Tammy is the nicest bartender ever. I could listen to her voice all day long. Nice staff. We had a balcony room looking at the river.

We stayed throughout the week. The front desk and check in was quick and informative. The location can't be beat. Its within walking/biking distance of downtown everything. You do receive a coupon book at check in featuring lots of things to do. We had a lake view and loved going to bed/waking up to it! Reasonably priced and we look forward to coming back!

The rooms are nice and large which was a plus for the extended family to hang out together at night. Staff was nice and accommodating. Shower head is nice but a little low. Floors are laminate, not typical carpet. There's no cover on the toilet seat making it susceptible to dropped items in toilet water. Doors are thin so it's easy to hear everything outside and the adjoining rooms. If you are across the street from the main building you have to go to the main building to get ice.

BUYER BEWARE OF THE RIVER INN! Very disappointing to say the least. The old bait and switch. Why are there no photos of the motel rooms from across the street? Yet that's where they will lodge you after you book online and think you're getting a good price for the photos they show then getting confirmation of your booking and it then states ECONOMY ROOM! Really nice. Cancelled and stayed at the quaint White Rose Inn which was wonderful & less $$ and closer to downtown! BUYER BEWARE OF THE RIVER INN!

Great views. 5-10 min walk to the strip on a nice path. 1st floor rooms have patios and upper rooms have optional decks. Our 15 month old might be able to fit between the deck railing spindles. They could've cleaned the windows better and gotten rid of the spider webs on the deck, the room was very clean though.

Located ten minutes (walk) from Broadway street, central area. Beautiful views of the river. Pools were fun and clean. House keeping however let us down. Had to keep requesting new towels and soap. Staff at reception we're very friendly and welcoming. Overall lovely place to stay for a few days!

I would say if you are not getting a river view, the money isn’t worth it. Very overpriced and I could not even really enjoy a view as it was to a parking lot. River is beautiful, but we could not see it. That is our fault for not requesting this type of room, but for the money we paid I assumed my husband did book a river view. Also, could hear people from above us. Very loud and thin walls. When we arrived our smoke detector was not hooked up which was alarming traveling with a baby and this is a federal law. We had to talk to front desk twice and then someone came and fixed it. Alarming I had to request this though. I would think housekeeping would’ve caught that. Also many people checked in and were furious they were being sent to the motel section across the street so read closely what you are booking when you book a room. Staff was very friendly and room overall was clean.

Customer service was decent and room was spacious and clean. However, for 350/night I expect more than just a room to sleep in. No continental in the morning, the pool was small and had stuff floating in it, the man who came in at 1050pm to shoo everyone out turned the lights out on the dozen ppl in the pool area and said "time is up, pool is closing" … disappointing when it was all adults in the swim area. I guess I expected more from here given the price we paid and their title "resort" …

Perfect Stay! Last minute thing we decided to come to the dells for the weekend and I have no regret at all at this place (River Inn). The Lobby was very friendly answered all my questions, the rooms very clean pillows, bed, bathroom, great tv, great view. My family and I had went to the bar and we enjoyed it. Tammy was the bartender and she was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place to stay! This is our first time in the Dells. Great view of the Wisconsin river. Very clean, and extremely happy and friendly staff! They have two buildings, small building not on the river and largest one is on the river. We stayed on the river… I don’t know what the smaller rooms are like.

It was by far the best hotel we've stayed in while on vacation in the dells. The rooms are cozy and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff is extremely accommodating and make you feel welcome. The hotel comes with an indoor and outdoor pool and to top it off we received free tickets to Noah's ark and the wildlife park. Definitely booking here again except next time we will book a river view room.

Staff was very welcoming and nice. Hotel was very clean and actually smelled good. Loved our view of the river from our room and the indoor pool and hot tub were great. And I loveeed the beds and pillows. The only negative thing I would have to say is that it's not insulated very well and you can hear everything including what sounds like a herd of elephants in the room above you But otherwise we loved it and would definitely recommend it!

My hubby and I just had the pleasure of spending 3 fabulous nights here! We stayed in a double queen river view private balcony room… First of all, when we first walked in the lobby door, we were greeted and welcomed! Becky was (and I am not exaggerating) the nicest most accommodating person I've ever dealt with at a hotel and I've stayed at many many many hotels!
Our room was beautiful! The pictures online were very accurate… the view was amazing! The beds were so comfortable it was "almost" like sleeping at home! The water pressure in the shower was awesome! Better than home lol! The room was clean upon arrival and well taken care of during our stay…
We had such a great day at the pool yesterday! Most people staying at the hotel were probably out and about so we had the outdoor pool across the street to ourselves! The pergola and furniture over there were sooooo nice! The pool was clean and refreshing and the area was all well kept and cared for… Becky again went above and beyond and walked over with some towels for us… she was so sweet! Truly a treasure she is!
We took advantage of the Timbavati Wildlife Park tickets that come with your room… that was a nice outing and it was fun to feed the animals… We did not make it to Mt.
