Would rate this so called “resort” a zero if I could. Complete scam. The place has no attractions and after we booked the correct amount of people for our room they tried moving us to a hotel room which isn’t what we booked. As well as charging us for cleaning a room we weren’t in for 2 minutes. They never provided the correct number of wrist bands to go into their pool and wouldn’t let us buy more. No management whatsoever to talk to about this. They keep telling customers no and put their hands in your face telling us to stop talking. We paid over $800 for nothing. Extremely disappointed.

No bathrooms! U have to have shared bathrooms in the cabins and treehouse had to go in the middle of the night to walk over to shared bathrooms! Did not mention this when booking! Rooms good but hallways and doors outside are horrible! Would not recommend!

The rooms are very nice for the price. Unfortunately, the guests at the hotel were AWFUL! Alot of screaming in the hallways and a fight after bar-time. Profanities and screaming most of the night. Although hotel staff intervened (staff were very friendly and genuinely nice) it never stopped. Also the shower head in our room was broken.

We loved our stay here! We slept in one of the tree houses and it was a wonderful experience. The room was cute and kid friendly with a bunk bed :) We also loved the lagoon, we had the chance to dive there and will come back again in the summer.

Horrible customer service. Stayed once two weeks ago and thought it was a fluke. Here now and just as atrocious. Not helpful, charged more money for less beds when our reservation was in computer wrong. $21 for my 3 year old to share a queen bed when we had bunk beds and two queens originally? Come on. Not to mention talking down to is as if we should have known shares bathrooms in our adjoining room meant a BATH HOUSE with strangers. Save yourself time and spend more for a nicer hotel.

Worst stay I've ever had in Wisconsin Dell's. The curtains had an 8 inch gap so I had to use a blanket to cover the window. ZERO water pressure. And the TV did NOT work. Front desk refused to give a managers name and would not do anything to make it right except offer to send maintenance. I told them my husband was coming into town and instead of just letting me have a wristband for him due to all these inconveniences, they still charged me an additional $20. I would not recommend this place to ANYBODY under any circumstances.

We stayed in a Tree House for 3 days and my kids loved it. We had easy access to the lagoon and I saw staff cleaning the restrooms 2x a day. The staff was friendly, polite and professional.
My only complaint was that the Wifi did not work over 50% of the time which was a hassle when I had to check in with work. We will stay here again.

Managers are very quick to rectify any issues, fun and friendly place to have a great time with the family.

I am not sure where the positive reviews came from… we stayed here this weekend and it was AWFUL. Paid a total of $675 for 2 nights with 2 rooms… and the rooms were not nice. One room had a busted phone, no deadbolt and the sink drained so slow that to wash your hands it took 20 min for it to drain. In the other room it had a horrendous odor coming from the sink/bathroom area that smelled like death… they turned on the fan to fix it which just spread the smell thru the room. The front desk manager was beyond rude and unhelpful. Requested adjoining rooms when we booked, and while one of the rooms had an adjoining door it was given to someone else who had "higher priority when booking" and that person chose to blast their TV all night followed by extremely loud rap music the next morning at 8 am. Again, the management did nothing. We were told they would send maintenance about the horrendous smell in the room (which the front desk staff sent up to check admitted he could smell it too and was nice enough to leave a can of febreeze) and they NEVER CAME. We ended up spending as much time as possible out of our rooms and we couldn't even use the bathroom in one of our rooms due to the smell. Stay away! The only good thing about this place was the free tickets to Noah's Ark. And if you DO stay here… hopefully you're not on the 3rd floor of building B because it sucks and room 2312 smells like a rodent died in it.

The lagoon is beautiful, indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna were next to perfect, was convenient to have a fire pit right outside our cabin… only thing that was a lil unexpected was how small the cabin was… we had 2 people in it and it said it could hold 4 but even if it was 2 children there would not be enough room… luckily we were just 2 ppl and used the bunk bed for a place to set our luggage down… also shared bathrooms was not actually mention when booking our rooms but that wasn't a bad thing since our cabin was right next to the rest rooms all in all I'd say 4/5 stars.

I was initially upset about the package that bluegreen sold me to stay here as I fee there company is dishonest, but am happy with our stay here. My boys had a very good time at the pool and lagoon. They are a family owned company and I would go back.

They are not accomodating with customers with confusions on Promo packages. Our group was not informed that water park is closed during the time of our booking when we went to the place. Payment were done already but did not gave us the alternates that we prefer for our visit. Supervisor in charge and staff would not provide us what we want as paid customers.

Beautiful campground 2nd year here and OMG they put in an AMAZING lagoon where tennis courts were and very nice private shower/bathroom.

We stayed for 6 days, and this place was great! I loved all the freebies that were included! The 2 pools were warm and clean, along with the hot tubs. My only complaints are that there is no dresser in the room, and the lagoon was really cold and did not have a lazy river like the advertisement picture showed. We had some noise complaints and the staff were very helpful and understanding! Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

We just stayed for the week and it was not only an amazing atmosphere but all the amenities were awesome! Highly recommend staying here if you have kids. 5 ⭐️

My family and I really enjoyed our stay there. Great location and clean rooms and friendly staff.

We stayed one night in the treehouse and we loved it. We got passes to the water park. Check in and out was very smooth. There was no bathroom in the room but that was not a big deal for us they are really close by. The only thing would be some more bigger towels in the room. We are looking forward to plan our next trip. I wished I would’ve booked it longer, next time for sure. Thank you for a fun and great experience.

Booked an RV camping spot. Awful sites as the electric hookups set up weird. No full hookups at the few pull thru sites, so you get a back in if you want full HU. Ok for Class A or C — pullin. But set up is awful for 5th wheel. For 5 people and 4 nights it is terribly expensive $360. Would not recommend camping here as it’s a glorified parking lot with little to no grass, security or privacy. The good thing is the indoor pools were in good order and you get admission to the animal park. Too expensive for amenities in my opinion.

Clean and nice room with a clean pool and hot tub. Would recommend it.

Let me just say I am a camper and this place would be horrible. It’s camping on either a parking lot or the ‘cabins’ & ‘treehouses ‘ which are crowded and look dumpy. BUT the hotel was up to par. Very clean and the staff was friendly. The pool areas didn’t reak of chorline and were extremely clean all around. I did NOT like Mt. Olympus indoor water park, they don’t enforce any of the rules so the place is overrun with people doing whatever they want and it makes it a mess. Overall I would pick a hotel that offered free passes to another indoor water park.

The only reason I am writing a review is because I searched and searched for days, switching between staying at Mt. Olympus and here. The reviews are what confused me the most. I feel like this hotel is underrated. Of course it's hospitality and people are gonna have negative things to say so that's why I want to share my review of the place. Overall: Well worth the money. I would of paid more to be honest. Stayed Friday 8:30pm till Sunday 6:30am, paid $204 for a standard Queen and bunk bed room and family of 3. Pros: Clean. Clean. Clean. All around. Beds, counters, bathrooms, floors, lobby, pools. I was very impressed with how clean it was. The room was visually appealing. Really liked the TV. Loved that the room had a climate control. Most hotel rooms just have an A/C that runs till you turn off, the one in the room turned off when it reached the temp you set it at. Liked that the room had a mini fridge and a microwave. Super friendly staff. Went down to the front desk about 3 times our whole stay and everybody was super nice. At check in they give you a coupon book which was nice! The hotel pools were great as well. I liked the pool and hot tub in building B even though we stayed in building A it was worth the walk across the parking lot. The free passes were what put our stay over the top. My whole family loved the Timbavati Park and also the free entry to Mt. Olympus. Cons: Parking wasn't what I expected.

I stayed in the hotel, building A and loved it. The room was bigger than I expected and had a decent sized bathroom. It was a 6 people room therefore it accommodate us well. I was there over the weekend and it was not crowded. Staying at American Resort came with Mt. Olympus & Timbavati Wildlife Park tickets. That alone is a great deal for the cost of the room. Yes it is not a resort like Chula Vista would be, but it serves the purpose of being a hotel that comes with a great deal for anyone looking to visit Mt. Olympus!
